TAVISTOCK –Part Two

I hope everyone enjoyed Part one last week. This part two should at least generate some interest. We the people own this country, not Congress, the Executive or the Judicial Systems. If the people give up they deserve losing their freedoms.

Rather than try to sift through millions of words, books and articles to try to summarize more information, I will select some specific exerts from the source I primarily used to introduce you to Tavistock. If I have stirred up your interest, I accomplished my mission. If we continue to lose our rights as American citizens, willingly, we deserve a future of doing exactly what the government tells us to do. I am working on an article to help prepare you for the next thing our government will take away, our right to vote. Laugh if you desire but this day is coming faster than you will believe. Why, because of so many people have decided to avoid voting as they believe it is a waste of time.  C Brewer

TAVISTOCK = Mind Control Professionals.

“A single common denominator identifies the common Tavistock strategy — *the use of drugs*. The infamous MK Ultra program of the CIA, in which unsuspecting CIA officials were given LSD, and their reaction studied like “guinea pigs”, resulted in several deaths. The U.S. Government had to pay millions in damages to the families of the victims, but no one was ever indicted. The program originated when Sandoz AG, a Swiss drug firm, owned by S.G. Warburg Co. of London, developed Lysergic Acid. Roosevelt’s adviser, James Paul Warburg, son of Paul Warburg who wrote the Federal Reserve Act, and nephew of Max Warburg, who had financed Hitler, set up the *Institute for Policy Studies* to “promote the drug”. The result was the LSD “counter-culture” of the 1960s, the “student revolution”, financed with $25 million dollars from the CIA! Still think “being a hippie” was cool.”

“One part of MK Ultra was the Human Ecology Fund. The CIA also paid Dr. Herbert Kelman of Harvard to carry out further experiments on mind control. In the 1950s, the CIA financed extensive LSD experiments in Canada. Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, president of the Canadian Psychological Association, and director of Royal Victorian Hospital, Montreal, received large payments from the CIA to give 53 patients large doses of LSD and record their reactions. The patients were drugged into weeks of sleep and then given electric shock treatments. One victim, the wife of a member of the Canadian Parliament, is now suing the U.S. companies who provided the drug for the CIA. All the records of the CIA’s drug testing program were ordered destroyed by the head of MK Ultra.”

“Because *all efforts of the Tavistock Institute are directed toward producing cyclical collapse*, the effect of the CIA programs are tragically apparent. R. Emmett Tyrell Jr., writing in the Washington Post, August 20, 1984, cites the “squalid consequences of the 60s radicals in SDS”, as resulting in “the growing rate of illegitimacy, petty lawlessness, drug addiction, welfare, VD, and mental illness” in this country and throughout the world.”

“This is the “legacy” of the Warburgs and the CIA. Their principal agency, the *Institute for Policy Studies*, was funded by James Paul Warburg; its co-founder was Marcus Raskin, protege of McGeorge Bundy, president of the Ford Foundation. Bundy had Raskin appointed to the post of President Kennedy’s personal representative on the National Security Council, and in 1963, funded Students for Democratic Society, through which the CIA operated the drug culture.”

“The “tax exempt” Tavistock Institute currently operates a staggering *$6 Billion Dollar* per year network of foundations within the United States – ALL of it funded by taxpayer money.”

“Ten major institutions are under Tavistock’s direct control – with 400 subsidiaries and 3,000 study groups and a variety of private think tanks, which conceive many of the psychological programs to exert even more control of the New World Order over the American populace.

“The Stanford Research Institute, which adjoins the Hoover Institution, is a $150 Million Dollar a year operation with 3,300 employees. It conducts program surveillance for Bechtel, Kaiser, and 400 other companies, and extensive intelligence operations for the CIA. SRI is the largest institution on the West Coast promoting “mind control” and the “behavioral” sciences.”

“One of the key agencies as a conduit for secret instructions from Tavistock is The Ditchley Foundation, founded in 1957. The American branch of the Ditchley Foundation is run by Cyrus Vance (former Secretary of State and director of the Rockefeller Foundation) and Winston Lord, president of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).”

“One of the principal but little known operations of the Rockefeller Foundation has been its techniques for ‘controlling world agriculture’. Its director, Kenneth Wernimont, set up Rockefeller-controlled agricultural “programs” throughout Mexico and Latin America. The independent farmer is a great threat to the New World Order, because he produces for himself and because his produce can be converted into capital, which gives him independence.”

“In the United States, the foundations are presently engaged in the same type of “war of extermination” against the American farmer.”

“The traditional formula of land plus labor for the farmer has been altered, due to the farmer’s need for purchasing power, to buy industrial goods needed in his farming operations. Because of this need for capital, the farmer is especially vulnerable to the New World Order’s manipulation of interest rates, which is bankrupting him. Just as in the Soviet Union, in the early 1930s, when Stalin ordered the Kulaks to give up their small plots of land to live and work on the collective farms, the American small farmer faces the same type of extermination, being forced to give up his small plot of land to become a hired hand for the big agricultural trusts. The ‘Brookings Institution’ and other foundations originated the monetary programs implemented by the Federal Reserve System to destroy the American farmer, a replay of the Soviet tragedy in Russia, with one difference – the farmer will be allowed to survive *if* he becomes a slave worker of the giant trusts!”

“Once the citizen becomes aware of the true role of the foundations, he can understand the high interest rates, high taxes, destruction of the family, degradation of the churches into forums for revolution, the subversion of the universities into CIA cesspools of drug addiction, and the halls of government into sewers of international espionage and intrigue. The American citizen can now understand why *every agent of the federal government is against him*. The “alphabet” agencies (FBI, IRS, CIA, BATF, et al) must make war on the citizen in order to carry out the programs of the foundations.”

