OBAMA SHARING YOUR WEALTH- Can you believe this?


IN GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED HOUSING EVERYWHERE ACROSS AMERICA, PEOPLE  WILL BE  IN THEIR LIVING ROOMS WATCHING THE STATE-OF-THE-UNION SPEECH ON THEIR BIG SCREEN T.V.’S AND CHEERING OBAMA FOR HIS UNIQUE WAYS TO RE-DISTRIBUTE WEALTH.

A realtor was showing a home in Pontiac, MI. one afternoon recently and showed up at a home at the 4:00 pm, time my appointment was scheduled for. After she woke up the homeowner, she let us in and then proceeded to tell my buyers and I that she has already entered into a contract to sell the home on a short-sale. (A short-sale is a sale where the banks accepts less money than is owed on the home). After some chit-chat, she proceeded to tell us that she and her sister (who also lived in the area) were buying each others homes via the short-sale process. I mentioned to her that I thought relatives could not be involved in those transactions. She smiled and said “We have two different last names so no one knows the difference”.

She went on to tell us that each of them owed over 100K on their homes and were in the process of buying each others homes for about 10-15K cash. To top it off, they were each receiving $3,000.00 in government provided relocation assistance at the closing.

My buyers and I were amazed that she was outright admitting to fraud and yet, she continued. She began to tell us that the best part of her scheme was that because they currently were not working that they (both) are now receiving Section 8 Vouchers. I said I thought those were for renters and she said “That’s the best part; me and my sister are going to be renting each others homes so we don’t even have to move, and Obama is going to give us each $800.00 a month to pay the rent!” She then picked up a picture she had framed of Obama and did a little happy dance around her living room and while she kissed the picture she was singing “Thank you Obama…. thank you Obama.”

So here is the bottom line… Both of these scammers got at least $80,000.00 in debt forgiven, $3,000.00 in cash for relocation (when in fact they did not relocate) and to boot, you and I will now be paying (through our taxes) $1,600.00 in rent for each them each and every month…. perhaps forever!

Is it any wonder why so many people have decided that all they have to do is VOTE for the Democrats and they will be taken care of for life at the expense of the taxpayers? I would not be at all surprised if they are receiving food stamps and whatever other programs are available for anyone who is willing to lie to get assistance.

These women went from working and paying about $900.00 each in mortgage payments to staying home and getting paid $800.00 each per month to live in the same home they had been living in and all they had to do was lie on a few papers. This craziness has to stop! I’m sure this kind of fraud is going on each and every day all across the country and no one wants to touch the subject of entitlements because they might OFFEND someone or lose a vote or two.

By the way… she had an almost new SUV in the driveway, three flat screen TV’s and a very nice computer set up in her living room which was furnished entirely with nice leather furniture.

VOTER FRAUD – 2012 EDITION

VOTER IDENTIFICATION

I have lived in Texas all of my life, where voter fraud in South Texas, could make Chicago politicians blush with envy. Lyndon Johnson won his Senate election after the Democrats dug up enough dead and illegal aliens to stuff the ballot boxes in the Rio Grande Valley. This part of Texas has never had an honest election and with Obama’s help, never will.

Texas passed a law to require photo identification for voters to present before voting. State after state has been doing this for the past few years as they try to eliminate voter fraud.

The Obama administration led by Eric Holder claims that requiring proof of identity violates a person’s civil rights and stopped the Texas law from being enacted this year. When asked to defend their position, they play the race card. President Obama has done more to racially divide this country than another racist democrat, George Wallace.

Obama and Holder would make us believe that African American or Hispanic Americans have no form of identification just because they are African American or Hispanic Americans. Any Democrat that feels that African and Hispanic Americans are so stupid that they cannot figure out how to obtain proper identification should be ashamed. The Democrats have the African Americans in bondage as they used to work for a living. The Hispanic people were the hardest working individuals I observed, in all of the 32 countries where I worked.

