Snopes On Verge of Financial Meltdown

Snopes has been a tool of the Progressive-Liberals as I have reported for a long time. They have twisted the facts and far too many people who have challenged my words and now they can apologize, but will not.  My thanks to Peter Forrest for sharing this article with me this morning. Obviously Snopes will deny everything. The media may take Trump down but I hope the American people will rise up and smack them in their pocket boo and force Congress to enter the world of modern communication. Making McCain actually be in his throne in the Senate Chamber to vote is unbelievable ignorance. We are living in 2017 not 1817 that Congress lives in.   CB  7-27-17

In the new liberal war on information, the very definition of the word “fact” has been called into question in order to create doubt among their voter base.

While Hillary Clinton was floundering in the 2016 election, spin-masters in the mainstream media, along with her campaign advisors, found themselves struggling to find a scapegoat for their “inevitable” candidate’s coming demise.  They had previously tried to attack Donald Trump on several fronts, but to no avail.  It seemed as though Hillary Clinton’s purported, and later proven, corruption was too far embedded in the character of her candidacy.

That’s when the democrats decided to try something desperate:  They would fight a war of perception.

Instead of arguing with journalists and outlets with whom they disagreed, the democrats and the mainstream media would simply decide that those outlets were “fake news”.  It was a quick and easy dismissal to use, and the concept went viral.  Soon, any and every conservative news outlet found themselves on some imaginary “list”, concocted by some low-level liberal arts professor at You Name It Community College.

In short, it was a mess.  Who, then, would validate the validity of these claims?

Enter Snopes.com, one of the earliest authorities on the internet.  As the advent of the world wide web created a need for verifying the identity of those Nigerian Princes and getting the real story behind that photo of the guy on top of the Twin Towers, Snopes became the de facto destination for separating the wheat from the chaff of internet urban legends.   As the internet grew, so did Snopes, who began branching out into real world legends shortly after.

As the war against Fake News continued to devolve into pure madness, with no authority truly able to right the ship, Facebook and Google decided that Snopes was the answer.  These two liberal leviathans of the online world would give the job to the husband and wife team behind the debunking website, and then forcefully interject the Snopes opinion in their own search results.  The obviously flawed plan is currently still in place.

But for how long?

“So-called ‘fact-checking’ website Snopes.com is reportedly on the verge of financial collapse since one if its founders has been accused of using company cash to fund his contentious divorce and to pay for fancy vacations with his new wife, a former escort and porn actress.

“The financial situation has apparently become so dire that Snopes owner David Mikkelson launched a crowd-funding website to solicit donations, according to London’s Daily Mail. Readers contributed more than $500,000 in just the first 24 hours.

“Snopes.com’s founders, former husband and wife David and Barbara Mikkelson, have been embroiled in a lengthy and bitter legal dispute in the wake of their divorce. At one point, Barbara accused the CEO of using company money for prostitutes. Barbara Mikkelson also accused her ex-husband of embezzling more than $100,000 in company funds. She urged the court to limit access to David’s bank account because she said she feared he would drain the company funds due to his wild spending habits.

“David claimed Barbara took millions from their joint accounts and bought property in Las Vegas. He has since remarried to a former escort and porn actress, Elyssa Young, who is one of the site’s staff members. Young, who was a Las Vegas escort until at least 2015, charged $500 for her services. She also starred in porn films as ‘Erin O’Bryn.’”

This, folks, is the group in charge of determining “fake news” for the liberals.

I have no idea who compiled this look into the future and the real impact that I may live long enough to actually see some of this happen. The scary part in my opinion is the education systems are not prepared for this explosion of need. If we maintain the radical activity of our universities to prepare students to riot, shut down freeways and resist law enforcement instead of keeping pace with the future outlined below America will be a second-rate technology country in five years. What this picture does not show is where the intelligence that creates these nearly unbelievable future resides. My friend ED Johnson shared this with me and I have reduced some material to hope more people will not only read this and they will share it with every American they know. My apology for the unusual format irregularities in indentations and weird spacing. I have no idea how to make it look professional. At nearly 87 my education and age have seen innovations like WordPress and computers leave me behind. My youngest grand-daughter, Emma Felske, who is now 15 set-up my now obsolete cell phone when she was 10.  I have smart TV sets who are smarter than I will ever be. C Brewer

  1. In 1998, Kodak had 170,000 employees and sold 85% of all photo paper worldwide. Within just a few years, their business model disappeared and they went bankrupt. What happened to Kodak will happen in a lot of industries in the next 5-10 years and, most people won’t see it coming.

