INTERESTING FACTS!

ANOTHER INTERESTING OBSERVATION IS THE GENERATION AND FEMALES WHO WILL LOSE THE MOST ARE THE ONES WHO ELECTED THEM TWICE.

C BREWER

California, New Mexico, Mississippi, Alabama, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, New York, Maine and South Carolina.

These 11 States now have More People on Welfare than they do Employed!!!

Last month, the Senate Budget Committee reports that in fiscal year 2012, between food stamps, housing support, child care, Medicaid and other benefits, the average U.S. Household below the poverty line received $168.00 a day in government support. What’s the problem with that much support?  Well, the median household income in America is just over $50,000, which averages out to $137.13 a day.

To put it another way, being on welfare now pays the equivalent of $30.00 an hour for 40 hour week, while the average job pays $20.00 an hour.

Furthermore:  There are actually two messages here. The first is very interesting, but the second is absolutely astounding – and explains a lot.  A recent “Investor’s Business Daily” article provided very interesting statistics from a survey by the United Nations International Health Organization.

Percentage (%) of men and women who survived a cancer five years after diagnosis:

U.S. 65%,  England   46%,  Canada   42%

% of patients diagnosed with diabetes -received treatment within 6 months:

U.S. 93%,   England  15%,  Canada 43%

% of seniors needing hip replacement who received it within six months:

U.S.   90%,   England  15%,  Canada 43%

% referred to a medical specialist who see one within one month:

U.S.   77%,   England   40%,  Canada   43%

Number of MRI scanners (a prime diagnostic tool) per million people:

U.S.   71,      England   14,     Canada   18

% of seniors (65+), with low income, who are in “excellent health”:

U.S.     12%,   England    2%,   Canada    6%

And now…for the last statistic:   National Health Insurance?

U.S.               NO

England         YES

Canada         YES

Check the last set of statistics!!

The percentage of each past president’s cabinet… Who had worked in the private business sector…prior to their appointment to the cabinet. You know what the private business sector is; a real-life business…not a government job.

Here are the percentages.

38%   T. Roosevelt

40%   Taft

52%   Wilson

49%   Harding

48%   Coolidge

42%   Hoover

50%   F. D. Roosevelt

50%   Truman

57%   Eisenhower

30%   Kennedy

47%   Johnson

53%   Nixon

42%   Ford

32%   Carter

56%   Reagan

51%   GH Bush

39%   Clinton

55%   GW Bush

   8%   Obama

Unless you are blind or mindless I hope this helps explain the incompetence of this administration: ONLY 8% of them…have ever worked in private business! That’s right!   Only eight percent—the least, by far, of the last 19 presidents!

And these people are trying to tell our big corporations how to run their business? How can the president of a major nation and society, the one with the most successful economic system in world history, stand and talk about business when he’s never worked for one? Or about jobs when he has never really had one? And, when it’s the same for 92% of his senior staff and closest advisers?

They’ve spent most of their time in academia, government, and/or non-profit jobs. Or…   As “community organizers.”

No wonder we are going broke as profit is not a requirement for government service. By the way common sense is the factor that seems to be the missing element. It would be nice to see similar statistics for the 535 members of congress who have gone stark raving mad spending money we don’t have.

Thanks Dan for sharing these facts which seems to be overlooked by both the main stream media, women, brainwashed students, Progressives in both parties, Liberals, and all Demoncrats. C Brewer

DONALD TRUMP – PART THREE

This is the third part of a series to hopefully get American people to decide who to vote for President in next year’s election. If people are satisfied with the march towards Socialism (100% of Democrats are happy now) then they all will vote for the Democratic Candidate even if they were to nominate their “Donkey”. If you are fed up with lies, EPA overkill, Executive Orders that violate the law, a political Supreme Court, a Justice Department that ignores the laws, and a Congress that is deadlocked with stupid then pay attention to my published facts in this series. The next election is the most important election in my 85 years and liking Trump is not the issue. The issue is who else running for President can force our Federal Government to stop dividing Americans and “Unite” us again.

Trump will force a common sense foreign policy and he has publically stated that it must include these specific core principles;

  1. American interests must always come first. No apologies.
  2. Maximum firepower and military preparedness.
  3. Only go to war to win.
  4. Stay loyal to your friends and suspicious of your enemies.
  5. Keep the technological sword razor sharp.
  6. See the unseen. Prepare for threats before they happen.
  7. Respect and support our present and past warriors.