Now the Hispanic people are being urged to take advantage of our social system that provides more incentive to just sit on their butts and let someone else pay for their existence. All they have to do to enjoy the “FREE” life is to vote for the Democrats who are enslaving them to be poor. What race will show up next to work for a living?

Voting by those who cannot, or will not, identify themselves is a civil rights violation against those who can. Your vote should be considered as important as your 1st Amendment Right of free speech. This is your only way to speak directly to any government. You have the right to choose who represents you and who best protects your civil rights, which is intended to be the sole purpose of our government. That is the way our founders envisioned a government of the people to be.

I for one do not want my vote canceled by a dead or ineligible voter. Can any true American disagree that this is my right?  Does anyone else care that Eric Holder, who is unelected to his position and serves at the pleasure of the President, wants my vote cancelled. I am not surprised that the President wants my vote cancelled. The only way he won his position in 2008, or can be re-elected, is by allowing the ballot boxes to be filled with counterfeit votes.

ACORN, under new assumed names, is still alive and well, and will remain that way. The re-election of Barack Obama means another four years to complete his dream of a European type socialist democracy. If Obama is re-elected it will eliminate free and true elections forever

Obama will likely be able to appoint 2 or 3 more “Socialist” Supreme Court justices. This will be the end of our Republic form of government that has made America the envy of the world for over 200 years.

Those that oppose voter identification laws always point to the Voting Rights Act as well as the 15th Amendment for support. The VRA and the 15th Amendment only apply to citizens of the United States. If you cannot prove who you are by some form of reliable identification, how can you prove you are a citizen in the first place? You can’t prove it if you are dead either.

One last point, African American and Hispanic leaders complain that the poor, the elderly, the student and minorities can’t afford the cost of transport to the Photo ID Office or they might miss work. The truth is that most do not work anyway. The simple solution is to establish a free photo ID office at the same state location where they sign up and pick up their food stamps, free phones and welfare checks.  What would be Obama and Holder’s excuse then???

REPUBLICAN SUICIDE WATCH- AGAIN!

 

It never seems to amaze me how conservative republican politicians can be so egotistical to destroy each other. When they do get elected they choose to openly find ways to disagree with each other and never find a cohesive plan to present to the voters.

All the democrats have to do is create chaos; delay everything; force the republicans to fight with each other; revive all of their dead voters; overfund the unions; promise the sky to the loafers on welfare; then sit back and watch the republicans slaughter each other. It does not take a wizard to see that the republicans will eventually create another third party and lose again by family “incest”. 

Just watch next week as the republicans desert their conservative promises and see the democrats win the battle for more spending. Why can’t we find republicans brave enough to shut the government down and straighten up the spending madness? Someone will when we go bankrupt.

I was born a conservative democrat as we had no admitted republicans in Texas. After Lyndon Johnson’s successful ability to enhance our march towards socialism, I became a republican. Nixon created a lot of doubt for me with his ego trip that ended his term in shame. Reagan made me proud to openly admit I was a republican. Daddy Bush got caught up in a democratic trap and his tax increases doomed his tenure as President. Clinton strengthened my belief in the need for conservative leadership and finally we outlasted his assault on freedoms and our military when his term expired. Next we got George, “RINO”, Bush who is a progressive republican and his race to make the Muslim world love democracy. He proved we can’t buy love from anyone. I did not forget Carter and Ford; I just could not remember anything they did that was sensible and work consumed most of my time.

After eight years of Bush my loyalty to the Republican Party disappeared. I voted for McCain only because his progressive record compared to Obama’s made him look like Attila the Hun when it came to being conservative. So far Obama has made Carter look more like Lincoln when you compare the scale of their damage to free enterprise. Obama has done more to destroy our freedoms than FDR, LBJ, Carter, Nixon, Clinton combined. These people served a total of some 34 years as President and Obama has surpassed their total malpractice in less than 3 years. 

The 2010 elections that returned the House to republican control really boosted my spirits. Politicians from nearly every state flooded my mailbox begging for my contributions. I actually felt like we were going to see some real backbone show up to rescue us from mismanagement. That lasted about two months and then the newly elected republicans divided the party and choose to attack each other. This made the future for the progressives look better each day as they have the republicans backed against the wall again.

