TAKE A KNEE HERO’S

 


My friend and often guest writer, Ron Jenkins, a retired US Air force Officer sent me this wonderful message that put a tear in this old Navy mans eyes. It is a shame that most Americans have no idea what our special military families endure. C BrewerRon, I received this from an old friend………..
Eglin Joint Base Command located near Ft. Walton, Florida, is presently the largest Military Complex in the world and encompasses a large contingent of Air Force units, Naval Warfare units, and the 7th Army Special Forces and 6th Army Rangers.My home is exactly 5 miles outside the main gate of Eglin AFB.

Most folks in the USA don’t live in a Military Town, with lots of guys in uniform walking the streets and jets overhead daily.  They go on with their lives unaware of what a Military Town is all about.  And that’s OK… but I want to share with you what it’s like to live in a Military Town.  

We see guys in uniform all the time, we have state of the art, high-performance aircraft in the air nearby all day long.  We hear the SOUND OF FREEDOM when an F-22 or F-35 streaks over the house… and we read in the local paper, sometimes daily, but at least weekly, of the loss of one of our own in combat in the Middle East.  And that is what brings me to the reason for this email.

Staff Sergeant Mark DeAlencar was 37 years old, had a family and was a Green Beret with the 7th Army Special Forces stationed here in the Fort Walton area.  He was killed on April 8, 2017, while fighting Islamic State in eastern Afghanistan.  

In January of this year, he was deployed for the second time to Afghanistan.  He promised his adopted daughter, Octavia, that he would be home for her High School Graduation.  He didn’t make it.  But she went to graduation anyway.  And in the audience were eighty (80) US 7th Armed Special Forces soldiers from her dad’s unit in full Parade Dress Uniform. Additionally, they brought THEIR FAMILIES to be with them, as well.  

And as Octavia ascended the steps to the stage to receive her diploma THEY ALL SILENTLY STOOD UP.  And when she was presented her diploma they ALL CHEERED, CLAPPED, WHISTLED… and YES, CRIED.  Everyone in attendance then stood up and cried and cheered.  

Octavia had graduated and yes she had lost her Dad…but she had found 80 other DADS to stand there with her and take his place.  

I just wanted to share this moment with you… and remind you that THIS IS WHAT IT’S LIKE TO LIVE IN A MILITARY TOWN.  

This is the real America we all love… and I’m proud to be part of it.   

May God bless our men in uniform and their families who give so much.

Take a second to share this with everyone you know.  It’s the least we can do for Octavia and SSgt Mark DeAlencar, 7th Special Forces, United States Army.)

LETTER TO THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER

My Florida friend, Bob McGraw sent me this letter that impressed me that Americans are waking up and want to change the way our government operates. When our President, Congress, the Supreme Court and elite Americans like the Clintons ignore the laws and nothing is done to prosecute them, it is time for change. As the Clintons have ignored our laws for years it is certain our current path to self-destruct will happen.

Like him or not Donald Trump is our only hope to save America from letting our government destroy itself and more of our freedoms.

My wife, Rosemary, wrote a wonderful letter to the editor of the OC Register which, of course, was not printed. So, I decided to “print” it myself by sending it out on the Internet. Pass it along if you feel so inclined. Written in response to a series of letters to the editor in the Orange County Register:

Dear Editor:

So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear down the Statue of Liberty because the people now in question aren’t being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry.

Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today’s American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer. Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented. Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground.

They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.

They had waved good-bye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture.

Nothing was handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.

Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My father fought alongside men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan. None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from.

They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan. They were defending the United States of Americas one people.

When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French-American or the German-American or the Irish-American. The people of France saw only Americans. And we carried one flag that represented one country.

Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country’s flag and waving it to represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here.

These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They stirred the melting pot into one Red, White and Blue bowl.

And here we are with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country.

I’m sorry, that’s not what being an American all is about. I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900’s deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life.

I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.

And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill. I wouldn’t start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.

