HAPPY NEW YEAR?

I have no idea if anyone actually reads the articles I write as virtually no one appears willing to send me feedback. My friend, Freddie “Tadpole” Keel, encouraged me to write and initially set up my WordPress site and taught me how to use it. Preparing to create this posting I as more than surprised to see that I published my first article on September 17, 2010, over 7 years ago. My next surprise was to see that I have published 1128 articles, so far.

My only disappointment is that over those seven years I have received only 1141 comments. Writing is usually a way for people to make a living. For me it has always been a way to share my thoughts, beliefs and knowledge gained in my 47 year career. Starting at seventeen when I joined the Navy, 27 years, 25 in management for Lockheed, 5 years in executive management for Halliburton and 11 years in business for myself. One of my most rewarding task was writing Quality Standard Q-1, including committee structure and guidance procedures for the American Petroleum Institute. I finished my Masters degree at 47. I am a retired Registered Professional Engineer, Member of Mensa, Intertel, ASME, SPE, AQC,and a life member of the PTA.

I had my first international experience at age 28 and when I retired I had worked in 23 different countries and 49 states. I have visited in 32 countries. One unusual thing is the country I was in 33 times, Japan, was a country where I never worked a day. I changed planes in Tokyo and never set foot outside the airport flying to and from other Asian countries. The foreign countries I spent the most time in were Indonesia, Singapore, Denmark, Mexico and Canada.

I started both alone and with partners nine different companies in the US, Canada and Singapore. One thing I found interesting was the help from government agencies in starting businesses in Canada and Singapore. They helped at every step including financial with government loans.

In the United States any form of Government help to start a small business is nonexistent or hidden.

I have enjoyed 24 years of retirement and 87 years of life. The primary reason I am still alive is the love of my life, Norma, who has been my wife, partner, motivator and Judge for 57 years. My mind has not regressed but physically from my knees down I feel 97, I have seven children and counting spouses i currently have 46 in my family of grandchildren, great grandchildren and my first great great grandchild. This group has 5 Doctors, 4 Lawyers (3 too many), 5 educators, a CPA, Petroleum Engineer, Aerospace Manager, three Nurses, 6 now in college and 2 less than 6 months old. Now let me finish this walk through my life and ask everyone who reads this to tell me about your life and I will write articles about some who read my work. If family and friends were money I would be the richest man on earth. Please respond.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

DEMOCRATS, GUNS AND IGNORANCE!

THEY FEEL ALL AMERICANS ARE ARE STUPID.

Watching the Governor of Virginia, Terry Mcauliffe, try to blame guns for the shootings in his backyard yesterday is insane. The same hold true for Rahm Emanuel who has done such a great job of being Mayor of the Murder Capital of the universe, Chicago.

Anyone on Earth who preaches and expects that gun control will stop violent acts by deranged individuals or by Muslim dissidents needs to visit a “Shrink” for psychotic help. Those who can’t fathom or argue with this article’s message need to dust off a history book. Being 87 I need no reference as I was old enough in the 1930’s to remember how government confiscation of all guns in Germany lead to the brutal starvation and murder of over six million humans. America lost millions of young men helping free the world of the inhuman Germans and Japanese Terrorists in WWII.

Unless you never watch the news or wish to forget Bill Ayers and the Hippie Terrorist in the 1960/70”s. Leaders of San Francisco’s police officers union have accused Weather Underground co-founder Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, of taking part in the 1970 bombing of a city police station that killed a sergeant. They used bombs not guns.

Again unless you were not yet born or a Democrat or both you either don’t know, don’t care or ignore other attacks by American Terrorist. On April 19, 1995, a truck-bomb explosion outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, left 168 people dead and hundreds more injured. This horrible killing event used bombs not guns. The blast was set off by anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh, who in 2001 was executed for his crimes. His co-conspirator Terry Nichols received life in prison. Until September 11, 2001, the Oklahoma City bombing was the worst terrorist attack to take place on U.S. soil. These attacks were made with aircraft, not guns. The Oklahoma event is still the worst terrorist attack by Americans killing other Americans and guess what, they did not guns.