If this is not bad enough we have nine egomaniac’s trying to get the republican nomination. The media, including Fox News, has exploited this group into destroying each other. They just can’t seem to challenge Obama’s madness as a team and maybe defeat him next year. Listening and watching them exploit the weakness of each every day is sad. The wealth of mistakes they have exposed on each other is the most valuable thing Obama will have to defeat the one who survives next year. This is like a coach giving his play book to his opponent and wondering how they knew how to win the game. I have seen so many weaknesses exposed by the “Nasty Nine” it will be difficult to decide which one to vote for knowing they will lose anyway.

Who in their right mind, other than an egomaniac or an ambulance chaser, would really desire to run for elective office at any level? Our growing welfare society is now in control of every politician. Look at the pandering of all politicians to gain the support of the illegal aliens as an example. Any politician in Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California who openly challenges the aliens is destined for defeat. No politician has the courage to enforce our immigration laws and it is just a matter of time until our official language will be Spanish.

I suppose I am destined to just keep voting against the most liberal one running and pray a conservative will win some day. You can be sure of one thing I will do is vote at every level possible trying to save our Republic from Socialism or worse.

CONGRESS, COURTS AND THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IGNORE THE LAW

MIAMI (AP) — The U.S. Department of Education sent a letter to districts around the country Friday, reminding them that all students – legal or not – are entitled to a public education.

The letter comes amid reports that schools may be checking the immigration status of students trying to enroll, and reminds districts they are federally prohibited from barring elementary or secondary students on the basis of citizenship status.

“Moreover, districts may not request information with the purpose or result of denying access to public schools on the basis of race, color or national origin,” said the letter, which was signed by officials from the department’s Office of Civil Rights and the Department of Justice.

“We put this letter out now because we know school districts are in the process of planning for the next school year, and wanted to make sure they had this in hand,” said Department of Education spokesman Justin Hamilton. “We were concerned about the number of reports that we’ve received and heard about, and felt it was necessary to make it clear that this has been the law of the land since Ronald Reagan was president.”

A 1982 Supreme Court case, Plyer v. Doe, held that states cannot deny students access to public education, whether they are in the U.S. legally or not. The court ruled that denying public education could impose a lifetime of hardship “on a discrete class of children not accountable for their disabling status.”

The letter comes as the Office of Civil Rights investigates three complaints, and less than a week before the president is expected to deliver a speech on immigration during a visit to Texas.

The Office of Civil Rights is also currently evaluating a complaint filed last month by the Southern Poverty Law Center against schools in Durham County, N.C.

The organization claims discrimination against Latino students. In one instance, a girl attempting to enroll in a district high school was asked for her passport and visa and was told that if she didn’t have one, she must be an illegal alien, said attorney Gerri Katzerman.

Ken Soo, a lawyer representing Durham Public Schools, said the district was looking into the complaint and would correct any problems found.

Katzerman said the issue has become increasingly common in the Deep South as demographics change and more Latino families move in.

“We hear from them a very similar experience, where they attempt to enroll and are asked about their immigration status, are asked for documents they don’t have, and they basically disappear back into the population without having the opportunity to participate in public education,” she said.

Civil rights officials are also investigating a complaint in Hazleton, Penn., where school officials considered requiring four proofs of residency for new students. The proposal has been changed, though some believe the requirements are still too onerous.

Legislation has been introduced in a number of states this year that would authorize districts to inquire about immigration status when students enroll in the district.

Republican Rep. Becky Nordgren, of Alabama, for example, sponsored a bill that would have required students and their parents to provide proof of citizenship to enroll. She said her district has seen a rise in the number of undocumented immigrants and that this has placed an undue cost on the local government.

“Quite frankly, I believe that these issues need to be addressed,” she said.

Nordgren said that her bill stalled after she learned about the 1982 Supreme Court case.

