PREACHING TO THE CHOIR

My friend, Ron Jenkins, who has also traveled the world during his Air Force career is a wonderful writer. He stays abreast of the major happenings and has a solid conservative mind. He submitted this deeply common sense article to a newspaper in San Antonio where he lives. He has given me the option to print his work on my blog every time he writes anything. He bores into his work with great analysis of whatever subject that motivates his interest. PREACHING TO THE CHOIR 

Mass shootings: causes and solutions.  Unfortunately, there are as many causes for these horrific shootings as there are are individuals with a cause or a gripe or an issue or with a mental problem.  No single solution can  solve the crime of killing your fellow man (or woman), in a nation where the ownership of a weapon is a right and is virtually unrestricted and unlimited, to any citizen, except to those with a felony conviction.  As gun owner, a marksman, a hunter, a former military member and a concerned citizen, I am leaning toward the enhancement of restrictions on legal, as well as illegal, gun ownership.  
We all know that the main reason we lock our house or car, is to foil a non-professional criminal.  Similarly, no single approach to gun control is going to succeed in preventing the acquisition of a firearm by an otherwise “normal” person, who may have a mental, emotional coping and adjustment problem.  There should to be a coordinated public effort to encourage family members, friends and relatives, to seek and receive help from the legal (law enforcement), medical and psychiatric communities.    
I accept that the 2nd Constitutional Amendment allows the people of this nation to bear arms.  Unfortunately, for well over 200 years, the changes in technology, society and the makeup of a highly diverse populace, have dictated that changes to the law of the land, should be enacted, from a common sense point of view. Therefore, the US Congress must develop a national policy and a series of laws that apply to all 50 states. These laws must apply to all US residents, citizen or alien, adult, minor and/or felon.  It must be a national effort because the mish mash of 50 diverse state laws, cannot help but create loop holes and exceptions, as well as jurisdictional issues, across state and national borders.
Our collective local, state and federal governments must ensure that only responsible legal, sane, adult citizens are licensed to buy, own and use, any and all fire arms.  With every right comes an equal responsibility.

DEMOCRATS, GUNS AND IGNORANCE!

THEY FEEL ALL AMERICANS ARE ARE STUPID.

Watching the Governor of Virginia, Terry Mcauliffe, try to blame guns for the shootings in his backyard yesterday is insane. The same hold true for Rahm Emanuel who has done such a great job of being Mayor of the Murder Capital of the universe, Chicago.

Anyone on Earth who preaches and expects that gun control will stop violent acts by deranged individuals or by Muslim dissidents needs to visit a “Shrink” for psychotic help. Those who can’t fathom or argue with this article’s message need to dust off a history book. Being 87 I need no reference as I was old enough in the 1930’s to remember how government confiscation of all guns in Germany lead to the brutal starvation and murder of over six million humans. America lost millions of young men helping free the world of the inhuman Germans and Japanese Terrorists in WWII.

Unless you never watch the news or wish to forget Bill Ayers and the Hippie Terrorist in the 1960/70”s. Leaders of San Francisco’s police officers union have accused Weather Underground co-founder Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, of taking part in the 1970 bombing of a city police station that killed a sergeant. They used bombs not guns.

Again unless you were not yet born or a Democrat or both you either don’t know, don’t care or ignore other attacks by American Terrorist. On April 19, 1995, a truck-bomb explosion outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, left 168 people dead and hundreds more injured. This horrible killing event used bombs not guns. The blast was set off by anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh, who in 2001 was executed for his crimes. His co-conspirator Terry Nichols received life in prison. Until September 11, 2001, the Oklahoma City bombing was the worst terrorist attack to take place on U.S. soil. These attacks were made with aircraft, not guns. The Oklahoma event is still the worst terrorist attack by Americans killing other Americans and guess what, they did not guns.

In the past few months we have seen Muslim Terrorists mow down and kill dozens of people, including Americans, plowing into crowds with large trucks. The most recent account did end with some gunfire.

Government confiscation of guns in America will never happen and the Democrats all know that. They would like to see this happen so they could Socialize America and eliminate free speech and other freedoms like our Republic form of Democracy. They seek a one party control of government that would eventually eliminate all State governments and State lines. They would never admit this goal but unless you are deaf and dumb it is obvious this is their objective

Outlawing or 100% control of all bomb making material is sensible. They could outlaw all large trucks and shut down all commerce before we have incidents like those happening. They can outlaw all knives including those in all kitchens and reduce stabbings. They could stop all gun sales but there are enough guns in America to start a war now. They can outlaw arrows and ammunition so that guns and bows would be useless.

