LEADERSHIP?

I decided to search for quotes, statements, and positive positions of Senate leaders. I selected the significant news event of Supreme Court Justice Kennedy’s retirement to illustrate the positions and concerns of the Senate leaders.   

 

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, with the suave of “Puff the Dragon” and demeanor of the Devil himself stated “the Senate should not vote on a replacement for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy this year, an election year”.

Chris Matthews, the host of MSNBC’s “Hardball”, “threatened the Democratic leadership who will have hell to pay with voters if the party fails to block President Donald Trump’s pick to replace Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy”.

Matthews, The self appointed brains of MSNBC,  “said that because Senate Republicans, led by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, refused to even meet with former President Barack Obama’s pick to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia, Democrats have to do everything in their power to stop Trump’s pick from being confirmed.

“I don’t think the Democrats should allow even meetings to occur with Trump’s nominee to fill this vacancy by Justice Kennedy,” Matthews said. “I think they have to fight eye for an eye for what happened in ‘16 where the Republicans, led by Mitch McConnell, refused to even consider or even meet with Merrick Garland.” Folks, people like Mathews are the reason we have ZERO cooperation in our government today.
If case you forgot President Obama still had nearly a year remaining in his second term when Justice Scalia was eliminated. McConnell said that the vacancy should not be filled in an election year and that the nominee should be up to the next president. Mathews and Schumer failed to remember that Obama did not wait and nominated Merrick Garland to replace Scalia.

Despite screams and hate filled articles McConnell and Senate Republicans refused to consider Garland and he was not granted a hearing. Instead, the Supreme Court operated with eight justices until Trump took office and nominated Neil Gorsuch.

It appears that McConnell does not intend to follow the precedent set in 2016, saying that the Senate will vote on a Trump nominee to the Supreme Court this fall. That would ensure that Trump’s pick is confirmed by a Republican-controlled Senate, even if the Democrats managed to regain a majority in the election.

Matthews fanning the fires of hate stated that if Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., allows Trump’s nominee to go forward it would anger the party’s core voters.

 

It appears that much of the Democratic leadership agrees with Matthews. Schumer announced on the Senate floor yesterday that “Our Republican colleagues in the Senate should follow the rule they set in 2016 not to consider a Supreme Court justice in an election year.” “Millions of people are just months away from determining the senators who should vote to confirm or reject the president’s nominee and their voices deserve to be heard now, as Leader McConnell thought they deserved to be heard then.”
“Anything but that would be the absolute height of hypocrisy,” he added.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., cited the “McConnell Standard,” set with his opposition to Garland, as the reason not to consider any nominee until after the midterm election.

Let the cannons be loaded. Not surprisingly, President Trump said the process to replace Kennedy on Supreme Court will ‘begin immediately’

The opposing guns are loaded and the California forces of Senator Dianne Feinstein and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., announced that “the future of our democracy is at stake”. If the war reaches a pitch that the Senators can stir up it will be the best opening in my lifetime to insist that electing Congresspersons be with term limits. These people have elevated themselves to an elite status that must be destroyed.

I fully agree that the future of our democracy is at stake. The people deserve a voice in a decision that will radically alter the course of American justice for decades.What do you think?

HAS ANOTHER CIVIL WAR STARTED?

My friend, Ed Johnson, shared this powerful scenario that supports my articles predicting that we are dangerously close to the beginning of another civil war. This is a masterful collection of facts and events that are scary. I wish I knew who actually wrote this “Warning” that everyone with a scintilla of common sense better wake up. I did not write this, but the sentiments it presents are thought-provoking and far more accurate than we’d like to believe.  Good news is that the guns in the streets hasn’t happened…yet.

The mentality that has brought us to this point has been an implementation of a strategy of indoctrination through our public schools and universities coupled with an insertion over the past several decades of communist reasoning as delivered via Sol Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” and the United Nation’s “Agenda 21.”  George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Pocahontas Warren, Bernie Sanders, and their acolytes are but the tip of the iceberg toward bringing Orwell’s “1984” to reality. If the progressives run President Trump out of office or get control of Congress, our country may very well be put on a track from which there is no return.  

Our Civil War

Two or more sides disagree on who runs the country. And they can’t settle the question through elections because they don’t even agree that elections are how you decide who’s in charge.


 That’s the basic issue here. Who decides who runs the country? When you hate each other but accept the election results, you have a country. When you stop accepting election results, you have a countdown to a civil war.

 The Mueller investigation is about removing President Trump from office and overturning the results of an election. We all know that. But it’s not the first time they’ve done this. The first time a Republican president was elected this century, they said he didn’t really win. The Supreme Court gave him the election. There’s a pattern here.

 What do sure odds of the Democrats rejecting the next Republican president really mean? It means they don’t accept the results of any election that they don’t win. It means they don’t believe that transfers of power in this country are determined by elections.  That’s a civil war.

 There’s no shooting. At least not unless you count the attempt to kill a bunch of Republicans at a charity baseball game practice. But the Democrats have rejected our system of government.

