Watching President Obama, Congress in general, recent IRS, Department of State, Energy Department, Education Department, Homeland Security and the Justice Department violate the US Constitution and ignore the laws raised a question. Who in our government is responsible to see that these people obey the law? This motivated me to dig deeper and everything comes up with more questions.

The Supreme Court is there to settle disputes between everyone. Their website states that the Constitution requires that the Supreme Judicial power of the United States shall be vested in the Supreme Court. This indicates to me that when the President, Congress or any branch of our government fail to perform their Constitutional duties to follow the law, it is the Supreme Court that is responsible for prosecuting the perpetrators and sentencing them to the required punishment.

Our President stated specifically that the Justice Department was violating the law for secretly monitoring both the Associated Press and some Fox News reporters and should be investigated. He obviously did not call for apologizes or for punishment of the people who violated the Constitution.  By now it is perfectly clear that no government employee ever loses their pay. Much less go to jail. Oops, one exception if they are politically conservative they can be punished like Scooter Libby. Even Democrats who get caught with their hands in the cookie jar don’t worry as they will eventually receive Presidential pardons like Mark Rich.

Hopefully you noticed I renamed our Supreme Court, as the majority of their decisions are now based on politics rather than the Constitution. The people need to demand that we create and elect a Supreme Sheriff. Clint Eastwood would be my first choice. That elected official would be prevented from voting for anyone and answering only to the people. The Sheriff would have the power to even call out the military, if necessary, to make all federal elected officials and government employees obey all laws, not just the ones they desire. If a President lied to the people he could be paraded before the Supreme Court and if that court continues to have 5-4 decisions based on politics rather than law, they would be fired on the spot. When Rangel cheated on his taxes he would be in prison instead of Congress. Same for our Treasury Secretary who should be in prison now.

When a Congressman or Senator admitted they voted on a law without reading the document, they would be fired on the spot. When an IRS person selectively destroys an American without cause they would be required to pay damages out of their own pocket instead of robbing you and me to pay their damages. Give a few of these power-hungry bureaucrats a couple of years of 3 hot’s and a cot down in Arizona at Sheriff Joe’s tent facilities. Now we give them administrative leave at full salary, hide them for a couple of years, then promote them in another government agency.

Can you believe that we are still paying a full salary to the Army Officer who killed 13 Americans and wounded several more? He has been in Jail for three years while other government employees are stiffing the people he shot and crippled with bureaucratic bull hockey. Congress, the President and the bureaucrats just smile and do nothing. Our President warns us that we must be politically correct because other Muslim idiots may be offended and want to kill more Americans. How can you upset more jihadists who are programmed from birth to kill every American possible? Read my article on Rattlesnakes and Muslims to see a solution that would actually work.

Government employees who flaunt the law, are just as dangerous as a terrorists when they harass and destroy any Americans life. Liberals will laugh off my suggestions and the welfare generation who are screwing the people who do work for a living, will just keep re-electing liberals until the well runs dry. Sucking off the government’s teat will cease when the old cow goes dry. That is when the guns and ammo Americans have been stockpiling will insure that freedom and rights will be returned to the people in America again.

I have decided to be cremated when I croak to make it absolutely certain that the IRS and the Justice Department can’t dig me up to pick my pockets or use my voter registration to insure that liberals are re-elected.

I was urged nearly two years ago to start this blog by a great friend who enjoyed reading my letters to our weekly newspaper. He has been one of the few people, including my family, to take the time to comment on my postings.

I have always been interested in current events and until this year I avidly watched the national news media. Now that Fox news has joined the other networks in slanting the news I gather my knowledge from the internet. I dropped my subscription to the only daily newspaper over a year ago. Friends send me “E” mails and I gather most of my news from Townhall, Newsmax, Patriot Post, the Blaze and other blogs.

This article will be my 408th post and I am proud to say it might entice the 12,000th person to read my work. I currently have 43 individuals or blogs that follow my work and they are the reason I keep writing.

My friend Ron just sent me a copy of the last article written by Charlie Reese who retired last year after 49 years, I will paraphrase some of his “whys” and add a few of my own.. It bothers me that we all know how bad things are in politics but we lack the courage to eliminate the cause. All it takes is common sense of the people as we will never see it applied by politicians.

Why are politicians the only people in the world who create laws and regulations, ignore them individually and then campaign against what that they created to get re-elected?

Why do we have debt and deficits if both the Democrats and Republicans are against them?

Why are Democrats against inflation and higher taxes for everyone, except those who create jobs?

Why do Democrats create inflation and taxes that are so excessive we can’t compete worldwide? Why would any sane person or company invest or expand their business when you can’t compete because of regulations and taxes. It is plainly obvious that the Democrats desire to create class warfare rather than jobs. That is the easy way to get re-elected.

Why does President Obama refuse to act like a business CEO and work with the House of Representatives where all Revenue and taxing legislation must originate?  We the people don’t propose a federal budget, the President does.