In the past few months we have seen Muslim Terrorists mow down and kill dozens of people, including Americans, plowing into crowds with large trucks. The most recent account did end with some gunfire.

Government confiscation of guns in America will never happen and the Democrats all know that. They would like to see this happen so they could Socialize America and eliminate free speech and other freedoms like our Republic form of Democracy. They seek a one party control of government that would eventually eliminate all State governments and State lines. They would never admit this goal but unless you are deaf and dumb it is obvious this is their objective

Outlawing or 100% control of all bomb making material is sensible. They could outlaw all large trucks and shut down all commerce before we have incidents like those happening. They can outlaw all knives including those in all kitchens and reduce stabbings. They could stop all gun sales but there are enough guns in America to start a war now. They can outlaw arrows and ammunition so that guns and bows would be useless.

Folks, I am sick of listening to these Progressive-Liberals scream gun control. Our Government can’t or wont control the sale of drugs which is against the law and causes most of the killing like we see in Chicago and other large cities across America. History proves that outlawing anything just makes more millionaires to pay for protection. It did not work for liquor and now we have states allowing the sale of drugs, which is against the Federal law and the Feds. just ignore it. Legalize and tax drugs like they did liquor and take away the profit factor.

Control the sale of ammunition might work but you never hear these anti-gun Democrats even discuss this alternative. Without ammo a gun is useless. If they do watch out for speeding trucks when you are in open crowded places.

If the news media would stop interviewing these politicians who just want free publicity and face time maybe these Congress people would actually work on creating jobs and send all illegal aliens back where they came from.

POOR SPOILED ELITISTS ENRAGED!

My friend Ron Jenkins shared this message with Campaign glass pictures I deleted to not enrage these poor mistreated merchants of manufactured news. Poor babies have to suffer the pain of flying first class on the airlines as Tillerson has decided to save the tax payers some money. What a refreshing new approach to Washington’s waste filled life of the “Rich and Famous”. If you feel sorry for these VIP’s don’t waste my time telling me.

The Story

A Reuters filing en route to Asia showcases the bitterness, anger and seething rage of U.S. journalists who have been forced to fly First-Class Commercial to cover Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s Asia trip.

State Department correspondents are used to the exclusive wide-body private charters of the U.S. federal government’s airline fleet.  Previous heads of the Department of State have flown aboard Air Force 3.  Normally a Boeing 757.  At the very worst Air Force 3 would be a C17 Globemaster.

However, T-Rex is taking a smaller jet to Asia and only one journalist accompanies him.  To make matters exponentially worse, T-Rex did not select a journalist from the corporate stable of the refined and pedigreed media elites.

We can only imagine how Andrea Mitchell must be seething at having to take simple first-class commercial flight accommodations with ordinary people.  The scope of the almost unimaginable horror she has to face will soon pour from her pursed and vengeful lips.  We can predict a retaliatory report soon from the wrath of the ignored elitist within NBC.  This shall be, as they say, epic.

Secretary Tillerson has rebuked customs and norms.  The traveling correspondents will have to pass through customs and passport checks as if they are ordinary travelers.  There is a very real possibility no-one will recognize them or care diligently for their very individual and specific needs.

Can you imagine Mrs. Alan Greenspan flying all the way to Asia from the Eastern Seaboard and having to do that on a commercial flight?  My God, have we really dropped our standards of decency that far…

Air Force 3 – Not being used by T-Rex

Oh yeah, the pontificating journalist elites are pi**ed off.   After traveling with every possible indulgence aboard exclusive State Department accommodations with Secretary Clinton and Secretary Kerry, you cannot even fathom how angry they are right now without private dining, DoS chefs, shaved chocolates and Cristal mimosas.

None of this is me joking.  This bunch of snobs having to fly commercial is unheard of.

They are ready to tear into Secretary Tillerson in every single filed report.  Just watch what you see on TV:

(Reuters) U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is traveling to Asia this week accompanied by only one reporter, a White House correspondent from the Independent Journal Review (IJR), a digital news outlet founded in 2012 by former Republican political operatives.