 This isn’t dissent. It’s not disagreement. You can hate the other party. You can think they’re the worst thing that ever happened to the country. But then you work harder to win the next election. When you consistently reject the results of elections that you don’t win, what you want is a dictatorship.

 Your very own dictatorship.

 The only legitimate exercise of power in this country, according to Democrats, is its own. Whenever Republicans exercise power, it’s inherently illegitimate. The Democrats lost Congress. They lost the White House. So, what did they do? They began trying to run the country through Federal judges and bureaucrats. Every time that a Federal judge issues an order saying that the President of the United States can’t scratch his own back without his say so, that’s the civil war.

 Our system of government is based on the constitution, but that’s not the system that runs this country. The Democrat’s system is that any part of government that it runs gets total and unlimited power over the country.

 If the Democrats are in the White House, then the president can do anything. And I mean anything. He can have his own amnesty for illegal aliens. He can fine you for not having health insurance. His power is unlimited. He’s a dictator.

 But when Republicans get into the White House, suddenly the President can’t do anything. He isn’t even allowed to undo the illegal alien amnesty that his predecessor illegally invented. A Democrat in the White House has “discretion” to completely decide every aspect of immigration policy. A Republican doesn’t even have the “discretion” to reverse him. That’s how the game is played. That’s how our country is run. Sad but true, although the left hasn’t yet won that particular fight.

 When a Democrat is in the White House, states aren’t even allowed to enforce immigration law. But when a Republican is in the White House, states can create their own immigration laws. Under Obama, a state wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom without asking permission. But under Trump, Jerry Brown can go around saying that California is an independent republic and sign treaties with other countries.

 The Constitution has something to say about that.

 Whether it’s Federal or State, Executive, Legislative or Judiciary, the left moves power around to run the country. If it controls an institution, then that institution is suddenly the supreme power in the land. This is what I call a moving dictatorship.

 Donald Trump has caused the Shadow Government to come out of hiding: Professional government is a guild. Like medieval guilds. You can’t serve in if you’re not a member. If you haven’t been indoctrinated into its arcane rituals. If you aren’t in the club. And Trump isn’t in the club. He brought in a bunch of people who aren’t in the club with him.

 Now we’re seeing what the pros do when amateurs try to walk in on them They spy on them, they investigate them and they send them to jail. They use the tools of power to bring them down.

 That’s not a free country.

 It’s not a free country when FBI agents who support Hillary take out an “insurance policy” against Trump winning the election. It’s not a free country when Obama officials engage in massive unmasking of the opposition. It’s not a free country when the media responds to the other guy winning by trying to ban the conservative media that supported him from social media. It’s not a free country when all of the above collude together to overturn an election because the guy who wasn’t supposed to win won.

 Have no doubt, we’re in a civil war between conservative volunteer government and a leftist Democrat professional government.

 That is how WARS START from within. Pass this along.

JUSTICE IN AMERICA – PART TWO!

JUDGES NOW RULE EVERY PHASE OF AMERICAN LIVES!

Now the individual Federal Judges have expanded their authority to further burden Americans with rulings that impact the life of native citizens. I decided to write this article as a continuance of my last posting.

The recent flood of actions by our Federal Judges indicate they are now taking turns trying to make average Americans foot the bill and help the Liberal-Progressives Democrats race to Socialize our freedoms. The headlines are a George Bush nominated Federal Judge now challenges Trump’s actions. George Bush was as deeply Progressive as George Soros.

 I have the continued hope that this article along with my last article, “Justice in America” would help motivate freedom loving American citizens to awaken. Folks, many of our elected, hired and appointed Government Employees are slowly increasing their power by clever and covert actions.

These actions are totally hidden from the natural-born American citizens with the billions of dollars from people like George Soros noted in the last article. Coupled that with the fact that our national media is owned by industrial wealth that must have cheap labor to maintain their wealth. The previous wealthy Barons who milked their wealth and created the Great Depression lost their grasp of power during WWII when a middle class was created. This event was the first time average Americans had better lives.

The latest news is an announcement that a third Federal Judge had issued a decree to reverse Trump’s cancelling of the Obama DACA program. Again another Federal Judge is to pressured, threatened or paid off to protect more illegals from deportation while unlawfully gaining citizenship.

I also noted in my last blog that “Lady Justice has been depicted wearing a blindfold”. It appears that our entire Justice System now wears a bandit’s mask to hide the covert actions to make the laws instead of Congress. Today the mask is used to hide the fact that the Justice System and the powerful in America have been trying to eliminate the more populated middle class from control of the country instead of the Progressive elite.  If the original blindfold represented impartiality, the ideal would be a Justice System that guaranteed the laws would be applied without regard to wealth, power, or other status.

In no way am I trying to free Congress from their full responsibility to make our laws. They have instituted procedures from within to shelter themselves from responsibility and ensure actions of the Justice and Presidential powers are lawfully enacted. We have a three-legged government with different responsibilities. What has happened is we the people have let each leg expand its powers to cause this power struggle to ever happen. Because of this power struggle refinement to the equal legs of our government need to be adjusted. The primary reason for this imbalance is “Tenure”.