Why does the Republican controlled House of Representatives vote to provide funds for the EPA, Departments of Energy, Education, Labor, Homeland Security, Health & Human Services and the Justice Department? If they have no funds they can’t waste money foolishly as they do every day. We know they do because our Congressmen tell us every day on the news.

Why do one hundred Senators, 435 Congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices who are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible allow the domestic problems that plague this country?

Why do we allow the Federal Reserve Board to ignore their authorized power to provide a dollar that is worth a dollar?

Why do we allow the special interests and lobbyists, who have no statutory authority, the ability to coerce a Senator, a Congressman or a President? I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. One thing is certain we can’t stop these elected officials from lying, cheating, profiteering and evading taxes. What separates a politician from an average American is greed and power.

Why can’t a nation of 330 million replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility?  Can you think of just one single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people?

Why are our tax codes unfair?  Because the 545 in power want it to be unfair.

Why is the budget in the red? Because the 545 in power want it in the red.

Why are our military forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, South Korea, Japan etc.? Because the 545 in power want them in these places.

Why do government employees receive an elite retirement plan instead of Social Security like the peasants? Because the 545 in power want it that way.

Why do we let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take away this power?

Why do we allow them to con us into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics”, that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do?

Why don’t the people hold them accountable? They and they alone, should be held accountable by the people, the electorate that put them in office.

Why can’t Americans vote out these incumbent politicians who vote to raise taxes and borrow from foreign governments to fund social programs?

Please vote for politicians who support term limits for all federal politicians; we already have them for the President, why not for Senators and Representatives?

What you do with this article now that you have read it… is up to you. 100 years ago our nation was the most prosperous in the world. We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

What in the heck happened? Can you spell ‘politicians’?

I hope this goes around THE USA at least 545 times! Will you help get it there?                           C Brewer

Politics: Asked last week why he’s so unpopular inTexas, the only thing our president could say was “Republicans.” Now thatTexas has been lashed by tornadoes, his curious refusal to aid the state suggests the depth of his dislike.

Two weeks ago, Texas Gov. Rick Perry pleaded with the president in a 16-page letter to declare a large number ofTexascounties disaster areas after historic wildfires ravaged over a million acres across the state, burning 350 homes and killing three.

A bad combination of hurricane rains, freezing weather and subsequent drought have made ideal conditions for the inferno during this tornado season.

Perry’s request was a routine effort to free up federal disaster funds so the state wouldn’t have to fight the fires alone.Texasshould have been granted it easily.

But to date, nobody’s gotten back to him – though other states with natural disasters, such asOklahomanext door, got the declarations they needed.North Carolinagot its declaration a mere four days after it made its request. So far, the White House seems to be sayingTexascan burn.

This is no isolated incident. In the aftermath of the September 2010 killing of aU.S.citizen byMexico’s Zeta cartel inTexaswaters, Perry pleaded in another letter to the president to send 1,000 extra National Guard troops to the border, warning of a “dire threat amassing on our southern border.”

The response he got was little more than pablum from Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano assuring that all was well on the border.

Since then, mass graves have been found on the Mexican side of the border, and they aren’t done digging.

This Monday, Perry announced thatTexaswould finally get its $830 million in promised federal funding for education from the Department of Education after a nine-month delay. Texas alone of all 50 states had been denied its share of the funds as a result of an amendment from an Obama ally, Rep. Lloyd Doggett of Austin, who wrote a special provision into the 2010 federal education jobs bill to require Texas alone to “supplement and not supplant” state education financing through 2013. Perry called it unconstitutional, and it was reversed in the 2011 budget.

If this isn’t a pattern, what is? InTexas, it’s been one thing after another since the president told WFAA-TV inDallaslast week that he’s unpopular in the state because it’s full of conservatives.

What’s more, he suggested they weren’t sufficiently grateful to him. “Gov. Perry helped balance his budget with about $6 billion worth of federal help – which he happily took – and then started blaming the members of Congress who had offered that help,” Obama told a TV interviewer.

Seems the president considers federal funding “his” money – rather than a round trip of cash from the states – deserving of gratitude, and any state that thinks otherwise gets payback, theChicago Way.

Arizona,WisconsinandLouisianahave felt similar stings for defyingWashington.

This kind of ward-heeling behavior may seem logical to Obama, but it’s quite beneath the office of a president who is presumed to govern all the country.

Texas, and the rest of theU.S.for that matter, desperately needs a leader, not a partisan politician whose only fealty is to his political cronies.

Thanks, and don’t forget that B.O. also gutted the manned space program, and then would not let NASA have one of the 4 shuttles, placing 3 on the east coast and one inCalifornia.

He also refused to let UAL and Continental merge unless their HQ was in Chicago and not Houston, and he has shut down offshore drilling in theGulf of Mexicofor a year. He clearly hatesTexas.

Thanks Phil