The IJR said in a statement late Tuesday the State Department last week offered one of its reporters, Erin McPike, a place aboard the Secretary’s aircraft on his trip this week to Asia.

The State Department had previously told reporters covering Tillerson’s trip to South Korea, Japan, and China that he would not be taking reporters on his plane and that they would have to fly commercially, breaking with decades of precedent stretching back to Henry Kissinger.

Major news organizations complained, among them the BBC, CNN, New York Times, Washington Post and Reuters.

The State Department Correspondents Association, which represents reporters who cover U.S. diplomacy, said in a statement that it was “disappointed” Tillerson chose to travel to Asia without a full contingent of media “or even a pool reporter”.

“After saying it was unable to accommodate press on the Secretary’s plane to Asia due to space and budget constraints, the State Department offered a unilateral seat to one reporter,” the statement said.

“Several of our members have traveled commercially to meet Secretary Tillerson on the ground in Asia. We expect that the diplomatic press corps will be afforded access to Secretary Tillerson equal to that given to the reporter on the plane.”

A spokesman for IJR, Matt Manda, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether McPike would file pool reports to colleagues, or whether IJR had any comment on the SDCA’s statement.

For decades, secretaries of state have nearly always invited media to travel with them. In rare cases, particularly late in a secretary’s tenure, some outlets have declined the invitations, such as for former Secretary John Kerry’s December 2016 trip to Saudi Arabia.

Republican secretaries of state Alexander Haig, George Shultz, James Baker, and Condoleezza Rice routinely took 10 or more journalists on their overseas trips, even to conflict zones such as Lebanon and Central America.

Up through Tuesday, just hours before Tillerson was scheduled to leave, the State Department declined to confirm whether there would be any reporters on Tillerson’s plane.

Acting State Department spokesman Mark Toner said in a phone briefing with reporters on Tuesday that the agency was considering “having a seat available” on his plane.

“We’ve been very clear, frankly, that this is a smaller footprint all around, and this is the Secretary’s decision, to travel with a smaller footprint,” Toner said. “To some degree, it’s a cost-saving measure.”  (read more)

The rest of the article is Reuters tearing into IJR for having the audacity to accept a seat on the flight with T-Rex.   This is like High School mean girls taken to exponential levels of vitriol and hatred.

This is going to be ugly.  Very, very ugly.   ANON

CONSERVATIVES ARE FOOLS!

Sadly I include myself in this category because we know what is right for America but we do not know how to express ourselves with modern political words. Modern liberals have perfected the ability to make “Bull S—T” sound like music to the ears of the poor, disadvantaged, illegal and gullible, especially the females of all nationalities. This opening should make enough of them mad enough to read the rest of my article.

My dear friend Phillip Sizer, who has been one of my mentors recently sent me a copy of a true conservative newspaper. This publication is the American Free Press and is published every two weeks. I highly recommend this publication and if you have a computer you can subscribe to an online rather than a copy by mail. Phil called to see if I had read a recent article and when I did read it, it motivated me to create this posting. The Article is titled, “Want More Wars?”, by Willis A Carto.

The opening paragraph begins with a statement that “Liberal TV personality Ed Schultz has a question:

“What is going on?” he asks. Why is the U.S. involved in apparently senseless war across the globe? Why does the media go along with the State Department promoting these wars? All of our foreign interventions do nothing but create and escalate the hatred of foreigners against our country.

This appears to be the standard answer the Progressive-Liberals, especially the Democratic ones use as a reason to preach their Socialists sermons and Obama’s “share the wealth” crusade to bankrupt America.

Mr. Carto responds with “The answer is simple when you think about it.” This is where I will not argue that his facts are not accurate but the cures can be more dangerous than the causes.

Mr. Carto notes that we have irresistible forces in “our” country that want war and plenty of it. “War is extremely profitable for some. We point to the arms manufacturers, for example. These folks are good at making rifles, cannon, battleships, uniforms, shoes. The list goes on.”

He relates that, “War is a very profitable business. And their customer always pays promptly. If the customer—Uncle Sam—runs out of money, he can get unlimited amounts from the friendly Rothschild bank called the Federal Reserve, which just manufactures money when needed and adds it to the “national” debt”.