Our forefathers designed what they perceived as a perfect system of a Democratic Republic. This system has lasted longer than any form of Government in the Earth’s history. Unfortunately our freedoms have produced scholars to argue both the value and dangers of our form of government. The powers of each side have forgotten that our government is supposed to be controlled by a vote of the people. The mess we have today is the fault of the people for allowing the use of illegals, the poor and the mindless to be used as a power base.

The people must insist that term limits be initiated for members of Congress. Congress placed term limits on the Presidential powers. What must be another change is the tenure of Federal Judges including the Supreme Court. Dishonesty abounds today that our President calls the “Swamp”. He operates so far without any media support, without full Congressional support and what now appears to be a covert challenge by a biased Justice System, Congress and the media, hell-bent to remove him from office. There are three apparent scenarios to debate;

 

  1. Should anyone in our government have lifetime tenure in America today?

  2. Should election to Congress be a lifetime job?

  3. Should our President or the Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court, be able to make or change the laws of the land?

AMERICAN JUSTICE?

Justice in America has degraded over my entire 87 years. I read many definitions and how Justice has emerged over the centuries. The following will back up my assessment of Justice in America and hopefully arouse enough Americans to demand that our laws are enforced instead of ignored.

Lady Justice is most often depicted with a set of scales typically suspended from her left hand, upon which she measures the strengths of a case’s support and opposition. The scales represent the weighing of evidence, and the scales lack a foundation in order to signify that evidence should stand on its own.

Since the 16th century, Lady Justice has often been depicted wearing a blindfold. The blindfold represents impartiality, the ideal that justice should be applied without regard to wealth, power, or other status.

A 2006 issue of Rolling Stone proclaimed TIME TO GO!, focusing on the perceived corruption that dominated Congress. The drawing showed a bunch of figures evoking reactionary politics emerging from the Capitol. One of the figures was Lady Justice lifting her blindfold, implying that the then-composition of Congress had politicized the criminal justice system.

The last distinctive feature of Lady Justice is her sword. The sword represented authority in ancient times, and conveys the idea that justice can be swift and final.

Folks I lived through the J Edgar Hoover FBI operations that has never been completely recorded for historical reasons. We will never know how many people he had control over with facts they could not stay in power if exposed. Those years established what is currently the modern government “Swamp”. If enough Americans would just study our current justice system and band together and demand all laws will be enforced until Congress removes them.

Currently we appear to have not only the FBI comedy performance by its leaders but the entire Justice department appears to be politically owned by the Democrats and Republicans in name only (RINO’s). The Robert Mueller investigation is so overtly functioning to get Donald Trump ousted as President, sadly with the media help that is so biased it stinks.

 Our current Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, has demonstrated he is totally inept as a leader of a Boy Scout troop. He has covertly usurped Trump with his questionable ethics working with McConnell and Ryan to allow Mueller to keep functioning until he digs up enough to try to get Trump impeached. Ryan is smart enough to get out of Washington before the people demand changes to force the entire government to have “NO BIAS” or resign. This is the only way to drain the swamp.

Why on earth does our Justice Department stand by as cities and states ignore our laws and laugh at the Federal government that does nothing? People like Jerry Brown, Rahm Emanuel and the rest of lawless politicians flaunt the laws just to please the illegals and the lawless for votes so they can hold office and amass fortunes from the criminals.

President Trump needs to fire Session’s and clean house at the Justice Department. The political bias in the Justice Department is totally unacceptable.

The people need to know a lot more about the bias openly demonstrated by the Supreme Court. We have one Constitution and one Bill of Rights. These laws are created and administered by Congress. The President approves and can veto them but Congress can override a veto if they desire. Today it would be unlikely as Congress is so divided. It make me sick to watch the Supreme Court make every decision based on political favor rather than the law. The Progressive Democrats have created two Americas and with the endless supply of money from people like George Soros they are closing in on total chaos that will end in another civil war if someone can’t stop the movement.  

If Progressive Democrats and disgruntled RINO’s do try to impeach Trump and succeed, we the people are the losers. It is time for we the people to make enough noise to wake  up the good politicians, force the initiation of term limits and force every government agency and employee who is elected, appointed or hired to sign a pledge to never let politics be a factor. Violation would be automatic termination and being banned from serving in any government activity or companies that operate with government contracts for their lifetime.

Looking back, these idiotic practices of lawless actions has made our entire Government operations reprehensible. It is the people’s fault as we elect and re-elect the same thieves year after year after year. They will disappear if we want them to, some to prison others trained to do honest work.

OUR BIGGEST ENEMY IS OUR GOVERNMENT!

Prove me wrong?

Watching and reading the news, possibly deeper than most,  has proven to me that all of our government agencies have been unlawfully using security classifications to hide facts from the people. We get to see what they want us to see and this must be investigated.