Folks, I am sick of listening to these Progressive-Liberals scream gun control. Our Government can’t or wont control the sale of drugs which is against the law and causes most of the killing like we see in Chicago and other large cities across America. History proves that outlawing anything just makes more millionaires to pay for protection. It did not work for liquor and now we have states allowing the sale of drugs, which is against the Federal law and the Feds. just ignore it. Legalize and tax drugs like they did liquor and take away the profit factor.

Control the sale of ammunition might work but you never hear these anti-gun Democrats even discuss this alternative. Without ammo a gun is useless. If they do watch out for speeding trucks when you are in open crowded places.

If the news media would stop interviewing these politicians who just want free publicity and face time maybe these Congress people would actually work on creating jobs and send all illegal aliens back where they came from.

Unfortunately I have no idea who wrote this fantastic fact sheet and message to the under educated “Pretenders” who reside in the land of fruit and nuts. These folks drink different water than the rest of us. Off screen they fully exhibit their ignorance and inability to communicate with anyone but the “Tree Hugger’s” ,”Communists Professors” and all of the “Right Wingnut’s” of America. Dear Hollywood celebrities,

It’s time to wake up now.  Get this!  The only reason you exist is for my entertainment.  Some of you are beautiful.  Some of you can deliver a line with such conviction that you bring tears to my eyes.  Some of you are so convincing that you scare the crap out of me.  And others are so funny you can make me laugh uncontrollably.

But you all have one thing in common.  You only exist and have a place in my world to entertain me.  That’s it.  Nothing else!

You make your living pretending to be someone else.  You play dress-up like a 5-year-old.  Your world is a make believe world.  It is not real.  It doesn’t exist.  You live for the camera while the rest of us live in the real world.  Your entire existence depends on my patronage.  I crank the organ grinder, and you dance.

Therefore, I don’t care where you stand on issues.  Honestly, your opinion means nothing to me.  Just because you had a lead role in a movie about prostitution doesn’t mean you know what it’s like to be a prostitute.  Your view matters far less to me than that of a someone living in Timbuktu .

Believe me or not, the hard truth is that you aren’t real.  I turn off my TV or shut down my computer, and you cease to exist.  Once I am done with you, I go back to the real world until I want you to entertain me again.

I don’t care that you think BP executives deserve the death penalty.  I don’t care what you think about the environment.  I don’t care if you believe fracking is bad.  I don’t care if you call for more gun control.  I don’t care if you believe in catastrophic human-induced global warming.  And I could care less that you supported Hillary for President.  Get back into your bubble.  I’ll let you know when I’m in the mood for something pretty or scary or funny.

And one other thing.  What was with all this “I’ll leave the country if Donald Trump wins”?  Don’t you know how stupid that made you sound?  What did you think my reaction was going to be?  I better not vote for Trump or we’ll lose Whoopi Goldberg?  Al Sharpton?  Amy Schumer?  Leave.  I don’t care!  And don’t let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.  Oh by the way, is Clinton returning any of the money you so generously donated to her election?

Make me laugh.  Make me cry.  Even scare me.  But realize this, the only words of yours that matter are scripted — just like your pathetic little lives. I may agree with some of you from time to time, but in the final analysis, it doesn’t matter.  In my world, you exist solely for my entertainment.  So, shut your pie hole and dance, monkey, DANCE!  ANON

GUNFIGHT RULES YOU MIGHT NEED TO KNOW?

My good friend Jim Heck sent me these rules that obviously will be more help than you will receive from Obama or anyone in the Government should you face a gun fight. With all of the weapons he has caused to be sold since he was elected it might be time to understand certain facts. I have no idea who compiled this and if anyone knows the author I will be happy to give credits.

RULES

“Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.”

In a gunfight, the most important rule is … HAVE A GUN!

These are shooting tips from various Concealed Carry Instructors.  If you own a gun, you will appreciate these rules. If not, you should get one, learn how to use it and learn the rules.

A.  Guns have only two enemies:  Rust and Politicians.

B.  It’s always better to be judged by 12 than carried out by 6.

C.  Cops carry guns to protect themselves, not you.

D.  Never let someone or something that threatens you get inside arm’s length.

E.  Never say “I’ve got a gun”.  If you need to use deadly force, the first sound they should hear is the safety clicking off, or the hammer cocking.

F.  The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes; the response time of a .357 is 1,400 feet per second.

G.  The most important rule in a gunfight is: Always Win – there is no such thing as a fair fight. Always Win – cheat if necessary. Always Win – 2nd place doesn’t count.