The letter Friday said districts can require students to provide proof of residency within a district, such as phone or water bills, but that immigration status would not be relevant. Districts can also require a birth certificate to confirm a student’s age, but cannot bar enrollment if the certificate is from another country. Nor can they deny enrollment if a student does not provide a social security number.

EDUCATION UNIONS-OKLAHOMA

 

Teachers unions in Oklahoma promoted a ballot proposal last year that would have forced the state to the average of all surrounding states spend on public education. Wisely the voters shot it down.

A typical Oklahoma school district spends about 80% of its total budget on labor costs. This includes many unnecessary “perks” spelled out in union collective bargaining agreements. Oklahoma also spends millions on automatic annual salary increases and more than generous paid sick and personal days. Teachers are reimbursed for unused sick and personal days, plus pay for “extra duty”. They also receive pay to attend professional conferences, health insurance and many other things.

The problem is not the amount of money that schools receive, but the constraints give the districts no flexibility on how they actually spend it. The unions control the spending of 90% of the budget. It appears the districts do get to buy and sharpen pencils.

The “Education Action Group” has been studying the situation and started with the “Jinks Public Schools” Below is a snapshot of what they found.

Out of a total budget for 2009-10 of $63,947,342.00, labor costs were $58,264,152.00 or 91% of the total. $749,000.00 of labor costs was automatic salary increases over the prior year. 

Jinks district has 678 teachers who took a total of 3412 sick days and 1,049 personal leave days in 2009-10. Their records do not capture the salary and benefits paid for sick and personal days. The records do show that the district paid out $481,632.00 for substitute teachers. The salary and benefits for the regular teachers is several times the cost of substitutes.

Teachers also receive “Extra Duty” pay for coaching, advising clubs, chairing academic departments, school bands and breakfast and lunch supervision. In the 2009-10 year this costs was $983,063.00.

The district also pays $300.00 annually to the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System for each teacher. This totaled $203,000.00 in 2009-10.

The Education Action Group recommended that sick days be cut to 5 and 2 paid personal time days which are more generous than most private companies today. The only figure that could be reduced, with any accuracy, would be the costs for substitutes that should be 50% less, a savings of $240,816. These must be really nice people as my recommendation would no paid personal time.

The Group also recommended that the teachers pay 50% of the $300.00 to the retirement system. Using the 2009-10 figures this would save $101,700.00 this year. Based on a business evaluation of these facts, I would require that the teachers pay the entire $300.00 themselves. This would obviously save the entire $203,400.00. Just think these cuts could be made without decreasing teacher’s base pay.  

The bottom line is that all of our education systems are in bad need of independent professional operational audits. Do they meet their stated mission objectives and where is the waste hidden?

I would come out of retirement and audit any school district for 10% of the real audited savings. On second thought, I could hire this done, make some money and keep fishing and playing golf. When I think about the U.S. government using the same, no cost, independent operational audits to find just the waste alone in healthcare, I get dizzy. When you audit yourself you will never have the power to change anything.

The deeper I get into the public sector unions, more facts surface. If we had a real Department of Education our success ratios would be well above current levels. Wait until you see how much money has been given to Wisconsin since Obama was elected. What will really make you want to throw up is what they did with it before the last election to cover up the past.

PUBLIC SERVICE UNIONS & DEMOCRATS

 

I created this blog for people who rely upon the main stream media for news on current events. The lack of honest reporting by the media is a shame because an afflicted moron understands you can’t keep printing more money to fund programs that are disasters. Sharing facts and history will hopefully wake up enough voters to stop the runaway train wreck.   

Wisconsin’s looming $3.6 billion 2012/13 budget deficit has thankfully generated nationwide concerns for why we have unionized tax paid employees. It is a fact that private sector taxpayers who fund these unions are demanding that Washington operate with a “balanced Budget”, just like the States have to do by law. 

Wisconsin appears close to imposing economic common sense on the state’s public employee unions by capping their wages, increasing contributions to healthcare/pension plans and eliminating collective bargaining.

Most vocal among Wisconsin’s 300,000 public employee union members are protesters from the 98,000-member teacher’s union. They are now paid, on average, more than $75,000 in wages and benefits. Wisconsin parents should be protesting against these teachers, who are motivated more by tenured job security, than improving student performance.