Trump has been more than outspoken in demanding that captured terrorists must be treated as military combatants, not as criminals. The Obama administration will eventually release them all just so that he can deliver on his commitment to close Guantanamo. Obama could care less where they go except Hawaii where he will retire in Luxury. If he retired tomorrow it would be the only thing he did to benefit America since he was elected.

Trump has been adamant that China’s manipulation of their currency has given them unfair advantage in our trade dealings with them. He insists that we tax their imports to offset their currency manipulation, which will allow American companies to again be competitive. He will create jobs and provide ways to bring manufacturing back to America. Trump has stated that China is the biggest offender and that America should stop all foreign governments from taking any jobs and manufacturing. Trump cited an example, that Ford is building a plant in Mexico and he intends to require that every part or vehicle Ford makes in Mexico be taxed 35% if it is destined to be shipped into the U. S. This would force companies like Ford to no longer be competitive by using their Mexican or any other foreign operations to cut costs domestically. This will result in creating American jobs when companies move manufacturing operations back to the good old USA.

Trump will insist that Congress create NOPEC legislation (No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act – NOPEC – S.394), which would allow the government to sue OPEC for violating antitrust laws. Trump has insisted that this would break up the OPEC cartel. He intends to allow our energy companies to drill domestically without the myriad of unnecessary government regulations that have been imposed. This will again allow the increase in domestic production that will create jobs, reduce our dependence on foreign oil that both Obama and Congress have screwed up…

Unless you are blind, deaf or a Democrat you have read or heard that Trump will demand a secure border that is just plain common sense as well as critical for both security and prosperity in America.

Trump will eliminate all Washington roadblocks and build a wall to stop illegals from entering and force Congress and the Justice Department to follow all of our laws that control illegal immigration. Trump has stated (the media has ignored) that he will force Mexico to pay for the wall. The media and both the Democrats and Republicans have ignored that he is one of the most successful business “LEADERS” in America and his business successes.

One more time, who else running for President could or would even try to re-unite America by the actions described in this series? He can stop the Liberal-Progressive objectives to create a Socialist Democracy and destroy our Republic form of government.   C Brewer

FACTS ARE STILL FACTS – PART TWO!

When I finished my recent article, “FACTS ARE STILL FACTS”  it motivated me to continue my search for more interesting facts to describe the destruction of the America I remember. Unfortunately the majority of people of America today really have no desire to lead the world in innovation and freedom. Today we survive on leaders from all political parties fighting to divide the people and the nation into hating each other. Someday, long after I am gone, the people will hopefully wake up and demand that America is owned by the people, not the politicians.

Congress and our President have no regard or respect for anything but re-election. They have no tenure rights, yet, but voting themselves lifetime positions, privileges and establishing a Monarchy are in their sights. When they grant voting rights to the 13,000,000 aliens they are working on now, they may have enough votes to establish the Monarchy soon!

WAKE UP AMERICA

I have searched out some facts to present from several sources to show some startling facts, that you hopefully will find disturbing. Whey did our leaders allow these things to happen? The answer is “Re-election”, their only objective and we just watch the destruction. Absorb the following fact list of destruction.

1. The United States has lost approximately 42,400 factories since 2001.  About 75 percent of those factories employed over 500 people when they were still in operation.

2. Dell Inc., one of America s largest manufacturers of computers, closed its last US manufacturing plant in Winston Salem, North Carolina last year and we lost 900 jobs. Dell has expand its operations in China with an investment of over $100 billion over the next decade.

3. In 2008, 1.2 billion cell phones were sold worldwide. How many of them were manufactured inside the United State?  Answer is Zero.

4. According to a new study conducted by the Economic Policy Institute, if the U.S. trade deficit with China continues to increase at its current rate, the U.S. economy will lose over half a million jobs in 2013 alone.

5. The United States has lost a total of about 5.5 million manufacturing jobs since October 2000.

6. The Tax Notes organization reports that between 1999 and 2008 employment at the foreign affiliates of U.S. parent companies increased an astounding 30 percent to 10.1 million. During the exactly same time period, U.S. employment at American multinational corporations declined 8 percent to 21.1 million.

7. Government reports reveal that in 1959, manufacturing represented 28 percent of U.S. economic output. In 2008, it represented 11.5 percent. It is hard to obtain more recent government facts. As we hire more bureaucrats, it takes much longer to get past the added reviews and probable tweaking to distort the truth.