“The foundations are in direct violation of their charters, which commit them to do “charitable” work, because they make *no grants*, which are not part of a political goal. The charge has been made, and never denied, that the Heritage-AEI network has at least two KGB moles on its staff. The employment of professional intelligence operatives as “charitable” workers, as was done in the Red Cross Mission to Russia in 1917, exposes the sinister political economic and social goals which the New World Order requires the foundations to achieve through their “bequests”.

“Not only is this tax fraud, because the foundations are granted tax exemption solely to do charitable work, but it is *criminal syndicalism*, conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States of America, Constitutional Law 213, Corpus Juris Secundum 16. For the first time, the close interlocking of the foundation “syndicate” has been revealed by the names of its principle incorporators — Daniel Coit Gilman, who incorporated the Peabody Fund and the John Slater Fund, and became an incorporator of the General Education Board (now the Rockefeller Foundation); Gilman, who also incorporated the Russell Trust in 1856, later became an incorporator of the Carnegie Institution with Andrew Dickson White (Russell Trust) and Frederic A. Delano.”

“Delano was an original incorporator of the Brookings Institution and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Daniel Coit Gilman incorporated the Russell Sage Foundation with Cleveland H. Dodge of the National City Bank. These foundation incorporators have been closely linked with the Federal Reserve System, the War Industries Board of World War I, the OSS of World War II and the CIA. They have also been closely linked with the American International Corporation, which was formed to instigate the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. Delano, an uncle of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was on the original Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in 1914. His brother-in-law founded the influential Washington law firm of Covington and Burling. The Delanos and other ruling families of the New World Order trace their lineage directly back to William of Orange and the regime which granted the charter of the Bank of England.”

The following is a partial list institutions that fund the Uniform Law Foundation, whose function is to make certain that the Uniform Commercial Code remains the “sole” instrument for conducting business within the United States.

Tavistock Institutions of the United States

Flow Laboratories, Merle Thomas Corporation, Walden Research, Arthur D. Little, G.E. TEMPO, Planning Research Corporation, Brookings Institution, Esalen Institute, Hudson Institute and the National Training Laboratories (NTL).

“National Training Laboratories (NTL). Founded in 1947 by members of the Tavistock network in the United States and located originally on an estate in Bethel, Maine, NTL had as its explicit purpose the brainwashing of leaders of the government, educational institutions, and corporate bureaucracies in the Tavistock method, and then using these “leaders” to either themselves run Tavistock group sessions in their organizations or to hire other similarly trained group leaders to do the job. The “nuts and bolts” of the NTL operation revolves around the particular form of Tavistock degenerate psychology known as “group dynamics,” developed by German Tavistock operative Kurt Lewin, who immigrated to the United States in the 1930s and whose students founded NTL.”

“In a Lewinite brainwashing group, a number of individuals from varying backgrounds and personalities are manipulated by a “group leader”, to form a “consensus” of opinion, achieving a new “group identity.” The key to the process is the creation of a controlled environment, in which stress is introduced (sometimes called dissonance) to crack an individual’s belief structure. Using the peer pressure of other group members, the individual is “cracked,” and a new personality emerges with new values. The degrading experience causes the person to deny that any change has taken place. In that way, an individual is brainwashed without the victim knowing what has taken place.”

“This method is the same, with some minor modification, used in all so-called “sensitivity groups” or “T-groups,” or in the more extreme rock’n-roll-drugs-sex counter-culture form, “touchy-feely groups,” such as the kind popularized from the 1960s onward by the Esalen Institute, which was set up with the help of NTL.”

“From the mid-1950s onward, NTL put the majority of the nation’s corporate leaderships through such brainwashing programs, while running similar programs for the State Department, the Navy, the Department of Education, and other sections of the federal bureaucracy. There is no firm estimate of the number of Americans who have been put through this process in last 40 years at either NTL, or as it is now known the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, which is based in Rosslyn, Virginia, or its West Coast base of operations, the Western Training Laboratories in Group Development, or in various satellite institutions. The most reliable estimate is in the several millions.”

“One of the groups that went through the NTL mill in the 1950s was the leadership of the National Education Association, the largest organization of teachers in the United States. Thus, the NEA’s outlook has been “shaped” by Tavistock, through the NTL. In 1964, the NTL Institute became a direct part of the NEA, with the NTL setting up “group sessions” for all of its affiliates. With funding from the Department of Education, the NTL Institute drafted the programs for the training of the nation’s primary and secondary school teachers, and has a hand as well in developing the content of educational “reforms,” including OBE.”

“Also known as the “International Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences”, this institute is a brainwashing center in artificial stress training, whereby participants suddenly find themselves immersed in defending themselves against vicious accusations. NTL takes in the National Education Association, the largest teacher group in the United States.”

“While officially denouncing “racism”, it is interesting to note that NTL, working with NEA, produced a paper proposing education vouchers which would separate the hard-to-teach children from the brighter ones, and funding would be allocated according to the number of difficult children who would be separated from those who progressed at a normal rate. The proposal was not taken up.”

Let me stop now as this is a never ending saga that will blow your mind. I encourage you to get on Google and type in Tavistock and you will get a lifetime of knowledge. We don’t like to believe things like this are possible but they still thrive as you will see. If you wish to get deeper into what has happened in America, search some of the following places and review the actual things they did.

University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Finance and Commerce; Institute for Social Research; Institute For Policy Studies (IPS); Stanford Research Institute (SRI); and the Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT), Alfred P. Sloan School Of Management.

