OBAMA – ROLE MODEL FOR CRIMINALS!

Well it is official, Obama announced he will veto the bill Congress passed to force him to comply with the laws of our land.

It has been rather obvious that he just enforces the law by his and Eric Holder’s political preference, racial hatred and payback for donations.

Criminals, illegals, radical racist, Chicago politicians and unions must be dancing in the streets as they can just plead that if crime is not against the law for politicians they can reduce their bribes to Judges.

This is the way Democrats establish themselves as role models for the children as well as criminals.

He could get even with Congress if he would issue an Executive Order to make it mandatory that Congressional members must also follow the law. CB

La Raza-A “Tea Party for Progressives?

I recently wrote an article, “Immigration-La Raza’s Purpose” and disclosed that the Obama administration has nearly tripled the amount of taxpayer funds given to the radical Mexican separatist group the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). This increased generosity commenced after Obama appointed one of NCLR’s former top officials (Cecilia Munoz) to serve as his Director of Intergovernmental Affairs.

This is a follow up article on a recent event. On July 26th President Obama spoke before a meeting of the NCLR,  He was obviously preparing for his re-election by promising this radical of his plans to give more than just cash. This group of obvious radicals has enough power to attract many politicians from both political parties to make speeches when they gather. One example is that Texas Governor Rick Perry also spoke at this recent conference.

Let me share some actual quotes from President Obama during his speech.

1. “It is good to be back with NCLR. It is good to see all of you. Right off the bat, I should thank you because I have poached quite a few of your alumni to work in my administration.”

2 “I promised you I would work tirelessly to fix our broken immigration system and make the DREAM Act a reality. And two months ago…I went down to the border of El Paso to reiterate…my vision for an immigration system that holds true to our values and our heritage, and meets our economic and security needs. And I argued this wasn’t just the moral thing to do, it was an economic imperative.”

For those of you who are unaware of what the Dream Act contains it will be another form of amnesty that both Bush and Obama have promoted. This act would provide permanent residency to any illegal alien who graduates from an American high school as long as they go to an American college or join the US military.

3. “Now, I swore an oath to uphold the laws on the books, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know very well the real pain and heartbreak that deportations cause. I share your concerns and I understand them. And I promise you, we are responding to your concerns and working every day to make sure we are enforcing flawed laws in the most humane and best possible way. Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own. And believe me right now dealing with Congress the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting.”

Obama has already bypassed Congress and enacted stealth amnesty by shutting down deportation proceedings against illegal aliens, including violent criminals. He holds the record for being the President that has bypassed Congress more than any other president in history, and in just two miserable years.

4. “But here’s the only thing you should know. The Democrats and your President are with you. Don’t get confused about that. Remember who it is that we need to move in order to actually change the laws.”

5. “This country has always been made stronger by our immigrants. That is what makes America special. We attract talented, dynamic, optimistic people who are continually refreshing our economy and our spirit.

I plead with you to remember that the NCLR is a radical racialist group with many members that have absolutely no respect for the United States, especially not for our immigration laws! The NCLR crowd actually urged Obama to violate the Constitution during his speech and unilaterally grant amnesty.

This is the same organization that supports “radical Chicano” groups that seek to conquer the American Southwest by force or by ballot box and return it to Mexico. I wonder how many American voters agree that we should support this type of immigrants to be awarded amnesty ahead of others who seek citizenship the correct way?

We all should recognize the wonderful contributions of immigrants who come here legally for a better life. Obama is talking to the wrong group. The National Council of La Raza (The Race) is not a collection of “dynamic, optimistic people” who have an interest in “refreshing” the America “Dream”.

It makes me sick to watch how both Democrats and Republicans use amnesty for illegal immigration strategy as a ploy to attract the Hispanic vote. It is difficult for me to understand how any politician can support any flagrantly unconstitutional action. How can Obama sell out his solid African American base with actions that will directly hurt them in the future? It is rather apparent that at some point, and soon, that all people who live off of our government will suffer the same pain our spending policies have inflicted on those of us who pay taxes are suffering now.

IMMIGRATION- LEGALIZED POLITICAL BRIBERY

Being retired provides you more time to read to read and listen. Unfortunately for me it reveals just how rotten the political process has degraded America. As a young man I saw how manipulating the Hispanic voting process in Texas resulted in Lyndon Johnson becoming a U. S. Senator. Johnson as President pushed the socialist agenda to a level that would make FDR look like a conservative. Every president since has manipulated the Hispanic people to join the other welfare dependent voters in an attempt to guarantee re-election. This includes the progressive republicans like Bush.

The Obama administration and all democrats have decided to intensify the manipulation of the Hispanic voters to help get Obama another term as president. The democrats have the people on lifelong welfare and the union votes locked up. With the massive increase in government employees they still need the illegal aliens to assure victory in 2012.

I challenge you to read more about what is happening and I will share some interesting facts to hopefully excite you. A great source is an article by Tom Fitton published on Big Government.com on June 28th.

