SIC’EM PRESIDENT TRUMP!

Am I the only American that feels this way?

It is so refreshing to watch a born leader wade into Washington and make a difference. Congress, Federal Judges, too many bureaucrats, lobbyist, the national media and the seemingly endless number of non-profit tax evading groups are being exposed as “Elite” Americans. I can remember when they were no registered lobbyist in Washington and today there must be approaching 10,000. They represent every other country on Earth and to combine all of these paid individuals with a name I shall use “Bloodsuckers”. I wish I knew exactly how many ex-military, ex-Congressmen, ex-government bureaucrats and spy’s we have living off of so much money that would likely pay off the National Debt? If we had a media that cared about the people these costs would be published every day like the stock market averages. 

The tax evading pressure groups and “Bloodsuckers” have nothing but self interest for so many different different interest it would take a year just to list them all. The worst of the lot have far too much money to be used to buy votes in Congress. It must take hundreds of Congressional aides to be bribed just to get them access to the 535 “Super Elites” we call Senators or Representatives. Not all of these power brokers reside in Washington so each of these 535 must have offices in their home State district to listen to the folks and again the “Bloodsuckers” also work each of these District offices. I live in District #1 in Texas and there appears to be offices in several towns in Deep East Texas.

It would be interesting to see exactly how many people are employed by the 535 Congresspersons by District and State? Asking for the costs would be impossible.

It would be nice to know exactly how much it Costs to fund Congress each year?

I wonder how many people are necessary to operate the Supreme Court? They only function a few months out of each year. What does it costs? What do the people do the rest of the year? 

Surely someone knows exactly how many automobiles and airplanes are owned by the Federal government? By the time you found out the number would be useless.

Of the cajillion Federal Judges scattered across America poses other questions? Do they all have the same exact budgets. What does the Judiciary costs the taxpayers? I would make these “elites” work 9-5 every day like Joe “Six Pack”.

It is amazing in this day of face to face communications that the Senate vote on Obamacare had to be delayed until John McCain, “Judas of Arizona” could be released from the hospital. Then he was probably flown by air ambulance to the Capitol to vote to keep Obamacare he has been screaming to scrap for 8 years. Anyone who believes that he was not bought off, probably by George Soros, is insane. Just think if he had stayed in the hospital there would have been a tie vote and the Vice President could have broken the tie. We would be months ahead of agreeing to a health care system that did not reward Insurance companies and no telling how many “Bloodsuckers” across the land. Obamacare was great for the “Welfare Army” who refuse to plant lettuce and mow Congresspersons lawns. It was killing small businesses nation wide and no one cared. Whoops Donald Trump cared even if the Republicans in Congress sunk the ship.

Why do we still have to fly to Washington to vote. A small office in a strip mall could calculate Congressional votes with videotape form the 535 offices in each district and State. The US Capitol could be made into a historical museum like the other historical places in Washington DC. If Congress used the offices in each State it would drive the “Bloodsuckers” nuts and increase their travel costs to offset the Congressional travel. Can you imagine just how many Government employees would be free to find a legitimate job somewhere away from DC. Washington could return to a nice place without all of the gun-toting thieves and robbers who could move back to Chicago.

All of the Government employees displaced could work in the industrial sector that will be increased by President Trump and the “Lions of Industry” who shipped the millions of jobs to China, Mexico and other tax havens worldwide. Just taking the regulations off of the energy sector will make millions of jobs for Americans instead of foreign placements to serve the computer industry. Why don’t we educated Americans to fill these high paying jobs?

I could set here for the next year and never stop asking these questions but no one would likely read something 1,000,000,000 words long. In truth I doubt ten people will read this article that is less than 800 words. I’ll keep writing. How long????  C Brewer

WATCHING AMERICA SELF-DESTRUCT!

 

 

THE SADDEST EVENT IN MY 85 YEARS, WHY?

Anyone who reads my writing and most people I know are very aware that I am a conservative who has lived the American dream. Being born in 1930 I have seen this country face about every kind of enemy, civil strife, useless wars, poverty, race relations, booms and times when we used to like each other’.

I have watched the Democratic Party move from being the conservative leaders of America to a bleeding heart group of liberals. These Progressives are hell-bent on changing our Constitution and create a Socialists Democracy just like Europe is suffering from. The free World has and we are racing to become hate-filled mixtures that will eventually face civil wars that always only hurt the working level people who were duped into believing everything can be free.

Wake up people and recognize when a government starts giving you “things” free, your life has only one direction which is poverty. In my opinion, America became a world leader after World War 11. The poor, under-educated, unselfish along with many who gained both formal education and survived the hell called war. They actually had a chance to force the creation of a middle class that allowed people to share better lifestyles. Up until then success had been allowed only for the elite. This movement spread to other free nations and a wave of happiness was created.

This was not a gain for the Progressive-Liberals who had dominated America while Theodore Roosevelt was the creator of the Progressive movement that started the land grab by the government, labor barons who created near slavery and an America where 98% of the people had 5% of the wealth and the other 2% had 95% of the wealth. This was the era that really created the power of the banks who gained control of the world.