Seven Refugees With Active TB Sent to Idaho

Every American alive needs to read this even Demoncrats if they have any common thread of decency. This is not politics this is madness. I have not added a word or changed one. It is insane that we have not seen this on the mainstream media and someone needs to stop bringing the people into our communities with no concern or warning. Governors of theses States are remiss if they are not telling the people. How many who read this were aware of this madness?   C Brewer

Seven refugees with active tuberculosis (TB) were diagnosed shortly after their resettlement in Idaho between 2011 and 2015, according to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

This makes Idaho the seventh state to confirm to Breitbart News that recently arrived refugees have been diagnosed with active TB.

The other states in which recently arrived refugees have been diagnosed with active TB include: Louisiana (twenty-one), Florida (eleven), Colorado, (ten), Indiana (four), Kentucky (where nine were diagnosed in one county), and North Dakota (where four refugees who resided in the United States for less than five years were diagnosed in one county).

Idaho is one of fourteen states that have withdrawn from the federal refugee resettlement program where the federal government has hired a voluntary agency (VOLAG) to resettle refugees under the statutorily questionable Wilson Fish alternative program.

In Idaho, the federal government has contracted the Idaho Office for Refugees (IOR), a division of the large non-profit known as Janus, to run the program. Janus is one of the largest organizations within the lucrative and politically connected refugee resettlement industry, which is paid more than $1 billion per year by the federal government.

Jan Reeves, the man who runs IOR, was honored by the Obama administration at the White House in 2013 as a “champion of change.”

“The White House honors ten leaders with the Welcoming America organization — helping immigrants integrate civicilly, linguistically and socially into the fabric of their neighborhoods – and our nation,” the announcement read.

“During the last 5 years, Mr. Reeves, in partnership with the City of Boise Mayor’s Office, has led the effort to more fully integrate refugees into the community and create a more welcoming environment for all newcomers. Through the successful engagement of dozens of community partners, this effort has led to the development and implementation of Boise’s first Refugee Community Plan,” the White House said of Reeves.

The refugee program in Idaho has been in the news recently after it was reported that two young refugees from Sudan and one young refugee from Iraq were arrested and charged with sexual assault of a five year old girl at an apartment complex in Twin Falls, Idaho.

“Police Chief Craig Kingsbury of Twin Falls, Idaho, confirmed Monday that three Sudanese and Iraqi boys allegedly sexually assaulted a five-year-old girl, and that two of them have been sent to a detention center after allegedly brutalizing the American child,” Breitbart News reported of the incident that allegedly took place in early June.

Breitbart News asked IOR’s Reeves if he could confirm or deny that the suspects arrested in that case had been resettled in Idaho as part of the refugee resettlement program, but received no response.

The U.S. Attorney for the District of Idaho, Wendy Olson, however, has not been reticent in offering her comments on the alleged sexual assault.

“President Barack Obama’s top legal appointee in Idaho is threatening to prosecute Americans who criticize the federal immigration policies which enabled Sudanese and Iraqi Muslim migrants to perpetrate a vile sexual attack against a five-year-old girl in Twin Falls, Idaho,” Breitbart News reported last week.

4,650 refugees were resettled in Idaho between 2011 and 2015. Of these, 17 percent, or 785 were from Iraq, 15 percent, or 708, were from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, 12 percent, or 554, were from Bhutan, and 11 percent, or 500, were from Burma.

The Congo, Burma, and Bhutan are countries with high rates of active TB and latent TB infection (LTBI).

90 percent of the 4,650 refugees resettled in Idaho between 2011 and 2015, or 4202, were medically screened within the first three months of their arrival, according to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

Of those screened, 21 percent (896) tested positive for LTBI.

Only four percent of the general population in the United States tests positive for LTBI.

A recent UC San Diego study concluded that high rates of LTBI among resettled refugees “increase risk of active TB in refugee resettlement communities.”

The rate of LTBI among refugees resettled in other states ranges from 35 percent to 12 percent in these states: Vermont (35 percent), Tennessee (27 percent), Indiana (26 percent), Minnesota (22 percent), Texas (15 percent), and California (12 percent). In addition, one county in North Dakota reports a 29 percent rate of LTBI infection among recently arrived refugees.