8. Ford Motor Company announced the closure of a factory that produces the Ford Ranger in St. Paul, Minnesota. Approximately 750 good paying middle class jobs are going to be lost because making Ford Rangers in Minnesota does not fit in with Ford’s new “global” manufacturing strategy.

9. As of the end of 2009, less than 12 million Americans worked in manufacturing.  The last time less than 12 million Americans were employed in manufacturing was in 1941.

10. The United States has lost 32 percent of its manufacturing jobs since the year 2000.

11. In 2001, the United States ranked fourth in the world in per capita broadband Internet use. Today it ranks 15th.

12. Manufacturing employment in the U.S. computer industry was actually lower in 2010 than it was in 1975. Unless we become a Monarchy, the 2013 figures will likely be reported by 2020 as Obamacare distortions will slow down the completion process.

13. 84 percent of all printed circuit boards, an American invention that is used in tens of thousands of different products, are now produced in Asia.

14. The United States spends approximately $3.90 on Chinese goods for every $1 that the Chinese spend on goods from the United States. One prominent economist is projecting that the Chinese economy will be three times larger than the US economy by the year 2040.

15. The U.S. Census Bureau says that 43.6 million Americans are now living in poverty and according to them that is the highest number of poor Americans since 1941 that I remember well.

WAKE UP AMERICA

How long can the United States continue to believe it is a great nation?  We have allowed our politicians to amass the largest debt in the history of the world. This clandestine attempt to increase our standard of living to every American is impossible and everyone but the morons that elect our leaders know it can’t be done.

Politicians have de-industrialization the United States and every man, woman and child in the country should be worried.  The majority of Americans do not have the foggiest idea what is crumbling around them. Perhaps enough people will wake up, get involved and demand that we stop this destruction of the greatest country on Earth.

The United States is destined to become the first “post-industrial” nation in history. History proves that every great nation and empire eventually became fat and lazy and squandered the wealth that their forefathers had left them. Sadly the pace at which America is wasting away is absolutely at warp speed. What country was at the forefront of the industrial revolution? It was the United States of America. It was America that showed the world how to mass produce everything from automobiles to televisions to airplanes. The United States has become a nation that consumes everything in sight and yet produces increasingly less.

How many Americans actually know that trash is the number one thing that we export to the rest of the world? We have become complacent and watched our economy self-destruct and keep electing the clowns that get richer.

I remember when America actually out produced the rest of the world combined. Today we consume more than the rest of the world.

Is this the kind of a future you desire to leave to our children? Am I the only one who prays that my children have a better life than I did?

Unfortunately, most Americans have no idea what is going on around them. Please share this article with as many freedom loving Americans as possible.

LABOR DAY-A SAD DAY FOR AMERICA

Deindustrialization of America

The United States is rapidly becoming the very first “post-industrial” nation. All great economic nations eventually become fat, lazy and waste the wealth previous generations left them. The pace at which America is becoming a Socialist nation is unbelievable. America was the leader of the industrial revolution.

Americans showed the world how to mass produce everything from automobiles to televisions to airplanes. It was the great American manufacturing base that defeated Germany and Japan in World War II.

Tens of thousands of factories have left the United States in the past decade alone. Millions upon millions of manufacturing jobs have been lost in the same time period. The United States has become a nation that consumes everything in sight and yet produces less each year. Our biggest export today is waste paper. Yes, trash is the number one thing that we ship out to the rest of the world as we spend our money on whatever the rest of the world wants to sell to us.

At one time Americans could literally out produce the rest of the world combined. Today we consume more than anyone else in the world.

Every great nation throughout history has been superior at making “things”. We have created the biggest debt bubble in the history of the world. Progressives and unions have demanded a standard of living for every American that is impossible to maintain when we have 9% unemployment and over 40 million people on welfare.

Why? Look over the 18 following specific events that should wake up every American, and hopefully union members, to force our President and Congress to stop the eternal election cycle and do something “NOW”

#1 The United States has lost approximately 42,400 factories since 2001. About 75 percent of those factories employed over 500 people when they were still in operation.

#2 Dell Inc. (computers) has announced plans to dramatically expand its operations in China with an investment of over $100 billion over the next decade. They will close the last large U.S. manufacturing facility in North Carolina in November and 900 jobs will be lost.

#3 in 2008, 1.2 billion cell phones were sold worldwide. Guess how many of them were manufactured in the United States? None.