The latest federal education data reveals less than 40 percent of 8th grade students in the state’s government schools meet basic requirements for math and reading performance. The fact is the state spends more per student ($10,791) than any other Midwest state. In Milwaukee, the average teacher compensation package exceeds $100,000, the graduation rate is under 50 percent and for black children it is below 35 percent. I can’t find a plan to improve this dismal performance to evaluate.

Please read the next sentence slowly.” Government unions face no competition, so there is no impetus to produce or perform at a higher level. To call government union negotiations “bargaining” is insane! 

[Public-sector] unions are government organized as an interest group to lobby itself to grow. Unions use dues extracted from members to elect politicians who favor the unions. Governments are not expected to make a profit, but they need to understand the process. Government sits on both sides of the table in cozy ‘negotiations’ with unions. I assume that you are aware that the politicians I refer to are 99% democrats.

During the 2010 election cycle, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees spent $87.5 million in union dues for the sole purpose of electing Democrats. More millions more went to “advocacy campaigns” that skirt the law to promote Leftist candidates. I don’t get a warm fuzzy feeling this helped the taxpayer.

Our business genius, Barack Hussein Obama, whose most vociferous support comes from unions, offered this predictable partisanship: “Some of what I’ve heard coming out of Wisconsin, where they are just making it harder for public employees to collectively bargain, generally, seems like more of an assault on unions.” The federal prisons are full of individuals convicted of fraud but Congress, over the years, has legalized graft for themselves and the union supporters.

The government union game hasn’t always been rigged. Government unions didn’t even exist until 1959, when the state of Wisconsin granted public employees “collective bargaining rights.”  Even Franklin Roosevelt understood that permitting government employees to establish unions constituted a corruption of public trust.

Since 1960 the Democrat Party has supported government unions with even more vigor than its support for non-government unions, and consequently, ignored the best interest of the people with their own self-interests. Today 24 states grant “collective bargaining rights” to government employee unions, and the resulting breach of public trust is evident in each of those states, particularly in education. My state, Texas, is a “Right to Work” state where union membership is not mandated. A future blog will explain how Texas teachers contribute to and run their own retirement system. 

In 1979, Jimmy Carter re-established the U.S. Department of Education. The department’s mission was, ostensibly, to promote student achievement in preparation for global competitiveness. Yet, since its formation 32 years ago, student achievement compared to other nations has declined.  In fact, the Department of Education reported that American students when rated with the 32 largest industrial nations ranked 17th in math, 21st in science and 32nd in reading. Wow, what an improvement.

Unions understand the strategic impact of the battle now underway in Wisconsin. “If we lose in Wisconsin, it’s going to be a domino effect,” proclaimed Teamster John Hennelly. “This is just the opening salvo in a war.” Democrats also know this battle is critical to the perpetuation of political dynasties.

Rep. Michael Capuano (D-MA), who decried our nation’s heated political rhetoric in the wake of the Tucson shootings, had this advice for the union protesters, “I’m proud to be here with people who understand that it’s more than just sending an email to get you going. Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary.” I guess Obama’s plea for civility was only directed to the tea party?

Hopefully the new House majority in Washington and all 24 States without right-to-work laws will take a cue from happenings in Wisconsin and stop the flow of money to maintain government employee union benefit programs.

Everyone take a deep look at who actually benefits from Obama/Reid/Polosi “shovel ready” projects.

HEALTHCARE TRAIN WRECK-MEDICAID

Let me share some information concerning out of control healthcare costs. Every American should understand that “Medicaid” is the most abused program ever created by our Congressional idiots. The current issue concerning proof of citizenship being debated in Arizona is a smoke screen for Washington to hide behind as a rights issue. Ignoring the real causes of the skyrocketing costs of healthcare makes my blood boil. I listen to the doctors say verifying citizenship before service in an emergency room(ER) is wrong. They get well paid for providing ER service and likely do not accept Medicaid in their own private practice. It is now hard to find any doctor in the large cities that accept Medicaid or Medicare. This forces indigent people to go to the ER’s for routine healthcare. All business training insists that service without compensation is the fastest path to bankruptcy. The use of emergency rooms for non-critical doctor visits is destroying our healthcare system.