Hiding anything from the public by every government agency is the scariest event in my lifetime. It is also factual that the major networks and publishers use innuendos, evasive methods to modify the news to fit their political propaganda objectives. I have lost trust in the news from television, radio and all newspapers and rely on the internet to keep me informed. Watching President Trump use the internet to express his positions has been refreshing. He obviously had some of the same concerns when he referred to Washington DC as a swamp that needed draining. He has been systematically addressing specific concerns and has chosen to express his positions openly. His actions to criticize the media when they spew propaganda is evident. His bold actions about the honesty of our own government has been refreshing.   

Anyone who questions the clandestine unlawful actions by our own government is either blind, deaf, dead or a Socialist, Democratic Progressive. This definition also describes the upper level leadership in all or nearly all current government agencies. When the Department of Justice (DOJ) becomes the most questionable agency we have, America is in deep trouble. Even more troubling is when the Justice Department uses security classification to hide their actions from Congress and the President. Save this article and watch this unfold as it can’t be hidden forever. It appears that our current Attorney General Sessions has been gagged by his own people for a reason we will never know. What prompted me to write this article was an article written by Chuck Ross for the Washington Journal Friday. I will use some of his statements to reveal what motivated me to spend this Sunday writing this article instead of watching the final round of The Masters Golf Tournament.  


“The Department of Justice says it will allow members of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees to view surveillance warrants granted against former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page in what the agency is calling an “extraordinary accommodation.”

DOJ is allowing the access to the four warrant applications in response to demands from California Rep. Devin Nunes, the chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence”.

These revelations should be very troubling for any American who loves our “Freedoms”. I can’t fathom how or why the DOJ can hide any document, even politically misused actions, from the Congressional oversight committees. This mistrust within our entire government operations is deeply troubling. Analyze the next quote from Mr Ross.     

“Nunes threatened earlier this week to take legal action if the DOJ did not provide all committee members access to the four Page warrants, which were issued in 2016 and 2017 by judges on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court. Nunes also demanded that the FBI hand over an internal document known as an Electronic Communication (EC), which laid out the basis for the bureau’s investigation into possible Trump campaign collusion with the Russian government”

“WOW”. A Congressional committee may have to sue the DOJ for what must be classified “Top Secret” for some scary reason, WHY?  The referenced, “Ross” article revealed that there was a subpoena issued to review the secret documents last August 24th from Chairman Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee. The DOJ and the FBI  have not provided the documents yet.


The Ross article revealed that the DOJ has allowed two members of the House Intelligence Committee to view the FISA warrants.  Rep. Adam Schiff and Rep. Trey Gowdy have reviewed the documents. Nunes sent four request in February to permit all members if the Intelligence Committee to review the Secret documents and his requests were declined. Another request has produced the following reply from assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd to Nunes Friday and is quoted from the Ross article;

“The Department considers this an extraordinary accommodation based on unique facts and circumstances. We are also extending this review opportunity to the members of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence,” the letter continues.

“Nunes set a deadline of April 11, next Wednesday, to provide a copy of the Electronic Communication”.

Can you imagine how many more government agencies use Security Classification to hide information from Congress, the Media and the people?Inspector Generals.

I recently read that the Inspector General within the DOJ has over 400 people to make sure operations are within the law. If this is an example there must be over ten thousand

Government employees making sure everything that happens in the entire government is lawful. The same Inspector General for the DOJ and his 400 plus people have been reviewing the Clinton computer and cell phone debacle for over a year. The Mueller investigation of the Russian involvement in the last election is the closest example of bias I have ever observed.  Fueled by the media it may last until they all die.

As most of the people who I worked with for 27 years in Aerospace for a company now part of Lockheed-Martin have passed away I will justify my knowledge of the security issues. I had security clearance for most of those years and spent many years with a Top Secret Crypto approval.  

Watching our government operate these past few years has been a lesson on what not to do. The size of every agency seems to grow faster than our increase in citizens. When you see what we spend on illegals you can should be see why every agency grows. Some States now encourage illegals and prison inmates to vote to keep the the Socialist Progressive Democrats in power. I believe that at least 90% of all government employees are near rabid liberal Democrats. This is why we need more rabid conservatives to make up the government function on an even basis.

Trump has stayed on the path he promised to clean up what he called the swamp. What he has flushed out are many known as “Republican in Name Only” or “Rinos”. The biggest surprise for me it was John McCain who helped the Democrats keep Obamacare alive. If Trump stays on his promised path and the Rino’s keep voting with the Democrats it may stop the swamp draining. The only hope to keep America a Republic is for the people to finally force a vote for term limits in Congress. If that fails America will be Socialist on or before 2030 which will be my 100th year, dead or alive.

TRUMP’S FIRST BIG MISTAKE!

I have supported our President since he announced his intention to seek the office. The reason for my decision was that he was only the second American from a major political group to seek the office who was not a career politician. The other was Dwight Eisenhower who was also the first person I was able to vote for to be President a long time ago. I had spent over four years in the Navy, three and a half on active duty. I was Married with one daughter and one on the way when I cast my first vote for anything.

