CLINTON FOUNDATION – HOW “ELITES” GET RICH QUICK.
Something of interest for all Clinton loving Liberals, all members of Congress and us ordinary people who work or have worked all of our lives. This is just another example to keep proving that we have two classes of people in America. Those who are expected to obey our laws and others who have been elected, have a lot of money, appointed by or hired by the above and who I have frequently dubbed as “Elites”.
I would have included the media who dances to the “elites” pleasure but they are so impressed with themselves, and being overpaid they “perform” instead of report the real facts. Fox News is the latest example of selling out by dumping factual newscasters like Bill O’Reilly and Greta Van Susteren. The next casualty will be Sean Hannity when the mass exodus of its viewers slows down. Fox appears to be racing to join the rest of our national media that dances to only money. My friend Ron Jenkins provided these actual figures that I will share express my own comments, questions and observations. I hope you will join me in expressing your own thoughts so we can get a cross section of differences if any exist. I particularly like the total grants to charity line. 97% operating expenses? Seems a bit out of whack.
Hold on to your seat belts Folks, you are in for some exciting numbers. C Brewer
The figures are taken from an official copy of the tax return for the Clinton Foundation, the tax year 2014. The copy of the tax return is from the National Center for Charitable Statistics website!
Anyone can get the latest tax return on any charitable organization!
Total revenue (line 12) $177,804,612.00 (Not bad for two Hippies who built a power base in Arkansas)
Total grants to charity (line 13) $5,160,385.00 (that’s less than 3%) (Knowing what charities would be interesting and possibly questionable if you were not an American “Elite”?)
Total expenses of $91,281,145.00 (Chump change for “Elites)
Expenses include Salaries (line 15) $ 34,838,106.00 (Now having a breakdown of who and how much could be most interesting. I wonder how much Chelsea was paid?)
Fund raising fees (line 16a) $850, 803.00 (Observing this figure as well as all of the others must sail through the IRS if you were an “Elite”. If “Joe Sixpack” or even average successful Americans tried to shelter taxes with a charity foundation you would be audited ever year you lived.
Other expenses (line 17) $ 50,431, 851.00 (It must take an army of file clerks and computer wizards to count the money?)
Travel: $8,000,000.00 (I wonder if any was at coach rates and how much was limousines?)
Meetings: $12,000,000.00 ( I remember when I made my first business trip from Texas in the mid-1950’s to California as a second level Manager the prices were totally higher than the Dallas area. When I turned in my expense report my Director asked me if I had eaten “Polo Pony’s. I would love to see the breakdown of all of the expenses. California has always been expensive. $1,000,000.00 per month smells fishy to me. But my auditing worldwide might be a tad better than the average bureaucrat?)
They list 486 employees (line 5)! (WOW, it took 486 people who are paid $34.8 million and $91.3 million in fees and expenses to give away $5.1 MILLION.)
Line 22 shows ending year net assets/fund balances of $332, 471, 349.00 which is up $85,171, 891 from last year’s tax return! (I wonder if the IRS would let you or me do this and let us call it a CHARITY?)
You must have to sell your soul to be connected and elevated to the new “American Elite”? I had rather be remembered as an American that joined the Navy at 17, more than lived the “American Dream”, reared seven children, now have 46 decedents including spouses and know that only 4 have admitted they are Demoncrats.
God Bless our disunited States and pray Donald Trump can live long enough to drain the miserable swamp.