#4 According to the Economic Policy Institute, if the U.S. trade deficit with China continues to increase at its current rate, the U.S. economy will lose over half a million jobs in 2011.

#5 By the end of July, 2011, the U.S. trade deficit with China had risen 18 percent compared to the same time period a year ago.

#6 The United States has lost a total of about 5.5 million manufacturing jobs since October 2000.

#7 According to Tax Notes, between 1999 and 2008 employment at the foreign affiliates of U.S. parent companies increased an astounding 30 percent to 10.1 million. During that exact same time period, U.S. employment at American multinational corporations declined 8 percent to 21.1 million.

#9 In 1959, manufacturing represented 28 percent of U.S. economic output. In 2008, it represented 11.5 percent.

#9 Ford Motor Company announced the closure of a factory that produces the Ford Ranger in St. Paul, Minnesota. Approximately 750 middle class jobs will be lost because making Ford Rangers in Minnesota does not fit in with Ford’s new “global” manufacturing strategy.

#10 By the end of 2009, less than 12 million Americans worked in manufacturing. The last time less than 12 million Americans were employed in manufacturing was in 1941.

#11 In the United States today, consumption accounts for 70 percent of GDP. Of this 70 percent, over half is spent on services.

#12 The United States has lost 32 percent of its manufacturing jobs since the year 2000.

#13 In 2001, the United States ranked fourth in the world in per capita broadband Internet use. Today it ranks 15th.

#14 manufacturing employment in the U.S. computer industry is actually lower in 2010 than it was in 1975.

#15 Printed circuit boards are used in tens of thousands of different products. Asia now produces 84 percent of them worldwide. We manufactured 100% at one time.

#16 The United States spends approximately $3.90 on Chinese goods for every $1 that the Chinese spend on goods from the United States.

#17 One prominent economist is projecting that the Chinese economy will be three times larger than the U.S. economy by the year 2040.

#18 The U.S. Census Bureau says that 43.6 million Americans are living in poverty and that is the highest number of poor Americans in the 51 years that records have been kept.

Unions, progressive politicians and greed have created this unfortunate loss. Our government is now creating totally new regulations to force all industry to be unionized. Other than union members how many other Americans agree that unionizing everything will accelerate job growth?

HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ALL UNION MEMBERS. You have just about eliminated your future. Those cushy pensions and out of control wages and benefits you demanded will dry up the money well, it’s just a matter of time so hurry up and dig your own grave.

POLITICAL SUICIDE

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY

IS ON SUICIDE WATCH AGAIN

MAY THEY REST IN PEACE

Watching the Republican Party enter the self-destruct mode again is one of the most disappointing events of my near 81 years. I was born a conservative Texas Democrat like all Texans during the depression. It did take a few years to realize that the progressive liberals like Lyndon Johnson had hijacked the Democratic Party. The first Republican I ever voted for was Eisenhower. He welcomed conservatives and helped bring Americans together as freedom loving people. He helped heal the wounds caused by the loss of so many young Americans who died defending our right to be free.

Kennedy, a conservative Democrat, would spin in his grave if he could see how Johnson, Carter, Clinton and Obama have destroyed our freedoms, religion, ethics and the help thy brother society I grew up in. Now we have a welfare and alien society that expects the government to provide cradle to grave everything. Johnson did more damage to the Republic than every Progressive that ever served as President, including both Roosevelt’s and Wilson.

Nixon’s performance left the Presidency and the Republican Party with a well earned image of ethical failure. Ford then governed on cruise control. These two are responsible for four years of Carter. Carter almost destroyed our military and his foreign relations made Americans look like cowards. Until Obama was elected, Carter would have been remembered as the worst President in modern times. His dismal performance did cause Americans to elect the best President in my lifetime, Ronald Regan.  Reagan did revive the era of togetherness that we had in the Eisenhower years. Daddy Bush followed the path of Ford to not rock the boat and get back on cruise control. He will be remembered for his Foot in the Mouth stance on raising taxes. His weakness gave us Clinton and another race to become a Socialist Democracy instead of a Republic.

Bi-partisanship, proved successful by Regan, died when Clinton was elected. George W. Bush was a revival of the progressive wing of the Republican Party that had been ousted before I was born. He knew how to take advantage of a crisis better than Saul Alinsky and Obama. Bush’s mismanagement of the economy, allowing the illegal invasion to destroy education, healthcare and Medicare Part “D” along with McCain’s nomination signaled the impending death of the Republican Party. The Democrats won the election with Karl Marx Jr. as their nominee using the name Husain Obama.