In addition to the government forcing people to go to the ER for routine service another fraud is happening. This involves the people who misuse our emergency rooms to avoid having to pay a doctor for a routine office call. Our Washington welfare mentality actually encourages some to use the ER rather than visiting a doctor in their office. I am “NOT” suggesting we deny anyone the right to go to an emergency room for critical help.

I have only been in two emergency rooms in my 80 years. One was when my wife fell in the early evening after our doctor’s office was closed. Her fall required stitches and our local hospital did a great job in sewing her up. My only personal visit was June 10, 2010 when I awoke at 4am with severe intestinal pain in my right lower abdomen that was self diagnosed as appendicitis. Again the local hospital, after extensive tests proved my diagnosis was in error and I had suffered a case of diverticulitis. So far this has reoccurred twice since with a trip to the doctor rather than another $4,000+ trip to the ER.

The point I desire to make is that on both occasions the desire to discover whether we were paying customers and with proper identification was equally as swift as the treatment we received. Did this upset me, no it is just common sense business practice that I have encountered with my trips to any medical facility over my entire lifetime. This is true at a doctor’s, dentist’s, specialist office, hospital or any other health care provider. They have the right to know how they are to be paid.

With the knowledge that they will not be served without proof of payment, every freeloader in America disrupts normal emergency services with routine, non emergency, trips to the ER’s of America. Folks this is not rocket science and it happens 24/7 across this nation that is broke.

I recently visited with someone in one of America’s largest cities that works in an emergency room. I am certain what I am going to describe are actual facts that happen thousands of time every day. “A well dressed woman brought in a child for ER treatment. She had a designer handbag, cell phone and expensive accessories in plain view. When the doctor told her that the child had a cold and needed to be given over the counter medication, she went ballistic demanding that the doctor provide a prescription. Her reasoning shared with the doctor was that without a written prescription she could not get the medication free as she had no insurance”.

Now let us look at this example of this event. Should the doctor refuse the demand what will happen? His next contact would be with a probable law suit for the refusal to provide ER service. I have five doctors in my immediate family and know what malpractice insurance costs. Lawyers have forced the medical industry to waste trillions and are the primary reason we face run-away costs for healthcare. To be fair, I also have two lawyers and another half way through law school in my family. Thank God they do not prey on healthcare to make a living.

I challenge everyone that reads this posting to go to the local emergency room for a couple of hours and just observe and ask questions. If this does not convince you that the Congress must address fixing Medicaid, passing tort reform and controlling the illegal’s, you are an idiot like the ones who designed Medicaid.

Nothing will happen until enough people who have to pay for this debacle rise up and scream at the top of their lungs. I encourage you to send a copy of this post to your Congressman and your State Representative/Senator to prove me wrong with facts. I will do this also. If just one Representative or Senator will look into this situation and force the media to get involved, something might happen.

If Congress or the States ignore this waste, we the people, have the ultimate power to use the ballot box again to demand common sense.

  It just hit me!!   My dog  sleeps about 20 hours a day. She has her food prepared  for her. She can eat whenever she wants, 24/7/365. Her  meals are provided at no cost to her. She visits the Dr.  once a year for her checkup, and again during the year  if any medical needs arise. For this she pays nothing,  and nothing is required of her. She lives in a nice  neighborhood in a house that is much larger than she  needs, but she is not required to do any upkeep. If she  makes a mess, someone else cleans it up. She has her  choice of luxurious places to sleep. She receives these  accommodations absolutely free. She is living like  a queen, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever. All  of her costs are picked up by others who go out and earn  a living every day. I was just thinking about all this,  and suddenly it hit me like a brick in the head,     

My dog is  a Democrat!  