Now we have Americans voting at 18 that can’t add 2 + 2, ignored by society or preparing to enter a college or University. After four years of being taught to ignore the Constitution, how to spit on or burn our flag, hate our military and demonstrate before they graduate. This has been happening long enough now to divide the people and spew hate in every direction. The hate in America appears to have reached a crescendo that will end with another civil war if Trump fails.

Watching every move Trump had promised to do, several have ended up squashed by Congress, the political driven Supreme court or the Demoncratic Secret Society. These groups have funded protest for everything possible and are corrupting every Federal Agency including the FBI, the State Department and likely every arm of Government. The media is using every event to stir up Americans with fake news, hysterical lies, innuendos to motivate the young people to riot, damage property and hate our country.

Trump has been systematically doing things he promised in the months of bloodthirsty and savage campaigning. He has started draining the swamp as promised while having to fight both the Republican and Democratic losers who have nearly led and managed America to bankruptcy and third world stature.

Much to my surprise he has now attacked one of the most innovative and expertly managed companies since Sam Walton started Sam’s Clubs and Walmart. He has, for some strange reason, mounted an attack on Amazom.com for taking advantage of a contract with the Postal Service. If he has a problem with Jeff Bezos he should attack what Amazon has done wrong. I doubt the Amazon folks took advantage of an agency that has never made a profit in history. President Trump should have avoided the Postal Service, Tennessee Valley Authority and Amtrac when starting a fight with anyone about failure. He should be trying to privatize these perennial failures and eliminate the losses written off every year. If he is jealous of Bezos wait until he is no longer President. He should be trying to get Amazon to modernize every government agency that exists and save us Trillions by “Doing the Right Things Right the First Time”. This was the slogan for my companies

If the truth were known I imagine the contract Amazon has with the Postal Service was sought after by the USPS? Before he attacked by backstabbing Amazon he should have asked some questions.How many people did the USPS employ just to do the increased Amazon workload.

If it was none, what were the people doing before the added work?

If it was 2,000 new people, what will they do if the Amazon contract is ended? My guess is nothing, what is your guess?

Of all the recent new companies Amazon operations and leadership should be used to teach our Government how to be successful. I doubt Amazon has a pension program that allows people to retire after 20 years service. I spent 27 years, 25 in management, for a major corporation. I did leave them to improve my family’s life but had my 27 years been in management for a Government Agency I could have retired at 47 instead of 63 and be enjoying my 40th year of a fat Government pension. Instead I retired at 65 with the 27 years of service. I have drawn $221.47 each month for 22 years now with zero, none, nada other benefits.  

If “Joe American” working in any position similar to a Government worker had any idea the difference he will get in pension benefits there would be Hell to pay explaining why. I hope President Trump will keep his focus to level the playing field and adjust the Government employee benefits to match private industry. Leave Amazon alone unless they break the law. Get the FBI honest and make every Government agency out there justify their existence. Start with the USPS as I feel certain any successful business in America could make a profit managing them in less than two years. I know I could if I had the funding.

POLITICS – DESTROYING AMERICA FROM WITHIN!

I waited until Easter Sunday to publish this hoping someone can explain why most leaders are causing this horrible event and fighting our President, Donald Trump from trying to heal the wounds. Our media has now become the trash and supporter of hate, up-evil and every way they can cause damage, destruction and even death for others. Our Congress is rotten, the Judiciary system is rife with political power that overrides the law even at the Supreme Court. Every day the two largest political organizations draw lines in the sand for battle and the only man trying to heal all of the wounds is being made the most hated man in America and he is the only leader trying to stop the hate and “Make America Great Again”. Someone one please tell me “WHY,WHY,WHY”.  For Gods Sake folks will there ever be another chance before “Civil War Two?

One of my grandsons and some of his friends sent me some unique thoughts about politics. As many people who read my articles know I am sick of 24/7/365 where politics has taken over the media and only major tragedies and the weather interrupt constant politics. These young men have been having forums and debates and allowed me to use these issues to frame my thoughts.

The First issue they agreed on was “every politician is a corporate whore”. I can’t disagree in full but there are a few, who try hard to blaze new trails but the seniority power system is so powerful they have little or no voice. Unless they have been in Congress  for 24 years they are just followers. Congress, an astute body of elected officials, believe they are “royalty”. One of President Trump’s greatest challenges will be to convince these people they work for the people instead of being Rulers of anyone but themselves. Basically they believe they are above the law, like Charles Rangel, who would get re-elected if he was in prison or dead. The people know he is a crook but who cares if he steals and cheats for them too.