Anyone who reads or listens to the news, even the democratic main stream media, has been well informed about sanctuary cities. In Texas it is sad that Houston and Austin totally ignore the illegal aliens and in reality protect them from prosecution and deportation. These and other cities are encouraged by the current president and the democrats to ignore the criminal activity. They need every vote possible.

Obama’s Director of Intergovernmental Affairs, Cecelia Munoz, a former top official of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) has been successful in massive increased government funding for NCLR. This organization has been receiving government funding for years but Ms. Munoz has this bribery in overdrive. Funding has tripled in the last year.

The Department of Labor provides 60% of the funding. No surprise as it is headed by former congresswoman Hilda Solis with close ties to NCLR. Since she was named Secretary of Labor Ms. Solis has launched a nationwide campaign to protect illegal immigrant workers in the USA. In the latter part of June she made declarations with Guatemala and Nicaragua to preserve the rights of their migrants.

NCLR receives substantial government funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Center for Disease Control. NCLR also has affiliate organizations such as, Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) whose federal funding has doubled since Munoz was appointed.

Another social service and legal services organization, Ayuda Inc., which did not receive any federal funding 2005-2008, Ayuda received $1,148,000 from the US Department of Justice in 2009-2010. This company provides immigration law services and guarantees confidentiality to assure illegal aliens they will not be reported to authorities. It would be appreciated by every criminal to have the government to pay to help them evade the law. Woops, that could be underway as the democrats are trying to overturn convicted felons inability to vote. They have had control of the dead people’s votes in some states for many years.

If you are concerned about this, please enter your comments on the blog. If this does not peak your interest, watch for the next posting. It will scare the daylights out of you, especially if you live in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona or California. Wait until you see what “La Raza” has underway for you.

EDUCATION DECLINES-COSTS GO UP, WHY?

There are major reasons why education today is tragically different from in the 1930’s and 1940’s when I was educated. One reason we have had a major decline in education in America is the parents. Mothers did not work and were there daily to teach you respect for others and monitor your every activity including discipline. Dads were available to teach you about work and prepare you for life. If you challenged your mother, dad would make sure you understood that mom was always right. I learned as much from my parents as I did in school. If I had problems in school or homework, they were always there to help me.

Teachers actually taught classes without any disruption as discipline was expected and enforced. Rule #1, with any disruption you would get embarrassed verbally by the teacher. Rule #2, if you disrupted the class the second time you were likely disciplined physically by the teacher. Rule #3, next you were escorted to the principal’s office for a guaranteed physical event to get your undivided attention. Rule #3 also included notifying your parents which would probably result in some form of a Rule #4, physical punishment. As I have never been one to enjoy pain of any description, I never faced Rules 2, 3, or 4.

Bad or poor grades were another event that would result in discipline. Being berated verbally and embarrassed in class by the teacher was common practice. Showing a bad report card to my mother resulted in the loss of something important was guaranteed.

I challenge anyone to produce any facts that parents and discipline are not the primary reasons we have lost our position of leadership in education to second and third world rated countries today.

Why has this happened?  People now want more materialistic things before they can truly afford them. Case in point, I never owned a car until I was 23 years old, had served over four years in the U.S. Navy, and was married with two children. It took that long to amass enough assets to use as collateral to borrow the $100 to purchase a 1940 car in 1953. Today it is considered punishment if you do not get a car when you turn 16. The result today is both parents have to work to provide the funds to keep up with their peers. Larger homes, fancier cars, club memberships and designer apparel are necessities rather than dreams. This success caused resentment from those without the desire to work that hard.

Another reason is society has digressed and accepted new moral standards. One parent families only existed when I was growing up as a result of a tragedy.  Today one parent families is as commonplace as the sun rising. The number of one parent families has skyrocketed out of sight. Children do not have the preparation or support necessary to understand the need for education, work and discipline. The same resentment from these children for lack of materialistic parity has created the increase in criminal activity and instead of getting educated they occupy the prisons.

The last reason is that teachers and administrators are no longer allowed to discipline a student. If they embarrass or berate a student today it will usually result in facing a raging parent. Even if they agree with the action, they are mad because they have to interrupt their work to get involved. If physical punishment was involved you can expect the parent, their attorney and litigation. Whether you know it or not, teachers today have to buy liability insurance to protect their family assets. Today parents fear litigation for any form of physical punishment of their own children. It would not surprise me to see parents having to buy liability insurance to protect them from their own children. Obamacare has recently mandated that your children are you’re your responsibility until they are 26. This illustration is just to remind you that we did not have as many lawyers when I was young. We had no television so there were no commercials every 15 minutes from lawyers begging you to sue anybody for anything possible.

If you doubt my wisdom, please take the time to go spend just one day with a teacher in a classroom that does not include your child. If every elected politician and judge at every level of government from Obama to your local level would observe, by video, a full day of a classroom, common sense change would happen.

Again I would appreciate “factual” data that refutes my claims from anyone, including a government agency and especially the U.S. Department of Education (DOE). If the DOE would just spend 10% of the billions addressing discipline and correcting the problem, it would help the teachers and administrators immensely.