Comment: In illinois as well as many other States they are unionized, on welfare or have no citizenship, but like some of the dead people, they probably vote!  CB

AMERICAN “ROYALTY”- PART ONE

 

Over the next few weeks I will share a vision of a transformation I have watched as a Texas boy,  man and now an 80 year old senior citizen. The recent election, news reports of how Congress and the President have reacted prompted me to share these facts with anyone interested in living in a free country. Is is a fact that we are spending ourselves into a position that “will” reduce the most powerful country in the history of the world, to a second class society. Our President is hell-bent on re-aligning our country from a “Republic” of freedom to a socialist democracy.

For those who are interested in creditability I have been retired for nearly 17 years. I served in manager and executive positions for 27 years in the aerospace industry, 5 years in the oil industry and some 10 years in management consulting and training. I am a retired Registered Professional Engineer with a Master Degree in Management I am a retired member of Mensa, Intertel, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Society of Petroleum and the American Society for Quality. My entire work life was associated with “Customer Satisfaction/ Quality”.  I have been fortunate to have worked or visited in 32 countries and 49 States. I have worked in;  Kingdoms and Emirates in the middle east; Socialist countries of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, France and others; Algeria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Scotland, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore; Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico, Canada. You will note that many of these countries are dominately Muslim. I have also done work for companies in Columbia and India. I joined the U.S. Navy at 17 and served nearly 3.5 years on active duty before my 21st birthday.

Growing up in Texas in the 1930’s was not as pleasant as life today. My first 9 years of school were in Corsicana, Texas. A town of 33% gentiles, 33% Colored, 33% Jewish and 1% who had some money. As most families were either poor, poorer and poorest I never realized we were poor. Texas had nothing but conservative democrats, and Lyndon Johnson. My first realization that people who did have money were not all misers. We had a Andrew Carnegie library that provided me the opportunity to read and learn free at my will. I give this library credit for the beginning of my ability to reach my full potential and success in my life at 63. None of the above countries where I have worked provide the freedoms to allow you to reach your full potential. What scares me is that my heirs will lose this freedom if we the people do not reduce the power of government and alter the current plans of the “American Royalty”.

Over the years we have seen political office holders at every level from County, State, and nationally change from public servants to full-time “Royalty”. Now political offices are full time occupations. The level of “Royalty” is adjusted at each level. When you get to Congress, the Executive and the Judicial branches of our government, the advantages of “Royalty” increase exponentially higher.

To capture your interest in following this series let me use one example that has been predominate in the news this week. This involves Mr. Charles Rangel. The only thing I have in common with Mr. Rangel is that we are both 80. To illustrate the fact that Mr. Rangel has “Royalty Status”, let me state some facts.

1. He has been charged of hiding $600,000.00 in assets ( he says it was an oversight). 2. Failure to pay income tax on offshore assets (he says this was an oversight). 3. Paying his lawyers with illegal funds ( nothing said yet). 4. Zoning infractions in his home district offices ( a misunderstanding). 5. Misuse of free mailing privileges ( I have not heard his response). This is just a sample of the 13 charges he was tried on by a congressional committee just this week. He was convicted on 11 of the charges. I have seen nothing in the news to even say he has paid the back taxes which I doubt as an individual. Let me go on record today, 11-18-2010, and say that his punishment will be, at most, a slap on the wrist and some form of documented sanction that will mean nothing.

Now let me compare this using me, just a common person, as an example of the way us “Non-Royals” would be treated. Hiding assets would get me a prison term, a fine and ruin my life. Income tax evasion would get me a penalty, a fine and an audit every year for the rest of my life. Using illegal funds would get me a fine and prison sentence for money laundering. Zoning infractions would result in a fine as a minimum. Mis-use of the postal system would get me a fine and prison sentence for mail fraud.

If these events alone do not convience you we have a “Royalty” class in America, just read the entire series.

The democratic/progressive/environmentalist leaders had their hand called in the race to socialize America in the last election. Now the republicans have one more chance to show they can manage and lead the country. If they fail this time America will be a one party system and a virtual Kingdom. I will explain my reasoning for this in Part Two.