The second issue they discussed was, “campaign finance law basically exists to be super vague to keep out 3rd parties and disguise or totally hide where all politicians money is coming from”. “They feel that only the politicians themselves truly know who each they owe favors to. They concluded that it has to be far more people, usually a lot of people. The consensus was it was definitely influencing policy. They agreed that with Donald Trump we know exactly where his money comes from and it will be difficult for army of lobbyist/backers to be able to manipulate Trump. They concluded that this is reflected in some policy positions he has promised, like the changes to the tax code to close loopholes, that he knows as well as anyone, because he’s used them himself for decades. This analogy by these young men is impressive and zeros in on many of the changes that must be made to give them the freedoms and opportunity  I have enjoyed for nearly 88 years.

The third issue they had consensus was the traits of successful leaders. Their discussions ranged a historical figure you admire, to a great coach and the leaders including they have studied and they really admired. They typically singled out those who are straightforward and honest with their people. They admired the ones who speak their mind and stand up for what they believe in, are open minded but firm in their convictions, and tend to shine when making difficult decisions.

Sadly they see that today the traits necessary to be a politician are directly opposite. They concluded that to be a successful politician today you have to be covert in expressing your true thoughts and motives when they’re controversial instead of providing people what they really want. They believe politicians purposely avoid tough decisions like the plague and only stand for what no one is opposed to. As an example look at political debates, most of the politicians evade direct responses to every questions. Most just talk and talk and say nothing. Trump has no trouble expresses himself legitimately to say exactly what he thinks. They feel he seems honest, even when what he expresses is unexpected. He has no concerns that some people aren’t going to like what he has to say. They conclude that Trump answers every question in the debates, with refreshing responses.

It appears that the consensus agreed that Trump is open minded. Even though Trump was once a Democrat, just like I was, now he’s running as a  Republican They feel he’s still very liberal on a large number of issues and I can’t agree with their term “very liberal. I am about four paces to the right of Attila-the-Hun but Trump’s promise to clean up the Washington swamp is worth allowing some liberal flexibility.

They feel the Comedy Central roast proved he was a good sport about it. He’s clearly capable of laughing at himself, which implies he’s aware he may be wrong at times. Any honest person will admit they are not perfect

These young men don’t think he’s racist at all, though he’s definitely more worried about terrorism than they feel is warranted. This is one point where they are completely wrong. I agree with their assessment that he is brash and they are not interested in having him as a friend.

They feel that George W. Bush seemed like a genuinely nice guy and we invaded two countries, Obama seems like a genuinely nice guy and NSA spying and drone strikes are at an all time high. Maybe being a nice guy isn’t that important to running a country. In reality both Bush and Obama are Progressives but Bush is not as socialistic as Obama.

I agree with their conclusion that Trump has been the victim of gotcha journalism and misquotation or out of context quotation by both the Demoncrats and the GOP. We agree that most politicians don’t like what he really stands for as the entire Washington cabal is so scared they are shaking in their boots.

Another issue has been his statements that made the front page recently on the internet that were wildly misrepresented. He was asked specifically about ISIS’ ability to recruit online and was talking about trying to take steps to limit that. To me it was obvious from what he said that he doesn’t know much about the Internet, but to me what he said about “get with Bill Gates” that was so heavily mocked here was pretty clear in context, that he was saying he wants to meet with experts in the field and see what our options are. As much as he has been ripped they thought he was making a point mentioning Gates. Trump knows Bill Gates politically, and how liberal he is, and I think was implying it’s a non-partisan issue and showing the angle they’d take, which was what the next line mocking people crying about freedom of speech was about. Trump knows Bill Gates is the last guy on earth who would want to filter the Internet and restrict freedom, that’s his point in dropping his name.

They seem far more concerned with the similar statements, from a more informed position, that Hillary and Obama have already made concerning freedoms and spying on the Internet.

My grandson, Landon Miller, provided me with the feelings of a group of young men in their late 20’s. I hope Landon will give any credits to others by listing them in comments after this article is posted. Although they may be neophytes, they show some real courage and challenge that really surprised this old man. I have never tried to influence my children, grandchildren or great grandchildren politically but to be the best at whatever they choose to do with their lives. All of them are not aligned with me totally and I served over five years in the US military defending their, mine and every Americans rights to free speech and political leanings.  C Brewer

This article was written over two years ago and I had decided to wait a while to publish it. I would challenge these young men  to get together and see if they still have the same feelings and outlooks today. If they accept I will publish unedited as a part two to the subject.

It would interesting to have some young liberals express their comments and possibly send me why they disagree with this message. I will also post their comments unedited. My intent to get both sides of the issues as America is being destroyed from within. This is sad to watch for this old man who has seen America work together in World War ll and then start the destruction movement in the 1960’s with the Clinton’s and other dissidents stirred up by Communists Professors in our universities.  C Brewer

CONGRESS CREATED THE SWAMP!

We all need to help Trump start and maintain the pumps.

Congresspersons have become nothing more than greedy power whores, thriving with the lavish gifts from the hoard of  lobbyist that did not even exist until after WWII. Although there are no numbers to evaluate I suspect that there are more lobbyist in Washington D.C. and the 50 State capitols than there are members in all of our military services. Money and other presents may not buy everyone but you can be certain if it is enough it will to buy a majority of votes.