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare also provided Breitbart News with a breakdown of B1, B2, and B3 tuberculosis health risk notifications it received from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) through its Electronic Disease Notification system between 2011 and 2015 at the time of refugee arrivals.

274 B1 notifications were received, 160 B2 notifications were received, and 8 B3 notifications were received.

“The CDC sends all B notifications simultaneously to both the local public health districts and state public health. Upon each notification, the state works very closely with the local public health district to ensure treatment is offered and monitored. With these direct notifications from the CDC, neither the state nor counties require identical notifications from Janus,” a spokesperson for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare tells Breitbart News.

“Approximately 44% of TB B notifications are for non-refugee visa types,” the spokesperson adds.

B1 tuberculosis health risk notices are for what the CDC calls “active non-infectious” cases of TB where radiographs indicate the presence of the disease but sputum spears and cultures are negative.

B2 tuberculosis health risk notices indicate positive tests for LTBI

B3 tuberculosis health risk notices indicate the individual has been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with active TB.

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare also provided some data on the treatment of refugees who tested positive for LTBI.

“Idaho has two refugee clinic sites, one in Boise and the other in Twin Falls,” the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare tells Breitbart News.

When asked the number of refugees who completed domestic medical screening and tested positive for latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) at the time of that screening who successfully completed LTBI treatment within one year, a spokesperson for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare tells Breitbart News, “This data is not readily available from our Twin Falls clinic,” but referred Breitbart News to a study by several doctors who work at the Boise screening clinic.

“LTBI treatment completion rates commonly reported in the literature are low (69% INH, 80.5% RIF),” several doctors who work at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho [the Boise Clinic] wrote in a 2015 paper, “Achieving high levels of treatment completion for latent TB (LTBI) in a low incidence state with relatively large numbers of resettled refugees.”

“The Family Medicine Residency of Idaho (FMRI), which operates the local health district TB Clinic in Boise, Idaho, has implemented steps to achieve higher completion rates (76‐94%). Over 40% of the Clinic’s patients are recently resettled refugees who speak more than fifteen different languages,” the study reported.

These higher rates were achieved using “cultural insight and sensitivity”:

 Outreach and educational materials are provided in the patient’s language.

 Supplementary pictorial materials are used for patients with low literacy.

 Qualified medical interpreters are consistently provided in person whenever possible but also by phone when necessary.

 Related household members are seen in small group appointments when appropriate.

 A welcoming and positive TB Clinic environment is cultivated.

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare provided one of the more complete responses to refugee tuberculosis health questions posed by Breitbart News to any state to date, a welcome relief from the veil of secrecy and stonewalling prevalent among the public health establishment and refugee resettlement agencies in several other states.

Several questions, however, remain unanswered in Idaho with regards to the treatment of refugees who arrived with B1, B2, and B3 notifications, and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare assures Breitbart News it is working to provide those answers.

POLITICS – THE MOST NEGATIVE PROFESSION IN AMERICA!

Folks, its time to change. America needs a leader.

For the first time in my life I abhor watching, listening or reading the news and current events presented by the national media. America has become obsessed with lying, cheating, subversive events and everything negative that could possibly happen. We have a President who must have mastered in chicanery as he can distort anything, misrepresent solid facts, coddle the unsavory, support the convicted and help our enemies. The most unusual thing is that the politicians, national media, and women in general appear to love him. I omitted the minorities, our welfare army, dead people and illegal aliens as they fully support him 120%. Other than the State of Illinois every year and Lyndon Johnson in Texas, no American politician has ever had the support of more than 100% of eligible voters that only rise or show up just on election days.

This morning I actually did watch the national news and sure enough, except for Obama’s oratory genius of reading a teleprompter to praise Cuba and Iran, every other interview was aimed at dissing Donald Trump. The only other candidate I will listen to or even read about anymore is Ted Cruz, he is the only person in politics who refuses to be negative towards Mr. Trump. The media and all of the rest of the horde running for President spend 95% of every interview arguing about what Trump can’t do.