I doubt that 10% of the people who read this actually know these facts and less than 1% even care or have any interest. Until the Progressives make sure that 49% on the people can live off of the labor of another 49% who are responsible to pay taxes insurrections, wars, and hate can be used to keep 51% of the people happy. Follow the path of Bill and Hillary who reached the top 2% with charm and bullshit because the bankers knew how to lead them to accelerate the elimination of a middle class. They found the perfect successor and got Obama elected to finish the job.

Watch the Progressives keep stirring the pot with race, hate, civil discourse and anything else to make sure Donald Trump does become President. I have said this before, if he wins the nomination don’t be surprised when he is murdered.

Watching people blindly march and follow people like the Clinton’s and Obama is a sign that the Progressives have taken absolute control of of the United States future. They have slowly stripped away jobs by backing the unions to increase wages to a level that forces industry to move operations overseas to be competitive. Then they convince the drones they have created that profit was the only motive and industry is just greedy.

It would be nice to know how many of the 700 plus people who average reading my articles have actually started a successful business in America? My next question is how many people have ever started a successful business in another country?

Having started alone or with partners nine businesses in my lifetime I have gained a lot of experience. Domestically these include ones in Florida, Louisiana, Illinois, Virginia and Texas. One was in Singapore, one in Mexico and one in Canada. The unusual fact is that it was easier in the foreign countries where the government is more than helpful and a lot cheaper. The primary reason is legal fees. Even more unusual the Canadian government not only helped us, they financed the start-up and provided inexpensive office services and equipment.

The same variables were encountered in the States. Texas, Florida and Louisiana are business friendly while Illinois and Virginia are more like the federal government with insignificant, petty requirements and expensive lawyers and fees.

In America we continue to not only make it harder to start a business as the government grows larger every four years. Our government use politics and political pay back to kill job creation like the Keystone pipeline. Now they are forcing closing of entire industries like the coal and oil sector that have been in business for over a hundred years and causing thousands of workers to lose their jobs because of environmental, social and unfounded science of global warming.

NOW is the WHY? When the Progressives and bankers eliminate the middle class they have total control of the people. This will eventually eliminate the middle class and return the asset ratio back to 2% of the people owing 98% of all wealth. The Progressives will have total control again of the government and the people. Remember one fact that is never mentioned, “nothing can improve or destroy anything unless you change something”. We have witnessed seven years of destruction and it is time for change again. My wife and I just early voted for Trump who is the only one with the courage to drain the Washington swamp and let the working people have a voice.

POLITICS – THE MOST NEGATIVE PROFESSION IN AMERICA!

Folks, its time to change. America needs a leader.

For the first time in my life I abhor watching, listening or reading the news and current events presented by the national media. America has become obsessed with lying, cheating, subversive events and everything negative that could possibly happen. We have a President who must have mastered in chicanery as he can distort anything, misrepresent solid facts, coddle the unsavory, support the convicted and help our enemies. The most unusual thing is that the politicians, national media, and women in general appear to love him. I omitted the minorities, our welfare army, dead people and illegal aliens as they fully support him 120%. Other than the State of Illinois every year and Lyndon Johnson in Texas, no American politician has ever had the support of more than 100% of eligible voters that only rise or show up just on election days.

This morning I actually did watch the national news and sure enough, except for Obama’s oratory genius of reading a teleprompter to praise Cuba and Iran, every other interview was aimed at dissing Donald Trump. The only other candidate I will listen to or even read about anymore is Ted Cruz, he is the only person in politics who refuses to be negative towards Mr. Trump. The media and all of the rest of the horde running for President spend 95% of every interview arguing about what Trump can’t do.

The funny thing is that the President, 535 members of Congress, the Supreme Court, working women and upteen thousands of government employees are not billionaires. Not one single one of them and probably 99.99% of all world-wide humans would offer to manage America free. He did not inherit his wealth, he earned it just like most Americans who do work or that are still working.

I was raised in the 1930’s when there was no work. Americans then did not want handouts and there were none either. They wanted to work. I was raised wanting to work and got my Social Security card when I was eight years old. I wanted to earn my pleasures because I was raised that way. My how things have changed as now if you do work most kids today have more thresholds of wants. A car at 16 is now an expected perk if you live in a family that works. I used the word family as it now requires in most families that both parents work to allow the children to play until they get through college. My four youngest children all worked and I feel sure that today they respect me because they had a stay-at-home mother that raised them correctly.

Why am I supporting Donald Trump is a question even some of my own family doesn’t understand or agree with. Yes, Trump is a braggart, he challenges criticism with gusto but he is only doing so reactively. He is not running against anyone so long as they do not question his ability. Instead of orating only the things that others say what can’t be done, Trump offers to at least to ”try“ to improve all Americans lives. Maybe it will take a little longer to close the borders and throw out the illegals than he promises but at least he has the gonads to do something.

If I was running for President I would make sure that every illegal alien living in America be sent to California, New York, Washington State and DC or Florida. They would not be allowed to enter another State for any reason. I sincerely believe that this might wake up even the legal aliens to demand protection of their rights.

