The Coyote Principle!

My thanks to Ron Jenkins for sharing this scenario of what would actually happen under conditions described. Everyone needs a break from watching the main stream media distort the truth in every news report. The Dis-United States can be united again if we replaced all 535 Congresspersons, 889 Federal Judges and eliminated several Federal agencies, privatized all Governmental operations that have been unionized and made Lobbying a crime. Enjoy the following story. C Brewer

The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor’s dog, then bites the Governor.

The Governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie “Bambi” and then realizes he should stop because the coyote is only doing what is natural.

He calls animal control. Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the state $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it.

He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases.

The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged.

The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals.

The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a “coyote awareness program” for residents of the area.

The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.

The Governor’s security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. The state spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training re the nature of coyotes.

PETA protests the coyote’s relocation and files a $5 million suit against the state.

Meanwhile in TEXAS.

The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail.

A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog.

The Governor shoots the coyote with his state-issued pistol and keeps jogging.

The Governor has spent $.50 on a .45 ACP hollow point cartridge.

The buzzards eat the dead coyote and the governor’s dog.

And that, my friends, is why California is broke and Texas is not.

VETERANS ADMINISTRATION FAILURES.

To hopefully get more Americans to demand that our veterans are treated at least as well as illegal aliens please share this with everyone. I wanted to re=blog this article after my latest article was published.

If every politician in Washington was required to have read this article and letter from Bob Kustermann that was published eleven months ago, Bob might still be alive. How we treat our veterans is inhumane at best. I followed this article with another plea titled “What has happened to America”on September 17, 2015 and it appears that no one really cares if we just let these brave Americans just die and go away.

In Bob’s last visit to the VA last month he was deathly ill and while they were arguing on what to do he checked himself out and went home to die at 69 waiting to start dialysis as his kidneys were failing. I wonder how many thousand times this happens every day? The saddest part of this story is that no one really seem to care. Is there anyone in America who knows how to get the attention of someone who will do something to shut down the Veterans hospitals and at least treat our veterans equally as we treat illegal aliens free.

I have some 550 people who read this blog and If they all send it to people on their mail list maybe a copy will find one of the people running for President. Maybe if FOX news and Megan Kelly would ask this question in one of the debates instead of trying to defeat Donald Trump with “Gotcha” questions it would get exposure from the biased media. If we had a media that cared this issue would have been fixed a long time ago. Two people commented on the original article. One was my son and the other was a friend from Melbourne Australia. Please read the following and help slow down this tragedy. C Brewer

AMERICAN VETERANS CARE – RED TAPE AND DISCRIMINATION! Published March 25, 2015

I sincerely hope this article makes you sick. The only people we have treated worse than the Indians, including illegal aliens, are our military veterans. I am extremely qualified to state the facts and verify the specific facts documented in the letter I ask to post as I am a veteran of the military. I am not a veteran of any combat or foreign service although I have likely visited and worked in more foreign countries, thirty-two to be specific, than 96% of every lobbyist, Congressman or the White House “Kingdom”. I volunteered and with my parents approval, I joined the US Navy Reserve in 1947 when I was 17. The Korean War seemed imminent and I volunteered for active duty in April 1948 and was honorably discharged on August 30, 1952. I had to serve an additional year as all enlistments were extended during the Korean war.

I only asked one time for any federal veteran benefit, some help with some uninsured drugs, and it was denied because I was earning more than the current poverty level. I did earn a military funeral but I have ask my wife not to even notify anyone from our government except my Federal Entitlement benefit that used to be called Social Security so they will not harass her. Writing this blog demands that I read facts and when I read a copy of this letter in our weekly local Sabine County Reporter, it disturbed me deeply. To even think we treat our veterans worse than illegal aliens is unbelievable. In essence an eligible veteran is treated worse by our government than the Democrats and illiterates (some are not both), who never worked or intend to work and draw welfare.

Even Medicaid is more responsive as the new VA Choice Card. The fact that all doctors in rural areas are not qualified is just another bureaucratic waste of time and money. The fact that our only hospital director or Board had no information is just another way to deny veterans benefits equal to aliens. They should be given the same benefits as I receive with Medicare and the government should pay their deductibles and premiums that I have to pay. Shut down the Veterans hospitals or make them available to everyone. Set the veterans free from oppression.

Please read this and pass this on to everyone you know. The really sad part is that the media, including Fox, has reported this change as an added benefit to our veterans. For Gods sakes how can what this letter describes be viewed as an improvement of any kind.

Bob Kustermann  is a good friend on mine along with all of the other veterans in Sabine County Texas.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to ask for your help with the new VA Choice Card. I received mine about a month and a half ago and called the number that was on the card to make sure I was qualified for this benefit, which it turns out, I am.

I live in Hemphill, Texas with the nearest VA clinic in Lufkin, Texas, approximately 60 miles away. The information I received indicated that if you live more than 40 miles from the nearest VA clinic or your VA appointment was more than 30 days away, you could see a local doctor.  The VA also indicated that our local hospital, Sabine County Hospital, and local doctors are currently eligible to participate.