Research specific from the list above will curl your hair but one last recognizable entity is the RAND Research And Development Corporation.

RAND is THE think tank most beholden to Tavistock and certainly the most prestigious vehicle for control of United States policies at every level. Specific RAND policies that became operative include our ICBM program, prime analyses for U.S. foreign policy making, instigator of space programs, U.S. nuclear policies, corporate analyses, hundreds of projects for the military, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in relation to the use of mind altering drugs like peyote, LSD (the covert MK-ULTRA operation which lasted for 20 years).

There are thousands of highly important companies, government institutions and organizations that make use of RANDS’s services. To list them all would be impossible. RAND was once accused of being commissioned by the USSR to work out terms of surrender of the United States Government, an accusation that went all the way to the United States Senate, where it was taken up by Senator Symington and subsequently fell victim to scorn poured out by the establishment press. “Brainwashing” remains the primary function of RAND.

History is filled with knowledge hidden by the media for money. I hope you push yourself to learn and share with me.

TAVISTOCK

I  originally published a two part series on the subject organization that blew my mind. Watching the new Trump agenda focused on changing the way Washington functions has exposed actions that indicate that mind control runs the United States. Watching the Republican Party totally implode was the saddest events of my 87 years. At the same time the Democratic Party is marching lockstep like Hitlers SS, hell bent on disarming the people, increasing their march to Socialism and with 100% cohesive control of every single elected Democrat in Congress. Another equally disturbing event is watching Federal Judges and at least four Justices of the Supreme Court openly challenging Americans rights and voting against existing laws and freedoms in the Constitution and the Bill of rights. Additionally we see events like the fired Director of the FBI admit he exposed confidential documents and Hillary Clinton destroy documents on an unlawful classified computer and still run for President. This will be the third time I have published these two articles. There is no way you will ever see the news media, including Fox, touch this subject. If you really get concerned just go even deeper than I did as all of this material is available on the Internet. If you doubt me I challenge you to prove me wrong with facts. I will publish the second part again next week.

You must read both parts to see the connections.                                     C Brewer 7-23-17

Glenn Beck and my mentor Phil Sizer together have opened my mind to historical events that are unbelievable. I have learned more about American history in the past three years than I did in all of my education, experience and working in forty nine states. Phil spent the last five years urging me to understand the Federal Reserve System which opened my eyes and resulted in my two articles posted earlier this year. I never dreamed that anything so powerful could exist in America for so long and still be so invisible that Congress could ignore its manipulation of the people.

Phil recently sent me a challenge to read about Tavistock, which is the subject that I hope you will join me in fear of its power. This movement is the scariest subject I have ever studied including Marxism. There is so much information available on the Internet you could spend months on this subject. Books and articles abound with facts, assumptions and scenarios to drown you in links to other events, even the Federal Reserve System. I have decided to first let you see the beginning and how this impacts America. I will capture specific events that will curl your hair in follow up postings. I do encourage those who care about freedom to get as much knowledge about this as possible.

All of my reading has been concentrated on one website to date. I have edited and paraphrased most of this article from their location  educate-yourself.org/nwo/nwotavistockbestkeptsecret.shtml

The ideology of numerous American foundations was created by Tavistock. Tavistock was created in 1921 to study the effect of shell shock on British soldiers who survived World War I. Its purpose was to establish the “breaking point” of men under stress, under the direction of the British Army Bureau of Psychological Warfare.

In 1922, they created the psychological warfare research center. Tavistock has since evolved into the central body responsible for the oversight of a global mind control network. The Institute has proved that by means of repeated shocks or stressful events entire populations could be manipulated and conditioned. This is achievable by providing a controlled psychological environment.

In 1946 the Tavistock Institute was created as an independent body to assist the Tavistock Clinic and was ‘formally founded in 1947. The Tavistock ‘Institute’ does more of the ‘research’ (code word for human lab rat experiments). The Royal Free Hospital at the University of London works with The Tavistock Clinic, as well as the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) of Sussex University.

Tavistock has set them up as the authority on ritual abuse, Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). So, the primary programming site is pretending to be the leading institution that is attempting to solve the problem that they are covertly perpetuating through their trials.

They have expanded the use of a developmental approach to evaluation of new and experimental programs, particularly in health, education and community development. This has also produced new training events alongside the regular program of group relations conferences. The Institute owns and edits the monthly journal Human Relations (published by Plenum Press) which is now in its 48th year, and has recently launched (in conjunction with Sage Publications) a new journal Evaluation.

Through its control of the Army psychiatric directorate, Tavistock effectively controlled the British army during World War II. At the conclusion of World War II, Tavistock began to establish a global network of psychiatric centers in order to influence the ideologies of mass populations.

This subversive network, which was funded primarily by the Rockefeller Foundation and large corporations, included such establishments as the Stanford Research Institute, the U.S. Office of Naval Research and the Science Policy Research Unit in England. The latter becoming a major force in the development of social manipulation techniques and has engaged in classified contract studies for NATO.

If you choose to visit their home page it will reveal the following; “The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations is a not-for-profit organization which applies social science to contemporary issues and problems. It was formally founded as a registered charity in 1947.”

After reading some of the things that are connected to the group, I am not sure how they ever gained the title, “charity”.

The Tavistock Institute developed the mass brainwashing techniques which were first used experimentally on American prisoners of war in Korea. Its experiments in crowd control behavioral methods have been widely used on the American public, a clandestine yet outrageous assault on human freedom, by modifying individual behavior through psychology. Kurt Lewin became director of Tavistock in 1932. He came to the U.S. in 1933 as a German ‘refugee’ (the first of many infiltrators) and set up the Harvard Psychology Clinic which originated the propaganda campaigns that turned most Americans against Germany and got them involved in World War II.