Trump is focused on putting all Americans who are able to work for a living actually working for a living just like what was expected when I was growing up. Work never hurt me and I am not ashamed that I never asked or needed the government to take care of me or my family. The two basic things he has promised that got my early support are to close the borders to illegal invaders and create jobs for Americans again.

Actually he has some other promises that should entice other working and freedom loving Americans to support him. Creating good jobs and closing tax loopholes for the wealthiest Americans and arbiters should be supported by every working American alive including union members and Democrats that actually work for a living. Taxing Corporations for moving jobs to Mexico and elsewhere is something every working American should support.

It appears to me that unless you are a politician, an illegal alien, a government employee, afraid or have no desire to work for a living (this would also include both politicians and government employees), stupid, on the Supreme Court, or a Washington bureaucrat it would help everyone else have a better life to give “The Donald” a chance to perform.

As the rest of those running are only promising more of the same or telling us what Trump can’t do, what do the rest us have to lose in giving him a chance? I will publish every answer I receive that rebuts my statements with facts. Just think we would have a President that works free. Now that is a true American spirit. What do we have to lose? Tell me how Trump could possibly make things worse for the working American than it is today?

“VOTE WHILE YOU STILL CAN”!

My great friend, Ron Jenkins sent me what he coined as his “Ramblings”. I chose the title after reading this and with his permission I am proud to post it for as many as possible to read as possible. Ron is a retired Air Force officer living in San Antonio Texas. C Brewer

“RAMBLINGS”

What follows is a distinctly partisan appeal. Be you a Democrat or Republican, I hope you take 60 seconds to read it.

It is not meant to offend; however, I trust that since it cites this person’s perception of a failed Presidency and Administration, the comments will not be received with acceptence or cordiality by some. You are free to delete it at this point. 

If you are happy or satisfied with the way our country is being run, so be it.  If you are dissatisfied, do something!

It’s incredible, to me, that almost 40% of Americans think our President, his Cabinet and staff Guru’s are doing a good job, despite the lack of economic recovery in the wake of billions of dollars in stimulus money having been misspent on green energy projects, bailing out unions, bailing out big business benefactors and cronies, despite repetitive scandals involving the Justice Department, the IRS, the State and Defense departments and most recently, dubious foreign policy decisions.  

I can only surmise that at least two thirds the country has no clue regarding current geo-political events and the danger to our future security and freedom or are totally committed ideologues to the left and right of center.

Did you remember who President Obama threatened, when he wasn’t getting his way with Congress, on raising the national debt ceiling?

The President threatened to cut off funds to: Military Retirees – Social Security Retirees – Disability and Federal

Retirees. He closed down national cemeteries and war memorials, put barricades around open and free parks from Washington, DC. to Hawaii, in a spate of totally corrupt, mean spirited and premeditated decisions. 

The President has begun to operate by “fiat”, issuing Executive orders, bypassing our elected representatives, when his desires are not accepted nor followed.  He ordered changes to existing laws (Immigration and health care) without authority and the Congress has done nothing to stop him.  He is threatening the constitutionally established and mandated balance between our three branches of government, our representative form of democracy, independence and freedom.

Now let this sink in really well; the President: 

–  did not threaten to stop payments to illegal aliens.

–  did not threaten to take frivolous benefits such as Internet access away from violent prison inmates.

–  did not offer to fire some of the thousands of newly hired federal employees at DHS and IRS.

–  did not offer to cut down on his family vacations; over $30 Million already spent. (millions on his golf outings).

–  did not threaten to withhold the pay to Senators and Representatives, or any of their staff.

–  did not threaten to slow the rise in benefits for welfare recipients or to stop issuing free cell phones.  

–  did not threaten to tighten up the eligibility requirements for food stamp recipients.

–  did not threaten to reduce payments of foreign aid to avowed, international adversaries and enemies.

–  did not threaten to cut back on any of the “free stuff” that appeals to his electoral base and political following.   

Why have we allowed one person to reduce the most prosperous and powerful nation in the world to just an average, non-exceptional country, that won’t be able to lead the world to peace and prosperity through benevolent Capitalism?     

His fundamental changes are de-motivating our country. For example, to promote ObamaCare, he has said to America, if you have stayed in a job, just to receive health care benefits; that is no longer going to be necessary.  You can now work less, a max of 30 hours per week, or, quit altogether, stay home with the kids or pursue your artistic desires and the government will subsidize your health insurance through the higher payments of other American’s, who can’t quit or work fewer hours and still provide for their families, their accustomed life style.

His socialist ideology and philosophy is intent on dragging us down to mediocrity. More central government control, less opportunity for individual achievement and success. 

He is determined to make our military weak and less able to protect ourselves and those nations in the cross hairs of world Communism. Remember what has happened in Belarus (2008) and now in the Ukraine.

Do not forget about his tactics when it’s election time 2014. Get out and Vote in the mid-term election.   

Support the people in the House & Senate who are willing to cut taxes, spending and our ridiculous federal deficit.