Did you think in 1998 that 3 years later you would never take pictures on film again? Yet digital cameras were invented in 1975. The first ones only had 10,000 pixels, but followed Moore’s law so as with all exponential technologies, it was a disappointment for a time, before it became way superior and became mainstream in only a few short years. It will now happen again (but much faster) with Artificial Intelligence, health, autonomous and electric cars, education, 3D printing, agriculture and jobs.

  1. Software will disrupt most traditional industries in the next 5-10 years.
  2. Uber is just a software tool, they don’t own any cars, and are now the biggest taxi company in the world.
  3. Airbnb is now the biggest hotel company in the world, although they don’t own any properties.
  4. Artificial Intelligence: Computers become exponentially better in understanding the world. This year, a computer beat the best Go-player in the world, 10 years earlier than expected.
  5. In the US, young lawyers already don’t get jobs. Because of IBM’s

Watson, you can get legal advice (so far for more or less basic stuff) within seconds, with 90% accuracy compared with 70% accuracy when done by humans. So if you study law, stop immediately. There will be 90% less lawyers in the future, only omniscient specialists will remain.

6A. Watson already helps nurses diagnosing cancer, its 4 times more accurate than human nurses.

  1. Facebook now has a pattern recognition software that can recognize faces better than humans. In 2030, computers will become more intelligent than humans.

 

  1. Autonomous cars : In 2018 the first self-driving cars will appear for the public. Around 2020, the complete industry will start to be disrupted. You don’t want to own a car anymore. You will call a car with your phone, it will show up at your location and drive you to your destination. You will not need to park it, you only pay for the driven distance and can be productive while driving. The very young children of today will never get a driver’s license and will never own a car.

8A. It will change the cities, because we will need 90-95% less cars for that. We can transform former parking spaces into parks. 1.2 million people die each year in car accidents worldwide. We now have one accident every 60,000 mi (100,000 km), with autonomous driving that will drop to 1 accident in 6 million mi (10 million km). That will save a million lives world-wide each year.

8B. Most car companies will doubtless become bankrupt. Traditional car companies try the evolutionary approach and just build a better car, while tech companies (Tesla, Apple, and Google) will do the revolutionary approach and build a computer on wheels.

8C. Many engineers from Volkswagen and Audi; are completely terrified of Tesla.

  1. Insurance companies will have massive trouble because, without accidents, the insurance will become 100x cheaper. Their car insurance business model will disappear.
  1. Real estate will change. Because if you can work while you commute, people will move further away to live in a more beautiful neighborhood.
  2. Electric cars will become mainstream about 2020. Cities will be less noisy because all new cars will run on electricity.
  3. Electricity will become incredibly cheap and clean: Solar production has been on an exponential curve for 30 years, but you can now see the burgeoning impact.
  4. Last year, more solar energy was installed worldwide than fossil. Energy companies are desperately trying to limit access to the grid to prevent competition from home solar installations, but that simply cannot continue – technology will take care of that strategy.
  5. With cheap electricity comes cheap and abundant water. Desalination of salt water now only needs 2kWh per cubic meter (@ 0.25 cents). We don’t have scarce water in most places, we only have scarce drinking water. Imagine what will be possible if anyone can have as much clean water as he wants, for nearly no cost.

    15 Health: The Tricorder X price will be announced this year. There are companies who will build a medical device (called the          “Tricorder” from Star Trek) that works with your phone, which takes your retina scan, your blood sample and you breathe              into it.

  1. It then analyses 54 bio-markers that will identify nearly any disease. It will be cheap, so in a few years everyone on this planet will have access to world-class medical analysis, nearly for free. Goodbye, self-serving medical practitioners and establishments.
  2. 3D printing: The price of the cheapest 3D printer came down from $18,000 to $400 within 10 years. In the same time, it became 100 times faster. All major shoe companies have already started 3D printing shoes.
  3. Some spare airplane parts are already 3D printed in remote airports. The space station now has a printer that eliminates the need for the large amount of spare parts they used to have in the past.
  4. At the end of this year, new smart phones will have 3D scanning possibilities. You can then 3D scan your feet and print your perfect shoe at home.

   19A. In China, they already 3D printed and built a complete 6-storey office building. By 2027, 10% of everything that’s being                     produced will be 3D printed.

  1. Business opportunities: If you think of a niche you want to go in, first ask yourself: “In the future, do I think we will have that?” and if the answer is yes, how can you make that happen sooner?