When I first called, the VA asked for my information and said for me to call back in 7 days  to see if I was qualified.  The VA then informed me that if I needed an appointment with a local doctor to call them back and the VA would set up the appointment.  The VA then informed me it would take another 7 days to get this appointment approved, taking 14 days from the initial call to just schedule the appointment, not yet seeing a doctor for treatment.

One of my concerns is that I am required to have a physical exam twice a year.  In order to accomplish this I must travel the 60 miles to the Lufkin VA clinic two weeks in advance of my physical exam for blood work, and of course the 60 mile return trip, for a five-minute lab test.  I then have to make the 120 mile round trip two weeks later for the physical exam.  Many of the veterans I help in Sabine County cannot either physically make the trip to Lufkin or cannot financially afford the trip.

I recently was granted the opportunity to make a presentation on the VA Choice Card to our local Hospital Board.  Hospital Administrator Diana Taylor informed me that she has placed several phone calls and sent two emails to the VA within the past month requesting forms and other information to become eligible to participate in the program, but has received no response.

It is my understanding that there is only one local doctor that is eligible to participate in the program, but getting in to see him is a very lengthy process requiring the veteran to phone the VA and request an appointment with the local doctor; the veteran is then required to call the VA back in 5 to 7 days to find out when the appointment is scheduled with the local doctor; the appointment will likely be scheduled around 7 days away, with the total days spent now at 12 to 13 days; if a prescription is written by the doctor, it takes another 7 to 10 days to receive the medicine in the mail, making the total time thus far 19 to 23 days.

Common sense tells me that if a veteran has to wait up to 2 weeks for an appointment and 3 weeks before receiving medicine from the onset of their condition, the likelihood of the condition worsening, or become fatal, is a real possibility, requiring additional, and likely, more intense medical care.

The bureaucratic strings attached to the VA Choice Card are NOT helping veterans, but merely painting over and covering up systemic problems in a widely documented troubled agency.

Any assistance you can provide, not only to me but to all veterans to expedite their receipt of quality healthcare will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Robert Kustermann

I ask that you send a copy of this letter to every Congress Person, Governor, State Representative and Senator if you can get their address. Knowing Bob for many years and the hundreds of hours of community service he and many other veterans provide are vital for our rural County. My personal thanks to them all for all of their service.

Goodbye old friend, Sabine County Texas will miss your always smiling face and your willingness to give far more to help your fellow-man than you ever received. This old man will never forget you. You suffered far beyond normal and sadly forgotten by your own country. It appears to me that our Veterans Administration administers euthanasia successfully by just ignoring our veterans condition. If a regular hospital did this it would be called murder. C Brewer February 10, 2016

VOTING DILEMMAS!

My wife Norma asked me last night to print off a sample ballot for the November 4th election so she could prepare herself to early vote. Early voting is the best thing that politicians have created in America since they approved the Constitution. I hold one obvious historical record over 90 percent of Americans who are still “alive”, I have been voting for 63 years. It would be 66 years but I was not allowed to vote until I was 21.

Just think, I was old enough at 17 to join the US Navy, get married at 18 but the politicians had not yet decided that 18 years olds were mature enough to vote. Look at it this way, at 18 they can decide if a politician is capable, honest and ethical but they still are not allowed to gamble or buy an alcoholic beverage.

How do 18 year old Americans decide who to vote for in an election? I would assume that most will likely vote for the Party or the candidate of their parents. As some 45% of children today have only one parent at home this changes the probability of a stable home life. The scariest fact is the likelihood that far too many will be brainwashed by college professors who are 90% liberal and progressive before they cast their first vote. Look at the track record of the 1960’s when we had the hippy generation that produced both Bill and Hillary Clinton whose ethics, honesty and capability is public record.

Sadly these colorful people of the 60’s have provided us with more career politicians than our entire history. A prime example is our current President and the army of Czars he has amassed to disassemble the military leadership we have to defend out freedoms. Point to follow, every “major” decision made today for the defense of America is made by a politician without any military training. Sadly again, most are made at the White House rather than the Pentagon.

How do you decide who to vote for? This is easier for local elections like we have in Sabine County Texas. Chances are you actually know the individual running against each other and the local media is held hostage from being biased and losing local advertising revenue. This is not true in the larger cities where it is difficult to actually know the candidates and the media is biased by biased advertising revenue that is likely foreign owned today.

Statewide and National elections pose different evaluations if you happen to be a true independent voter like my wife and myself. I looked over that sample ballot my wife asked for and asked myself some questions. In Texas we have an election for Governor that has drawn enough mud-slinging advertisements to make me record all programs on my Dish Hopper so that I can fast forward to escape the venom. The Democratic candidate for Governor of Texas, Wendy Davis, is a windbag with more destructive force than a tornado or a hurricane. She is about as qualified to manage the State of Texas as my 14 year old great granddaughter who by happenstance is being raised as a liberal and actually already lives in Austin Texas, our State Capital. By the way both the Dallas Morning News and the Houston Chronicle endorsed MS Davis this week which shows that the big money still flows to the Democrats as it always has in every major election in my lifetime.