In 1938 Roosevelt executed a secret agreement with PM Winston Churchill, which in effect ceded United States sovereignty to England, because it agreed to let Special Operations Executives control United States policies. To implement this agreement, Roosevelt sent General Donovan to London for indoctrination before setting up the Office of Strategic Services (or ‘OSS’ – which later became the CIA) under the aegis of SOE/SIS (Special Operations Executives/Secret Intelligence Service). “Secret Intelligence Service” (SIS) is now known as MI6.

The CIA (formerly ‘OSS’) has always operated under specific guidelines from Tavistock.

All Tavistock and American foundation techniques have a single goal—to break down the psychological strength of the individual and render him helpless to oppose the dictators of the New World Order. Any technique which helps to break down the family unit and family inculcated principles of religion, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior, is used by Tavistock scientists as weapons of crowd control. The methods of Freudian psychotherapy induce *permanent mental illness* in those who undergo this treatment, by destabilizing their character. The victim is then advised to “establish new rituals of personal interaction”, which they define as indulging in brief sexual encounters which set the participants adrift with no stable personal relationships in their lives destroying their ability to establish or maintain a family.

The Tavistock Institute has developed such power in the United States that no one can achieve prominence in any field, unless that person receives special training in “behavioral science” – either at Tavistock – or at one of its sanctioned subsidiaries.

Because *all efforts of the Tavistock Institute are directed toward producing cyclical collapse, the effect of the CIA programs are tragically apparent. R. Emmett Tyrell Jr., writing in the Washington Post, August 20, 1984, cites the “squalid consequences of the 60s radicals in SDS”, as resulting in “the growing rate of illegitimacy, petty lawlessness, drug addiction, welfare, VD, and mental illness” in this country and throughout the world.

The Stanford Research Institute, which adjoins the Hoover Institution, is a $150 Million Dollar a year operation with 3,300 employees. It conducts program surveillance for Bechtel, Kaiser and 400 other companies and extensive intelligence operations for the CIA. SRI is the largest institution on the West Coast promoting “mind control” and the “behavioral” sciences.

If this introduction does not peak your interest to learn more, I have failed my mission. I will post at least one more article hoping to entice you to send me your comments. I don’t think I am the only four score American that had no knowledge about this “Charity?      C Brewer

SIGNIFICANT AMERICAN HISTORY AND THE 4TH OF JULY

I AM TIRED, ARE YOU?

By  Robert A. Hall

I’m 70 Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I’ve worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven’t called in sick in seven or eight years.

I make a good salary, but I didn’t inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there’s no retirement in sight, and I’m tired. Very tired.

I’m tired of being told that I have to “spread the wealth” to people who don’t have my work ethic. I’m tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I’m tired of being told that Islam is a “Religion of Peace,” when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family “honor”; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren’t “believers;” of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for “adultery;” of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur’an and Shari???a law tells them to.

I’m tired   of being told that, out of “tolerance for other cultures,” we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and Madrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in America and Canada , while no American nor Canadian group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance..

I’m tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate.

I’m tired of being told That drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off?

I’m tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we All know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I’m tired of people with a sense Of entitlement, rich or poor.

I’m real tired of people who don’t take responsibility for their lives and actions. I’m tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I’m damn tired. But I’m also glad to be 70.. Because, mostly, I’m not going to have to see the world these people are making. I’m just sorry for my granddaughters and grandsons.

Robert A. Hall is a Marine Vietnam veteran who served five terms in the Massachusetts State Senate.

There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us shares it!

“17 INCHES” – You will not regret reading this!

My friend Peter Forrest forwarded this message to me today and it hit me so hard I have to share it with every American alive. I have watched this country go downhill for 86+ years and reading an old Coaches explanation in a speech that explains why so simply it must be shared. I hope if you read this you will share it with every American you know and especially every liberal woman and Democrat who can read.

This is an excellent article to please read from beginning to end.

Over twenty years ago, in Nashville, Tennessee, during the first week of January, 1996, more than 4,000 baseball coaches descended upon the Opryland Hotel for the 52nd annual ABCA’s convention.

While I waited in line to register with the hotel staff, I heard other more veteran coaches rumbling about the lineup of speakers scheduled to present during the weekend.  One name, in particular, kept resurfacing, always with the same sentiment — “John Scolinos is here? Oh, man, worth every penny of my airfare.”

Who is John Scolinos, I wondered. No matter; I was just happy to be there.

In 1996, Coach Scolinos was 78 years old and five years retired from a college coaching career that began in 1948.  He shuffled to the stage to an impressive standing ovation, wearing dark polyester pants, a light blue shirt, and a string around his neck from which home plate hung — a full-sized, stark-white home plate.

Seriously, I wondered, who is this guy?

After speaking for twenty-five minutes, not once mentioning the prop hanging around his neck, Coach Scolinos appeared to notice the snickering among some of the coaches. Even those who knew Coach Scolinos had to wonder exactly where he was going with this, or if he had simply forgotten about home plate since he’d gotten on stage. Then, finally …

“You’re probably all wondering why I’m wearing home plate around my neck,” he said, his voice growing irascible. I laughed along with the others, acknowledging the possibility. “I may be old, but I’m not crazy. The reason I stand before you today is to share with you baseball people what I’ve learned in my life, what I’ve learned about home plate in my 78 years.”

Several hands went up when Scolinos asked how many Little League coaches were in the room.  “Do you know how wide home plate is in Little League?”