It took a while longer but next they bowed to the unions and allowed our Federal Government employees to be protected by unions. When Congress allowed this monster to be created they really started the deficit alligator to join in on the downhill slide. If our Congress and Presidents can’t be fair to its employees they should resign. It would be interesting to see how the costs of government employees has increased in relationship to industrial workers

Another interesting comparison would be to see another cost breakdown. This would be the nonmilitary government employee cost to purchase and provide everything necessary to support the military today, versus what it costs in 1945 during a world war. Where did the thousands of Defense Department employees work during WWII when there was no Pentagon. Never forget all money needed for every Government Agency is provided by Congress.

Until Congress authorized the Department of Energy(DOE) all Government oversight and control of the Petroleum industry was part of the Department of the Interior (DOI). This happened while I was deeply involved with the energy industry. In fact I chaired a quasi Government/Industry Program for several years that was administered by the Minerals Management Service of the then (DOI) and was Policed/Audited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. This program required in some cases a lot of wasted time and records. Another peculiar requirement was it only affected two kinds of safety valves out of the hundreds of other failure modes. The one thing even bothered me more was this requirement was only required on oil and gas wells in Federal Offshore waters. After the BP blowout my first thought was they should have required this control on blowout preventers.

The DOE now has 220,000 employees and I would bet my house that the (DOI) has as many or more employees than they had when the the two were separated. Only Congress could have stopped this but they will never understand the game played by Government employees. When you can’t get bigger in bad times then turn the lobbyist loose to create a new Agency. Study how the Department of Education became one of those boondoggles.

Congress makes its own rules, why?

Congress sets its own salaries, why?

Congress determines its own pensions, Why?

Congress determines its own ethics, Why?

Congress establishes its own budgets, Why?

Congress refuses to set term limits, Why?

Finally we elected a President who likely know many more Why’s than I do. Unfortunately Congress entices the media to keep him involved with defending his every decision that he will never have time to fix Congress. The only way Congress will ever get stopped from spending is for the people to stand behind our man. If the people stay divided the America I love so much will disappear.

Do you support open borders with useless control parameters? The Democrats do, why?

Do you support confiscating all weapons and ammo owned by citizens? The Democrats do, Why?

Do you support having to print all Government requirements in as many as 20+ languages, including ballots? The Democrats do, Why?  

Do you want to reinstate the hundreds of unnecessary Government regulations Trump had cancelled? The Democrats do, Why?

Do you want illegal aliens and prisoners to vote in our elections? The Democrats do, Why?

Do you want to keep the treaties that have caused our companies to move the millions of our workers jobs overseas? The Democrats do, Why?

Do you support the Sanctuary Cities and States that hide illegal aliens from deportation that violates Federal Laws? The Democrats do, Why?

Democrats, if you hate our country and our laws so much it would be easier to immigrate to Canada, Australia, England, Germany, France who have Socialism you so dearly desire. If you want to fight for something try immigrating to Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen and help these people kill each other. Leave freedom loving Americans alone.

A bunch of us are happy to be free and we support our President to please don’t stop draining the swamp. We appreciate his vigor and reluctance to keep the pumps draining. Someday our Federal employees will have the same benefits that all of us have, including Congress. If they are elected to support the people they should have pay and benefits that we have. If they want to be equal to the leaders of industry then go to work and earn the benefits like we have to do.

All America needs are jobs and put welfare army back to work. They can replace the illegals that took their place as Americans were put on welfare. The biggest need is term limits and no Tenure for any elected or Obsessionally appointed Government Official.

I challenge anyone to prove me wrong.

COVER YOUR ASS, “CYA”

After several months of tearing away layer after layer of security concerns the infamous FISA report was released. We were finally able to see what Top Secret activity transpired starting some fifteen months ago.

I spent twenty seven years and one day of my life working is the aviation, space and weaponry world. These were years during the Berlin wall, putting a man on the Moon and the early years of both creating and producing radically new offensive and defensive weapons. This included ways to kill enemies as well as protect American lives.    

During this period of time I had Top Secret Crypto clearance with some other tags for speciality designations. Working on revolutionary new concepts for things that could kill a bunch of people demanded honesty, integrity and obviously secrecy beyond belief. I remembered being debriefed when I left this phase of my life with warnings of what was called “Loose Lips” when I was a boy during WWII.

Like everyone but those who work in Trump’s designated “Government Swamp” we were subjected to months of suspense. For months you might put yourself in my position of wondering what on earth was being protected by Top Secret classification unless Trump had used illegal Russian help to steal the election. If so why did all of this witch hunt begin before the election.

Bill Clinton’s meeting with Loretta Lynch at an airport away from listening possibility of their conversation appeared unusual. The possibility of Trump’s team having those Russian connections and the FBI was listening in on every conversation had not surfaced yet.