Obama will be remembered as the best “Snake Oil Salesman” since P.T Barnum. This fellow is a master of deception, smooth with words and as honest as Andy Stern or George Soros. He captivates the women voters and with the help of our progressive university professors, he has hypnotized the young voters to demand a socialist society as the future for America.

As bad as Obama’s performance has been, he still maintained control of his lackeys in the Senate after the last election. What has resulted could be called a stroke of genius if he had actually planned losing control of the House of Representatives. If he ever learns to keep his mouth shut he will win another term as the republicans are destroying themselves.

We have never had a two party system in America. Even if you watch the Progressive main stream media, they report three groups of voters as Democrats, Republicans and Independents. Let me summarize some facts.

A. Democrats have the unions, all government employees, the poor, the weak, the illegal’s, the dead, the inmates and the uninformed that always vote democratic. They also control the majority of academic professors, lawyers and multi-national business leaders. Democrats represent about one third of the voters.

B.  Independents appear to be the people who can be swayed to believe the candidate that has the most money to expose themselves. I like to see them as individuals with few principles of their own. Sadly the majority of senior’s that were never part of the Democratic population noted in “A” above, now reside in this category. They just go with the flow, regardless of ethics and principals, as long as they believe they will get social security and Medicare. Most seniors on Medicare have no knowledge that their Medicare premiums will be increased by 150% by 2014. This group usually represents about one third of the voters.

C. We actually have three Republican Party’s. The Roe vs Wade abortion decision divided them many years ago. Nomination of a freedom of choice candidate will cause one third of the base to just not vote or back a third party. One example is when Ross Perot divided the party and got Clinton elected. Next you have the Libertarian’s who divide the party with their isolationist principals. They split the vote that got Obama elected. Now we have the Tea Party group. They have the support of most conservatives like myself but are not satisfied with orderly transition. You can’t eat a donkey in one bite. Even when all three segments unite they only represent about one third of all voters. The Tea Party will finish destroying the party in 2012 by splitting the Republican vote again.

The Tea Party thinks it can save the Republican Party when in fact they are destroying it with warp speed. The internal bickering happening today in the House of Representatives will be the real reason that Obama will win another term. That is if he will stop running off at the mouth and let the Republicans get him re-elected.

I know I am too old to see another Reagan emerge to re-establish a cohesive Republican Party. No one yet has shown believable leadership characteristics within the multitude running for the Republican nomination.

If Obama can cure his “Foot in his Mouth” disease he will be a two-term President and finish destroying our “Republic” with a Socialist Democracy he was brain washed to accomplish.

Americans prepare to kiss your freedoms goodbye and God help my grandchildren who will not have a better life than I did.

WHY US MANUFACTURING HAS VANISHED

I HOPE EVERYONE IN AMERICA WATCHES THIS VIDEO THAT WAS MADE BY AMERICANS IN BRAZIL. THE DEMOCRATS AND UNIONS BLAME IT ON BUSINESS. THE GOVERNMENT IS THE ONLY BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO MAKE A PROFIT. FOLKS THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, IT’S CALLED COMMON SENSE 101.  C. BREWER

This is fascinating. If you watch, listen closly to the very last couple of sentences.

This is a short video of a new Ford plant in  Brazil . One look at this and you will be able to understand why there will probably never be another assembly plant built in the USA
It will also point out why more assembly plants will go offshore
Listen to the ending and you will see why auto-making is destined to fail in the US .

Thank you UAW…

FACTS THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND

The United States is rapidly becoming the very first “post-industrial” nation on the globe.  All great economic empires eventually become fat and lazy and squander the great wealth that their forefathers have left them, but the pace at which America is accomplishing this is absolutely amazing.  It was America that was at the forefront of the industrial revolution.  It was America that showed the world how to mass produce everything from automobiles to televisions to airplanes.  It was the great American manufacturing base that crushed Germany and Japan in World War II.
But now we are witnessing the deindustrialization of America .  Tens of thousands of factories have left the United States in the past decade alone.  Millions upon millions of manufacturing jobs have been lost in the same time period.  The United States has become a nation that consumes everything in sight and yet produces increasingly little.  Do you know what our biggest export is today?  Waste paper.  Yes, trash is the number one thing that we ship out to the rest of the world as we voraciously blow our money on whatever the rest of the world wants to sell to us.  The United States has become bloated and spoiled and our economy is now just a shadow of what it once was.  Once upon a time America could literally out produce the rest of the world combined.  Today that is no longer true, but Americans sure do consume more than anyone else in the world.  If the deindustrialization of America continues at this current pace, what possible kind of a future are we going to be leaving to our children?