Let’s make 2014 – the beginning of a turn-around. 

Forget change.  We want our taxes back, we want to take our country back, and, I’ve barely mentioned ObamaCare!

We can do this if we all vote!

Remember, had all registered Republicans voted in 2011, we would be bashing President Romney now!!

The Basic Principles of the American Government. 

Although our country and the US Constitution has changed in many aspects, since it was first adopted, its basic principles remain the same now, as in 1789:

The three main branches of government are separate and distinct from one another. The powers given to each are delicately balanced by the powers of the other two. Each branch serves as a check on potential excesses of the others.

The Constitution, together with laws passed according to its provisions, and treaties entered into by the president and approved by the Senate, stands above all other laws, executive acts and regulations.

All persons are equal before the law and are equally entitled to its protection. All states are equal, and none can receive special treatment from the federal government. Within the limits of the Constitution, each state must recognize and respect the laws of the others. State governments, like the federal government, must be democratic in form, with final authority resting with the people.

The people have the right to change their form of national government by legal means defined in the Constitution itself, through their elected representatives.  The nation is therefore a Republic, with a representative form of democracy.

AFFORDABLE ATTORNEY ACT!

The recent article I posted, “THE AFFORDABLE BOAT ACT”, resulted in over 1000 people who I hope realized how ridiculous Congress and Obama’s vision is for America’s future. Obama and his band of Progressive-Liberal Democrats, have created more need for an “Affordable Gun Act” as their scare tactics have armed Americans for a war with each other. The increased price of guns and ammunition has far our paced healthcare. Can you imagine a government subsidy for poor people and illegal aliens to buy guns and ammo to steal more wealth from the people who create jobs and saved for their retirement?

The “ObamaScare Act” was just another illusion designed to nationalize and control this huge portion of our economy. This has been another step in nationalizing anything the Progressives desire. They are not in a hurry as we watch them intensify the destruction of the finance industry. Makes you wonder what comes next after they allow 13 million aliens to become American citizens.

Do you honestly believe that we would have the current healthcare debacle if Doctors, instead of Lawyers and bureaucrats, were allowed to improve our healthcare system? Lawyers can’t even agree on what the current law actually implies or how it is applied and controlled. We have nine Supreme Court Justices, all law school graduates, who can’t even read our Constitution the same way. Lawyers and members of Congress are required by law to be honest and ethical but look who evaluates their performance? Lawyers and members of Congress, not business men, Doctors, plumbers or even the jury system unless they kill someone.

Lawyers and members of congress should be required to buy malpractice insurance as they destroy the lives of more Americans that all of the doctors in the world. Listening and reading about the reduced coverage for seniors and the unrealistic cost increases for working Americans to have insurance coverage is unbelievable. ObamaScare was enacted 100% by the Progressive-Liberal Democrats to wreck the healthcare insurance industry and to eventually enact “HillaryCare” they tried to force on Americans 20 years ago. These demented leaders will never be satisfied until the government can finally eliminate all “States Rights” and control every aspect of our lives from Washington D.C.

Hang on to your seatbelt and prepare yourself for 100% government control of every aspect of healthcare from cradle to grave. You will receive whatever coverage some bureaucrat decides is best for the government. All doctors will be paid the same amount for every procedure from a snotty nose to organ transplants. The incentive for young people to become a doctor will be nothing as they will continue to be paid less than a plumber as they are today.

I was advised last week that reimbursement for my annual PSA test will no longer be paid for by Medicare. It appears that most preventive tests for people over 75 will be part of the cuts in our coverage. I am 83, blessed in rather good health, and my mother lived to 94. Prostate cancer is inevitable for every man if he lives long enough. The local fee for the PSA test is $156.00. Can you imagine how much it will cost if I get cancer. I suppose the bureaucrats pray it will be fatal rather than lingering as it certainly will not be cheaper if I receive medical treatment. Would my doctor or accountant agree? No.

I still correspond with a doctor that saved my life a few years ago, long before Obamacare. He shared with me some of the unnecessary and expensive paper work required to treat seniors like me under Medicare. About five years ago he closed his practice and became a “Hospitalist Doctor” in another State. He was sick of the paperwork, reporting requirements, waiting months to be paid for his work and spending more time with paperwork than “doctoring” actual people. He sent me a message one day telling me he experienced a stopped up toilet and it costs $150 an hour to get a plumber to fix it. A few days later his computer went berserk and he had to pay the “Geek Squad” $125 an hour to find and eliminate the little gremlins running wild inside the box. The point he made was that he was paid $96 an hour to save people’s lives which seemed an inequity. He finally gave up Doctoring and is now working in the financial industry that is more rewarding as the Lawyers don’t know how to totally screw them up, yet. They are trying and Congress has enacted some laws to attempt to control them closer. The only losers are those of us who depend on savings to enjoy retirement. They will eventually enact enough new laws to destroy the free enterprise system which is also a Progressive-Liberal long-term goal.