Another dilemma is we have three other candidates running for Governor and two of them I never heard their name until I read the sample ballot. In nearly every National and Statewide position on the sample ballot, we have candidates for the Republican, Democratic, Libertarian and the Green Party’s. My wife and I are true “Independent” voters as we both have problems voting a “Straight Party” ballot. I just can’t be comfortable voting for anyone I don’t know or know anything about.

I can find enough information about candidates running for Congress and even the major candidates running for all other statewide offices except the ones running for the five judicial elections. I usually skip voting for a lawyer for any political position and when every candidate for things like a Justice for the Texas Supreme Court are all lawyers I have a problem. They are totally unknown in my county and most voters have three other options besides skipping the box to blacken. They can guess, play eenie, meanie, miney, moe or just vote for the Republican as most who live here are now in that Party.

I will bet that less than 5% of the voters in any state have taken the time to actually read the qualifications of every candidate that appears on their ballots. Anyone who believes that an 18 year old, first time voter, has researched every vote that they cast has some deep mental disorders.

It was refreshing news that the Supreme Court just ruled that Texas can demand that all voters have some form of identification to be able to vote starting tomorrow. This will probably create a last minute problem for the Democratic Party in Texas to get illegal’s picture’s made on ID cards with a dead voters name in time to vote by November 4th. But don’t worry as they have the resources to get this done and probably already have.

I sadly hate to admit that I now usually vote against a candidate rather than vote for one. No candidate in any contested statewide or national election today will ever meet all of the criteria I have established to meet my needs. The reason is they all are controlled by donations that keep them in office rather than what is good for “all” Americans. Re-election or continued service has now 100% replaced “Public Service” as a reason to run for elected office in America.

If America ends up with Harry Reid still serving as the leader of the Senate after the November 4th vote, it will not even matter who else is elected. When he allows Obama to grant amnesty to the 13,000,000 illegals by Executive Order, it will be the last two party election most Americans alive today will ever see again.

UNION DISASTERS

Before the Wisconsin debacle that has dominated the recent news, my interest and knowledge about “Unions” was limited to the private business sector. I am fully aware that “Unions” have created the loss of manufacturing jobs that plague the country and why we have to import most of the consumer product we buy today. When you couple “Union” pressured trade barriers with the regulatory pressure of the “Tree huggers”, we have made conducting business in America nearly impossible. I have created businesses in Canada and the United States and without a doubt the Canadian government is far more business friendly. They actually help you get started and survive.

The “Wisconsin Disaster” unveiled another “Union” situation that has been off the radar since Reagan fired the air traffic controllers a long time ago. Unionization of government employees is one of the dumbest things I have seen evolve in my 80 years as an American. Can you just imagine that as this practice expands, we could see the “Unionization” of Congress, the Judicial and Executive branches of American government?

We have some union type demands already in place like the lifetime terms for Federal Judges and the Supreme Court (tenure). There are no measurements of performance and they can’t be terminated. Congress uses seniority (tenure) as the basis for power and committee appointments. Thank God they can be terminated as we witnessed last November.

With Obama’s passion for European style Socialism, visualize the potential of “Unionizing” the Executive branch of government. The President and his army of czars could go on strike for better pay and fringe benefits. Who could stop them? What would happen if the Supreme Court decided to strike? If Congress went on strike and refused to function, who could stop them? I could drive you insane with the possibilities of what an uncontrolled government could do. If you wish to see what idiots who mesmerize the populace can do, read what Chavez has done in Venezuela. See how he used the unions to get elected and gain dictatorial powers. Why can’t this happen here?

Before you accuse me of insanity, look at what is happening in the real world today. All democratic State Senators in Wisconsin left the State to avoid doing state business. The Governor has not been able to get them to return. The media legal eagles have stated that there is no law being broken and no one has the power to arrest them for anything.

I would like to say that if a quorum of Congress were to do the same thing, it would be tragic. Unfortunately it could probably be an improvement over the idiotic regulations and Obamacare they raced to impose before the last election. Congress has allowed the Executive branch to run wild for over two years. If the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) alone is not abolished soon, we just think energy prices are high today. Locally the price for gasoline has jumped about 9% in the last week. Coupled with out of control spending, we are watching America destroyed from within. Our current government in action at all levels is like watching cartoons.

I am now compiling data and facts of what “Unionization” of the teachers in Wisconsin has cost the citizens. The questionable legality of how they are provided insurance alone will amaze you. The teachers own the insurance company and collective bargaining is how they have screwed the taxpayer. Stay tuned for a series on public service unions nation-wide.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Recently Fox news learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans.

This will get national attention if other news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to what follows, where, do you think, all of it will stop?

35 States file lawsuit against the Federal Government

Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

This will take seconds to read, if you agree, please pass it on.

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform… In all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn’t seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don’t care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop.

If each person that reads this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: “Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.”

I hope you will be one of my 20.

Thanks Doc