Any great nation throughout history has been great at making things.  So if the United States continues to allow its manufacturing base to erode at a staggering pace how in the world can the U.S. continue to consider itself to be a great nation?  We have created the biggest debt bubble in the history of the world in an effort to maintain a very high standard of living, but the current state of affairs is not anywhere close to sustainable.  Every single month America   goes into more debt and every single month America gets poorer.

So what happens when the debt bubble pops?

The deindustrialization of the United States should be a top concern for every man, woman and child in the country.  But sadly, most Americans do not have any idea what is going on around them.

For people like that, take this article and print it out and hand it to them.  Perhaps what they will read below will shock them badly enough to awaken them from their slumber.

The following are 19 facts about the deindustrialization of America that will blow your mind….

#1 The United States has lost approximately 42,400 factories since 2001.  About 75 percent of those factories employed over 500 people when they were still in operation.

#2 Dell Inc., one of America s largest manufacturers of computers, has announced plans to dramatically expand its operations in China with an investment of over $100 billion over the next decade.

#3 Dell has announced that it will be closing its last large U.S. manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem , North Carolina in November.  Approximately 900 jobs will be lost.

#4 In 2008, 1.2 billion cell phones were sold worldwide.  So how many of them were manufactured inside the United States ?  Zero.

#5 According to a new study conducted by the Economic Policy Institute, if the U.S. trade deficit with China continues to increase at its current rate, the U.S. economy will lose over half a million jobs this year alone.

#6 As of the end of July, the U.S. trade deficit with China had risen 18 percent compared to the same time period a year ago.

#7 The United States has lost a total of about 5.5 million manufacturing jobs since October 2000.

#8 According to Tax Notes, between 1999 and 2008 employment at the foreign affiliates of U.S. parent companies increased an astounding 30 percent to 10.1 million During that exact same time period, U.S. employment at American multinational corporations declined 8 percent to 21.1 million.

#9 In 1959, manufacturing represented 28 percent of U.S. economic output.  In 2008, it represented 11.5 percent.

#10 Ford Motor Company recently announced the closure of a factory that produces the Ford Ranger in St. Paul , Minnesota . Approximately 750 good paying middle class jobs are going to be lost because making Ford Rangers in Minnesota does not fit in with Ford’s new “global” manufacturing strategy.

#11 As of the end of 2009, less than 12 million Americans worked in manufacturing.  The last time less than 12 million Americans were employed in manufacturing was in 1941.

#12 In the United States today, consumption accounts for 70 percent of GDP. Of this 70 percent, over half is spent on services.

#13 The United States has lost a whopping 32 percent of its manufacturing jobs since the year 2000.

#14 In 2001, the United States ranked fourth in the world in per capita broadband Internet use.  Today it ranks 15th.

#15 Manufacturing employment in the U.S. computer industry is actually lower in 2010 than it was in 1975.

#16 Printed circuit boards are used in tens of thousands of different products.   Asia now produces 84 percent of them worldwide.

#17 The United States spends approximately $3.90 on Chinese goods for every $1 that the Chinese spend on goods from the United States .

#18 One prominent economist is projecting that the Chinese economy will be three times larger than the U.S. economy by the year 2040.

#19 The U.S. Census Bureau says that 43.6 million Americans are now living in poverty and according to them that is the highest number of poor Americans in the 51 years that records have been kept.

So how many tens of thousands more factories do we need to lose before we do something about it?

How many millions more Americans are going to become unemployed before we all admit that we have a very, very serious problem on our hands?

How many more trillions of dollars are going to leave the country before we realize that we are losing wealth at a pace that is killing our economy?

How many once great manufacturing cities are going to become rotting war zones like Detroit before we understand that we are committing national economic suicide?

The deindustrialization of America is a national crisis.  It needs to be treated like one.

I have a direct challenge for you.  If anyone can explain how a deindustrialized America has any kind of viable economic future, please do so.

America is in deep, deep trouble. When will Washington sober up and stop the madness?