I gathered some very interesting statistics I wish to share. We currently have 100 Senators and 60 of them are Lawyers. We have 435 members in the House of Representatives, 162 of them are Lawyers. That computes to the fact that 43% of Congress members are Lawyers. To let you see the balance we have 33 doctors in Congress.

Those statistics did not surprise me but when I dug a little deeper I now understand why we are in deep dodo. These figures coupled with common sense certainly justify the need to enact the “Affordable Attorney Act” (AAA), and fast. The latest numbers I could find were for 2008, this was no surprise. In 2008 we had 303,824,640 people in the United States. We had 1,128,729 Lawyers and 661,400 Doctors and that blew my socks off. We have two Lawyers for every Doctor.

The last time I needed legal help I was quoted a fee of $400 an hour. The last hour I spent with my Doctor, Medicare was billed for $110 probably paid $60. The Doctor helped me and the Lawyer fee made me sick. Poor people are screwed if they need legal help but Congress is hell-bent on punishing Doctors by reducing and controlling what they can be paid.

Congress has totally screwed up healthcare. It is now time for the “AAA” but never fear it will never happen. We should nationalize all of the nation’s law schools and standardize exactly what a Lawyer can do and how much he can charge. Why not cap the payments for Lawyers like we do for Doctors. Allow them to charge $500 for a divorce, $200 for a will, $2,000 to defend a murderer and no more for an hour of their time than a Doctor can charge. The only ones who will scream about this are Lawyers and the Lawyers in Congress who can’t make a living chasing ambulances and become career politicians. Progressive-Liberal Democrats have about as much common sense as a drunk monkey. Unfortunately if they nominated a drunk monkey for our next President, too many women, most young folks, all welfare receivers, all aliens and enough dead people will elect “It”. I used the term “it” on purpose as it appears our next President will be Hillary.

Demand that we allow Doctors to control the best healthcare system in the world before the Lawyers completely destroy it. Let the insurance companies cross State lines, eliminate frivolous law suits and force all Lawyers to face the same malpractice exposure when they take a case and lose it.

WHAT IF THEY LEFT AND THEN ENTERED LEGALLY?

My friend Dr. Peter Forrest sent me this message that I have decided to post on my blog. These are awesome facts and certainly support that our immigration laws, ignored by Washington, are the problem. If we followed the law we would not suffer these wasted dollars. What do we have to gain from making these criminals legal, 100% will vote for Democrats. Do you really think this will help anyone else?

What if 20 Million Illegal Aliens Vacated America?

I, Tina Griego, journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News wrote a column titled, “Mexican Visitor’s Lament”.

I interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, “Illegal aliens pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes. What Happens to your country’s economy if 20 million people go away?” Hmmm, I thought, what would happen?

So I did my due diligence, buried my nose as a reporter into the FACTS I found below.

It’s a good question it deserves an honest answer. Over 80% of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America? The answers I found may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominant language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grandchildren would move back ‘home’, mostly to Mexico. That would save Colorado an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 billion) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67% dropout/flunk rate because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from our grid locked cities in Colorado. Denver’s 4% unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back to America, the rule of law, and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned ‘home’, the U.S. Economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn’t be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 Billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local, state and city coffers.

No more push ‘1’ for Spanish or ‘2’ for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country.

In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the ’18th Street Gang’ would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by illegal aliens!

America’s economy is drained. Taxpayers are harmed.

Employers get rich. Over $80 billion annually wouldn’t return to the aliens’ home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America’s economy which currently suffers an $8.7 trillion debt. $8.7 trillion debt!

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupt out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act.

Americans wouldn’t suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country-brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders.

Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid locking our cities. It would put the ‘progressives’ on the horns of a dilemma; illegal aliens and their families cause 11% of our greenhouse gases.

Over one million of Mexico’s poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in what the New York Times called, ‘colonias’ or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, streets, roads, electricity, or any kind of sanitation.

The New York Times reported them to be America’s new ‘ Third World ‘ inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. (I’ve seen them personally in Texas and Arizona; it’s sickening beyond anything you can imagine.)

By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico. We should invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make a better life in Mexico. We already invite a million people into our country legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation. 

It’s time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life.

ANOTHER CONSERVATIVE VIEW!

In the continuing debate on the de funding of ObamaCare, the catalyst for the current US Federal Government Shut Down, it boils down to the authority of the federal government to impose a tax upon it’s citizen’s in order to pay for government operations.  If the people, via the House of Representatives, reject the tax that is proposed to pay for any given legislative act, then it can’t go forward.

In a recent news releases, several experts on the United States Constitution, reminded us that: 

“The authority to deal with ObamaCare funding belongs to the House of Representatives, not the Senate; the way the House has been going about this is all wrong.”  

“Everything hinged upon the authority to fund approved legislation, which was given exclusively to the House of Representatives, it is a power that they alone have.” 

When the House passed legislation to de fund ObamaCare but voted to keep the government running through mid-December, the Senate, led by Senate Majority Leader, Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) stated that they would not budge on ObamaCare and the legislation was defeated.

Our US Constitution says that:

“All bills for raising revenue shall originate the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments, as on other Bills.” 