After a pause, someone offered, “Seventeen inches?”, more of a question than answer.

“That’s right,” he said.  “How about in Babe Ruth’s day?  Any Babe Ruth coaches in the house?” Another long pause.

“Seventeen inches?” a guess from another reluctant coach.

“That’s right,” said Scolinos. “Now, how many high school coaches do we have in the room?”  Hundreds of hands shot up, as the pattern began to appear. “How wide is home plate in high school baseball?”

“Seventeen inches,” they said, sounding more confident.

“You’re right!” Scolinos barked.  “And you college coaches, how wide is home plate in college?”

“Seventeen inches!” we said, in unison.

“Any Minor League coaches here?  How wide is home plate in pro ball?”…………“Seventeen inches!”

“RIGHT!  And in the Major Leagues, how wide home plate is in the Major Leagues?

“Seventeen inches!”

“SEV-EN-TEEN INCHES!” he confirmed, his voice bellowing off the walls.  “And what do they do with a Big League pitcher who can’t throw the ball over seventeen inches?”  Pause.  “They send him to Pocatello!” he hollered, drawing raucous laughter.  “What they don’t do is this: they don’t say, ‘Ah, that’s okay, Jimmy.  If you can’t hit a seventeen-inch target?  We’ll make it eighteen inches or nineteen inches. We’ll make it twenty inches so you have a better chance of hitting it. If you can’t hit that, let us know so we can make it wider still, say twenty-five inches.’”

Pause.  “Coaches… what do we do when your best player shows up late to practice? or when our team rules forbid facial hair and a guy shows up unshaven? What if he gets caught drinking?  Do we hold him accountable? Or do we change the rules to fit him? Do we widen home plate? “

The chuckles gradually faded as four thousand coaches grew quiet, the fog lifting as the old coach’s message began to unfold. He turned the plate toward himself and, using a Sharpie, began to draw something. When he turned it toward the crowd, point up, a house was revealed, complete with a freshly drawn door and two windows. “This is the problem in our homes today. With our marriages, with the way we parent our kids.  With our discipline. We don’t teach accountability to our kids, and there is no consequence for failing to meet standards. We just widen the plate!”

Pause. Then, to the point at the top of the house he added a small American flag. “This is the problem in our schools today. The quality of our education is going downhill fast and teachers have been stripped of the tools they need to be successful, and to educate and discipline our young people. We are allowing others to widen home plate! Where is that getting us?”

Silence. He replaced the flag with a Cross.  “And this is the problem in the Church, where powerful people in positions of authority have taken advantage of young children, only to have such an atrocity swept under the rug for years. Our church leaders are widening home plate for themselves! And we allow it.”

“And the same is true with our government. Our so called representatives make rules for us that don’t apply to themselves. They take bribes from lobbyists and foreign countries. They no longer serve us.  And we allow them to widen home plate! We see our country falling into a dark abyss while we just watch.”

I was amazed. At a baseball convention where I expected to learn something about curve balls and bunting and how to run better practices, I had learned something far more valuable.

From an old man with home plate strung around his neck, I had learned something about life, about myself, about my own weaknesses and about my responsibilities as a leader. I had to hold myself and others accountable to that which I knew to be right, lest our families, our faith, and our society continue down an undesirable path.

“If I am lucky,” Coach Scolinos concluded, “you will remember one thing from this old coach today. It is this: “If we fail to hold ourselves to a higher standard, a standard of what we know to be right; if we fail to hold our spouses and our children to the same standards, if we are unwilling or unable to provide a consequence when they do not meet the standard; and if our schools & churches & our government fail to hold themselves accountable to those they serve, there is but one thing to look forward to.

With that, he held home plate in front of his chest, turned it around, and revealed its dark black backside, “…We have dark days ahead!.”

Note: Coach Scolinos died in 2009 at the age of 91, but not before touching the lives of hundreds of players and coaches, including mine. Meeting him at my first ABCA convention kept me returning year after year, looking for similar wisdom and inspiration from other coaches. He is the best clinic speaker the ABCA has ever known because he was so much more than a baseball coach. His message was clear: “Coaches, keep your players—no matter how good they are—your own children, your churches, your government, and most of all, keep yourself at seventeen inches.”

And this my friends is what our country has become and what is wrong with it today, and now go out there and fix it!

“Don’t widen the plate.”  ANON

This story explains what is wrong in America. Sadly this country is on a path to someday implode because we have been leaderless so long it will take another civil war to bring back common sense. Riots like the ones Easter weekend by Democratic paid thugs indicate the war has begun. If Trump fails “Home Plate” will be so wide no one will be able to unite these States again.     C Brewer

WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICA SINCE I WAS BORN?

Those younger than 70 probably can’t remember much about America even in the 1950”s. Those younger than 60 may have some knowledge of America the beautiful listening to their parents. Those younger than 50 likely never learned anything about World War II or for that matter really care. Those under 40 were lucky to even have two parents and most expect the government to take care of them. Those under 30 likely don’t even know America existed before their parent was born. Those under 20 are well prepared to demonstrate but really don’t know or care why.

America in the 1930’s was poor but the people loved their country and learned to help each other. The Government was broke but the churches took care of the people who could not work or could not find work. The people who were rich helped support the unfortunate and most of us were happy.

WW II was won by people who died fighting for our freedoms. Women and men too old or handicapped learned how to build and fly airplanes produce ammunition, guns and other war related necessities. America was united for a single cause to preserve our freedoms. War hero’s were admired by all and those who lived to tell their stories were revered by everyone. Few families were fortunate to have not lost a loved one during this brutal conflict.