When that four page document was revealed today that confirmed that the FBI was using strange methods and known untrue facts to get that FISA warrant, cleared the mystery up to me. A conspiracy between the Clinton’s, the Democratic Party and some top level FBI agents committed so many crimes it will be a long time before I would ever trust the FBI leaders if some are not imprisoned. It appears some media people were part of the secret operation and they also belong in prison. It appears some top level Democratic Congresspersons and the Clinton’s were also involved. They may have enough money to buy a gate pass.

My how things have changed over the years. Unless you brain has moved from your head to the anus area of your body or you are just plain stupid this was a plot even they knew would backfire if Trump won. When you remove the fog even a drunken monkey would understand these clandestine plots were to make sure Clinton won the election.   

To simplify even more the actual use of placing a Top Secret designation on the entire comedy of errors was to protect the FBI and the other list of characters in this “Comic Plot from embarrassment, their cushy jobs and “Three Hots and a Cot” in a federal pokey. Cover Your Ass lies seldom see people escape punishment.

If I was one of the FISA Judges these dumbasses lied to, I would be the first one to begin putting them away. They certainly made fools of these Judges.

STATISTICS & POLITICS! AMERICA DROWNS IN INFORMATION.

DO WE HAVE TOO MUCH INFORMATION?

Believe it or not if you have a device to connect you with the internet You can read about anything, especially American politics, and never read it all. By the time you think you have read every word there will be more to read than you had when you started.

I will share an old story I heard about fifty years ago.

“A business owner was convinced that his CPA was no longer capable. He invited three new potential accountants to come for an interview.

The first was invited in and was asked a simple question, how much is two and two. Without hesitation he answered “four”. He was excused.

The second one was invited in, asked the same question and provided the same answer, “four”. He was excused.

The third was invited in and asked the same question. Much to the owners surprise he answered  “What number do you want it to be? He was hired immediately.

This story exactly describes our entire government and how it operates. If you take enough time you can get statistics to support any position or answer you are looking for. The amount of honesty, ethics and performance of everyone with power in Washington and the elected officials in every Democratic controlled State is questionable. I believe it might be just as bad in every State because politics controls every aspect of our lives today.

When the powerful can tell you what bathroom you can use you should know ethics have been discarded by one or a group of perverts. Politicians who scream about global warming are being paid to support anything questionable with power and money. Again statistics can find any answer you want if you selectively try long and hard enough.

Anyone who has watched our Federal Judges including the Supreme Court as long as I have and believes they render decisions that meet our Constitution and other laws need to visit a “shrink”. They get nominated and appointed for life by elected officials to support the political party in power. If you care, take time to ask why every political decision by the Supreme Court usually ends with a 5 to 4 decision. Occasionally like Roberts decision on Obamacare when his tie breaking vote smelled like a dead rat. Did he get paid, we will never know?     

To make my point I will share some statistics gathered from the Internet for January 24th. With all of the massive amount of money used to skew facts I question political honesty of these supposedly factual numbers. Most of the data presented is supposedly generated from calls to actual voters. There is no way to guarantee they are actual voters. I am 87 years old and I have never been contacted by one of these pooling companies.       

First look at the President’s performance.

After nearly every poll in America predicted that Hillary would be elected I have no confidence in anyone anymore. If 56% or 59% of our voters are anti-Trump, America is in deep dodo. We have this one chance to clean politics and the big money will decide this year’s elections just like they have until Trump beat the money powerful in 2016.

Now look at now look over Congress approval rating.

With the growth in the army of people who are required to support one Congressman. The 15% and 18% figures could be the individuals who must number in the thousands and their families and close friends. That is if any of the 535 have a friend? I have found no one who thinks Congress can do anything correct and if they make a decision no one agrees but them.

When I saw this result these polls reveal they must be rigged with the same people who the pollsters used to report that Hillary would win in a cake walk in 2016.

Real Americans are sick and tired of watching our government grow, create regulations, wreck entire industries like Coal and end up with a welfare army of Aliens, illegal Aliens and far too many Americans unemployed. Watching jobs leave for foreign countries by the millions and our factories boarded up has been miserable.

Fellow Americans we have a new leader in the Washington “Swamp”. He has rolled up his sleeves donned waders and is kicking ass to help Americans. He is fighting the Demoncrats, nearly alone, fighting the RINO’s like John McCain and Lindsey Graham who have tried to torpedo his Presidency along with Chuck “Slimey” Schumer, the Clinton Machine and Nancy, “Face lift Queen” Pelosi.

The primary enemy of the Conservatives and the people is the large networks and news networks including far too many liberals at Fox News like Juan Williams and Shepard Smith.

It is refreshing to see how many companies are bringing back jobs and parked profits from overseas and reopening facilities or building new ones to hire American workers. Drying up the welfare army and putting lifetime welfare leeches to work for their benefits like Roosevelt did in the 1930’s when I was a boy. Why are the Demoncrats pushing to increase the volume of illegals to put on welfare when Americans need the better jobs?

Stop listening or reading the rigged news being spewed from the media supporting the liberal movement to Socialize our Country. Socializing America is a step to remove freedoms millions of Americans have died to protect.

God bless Donald Trump who is our last chance to remain free.