The funny thing is that the President, 535 members of Congress, the Supreme Court, working women and upteen thousands of government employees are not billionaires. Not one single one of them and probably 99.99% of all world-wide humans would offer to manage America free. He did not inherit his wealth, he earned it just like most Americans who do work or that are still working.

I was raised in the 1930’s when there was no work. Americans then did not want handouts and there were none either. They wanted to work. I was raised wanting to work and got my Social Security card when I was eight years old. I wanted to earn my pleasures because I was raised that way. My how things have changed as now if you do work most kids today have more thresholds of wants. A car at 16 is now an expected perk if you live in a family that works. I used the word family as it now requires in most families that both parents work to allow the children to play until they get through college. My four youngest children all worked and I feel sure that today they respect me because they had a stay-at-home mother that raised them correctly.

Why am I supporting Donald Trump is a question even some of my own family doesn’t understand or agree with. Yes, Trump is a braggart, he challenges criticism with gusto but he is only doing so reactively. He is not running against anyone so long as they do not question his ability. Instead of orating only the things that others say what can’t be done, Trump offers to at least to ”try“ to improve all Americans lives. Maybe it will take a little longer to close the borders and throw out the illegals than he promises but at least he has the gonads to do something.

If I was running for President I would make sure that every illegal alien living in America be sent to California, New York, Washington State and DC or Florida. They would not be allowed to enter another State for any reason. I sincerely believe that this might wake up even the legal aliens to demand protection of their rights.

Trump is focused on putting all Americans who are able to work for a living actually working for a living just like what was expected when I was growing up. Work never hurt me and I am not ashamed that I never asked or needed the government to take care of me or my family. The two basic things he has promised that got my early support are to close the borders to illegal invaders and create jobs for Americans again.

Actually he has some other promises that should entice other working and freedom loving Americans to support him. Creating good jobs and closing tax loopholes for the wealthiest Americans and arbiters should be supported by every working American alive including union members and Democrats that actually work for a living. Taxing Corporations for moving jobs to Mexico and elsewhere is something every working American should support.

It appears to me that unless you are a politician, an illegal alien, a government employee, afraid or have no desire to work for a living (this would also include both politicians and government employees), stupid, on the Supreme Court, or a Washington bureaucrat it would help everyone else have a better life to give “The Donald” a chance to perform.

As the rest of those running are only promising more of the same or telling us what Trump can’t do, what do the rest us have to lose in giving him a chance? I will publish every answer I receive that rebuts my statements with facts. Just think we would have a President that works free. Now that is a true American spirit. What do we have to lose? Tell me how Trump could possibly make things worse for the working American than it is today?

WHAT IF THEY LEFT AND THEN ENTERED LEGALLY?

My friend Dr. Peter Forrest sent me this message that I have decided to post on my blog. These are awesome facts and certainly support that our immigration laws, ignored by Washington, are the problem. If we followed the law we would not suffer these wasted dollars. What do we have to gain from making these criminals legal, 100% will vote for Democrats. Do you really think this will help anyone else?

What if 20 Million Illegal Aliens Vacated America?

I, Tina Griego, journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News wrote a column titled, “Mexican Visitor’s Lament”.

I interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, “Illegal aliens pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes. What Happens to your country’s economy if 20 million people go away?” Hmmm, I thought, what would happen?

So I did my due diligence, buried my nose as a reporter into the FACTS I found below.

It’s a good question it deserves an honest answer. Over 80% of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America? The answers I found may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominant language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grandchildren would move back ‘home’, mostly to Mexico. That would save Colorado an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 billion) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67% dropout/flunk rate because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from our grid locked cities in Colorado. Denver’s 4% unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back to America, the rule of law, and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned ‘home’, the U.S. Economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn’t be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 Billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local, state and city coffers.

No more push ‘1’ for Spanish or ‘2’ for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country.

In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the ’18th Street Gang’ would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by illegal aliens!