When I graduated from high school in 1947 it was like the 1930’s again as there was not enough jobs even for the veterans who were lucky enough to survived the war. The next five years found America again one of the happiest places on earth.

After joining the Navy at 17 history will someday conclude we fought our next war to satisfy the world’s bankers when the North Koreans invaded South Korea and many of my classmates were sent halfway around the world to suffer frostbite, get killed or wounded so the world’s economy could be invigorated. If that war had defeated North Korea the world would not be preparing to fight them again to help the bankers again bolster the economy. Those who died in that war were just wasted for profits.

Then came another bankers war in Viet Nam to bolster the economy again and this time it did start the disuniting of America. Unfortunately it was not aimed at the bankers but was initiated by the first generation of American “Cowards” led by the Clinton’s, Fonda’s and the Ayres who decided to blame the military rather than the politicians and bankers. Nearly 60,000 young Americans died in vain and those who did get back home were hated by the cowards. Destruction, murders, ravaged businesses were just ignored as it was to cover up for the cowards, some who also fled to Canada.

From that point up to today Americans were and still are being threatened, bribed, coerced even thousands killed if they disagreed with the hate-filled and even powerful people like President Obama. You can call me a crazy old man but history will agree with my statements like it or not. We are still fighting other bankers wars created by the Bush family in Iraq, Afghanistan and now Syria because Obama and the army of Demoncrats could get richer. Watch them try to blame Trump for Syria and the banker owned media will go wild again.

Folks, we elected a new President who is doing exactly what he promised. The money grabbers and their control of the news have and will oppose everything he does if he is there eight years and after I am long gone. We now have a “Sheriff” to lead us back to unity if the money mad Liberals do not have him killed like they did to Scalia or the cowards fear they may have to fight for our freedoms again.

You can call me anything you wish but I can look in the mirror and know I was a veteran, who supports all veterans and I am proud to know I am a real American. I was no “HERO” but I am proud to say I have known and walked beside many of them in my long lifetime.

America will be great again if Trump can force an election to let the people vote to implement term limits on all elected and appointed government employees. This includes all Judges. Tenure and lifetime elected crooks is not the American way. Politics should not be a profession and again Judges included. I will be happy to debate my positions with any coward who disagrees. If you have the guts to try please comment in writing on the blog.   C Brewer    April 9, 2017

THE MAGIC BANK ACCOUNT!

WHAT A POWERFUL MESSAGE

This is a great message that every American should have to at least read. Most would not understand, too many will never take the time to read and only a few will take the time to share this with all they know. I received this long ago and do not even know who sent it to me. I will be amazed if I get one comment to share and I doubt that even my own family members will even read this. My promise to myself when I was probably 10 that I would learn something every day of my life and my worst days in my nearly 87 years are the days I fail to learn anything. I hope all who read this are as blessed as I have been to live this long. I pray that they all have a chance to see the Dis-United States of America “United” again. I doubt that I will if I live to be 100. America is broken folks and only the people can fix it if they want to.  C Brewer

WASTING MY TIME?

For the past five years I have written and or published over 1030 articles that has been fun. Unfortunately it appears that maybe one or two people actually read my work any longer. I post every article on Facebook where I have 275 friends and my register shows some 650+ people are subscribed to get a copy by E mail. If I am lucky maybe three people some times hit the Facebook “Like” button and “Comments” on my blog might average two a month usually from the same two friends.

This was always fun for me until they keep making computers smarter for someone but not for me. I have had three computers crash since Christmas including one brand new HP I purchased  from Sam’s Club for $500 that lasted about three weeks. I also purchased an extended warranty for $99. Well if you buy something from Sam’s Club getting it serviced is between you and the manufacturer. I was advised to contact HP. As the unit was “DEAD” they insisted I send it to them for analysis. As I had sensitive information I could not erase that was out of the question. They did their job and then Sams said sorry, its your problem and I paid to have it hauled away after removing the hard drive.

Then after being a Sams Club member for 25 years, I joined when they opened their first store in Dallas in 1992, I asked for a refund of my $99 for the extended warranty. They told me I had to contact another company to see if they would refund my money as they sold my warranty to the other company. As I live over 62 miles from the Sams store in Lufkin, TX, Sams warranty is worthless, Sams could care less about me, so I decided to part company with Sams as they had no concerns for my problems. The day after they all but asked me to stop annoying them I got a renewal notice for my $100 annual fee to be allowed to spend my money there. Anyone who lives in a rural area and expects Customer Satisfaction best try somewhere else rather than Sams Club. HP  will also never spend a dime of my money.

I doubt that anyone but the two friends I mentioned will ever read this posting, including my own family, but I can just send them E mails. I am approaching my 87th birthday and closing in on the end of a blessed and wonderful life. I married, Norma, the perfect woman, partner and mother of four fine children 57 years ago come June 23rd, without her love, support and devotion I would have been gone a long time ago.

I tried hard to possibly help others with Conservative Views focused on critical issues but interest waned over these past few months. I do hope I live long enough to see America become United again but after last week when the Republicans suffered self-inflicted suicide, even Trump saving America is over. Washington, our Government and even the Courts have become so corrupt Jesus could not pull the people together again.God Bless America.     C Brewer

Whiskey!

If everyone is tired of 24/7/365 current politics and the mass of idiots that we call Congress and other Government Employees, how about a break. My friend Peter Forrest shared a story about a Texas politician who was a master of answering questions. The following story is a recorded exchange that might give you a view of a politician who served some 65 years ago when I was a young man of 21 or 22. At least politicians of yore were eloquent when answering possible touchy issues. You be the judge of his response to a simple question.  C Brewer

In 1952, Armon M. Sweat, Jr., a member of the Texas House of Representatives, was asked about his position on whiskey.