    20A. If it doesn’t work with your phone, forget the idea.  Any idea designed for success in the 20th century is doomed to failure               in the 21st century.

     20B. Work: 70-80% of jobs will disappear in the next 20 years. There will be a lot of new jobs, but it is not clear if there will be                  enough new jobs in such a short time. This will require a rethink on wealth distribution. (This is the fact that Congress                      will screw up for sure.  CB)

  1. Agriculture: There will be a $100 agricultural robot in the future. Farmers in 3rd world countries can then become managers of their field instead of working all day on their fields.
  2. Aeroponics will need much less water. The first Petri dish produced veal, is now available and will be cheaper than cow produced veal in 2018. Right now, 30% of all agricultural surfaces is used for cows. Imagine if we don’t need that space anymore.
  3. There are several startups who will bring insect protein to the market shortly. It contains more protein than meat. It will be labeled as “alternative protein source” (because most people still reject the idea of eating insects).
  4. There is an app called “moodies” which can already tell in which mood you’re in. By 2020 there will be apps that can tell by your facial expressions, if you are lying. Imagine a political debate where it’s being displayed when they’re telling the truth and when they’re not – it will ultimately compel all politicians to be truthful (a truly unique & novel occurrence).

    25 BY 2020 (or sooner – some might suggest this is happening now) WHAT A UNIVERSITY STUDENT LEARNS IN THE FIRST             YEAR OF A THREE YEAR DEGREE – WILL BE IRRELEVANT AND REDUNDANT BY THE TIME THE THIRD YEAR IS                        COMPLETED!    ANON

This last prediction is happening now and the ones who now graduate with degrees in “Protesting”, “Tree Hugging”, “Pipe Line Disruption” and “Illegal Alien Protecting” might have trouble finding jobs. The sugar daddies who pay them to oppose everything like George Soros, The Koch’s and other billionaires will croak someday. C Brewer

HOW THE INTERNET STARTED

My great friend Ron Jenkins sent me these words of biblical wisdom I had to share with others. I have no idea who searched out these facts.  CB

(according to Biblical scholars and for the non computer literate) 

In ancient Israel, it came to pass that a trader by the name of Abraham Com did take unto himself a healthy young wife by the name of Dorothy.

And Dot Com was a comely woman, large of breast, broad of shoulder and long of leg. Indeed, she was often called Amazon Dot Com.

And she said unto Abraham, her husband, “Why dost thou travel so far from town to town with thy goods when thou cans’t trade without ever leaving thy tent?”

And Abraham did look at her as though she were several saddle bags short of a camel load, but simply said, “How, dear?”

And Dot replied, “I will place drums in all the towns and drums in between to send messages saying what you have for sale, and they will reply telling you who hath the best price. The sale can be made on the drums and delivery made by Uriah’s Pony Stable (UPS).”

Abraham thought long and decided he would let Dot have her way with the drums.

And the drums rang out and were an immediate success. Abraham sold all the goods he had at the top price, without ever having to move from his tent.

To prevent neighboring countries from overhearing what the drums were saying, Dot devised a system that only she and the drummers knew. It was known as Must Send Drum Over Sound (MSDOS), and she also developed a language to transmit ideas and pictures – Hebrew To The People (HTTP).

And the young men did take to Dot Com’s trading as doth the greedy horsefly take to camel dung. They were called Nomadic Ecclesiastical Rich Dominican Sybarites, or NERDS.

And lo, the land was so feverish with joy at the new riches and the deafening sound of drums that no one noticed that the real riches were going to that enterprising drum dealer, Brother William of Gates, who bought off every drum maker in the land. Indeed he did insist on drums to be made that would work only with Brother Gates’ drumheads and drumsticks.

And Dot did say, “Oh, Abraham, what we have started is being taken over by others.”

And Abraham looked out over the Bay of Ezekiel, or e Bay as it came to be known.

He said, “We need a name that reflects what we are.”

And Dot replied, “Young Ambitious Hebrew Owner Operators.”

“YAHOO,” said Abraham.

And because it was Dot’s idea, they named it YAHOO Dot Com.

Abraham’s cousin, Joshua, being the young Gregarious Energetic Educated Kid (GEEK) that he was, soon started using Dot’s drums to locate things around the countryside.

It soon became known as God’s Own Official Guide to Locating Everything (GOOGLE).

That is how it all began!!!

And that’s the truth!

DESIGNED DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA!

The recent Supreme Court decision to find Obamacare constitutional upset me deeply. Now that Obama and Congressional democrats have a majority of the court it will just accelerate the destruction of this once great Republic.