Therefore, to fund anything, in this case, the Affordable Care Act, first approval is needed from the House of Representatives.  If that does not happen, taxpayer money can’t be spent.

The people, have chosen others to speak in their stead, for their interests, and sent them to the House of Representatives, where it has been concluded, after three years of closer scrutiny into the details of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), that:

–    It does not protect the patient,

–    is not affordable and

–    is not even workable;

Hence, in the interests of the majority of the American people, it needs to be de funded. 

When the United States Supreme Court ruled on ObamaCare, in 2012, Chief Justice Roberts’ stance on Obamacare coincided with the intent of the U.S. Constitution and the powers between the House and Senate.

According to the U.S. Supreme Court ruling, ObamaCare cannot be implemented and is not considered the law of the land, contrary to Administration claims.  Chief Justice Roberts actually ruled the mandate, relative to the Commerce Clause, is unconstitutional; therefore, because Congress doesn’t have the ability to mandate; it must rely on its power to tax, to fund ObamaCare.  

His ruling meant Congress can’t compel or mandate American’s to purchase anything, ever. That notion is now officially and forever, unconstitutional. 

Also struck down, as unconstitutional, was the ObamaCare idea, that the federal government can coerce the states into complying, by yanking their existing Medicaid funding. The Administration, through the ACA, basically said to the states….. ­ “comply with ObamaCare or we will stop existing funding.” Chief Justice Roberts ruled that is a no-no.  

When the House of Representatives attached ObamaCare to the legislation in funding the government, it made a big mistake in doing so. The funding of ObamaCare should have been separate; thereby, giving the Senate no power in denying the Houses’ request to de fund ObamaCare. The house leadership of John Boehner and Eric Cantor, erred badly on this legislation but they are too gutless to admit it.

The opposition to funding ObamaCare by the majority of the House of Representatives, would have been far more powerful if it had produced a “stand alone” bill, not attached to general funding. “Stand alone,” having no other parts, would have left the Senate no room to wiggle or compromise, once it went to them, nor would there be any need for a Joint Conference Committee to reconcile any differences between the bills proposed by the two houses. There would be nothing to reconcile, ObamaCare would merely have been de funded.   

Still, the intent of the Founding Fathers was to give the people, through their House of Representatives, the power collectively to say no, to any proposed federal tax, which is exactly what is happening.  The majority of our elected representatives are acting as they should, by reflecting the opposition to the ACA, of their constituents.  They are not a cabal of rogues, unlawfully and immorally seeking to derail already approved legislation and closed issue. 

If Obamacare is removed from the government budget, presented, and voted on as a separate bill, Obamacare can be de funded by the House. If that is the case, then the Senate and the President have no constitutional authority to override the House’s decision. 

The Administration would have no legal or moral imperative to keep the government shut down.

LEADERS OR LUNATICS?

I have been listening to Neil Cavuto interview both Demoncrats and Republicans all morning and listening to the dialog is unbelievable. These people are quite perceptive, in their own minds, that most Americans will believe anything if it comes from “their” Congressman.

Most Americans, and apparently our President or most Congressmen, appear and act as if they have never been to a Board of Directors meeting of a major corporation or managed a business. It is a fact that management of our government has no resemblance to the fiduciary responsibility of both the President and Board of Directors of “ANY” incorporated business in America.

To explain this responsibility for anyone who may not be aware, shareholders are protected by law from mismanagement of their assets by management. Should you care and not desire to grab the dictionary, “fiduciary” means you have confidence and trust in the people you elect to manage your assets. Anyone who has fiduciary confidence and trust in the performance of our current President and Congress is insane.

To try to understand, picture our President as the Chief Operating Officer and Our Congress as the Board of Directors and you as a shareholder. You have invested your life and savings in their hands to be protected from mismanagement or any enemy.

Should a company face financial or any other uncertainty, the President would gather the Board of Directors and they would find a solution or the President would be fired. Someone else would be hired to “LEAD” the company and solve the problem (‘s). If the Board of Directors lost the trust and confidence of the shareholders they would be replaced.

Our Constitution provides the mechanism to replace the President if he refuses or can’t LEAD and we certainly have this happening today. A real leader would gather Congress and they would stay locked in a room together until they found solutions. If they can’t agree Congress should fire the President and replace him with someone who they can trust.

Unfortunately this will never happen as our Congress is as leaderless as the President and sadly it will be three more years before the shareholders can act. One thing we, the shareholders, can do is replace 468 of the Board of Directors next year. The problem we face is that the majority of the shareholders have a vote but they contribute nothing in the form of assets and they have nothing to lose.

They just announced that the House has passed a bill to pay the government workers for any pay lost due to the shutdown. If they are going to be paid and and had any sense of responsibility, they would go back to work to help the people who need them.  Do you need them?  If you feel like paying people to sit home and do nothing to make political points is responsible, you also need help. If you are paying taxes does that make any business sense? Is Congress, our Board of Directors, acting fiducially and responsible?