H.  Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets …. you may get killed with your own gun, but they’ll have to beat you to death with it because it will be empty.

I.  If you’re in a gun fight:

    (a)  If you’re not shooting, you should be loading.

    (b)  If you’re not loading, you should be moving.

    (c)  If you’re not moving, you’re dead.

J.  In a life and death situation, do something … it may be wrong, but do something!

K.  If you carry a gun, people will call you paranoid. Nonsense!  If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?

L.  You can say “stop” or any other word, but a large bore muzzle pointed at someone’s head is pretty much a universal language; and you won’t have to press 1 for Spanish/Mexican, or 2 for Chinese, or 3 for Arabic.

M.  Never leave an enemy behind. If you have to shoot, shoot to kill. In court, yours will be the only testimony.

N.  You cannot save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself and your family.

GUN CONTROL FACTS!

Any American that watches this factual report and agrees that America needs to let the Progressive-Liberals confiscate all guns is an idiot. Hitler sold this to the German people in the 1930’s when I was a boy and history proves it led to the killing of millions of German citizens who opposed the government. If any American, including Obummer can refute facts then we have another Dictator in our future. Why the media will not allow this material to be aired is obviously a sign that the US government has already full control of what we read or see. Watch the manipulation of freedom of speech be a target after the gun hunt. The biggest enemy of the people in America today is not ISIS, it’s the Obama control of everything he desires. He knows the opposition is so busy destroying itself and the military has been cleansed of leadership no one can stop him using Martial Law to stay in power as long as he desires. Keep calling people like me extremists but history is very clear on the path our country is traveling. They can distort but they can’t erase what is already documented of the same path Germany was on when I was a boy.  Send me your facts that dispute this presentation so it can be shared.

FEDERAL POWER- WE DON’T NEED STATES ANYMORE!

As an avid reader with a lust for knowledge about history I wish to share some “Facts” many will find interesting. I was born in 1930 when times were rather bleak for 98% of all Americans. I grew up in the era before, during and after World War ll. I suffered through watching the rise and fall of both Germany and Japan for completely different reasons. Both of these nations became butchers of mankind including many if their own citizens.

The world has suffered through thousands of evil leaders like Lenin of Russia through Communism while Germany and Japan were wrecked by imperialism, fascism and racism.

America has been going through a Progressive change for over 100 years. This country has survived as a democratic Republic with freedoms never equaled in world history. We have had more than our share of wingnuts and disgruntled morons try to change our freedoms for all of my life. Sadly our current President has made all the previous Progressive Presidents look like lunatics while he has accomplished the loss of more freedoms than all of the other combined.

No one disputes that he was raised as a Communists and educated in Muslim schools and religious surroundings. Everyone should know one of Obama’s hero’s was an avowed Communists, Saul Alinsky. Obama includes passages about him in his books. Something you may not know or even care, Hillary Clinton did her college thesis based on Alinsky’s writings. He wrote two books every Socialists loves, “Rules for Radicals” and “Reveille for Radicals”. Alinsky died over 40 years ago.

Whether this bothers you or not it scares the crap out of me. Let me walk you through Alinsky’s step-by-step rules on how to create a socialists state. Again you may not care but if you are happy with the events ruining our Republic with Democratic political changes to our Constitution you would be happier by moving to Europe and letting the rest of us stay free. If you read this you can easily see what is happening in America today as the Democrats are following his instructions exactly. We are watching exactly what happened when Germany gave Hitler too much power in the 1930’s. You can read about, I lived through it.

Alinsky defined eight specific things that a central government must have absolute control of in order to create a social state. He defined that the first priority is the most important.

  1. Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people
  2. Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to survive.
  3. Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and that will produce more poverty.
  4. Gun Control– Remove the ability for people to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
  5. Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
  6. Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
  7. Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools
  8. Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Unless you are blind, stupid or already a Socialists you should be concerned and stop all of these things “NOW”. I did not make this up, read them for yourself.

One by one our Congress and the Progressive federal government is using the Supreme Court to destroy State laws and the power for a State to enact their own laws about anything. Obviously my last article expressed my disdain for the unlawful decision to force the Affordable Dare Act (ACA), or as commonly called Obamacare, on the majority of the States.

The decision Thursday to usurp the laws of many states and force same sex marriage on all Americans was just another instance of voiding State laws. This issue to force individuals to perform or service anyone when it is against their faith and we watch another freedom disappear.

Our Federal government now has or soon will have total control of step one, Healthcare.