What follows is his exact answer (taken from the Political Archives of Texas):

“If you mean whiskey, the devil’s brew, the poison scourge, the bloody monster that defiles innocence, dethrones reason, destroys the home, creates misery and poverty, yea, literally takes the bread from the mouths of little children; if you mean that evil drink that topples Christian men and women from the pinnacles of righteous and gracious living into the bottomless pit of degradation, shame, despair, helplessness, and hopelessness, then, my friend, I am opposed to it with every fiber of my being.

However, if by whiskey you mean the oil of conversation, the philosophic wine, the elixir of life, the ale that is consumed when good fellows get together, that puts a song in their hearts and the warm glow of contentment in their eyes; if you mean Christmas cheer, the stimulating sip that puts a little spring in the step of an elderly gentleman on a frosty morning; if you mean that drink that enables man to magnify his joy, and to forget life’s great tragedies and heartbreaks and sorrow; if you mean that drink the sale of which pours into Texas treasuries untold millions of dollars each year, that provides tender care for our little crippled children, our blind, our deaf, our dumb, our pitifully aged and infirm, to build the finest highways, hospitals, universities, and community colleges in this nation, then my friend, I am absolutely, unequivocally in favor of it.

This is my position, and as always, I refuse to compromise on matters of principle.”

Sort’a puts a tear in your eye when you see how politicians of today would run like a deer to avoid answering such a simple question. It would take a Committee, 500 lawyers, 250 law clerks and ten years to get an answer to a simple question today. It would more than likely be tabled to wait for enough years that the person who asked the question was dead to close the inquiry. Progress or regress? Can you add value to this waste of time? Did it bring a smile?

POST ELECTION OBSERVATIONS!

I have no apologies for the length of this post so enjoy some interesting facts. My friend Jim Heck sent me the following analysis of the recent American election that was written by an Irish journalist. He has many interesting facts and perceptions of what happened that make more sense than any of the American media has reported. I found this well worth my time to read and absorb and I hope you will share it you’re your friends. C Brewer

An Irish Reflection on the 2016 Election in the Colonies

Ian O’Doherty is a columnist who works for the Irish Independent. His “iSpy” column is published Monday-Thursday. On Fridays O’Doherty publishes a rather more serious column containing his opinion on a chosen subject in “The World According to Ian O’Doherty.” He was formerly with the Evening Herald.

Tuesday November 8, 2016 — a day that will live in infamy, or the moment when America was made great again?

The truth, as ever, will lie somewhere in the middle. After all, contrary to what both his supporters and detractors believe — and this is probably the only thing they agree on — Trump won’t be able to come into office and spend his first 100 days gleefully ripping up all the bits of the Constitution he doesn’t like.

But even if this week’s seismic shockwave doesn’t signal either the sky falling in or the start of a bright new American era, the result was, to use one of The Donald’s favourite phrases, huge. It is, in fact, a total game changer.

In decades to come, historians will still bicker about the most poisonous, toxic and stupid election in living memory.

They will also be bickering over the same vexed question: how did a man who was already unpopular with the public and who boasted precisely zero political experience beat a seasoned Washington insider who was married to one extremely popular president and who had worked closely with another?

The answer, ultimately, is in the question.

History will record this as a Trump victory, which of course it is. But it was also more than that, because this was the most stunning self-inflicted defeat in the history of Western democracy.

Hillary Clinton has damned her party to irrelevance for at least the next four years. She has also ensured that Obama’s legacy will now be a footnote rather than a chapter. Because the Affordable Care Act is now doomed under a Trump presidency and that was always meant to be his gift, of sorts, to America.

How did a candidate who had virtually all of the media, all of Hollywood, every celebrity you could think of, a couple of former presidents and apparently, the hopes of an entire gender resting on her shoulders, blow up her own campaign?

I rather suspect that neither Donald nor Hillary know how they got to this point.

Where she seemed to expect the position to become available to her by right — the phrase “she deserves it” was used early in the campaign and then quickly dropped when her team remembered that Americans don’t like inherited power — his first steps into the campaign were those of someone chancing their arm. If he wasn’t such a staunch teetotaller, many observers would have accused him of only doing it as a drunken bet.

But the more the campaign wore on, something truly astonishing began to happen: the people began to speak. And they began to speak in a voice which, for the first time in years in the American heartland, would not be ignored.

Few of the people who voted for Trump seriously believe that he is going to personally improve their fortunes. Contrary to the smug, middle-class media narrative, they aren’t all barely educated idiots.

They know what he is, of course they do. It’s what he is not that appeals to them.

Clinton, on the other hand, had come to represent the apex of smug privilege. Whether it was boasting about her desire to shut down the remaining coal industry in Virginia — that worked out well for her, in the end — or calling half the electorate a “basket of deplorables,” she seemed to operate in the perfumed air of the elite, more obsessed with coddling idiots and pandering to identity and feelings than improving the hardscrabble life that is the lot of millions of Americans.

Also, nobody who voted for Trump did so because they wanted him as a spiritual guru or life coach.

But plenty of people invested an irrational amount of emotional energy into a woman who was patently undeserving of that level of adoration.

That’s why we’ve witnessed such fury from her supporters — they had wrapped themselves so tightly in the Hillary flag that a rejection of her felt like a rejection of them. And when you consider that many American colleges gave their students Wednesday off class because they were too “upset” to study, you can see that this wasn’t a battle for the White House — this became a genuine battle for America’s future direction. And, indeed, for the West. (Emphasis mine)

We have been going through a cultural paroxysm for the last 10 years — the rise of identity politics has created a Balkanised society where the content of someone’s mind is less important than their skin colour, gender, sexuality or whatever other attention-seeking label they wish to bestow upon themselves.