America is functioning like a ship without a Captain or a rudder. Our Secretary of State announced this morning the world will think we are crazy rather than leader of the world economy. Folks, we are crazy and the reason is we have no leaders.

If we, the shareholders, ever wake up and recognize that the government is the enemy we may be able to save the ship. I started with a question in the title of this message. I think we are being mismanaged by real life “Lunatics, supported by the lunatics who voted for them.

THE OBAMA DYNASTY – Another View!

THE OBAMA DYNASTY

In my view, this country is being led by a “pied piper”, and away from its Judeo-Christian roots and the rule of law. Is our current administration is turning its back on our founding document? Evidence points to an affirmative answer.

A century long trickle of Liberal, Progressive doctrinal literature, has grown into an avalanche of political policies, legislation, appointments and position pieces that diminish the impact and importance of the US Federal Constitution, as an out dated document and passé. The speed of their drafting is proof that the Liberals had those documents in their file cabinet since the demise of “Hillary Care”. As well as many other pieces of legislation and programs such as those promoting “Green” and “Clean Air” initiatives and the un-restricted intake of foreigners.

That assertion seems to be provable, as evidenced by the extreme ideological bent of recent Presidential nominee’s to his Cabinet, Senior Advisory positions and the Federal court system.  Many of those individuals have a common background in “acadamia”, with very limited practical, managerial experience in business or the military (A three year stint as an Army Sgt, does not qualify Chuck Hagel to be a Secretary of Defense).  His most recent appointee’s to the US Supreme Court, the honorable Kagan & Soto-Mayor, as well as nationwide Federal Districts, reflects a disproportionate number of Liberal-Progressive appointees that share his disdain for our constitution. 

Having attained a significant degree of control over two of the three branches of the federal government, he is turning his attention back to the campaign trail.  He is strenuously promoting the election of Democrat members to the US House of Representatives, the remaining half of the third branch of our government. 

If the current trend in recent elections continues, we could see decades of Democrat dominance.  With nearly half of the nation’s population receiving some sort of government assistance via transfer payments, the incentive for individual achievement and personal initiative, is on the wane.  Human nature being what it is, people will opt for free stuff and a comfortable living by scamming the system and by claiming unauthorized disability payments and demanding the extension of unemployment compensation payments.  Why would anyone want work and pay for the life style of their neighbor? 

Achieving political dominance, there would be almost no limit to his power aspirations.  He may even attempt to rescind the 22nd amendment to the US Constitution, which limits to two, the number of terms a President may serve. After that, a 3rd, 4th or 5th term may be feasible, along with a compliant legislature and lap dogs in the federal courts; we would be susceptible to tyrannical rule.   

And yet, what has this man actually done to benefit this country? 

Is anything better than it was, before he was elected?

Is the economy better?

Are race relations better?

Is our position in the world improved, has our level of respect by the world been enhanced? None of that seems to matter to the millions of undereducated, welfare raised citizens in our country today.

So, should the aforementioned political outcomes actually happen, we would then be only a stone’s throw away from 3rd world status, at the same level as current day Greece and Mexico, because no nation, in the history of this world, has long survived under a Socio-Communist-Totalitarian regime.  Only by reading and listening and learning about the threats can we as a citizenry be able to properly react to the possible demise of our precious freedom. 

Thanks Ron, I endorse every statement made in this article. What we have in America today is “Involuntary Slavery”. Wikipedia will tell you that there is no such term. I will shortly be posting an article that will define this term by what is actually happening in America and no one has the guts to call it slavery, yet.  C Brewer

DETROIT – (A FORERUNNER OF WHAT THE REST OF AMERICA HAS TO LOOK FORWARD TO.)

Because of the recent bankruptcy I felt compelled to re-post this article previously posted on March 9th. This is only the prelude to rush for large union ruined cities to bail out at our expense. States will be next if the Federal Government does not get there first. I will post it again today. C Brewer

For 15 years, from the mid 1970’s to 1990, I worked in Detroit, Michigan. I watched it descend into the abyss of crime, debauchery, gun play, drugs, school truancy, car-jacking, gangs and human depravity. I watched entire city blocks burned out. I watched graffiti explode on buildings, cars, trucks, buses and school yards. Trash everywhere!

Detroiters walked through it, tossed more into it, and ignored it. Tens of thousands, and then hundreds of thousands today exist on federal welfare, free housing, and food stamps! With Aid to Dependent Children, minority women birthed eight to 10, and in one case, one woman birthed 24 children, as reported by the Detroit Free Press, all on American taxpayer dollars.

A new child meant a new car payment, new TV, and whatever mom wanted.

I saw Lyndon Baines Johnson’s ‘Great Society’ flourish in Detroit. If you give money for doing nothing, you will get more hands out taking money for doing nothing.

Mayor Coleman Young, perhaps the most corrupt mayor in America, outside of Richard Daley in Chicago, rode Detroit down to its knees…He set the benchmark for cronyism, incompetence, and arrogance. As a black man, he said, “I am the MFIC.” The IC meant “in charge”.

You can figure out the rest,

Detroit became a majority black city with 67 percent African-Americans.