We now have the majority of Americans living in poverty, step two accomplished.

We have the largest debt in our history regardless of how it is measured, step three accomplished.

Step four, the saber rattling about guns will be Obama or Hillary’s next objective and probably by Obama’s Executive Order. Without doubt our current Supreme Court will ban ownership of any weapon with a 5-4 or possibly a 6-3 vote very soon.

Step five, welfare is being attacked at every level of government. Many Americans are now told what they can eat, drink, work for wages and where they can live. It will include us all when the new Constitution is written by the Supreme Court

Obama’s precidsessors, including George Bush, have destroyed the education system I enjoyed in my life. We now have the most radical and socialistic higher education system in the free world. Step 6 now controllable by the federal government. Eventually all education including text material will be 100% government controlled.

Destroying our religious freedoms has been underway for many years. Obama just kicked it up a notch and the Supreme Court is happy as a group. Hopefully you read my two previous articles about our Supreme Political Court.

Creating class warfare was the easiest task for Obama as he can scream racism as our first black President. Clinton tried but was too dumb to understand its value.

You can easily disagree with my conservative views and but you can’t change actual facts or erase history. By the time Obama leaves office he will have done more damage to Americans freedoms than Hitler actually did to the German people. Radicals are the enemies of all humanity.

SECOND AMMENDMENT RIGHTS!

THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!

The myths about guns killing people and our current President, Attorney General, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, PBS and especially MSNBC have falsely promoted are just myths. My friend Dr. Peter Forrest just sent me the following factual message which I hope will allow people to know the truth. Government sponsored Obama propaganda is exactly like the myths used for German people to turn in their guns in the 1930’s, then were enslaved. History proves this for those who are too dumb to read.

I have no idea who wrote this article to give them credit for words that expose these myths. I felt obligated to post this and possibly make one American, who can read, admit that guns don’t kill people. Hopefully there is at least one Democrat in America that is willing to accept these facts?

DO GUNS KILL PEOPLE?

Today I swung my front door wide open and placed my Remington 30.06 right in the doorway. I left 6 cartridges beside it, then left it alone and went about my business.

While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, the neighbor boy across the street mowed the yard, a girl walked her dog down the street, and quite a few cars stopped at the stop sign near the front of my house.

After about an hour, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting there, right where I had left it. It hadn’t moved itself outside.

It certainly hadn’t killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had presented to do so.

In fact, it hadn’t even loaded itself. Well you can imagine my surprise, with all the hype by the Left and the Media about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people.

Either the media is wrong or I’m in possession of the laziest gun in the world.

The United States is 3rd in Murders throughout the World. But if you take out just 4 cities: Chicago, Detroit, Washington, DC and New Orleans, the United States is 4th from the bottom, in the entire world, for Murders.

These 4 Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws in the U.S.

ALL 4 of these cities are controlled by Democrats.

It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data if you are a Democrat – right?

Well, I’m off to check on my spoons. I hear they’re making people fat.

Unchecked, Obama will eventually regulate what we eat, drink, read, listen to and pray. Now he wants to make voting mandatory and not voting a crime. Watching him prosecute all of the dead voters in Illinois will be a hoot. All he needs is more time and it would not surprise me to see him declare Marshall Law and be the last elected President I will live to see. Laugh if you must but history repeats itself folks.  CB

SOCIALIST BLUEPRINT FOR AMERICA!

My old friend Bob McGraw sent this to me and it has been passed around in the past but I feel it needs to be read by every American alive. I decided to post this on this Christmas Day while we still have the right to free speech and to enjoy this holiday that all Progressive-Liberals and Democrats so badly wish to eliminate. Alinsky merely simplified Vladimir Lenin’s original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule. Stalin described his converts as “Useful Idiots.”  The Useful Idiots have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power and control. It is presently happening at an alarming rate in the U.S.

If people can read this and still say everything is just fine… they are “useful idiots”.

WILL AMERICANS EVER WAKE UP?

THE GOVERNMENT HAS SLOWLY TAKEN OVER STATES RIGHTS. NOW ITS CITIES AND TOWNS.

Just in my 84 years the centralized power of our government has increased to control about every aspect of Americans rights provided by our Constitution. We have an Energy Department that can override state laws. We have an Education Department that uses money to force states to follow federal guidelines to decide what our children can learn.

We can’t buy a gun anymore without federal registration. Soon the same will apply to ammunition. We are told what kind of vehicles must be designed to meet on energy standards  that are based on environmental standards with no scientific reason and just increase costs to the consumer. By stopping pipelines and scaring people with irresponsible dangers of new technology the government will stop the success of using our own oil now instead of buying it from our enemies. Oil will be outdated someday so why waste our advantages today?