America’s economy is drained. Taxpayers are harmed.

Employers get rich. Over $80 billion annually wouldn’t return to the aliens’ home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America’s economy which currently suffers an $8.7 trillion debt. $8.7 trillion debt!

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupt out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act.

Americans wouldn’t suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country-brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders.

Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid locking our cities. It would put the ‘progressives’ on the horns of a dilemma; illegal aliens and their families cause 11% of our greenhouse gases.

Over one million of Mexico’s poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in what the New York Times called, ‘colonias’ or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, streets, roads, electricity, or any kind of sanitation.

The New York Times reported them to be America’s new ‘ Third World ‘ inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. (I’ve seen them personally in Texas and Arizona; it’s sickening beyond anything you can imagine.)

By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico. We should invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make a better life in Mexico. We already invite a million people into our country legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation. 

It’s time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life.

LAWS – WHY SHOULD ANYONE ABIDE?

Watching the news has become nothing more than elections, catastrophic events, sensationalism and biased messages. Our nation has been purposely divided by incapable career politicians and a news media that are so corrupt it’s sickening.

Yesterday I read an article about Representative Maxine Waters from California. The US House of Representatives has been investigating her for over three years and will likely never finish. If half of the charges are true and it appears that all are violations of the law, you or I would already be in prison. Even if convicted she will receive no punishment beyond a slap on the wrist.

Regardless of a verdict there is no doubt she will be re-elected in November just like Charles Rangel has been forever. I only singled out these two as they have been repeat offenders for many years. I am sure that 90% of every Congressperson, Executive branch appointee and the Legal Branch of our Government would be in prison if they had to comply with the laws.

Our President in on TV constantly and can lie with a smile better than Slick Willie. It is amusing that the government has been trying to send Roger Clements to prison for lying to Congress. I suppose that if lying to Congress was applicable to members of Congress and Obama/Biden and company, we would not have enough prisons to house them. On second thought it would corrupt the prison system too. After all the Democrats always depend on prisoners to help get elected.

We are supposed to be a nation of laws that even our President ignores on a daily basis. I now understand why he by-passed serving as Governor of the State of Illinois. At least in that state the Governors serve one term in office, followed by a term in prison. Subjecting Americans to watch Eric Holder, our Attorney General, ignore on the Constitution for his behalf should earn them both a trip to prison.

Mr. Holder is now suing the State of Florida to reinstate voters that are illegal aliens that have voted already as they are being denied their rights. What rights does not even matter. He is suing every state that has instituted the requirement to force voters to have picture ID’s when they vote. Why, because the illegal’s, criminals, forgers and the dead all vote for the Democrats. Everyone knows this happens but sadly too many really don’t care anymore.

We wonder why lawlessness in America has filled our prisons to the point that most people who violate the law never spend a day in our overcrowded prisons or jails. Our leaders do not have to abide by the law, why should anyone else have to. Understanding lying politicians is not rocket science and that is why they increase the amount of morons, aliens, prisoners and career welfare recipients to get re-elected. They don’t have to worry about the dead so far.

Dividing America should be a crime but when no one cares, even decent politicians (I feel certain there is at least one) don’t care, why should anyone care. Well I do care and I hope enough other Americans care to start the process of cleaning up Washington this coming November.

My friend, Glenn Provost, is crusading for mandatory term limits for every political office. This is the only solution to stop politics from being a career. The tenure/seniority system that we have allowed to ruin this great country must be abolished. Laws can protect us even from each other if they are enforced. When we let federal officials continue to destroy our rights and state’s rights, we deserve what we have created.

Voting is the one right that has made this country the envy of the world. Recent action to allow illegal’s the right to vote just diluted our vote. Obama granted amnesty to some 800,000 illegal aliens last week and will permit them to vote for him. They have already filled 800,000 jobs that Americans need badly. Sadly because they have received unemployment for so long, they will vote for him too and live off of the people who do work for a living.

“GOD SAVE AMERICA”, most Americans have given up!