Yesterday I read an article titled, “Is President Obama Intentionally Destroying America”, on Townhall.com. This article was written by David Limbaugh who just wrote a new book, “Crimes Against Liberty”. I also heard on the news about a new $22,000,000.00 fine being levied on Google for again allowing private information to be shared. Someday enough people will get fed up with this assault and decide they have had enough. I have. I will paraphrase some of the points in the article and hope that you will help stop this madness.

Does anyone else agree that Obama is intentionally destroying America? I do.

Nixon was a crook punished properly for just digging up dirt on his enemies. Obama and his Socialist team of “Destructors” have reached a new plateau of political criminal behavior; they are destroying our Constitution and Bill of Rights. They should be deported.

I see the country being attacked at all levels. Our freedoms have under assault for quite some time, aided by a Supreme Court so politically slanted it is sad. My life savings are disappearing and economy reminds me of my boyhood in the 1930’s. The President and Congress have designed programs to cause sustained unemployment that is criminal at best. Our financial crisis, born of world-historic national debt is being fueled by this President and Congressional Democrats.

The government has now gained absolute control our health care system. Businesses are afraid to hire because of the uncertainties caused by new taxes and regulations. Obamacare is now the biggest tax increase in history. Now we face another tax increase awaiting us in January when the tax cuts expire. The government is at war with all businesses. The government is determined to destroy the entire energy industry and waste billions on green energy debacles doomed to failure before they are started. We just keep pumping more money to Obama’s Arab and environmental extremist friends.

No one can explain this insanity. Obama truly harbors a grudge against America. Sane people know what he meant when he said he wanted to fundamentally change America. What justifies Obama to deride and apologize for America? What causes him to reject the proven American concepts of equal opportunity? What drives him to energize labor unions and encourage a permanently adversarial climate between labor and management?

Am I not being honest and rational in questioning the reasons for this destruction of our Republic form of government?

I believe that Obama, like his army of leftist radicals, has a strong hatred of America and they actually believe that the United States deserves to be punished. They view America as an imperialistic international bully and that we consume far too much of the world’s resources. They envision America as an environmental criminal and that our capitalistic system unfairly and inequitably distributes income and wealth. I believe that he has dedicated his life to punish his own people to rectify his and his follower’s perceived sins.

I believe that he wants to “destroy” America, as such. In his mind he honestly believes he is helping to create a better America — a utopian Empire. I pray that most Americans will understand the full scope of what is happening and stop this destruction next November.

On the financial front alone, Obama Inc. has prevented entitlement and discretionary spending reform. There is no question that he is intentionally dividing Americans on the basis of race, economic class, gender, sexual orientation and, sometimes, religion.

DHIMMITUDE- A NEW WORD YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND

We are needing to be paying attention to what it sounds like.

-New Word For The Day – “Dhimmitude” – What Does It  Mean?

Obama used it in the  health care bill.

Now isn’t this interesting? It was used in the health care law.

Every day there’s another revelation of what Obama and his fellow  Democrats are doing to our country.

Dhimmitude —  I had never heard the word until now. Type it into Google and start  reading. Pretty interesting. It’s on page 107 of the healthcare  bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists. It is a REAL  word.

Word  of the Day: Dhimmitude  is the Muslim  system of controlling non-muslim populations conquered through  jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-muslims in exchange for  tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting  conquered remnants to Islam.

Obama  Care allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat  in the United States . Folks, this is exclusively an Islamic concept  under Sharia Law. So exclusive they had to make up an English word  to define the concept. Why would our government start interjecting  Sharia Law concepts into new broad and sweeping legislation like  health care that would control the US population?  ….Anyone?

Muslims are  specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase  insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam  considers insurance to be “gambling”, “risk-taking”, and “usury” and  is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on  this.

How  convenient. So a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed  against all of their assets, including real estate, cattle, and even  accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because they  refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis  Farrakhan and all other US Muslims will have no such penalty and  will have 100% of their health needs paid for by the de facto  government insurance. Non-Muslims paying a tax to subsidize  Muslims. This is Sharia Law definition of…  Dhimmitude. This is not a Western Civilization concept.

Dhimmit has two purposes: To enrich Muslims AND to drive conversions  to Islam. “Sure, I’ll be a muslim if it means free health insurance  and no taxes. Where do I sign, bro?”

I  recommend sending this post to your contacts. This is desperately  important and people need to know about it — quickly!

This  really is happening in your country. A fraction at a  time.

Wake up America ! They’re coming in the back  door.