As a United Van Lines truck driver, for my summer job, from teaching math and science, I loaded hundreds of American families into my van for a new life in another city or state.

Detroit plummeted from 1.8 million citizens to 912,000 in 2010. At the same time, legal and illegal immigrants converged on the city for the free government hand outs, so much so, that Muslims number over 300,000. Mexicans number 400,000 throughout Michigan, but most work in Detroit. As the whites moved out, the Muslims moved in.

As the crimes became more violent, the whites fled. Finally, unlawful Mexicans moved in at a torrid pace.

Detroit suffers so much shoplifting that grocery stores no longer operate in many inner city locations. You could cut the racial tension in the air with a knife!

Detroit may be one of our best examples of multiculturalism: pure dislike, and total separation from America.

Today, you hear Muslim calls to worship over the city like a new American Baghdad with hundreds of Islamic mosques in Michigan, paid for by Saudi Arabia oil money.

High school flunk out rates reached 76 percent last June, according to NBC’s Brian Williams. Classrooms resemble more foreign countries than America .. English? Few speak it! The city features a 50 percent illiteracy rate and growing.

Unemployment hit 28.9 percent in January 2010, as the auto industry vacated the city.

In Time Magazine’s October 4, 2009, “The Tragedy of Detroit: How a great city fell, and how it can rise again,” I choked on the writer’s description of what happened.

“If Detroit had been ravaged by a hurricane, and submerged by a ravenous flood, we’d know a lot more about it,” said Daniel Okrent.

“If drought and carelessness had spread brush fires across the city, we’d see it on the evening news every night.” Earthquake, tornadoes, you name it, if natural disaster had devastated the city that was once the living proof of American prosperity, the rest of the country might take notice.

But Detroit , once our fourth largest city, now 11th and slipping rapidly, has had no such luck. Its disaster has long been a slow unwinding that seemed to remove it from the rest of the country.

Even the death rattle that in the past year emanated from its signature industry brought more attention to the auto executives than to the people of the city, who had for so long been victimized by their dreadful decision making.”

As Coleman Young’s corruption brought the city to its knees, no amount of federal dollars could save the incredible payoffs, kickbacks and illegality permeating his administration. I witnessed the city’s death from the seat of my 18-wheeler tractor trailer because I moved people out of every sector of decaying Detroit.

“By any quantifiable standard, the city is on life support. Detroit ‘s treasury is $300 million short of the funds needed to provide the barest municipal services,” Okrent said.

“The school system, which six years ago was compelled by the teachers’ union to reject a philanthropist’s offer of $200 million to build 15 small, independent charter high schools, is in receivership. The murder rate is soaring, and 7 out of 10 remain unsolved.

Three years after Katrina devastated New Orleans , unemployment in that city hit a peak of 11%.

In Detroit today, the unemployment rate has stayed at 29%.

That’s worth spelling out: twenty nine percent!

At the end of Okrent’s report, and he will write a dozen more about Detroit, he said, “That’s because the story of Detroit is not simply one of a great city’s collapse, it’s also about the erosion of the industries that helped build the country we know today. The ultimate fate of Detroit will reveal much about the character of America in the 21st century. If what was once the most prosperous manufacturing city in the nation has been brought to its knees, what does that say about our recent past?

And if it can’t find a way to get up, what does that say about America ‘s future?”

As you read in my book review of Chris Steiner’s book,”$20 Per Gallon”, the auto industry won’t come back.

Immigration will keep pouring more and more uneducated third world immigrants from the Middle East into Detroit, thus creating a beachhead for Islamic hegemony in America. If 50 percent illiteracy continues, we will see more homegrown terrorists spawned out of the Muslim ghettos of Detroit. Illiteracy plus Islam equals walking human bombs.

You have already seen it in Madrid, Spain, London, England, and Paris, France, with train bombings, subway bombings and riots. As their numbers grow, so will their power to enact their barbaric Sharia Law that negates republican forms of government, first amendment rights, and subjugates women to the lowest rungs on the human ladder.

We will see more honor killings by upset husbands, fathers and brothers that demand subjugation by their daughters, sisters and wives. Muslims prefer beheadings of women to scare the hell out of any other members of their sect from straying. Multiculturalism: what a perfect method to kill our language, culture, country and way of life.

I PRAY EVERYONE WHO READS THIS REALIZES THAT IF WE DON’T STAND UP AND SCREAM AT WASHINGTON, AND OUR STATE, CITY AND LOCAL LEADERS, THIS IS WHAT AWAITS THE REST OF AMERICA.

IF YOU THINK MEXICANS AND MUSLIMS AND OTHER FORIEGNERS WILL EVENTUALLY FIT RIGHT IN THEN YOU ARE AS BIG A PART OF THE PROBLEM AS THEY ARE.

IF YOU THINK THIS IS JUST A BUNCH OF HOOEY AND YOU FEEL NO DUTY TO FIGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY, THEN I’M SORRY, I DON’T KNOW WHAT IT WILL TAKE FOR YOU TO STAND AND FIGHT?