He goes on to say that, “All of these nice, very rich folks have many nice, well-paid salesmen in Washington. Some are lobbyists and some are in Congress. With the backing of the newspapers, special-interest pressure groups, armament lobbies and many members of Congress, count on them to get the job done”.

“Their bread and butter is war. Never mind what you as a taxpayer or the poor saps who join the Army—often because they can’t find a useful job at home—-want. So off they go in a nice uniform. Off they go to shoot at guys in other armies or who are desperately trying to protect their homeland no matter what it costs in lives and human suffering”.

Now this is where I draw the line and disagree with blaming American industry for promoting wars. 100% of the blame for wars is created by the friendly people like the Rothschild’s he mentions as the providers of funds. These money monsters scattered around the world are the real ones who benefit from wars. America is not the only producer of weapons of war because we have bankers in every country lapping up profits of war.

The “War Whores” are the elected politicians, like our Congress persons and government bureaucrats that seek both power and money to hang on to the government teat they are sucking dry every time they buy war supplies. We don’t have to stop buying products of war or to create products for the future like space exploration. All we need to do is stop wasting money on things we don’t need or even plan to use. Some consider this nothing more than “White Collar Welfare” and a way to entice independents to vote for Democrats.

When the military decides to close a Fort or Post the screams from Congress are deafening. When they try to cancel a weapon, aircraft, etc. that is not needed, the same screams from the politicians and bureaucrats is heard around the world. Now we have a President that is hell-bent on destroying the military systematically and with the precision of a surgeon with a scalpel.

Why do we still have American troops in Japan, Korea and Germany to maintain the peace after 60-70 years after the war?

I spent 27 years in the aerospace business that is sustained in some respects by the “War Whores” with useless and poorly managed oversight. I will always remember a sign I saw years ago that zero in on this waste and still does today. It read, “An elephant is actually a mouse built on a costs-plus, single source bid of US government contract”.

Mr. Carto also brings up our mission to force “democracy” on the benighted denizens of lesser nations. We both agree that we really need to force “democracy” on our current President and all of the Democrats right here in the good old United States of America. They are destroying our Republic, our Constitution and the Bill-of-Rights today.

One other point that Congress fails to grasp or adequately explain to the public is Mr. Carto’s statement, “Withdrawal from a policy of continual war would mean a depression for the U.S. far worse than the one of the thirties. It would mean riots by the jobless, a cutoff of welfare for the blacks as well as the whites and an unpredictable future”. This my friends is why “Common Sense” leadership is the only way out of our fiscal mess. The problem is there are no Republican leaders in sight that can win an election and the Democrats are the only party that can baffle the people with Bull S…T. They own the media and propaganda is now their message.

I want to thank Phil, The American Free Press and Mr. Willis A Carto for the motivation to write this article. We do have a Republican with fire in his belly that is capable of leading us back to common sense named Ted Cruz, unfortunately he could never win the Presidency as the media would crucify him immediately with lies, innuendoes and propaganda.

GOVERNMENT SUCCESS REPORT – ROLE MODELS – PART FOUR!

Everyone would agree that I have been rather critical of Liberals, Conservatives, Congress and especially President Obama for a lack of leadership. Supplied with some rather impressive “FACTS”, that you would have expected the media to uncover, I hope you enjoy a comparison of Government Success when Americans were united.

During the 3-1/2 years of World War 2 that started with the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor in December 1941 and ended with the Surrender of Germany and Japan in 1945, the U.S. produced 22 aircraft carriers, 8 battleships, 48 cruisers, 349 destroyers, 420 destroyer escorts, 203 submarines, 34 million tons of merchant ships, 100,000 fighter aircraft, 98,000 bombers, 24,000 transport aircraft, 58,000 training aircraft, 93,000 tanks, 257,000 artillery pieces, 105,000 mortars, 3,000,000 machine guns, and 2,500,000 military trucks.

We put 16.1 million men in uniform in the various armed services,  invaded Africa, invaded Sicily and Italy, won the battle for the Atlantic, planned and executed D-Day, marched across the Pacific and Europe, developed the atomic bomb and ultimately conquered Japan and Germany.