Homeland Security is now responsible for our borders, enforcing our immigration laws and doing neither as our President and Attorney General don’t like the laws. The Hispanics will work so Americans on welfare and bogus disability can continue to create more civil disobedience and divide the Americans to hate each other more.

There seems to be no end to the thousands on actions by over zealous government employees like the IRS, EPA and our Department of State that have caused America to be a buyer of products rather that an exporter.

This week we have watched the government caused riots, plunder, damage and pain because Obama, Eric Holder and Al  Sharpton did not agree with a legally empale a Grand Jury that was not even necessary to determine that local law enforcement had done their job within the local and State laws. The damage was allowed as the National Guard was withheld from doing their duty for purely political reasons.

Now we have watched Obama begin a plan and send Eric Holder on his last mission as Attorney General to set in motion controls to take over local law enforcement and tell Mayors, Sheriffs and Police Chiefs how they must manage your local law enforcement operations.

If the government would start a program to show farmers and ranchers how to use and dispose of bull dodo, they unquestionably have the education and experience to be involved The IRS failure when they took over a bar and legal brothel in Nevada and make a profit, should have caused Americans to stop this mismanagement a long time ago. The TVA, Amtrak and the Postal Service are great  examples of government managed for profit services.

You would think that destroying the greatest healthcare program in the world would have been enough for the Democrats but they will never give up until they can tell you what to eat, what to wear, what you can learn and take all of your money and even tell you when you can go to the bathroom. Laugh at me but remember my words if you don’t wake up. C Brewer

ARE AMERICANS REALLY STUPID?

NO, too many are just brainwashed by Liberal-Progressive Democrats who have perfected  the use of twisting facts to divide rather than unite Americans.

My wonderful friend, Joan Withrow, sent me this enlightning scenario about guns. Someone obviously created this to explain the parallel of  how the Democrats can so easily control enough Congresspersons and prove  we have enough “dumb” Americans to believe anything they concoct like Obamacare.

After about an hour, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting there, right where I had left it. It hadn’t moved itself outside. It certainly hadn’t killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had presented to do so.

In fact, it hadn’t even loaded itself. Well you can imagine my surprise, with all the hype by the Left and the Media about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people.

Either the media is wrong or I’m in possession of the laziest gun in the world.

The United States is 3rd in Murders throughout the World. But if you take out just 4 cities: Chicago, Detroit, Washington, DC and New Orleans, the United States is 4th from the bottom, in the entire world, for Murders.

These 4 Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws in the U.S. ALL 4 of these cities are controlled by Democrats.

It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data – right?

Well, I’m off to check on my spoons. I hear they’re making people fat. 

Now let me add some other facts and hope enough voters that the Democrats call “dumb” Americans will wake up. Americans are not dumb regardless of what only Fox News has the honesty to report. The videos shown this week of the designer of Obamacare made bragging about how “dumb” we are, was the most perfect example of our Presidents agenda and perception of freedom loving Americans.

Obama is acting like a child out of control. The decision to issue more restrictive EPA rules, legalizing 4,500,000 illegal aliens by Executive Order is designed for one reason. His entire agenda is to divide Americans with every action he takes. Losing control of the Senate caused him to act like a three year old child who just had their sucker taken away from and like the child he just sulks and races to destroy something else.

Obama hates the United States, our Constitution and actually hates the majority of Americans, especially our military. His hatred for Israel is so profound he makes secret deals with Iran, China and Russia that will eventually hurt Americans more than the “dumb” will ever see.

The things that bothers me the most is why Americans are so confused, not “dumb”. The most damaging change I have watched over my 84 years is the media. We don’t get the facts from the main stream media anymore as it might offend someone. We get biased commentary that fits the ego driven actors who are controlled by the newspapers and television broadcasts  executives who have no concern for ethics or honesty. All decisions are based on revenue. My second most concern is that politicians are no longer “Public Servants”. The new name for all elected individuals is Career Politician. At the State and National level they now spend about 5% of their time devoted to the job they were elected to do and 95% to make sure they can get re-elected.

We are leaderless and the prospects for a real leader to emerge seem doubtful. At least my grandchildren will have the nearly 800 articles I have posted to analyze why they do not have the freedoms or opportunities I enjoyed. They will be working two jobs to pay for fiasco the Democrats have imposed on them when they were too young to vote.