In fact, where once it looked like racism and sexism might be becoming archaic remnants of a darker time, a whole new generation has popped up which wants to re-litigate all those arguments all over again.

In fact, while many of us are too young to recall the Vietnam War and the social upheaval of the 1960s, plenty of observers who were say they haven’t seen an America more at war with itself than it is today.

One perfect example of this New America has been the renewed calls for segregation on campuses. Even a few years ago, such a move would have been greeted with understandable horror by civil rights activists — but this time it’s the black students demanding segregation and “safe spaces” from whites. If young people calling for racial segregation from each other isn’t the sign of a very, very sick society, nothing is.

The irony of Clinton calling Trump and his followers racist while she was courting Black Lives Matter was telling.

After all, no rational white person would defend the KKK, yet here was a white women defending both BLM and the New Black Panthers — explicitly racist organisations with the NBP, in particularly, openly espousing a race war if they don’t get what they want.

Fundamentally, Trump was attractive because he represents a repudiation of the nonsense that has been slowly strangling the West.

He represents — rightly or wrongly, and the dust has still to settle — a scorn and contempt for these new rules. He won’t be a president worried about microaggressions, or listening to the views of patently insane people just because they come from a fashionably protected group.

He also represents a glorious two fingers to everyone who has become sick of being called a racist or a bigot or a homophobe — particularly by Hillary supporters who are too dense to realise that she has always actually been more conservative on social issues than Trump.

That it might take a madman to restore some sanity to America is, I suppose, a quirk that is typical to that great nation — land of the free and home to more contradictions than anyone can imagine.

Trump’s victory also signals just how out of step the media has been with the people. Not just American media, either.

In fact, the Irish media has continued its desperate drive to make a show of itself with a seemingly endless parade of emotionally incontinent gibberish that, ironically, has increased in ferocity and hysterical spite in the last few days.

The fact that Hillary’s main cheerleaders in the Irish and UK media still haven’t realised where they went wrong is instructive and amusing in equal measure. They still don’t seem to understand that by constantly insulting his supporters, they’re just making asses of themselves.

One female contributor to this newspaper said Trump’s victory was a “sad day for women.” Well, not for the women who voted for him, it wasn’t.

But that really is the nub of the matter — the “wrong” kind of women obviously voted for Trump. The “right” kind went with Hillary. And lost.

The Irish media is not alone in being filled largely with dinner-party liberals who have never had an original or socially awkward thought in their lives. They simply assume that everyone lives in the same bubble and thinks the same thoughts — and if they don’t, they should.

Of the many things that have changed with Trump’s victory, the bubble has burst. Never in American history have the polls, the media and the chin-stroking moral arbiters of the liberal agenda been so spectacularly, wonderfully wrong.

It was exactly that condescending, obnoxious sneer towards the working class that brought them out in such numbers, and that is the great irony of Election 16 — the Left spent years creating identity politics to the extent that the only group left without protection or a celebrity sponsor was the white American male.

That it was the white American male who swung it for Trump is a timely reminder that while black lives matter, all votes count — even the ones of people you despise.

You don’t have to be a supporter of Trump to take great delight in the sheer, apoplectic rage that has greeted his victory.

If Clinton had won and Trump supporters had gone on a rampage through a dozen American cities the next night, there would have been outrage — and rightly so.

But in a morally and linguistically inverted society, the wrong-doers are portrayed as the victims. We saw that at numerous Trump rallies: protesters would disrupt the event, claiming their right to free speech (a heckler’s veto is not free speech) and provoking people until they got a dig before running to the media and claiming victimhood.

But, ultimately, this election was about people saying enough with the bullshit. This is a country in crisis, and most Americans don’t care about transgender bathrooms, or safe spaces, or government speech laws. This was about people taking some control back for themselves.

It was about them saying that they won’t be hectored and bullied by the toddler tantrums thrown by pissy and spoiled millennials, and they certainly won’t put up with being told they’re stupid and wicked just because they have a difference of opinion.

But, really, this election is about hope for a better America; an America which isn’t obsessed with identity and perceived “privilege;” an America where being a victim isn’t a virtue and where you don’t have to apologise for not being up to date with the latest list of socially acceptable phrases.

Trump’s victory was a two fingers to the politically correct.

It was a brutal rejection of the nonsense narrative which says Muslims who kill Americans are somehow victims. It took the ludicrous Green agenda and threw it out. It was a return, on some level, to a time when people weren’t afraid to speak their own mind without some self-elected language cop shouting at you. Who knows, we may even see Trump kicking the UN out of New York.

Frankly, if you’re one of those who gets their politics from Jon Stewart and Twitter, look away for the next four years, because you’re not going to like what you see. The rest of us, however, will be delighted.

This might go terribly, terribly wrong. Nobody knows — and if we have learned anything this week, it’s that nobody knows nuthin’.

But just as the people of the UK took control back with Brexit, the people of America did likewise with their choice for president.

Thanks Jim for sharing such a refreshing look at how the foreign media hit the nail on the head. Americans were finally fed-up with Politics replacing the Law. My prayers are with Donald Trump to re-unite Americans and get the country on a new track. Personally I wish he would boot out the United Nations who have always been divided, biased, wasteful and totally ineffective. What they recently did to Israel, at Obama’s desire, is a perfect example of using insanity to incite another war on purpose to finish what Hitler started when I was a boy.