Americans who don’t care far outnumber the ones who lived, died and suffered but joined another Liberal Administration to win a non-political war. At least Franklin Roosevelt was a leader that Americas respected with a Congress filled with role models that united rather than dividing the people. We had military leaders that were respected role models for the children to admire.

Sadly, if the United States was attacked today I expect that over 50,000,000+ Americans that won’t work would defect to Canada instead of building weapons and facing the enemy. If they were shot it would be in the back while running away from the gravy train.

TODAY

It’s worth noting, that during the almost exact amount of time, the Obama administration and Congress couldn’t build a functioning web site.

WHY?

Leadership the reason? You can be sure that I feel that what we are watching is planned and executed by our government leadership, including the so called conservatives in Congress. Unions and the EPA are the biggest enemies Americans ever faced.

Why are we buying oil from the enemy instead of drilling and creating jobs building a pipeline to Canada? Answer, we have too many tree hugging cowards that buy their support with political donations to cowards in Congress.

TODAYS AMERICA- WHY WE NO LONGER HAVE ENOUGH JOBS?

Did anyone watching the State-of-the-Union last night here one word on why we can’t make these things in America again? No!

Our President and Congress ignore the problems which are “REGULATIONS, UNIONS and POWER”. They just love to soak it to the energy industry so we can make OPEC  and AL Gore richer.  C Brewer

WAKE UP AMERICA!

I received about five “E” mails this week, all alike, asking me to participate in a “BUY AMERICAN” program. It appears that Diane Sawyer had a special report recently to reveal the lack of American made products that exists in a middle class American family’s home.

The message included a statement that if every American spent $64 more than normal on USA made products this year it would create 200,000 new jobs.

I wonder how many new jobs would be created if our government would stop buying anything if it was not made in America. We buy Russian helicopters to give to other countries. We buy, God knows how much, to maintain armed forces in Germany, Japan, Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan alone. Where do we buy products to support hundreds of embassies around the world?

Does it bother anyone but me why we stopped making the things we need in America? When I was a boy the only thing you could buy that was not made in America was cheap toys made in Japan. As there was little money to live on, these toys were the only thing you could buy for pennies. Strange as it probably seems to most people today; we had high unemployment; no social programs; mothers that actually raised their own children; teachers that educated you that did not have to buy liability insurance. Sound impossible to anyone?

In the late thirties the government did provide commodities to the disabled but if you were able bodied you worked building the infrastructure of roads and the National Park System our President says is crumbling today. You did not get welfare, food stamps or unemployment. Social Security started when I was about 8 years old and I started paying into the program at 8. I worked helping a blind vendor sell papers, tobacco, candy etc. at his booth in the local post office. Fifty six years later I got my first check that our current President tells me is an entitlement rather than something I worked for.

What Ms. Sawyer and her network presented was propaganda to encourage people to vote to re-elect President Obama. China, Japan, Korea, Canada and I could name many more are not the reason we buy their products. Our government is the reason we have no choice but to buy their products.

The news media ignores the real reason we no longer make things to sell in America. It is called stupidity. No other country in the world has to comply with the thousands of regulations imposed on American businesses by our government. Look at the financial crisis in Europe today. Unions along with the governments have caused the problem that will hurt everyone because of greed. The US is racing to catch up and possible go broke before Greece and the other greedy governments.

Chew on these facts I will share. I know a person who went to work for General Motors when he was 18 years old. He worked 31 years before he was able to retire at 49 with a decent monthly check and reasonable benefits. In fact his benefits exceed what I receive from Medicare and are free. Most Americans see Medicare as a free program for the elderly. Prepare yourself, it is a long way from free. My wife and I pay about $750 per month in premiums to the government and insurance companies for supplemental coverage. Back to my facts, the retired person I used as an example is now fifty eight years old and enjoying life. If he just reaches my age, 82, he will have been retired for 33 years. Folks, this is why we are going broke, we can’t afford this and a moron should understand. Before anyone challenges my facts, this person is my son.

World War 11 was financed with War Bonds. We were encouraged to buy American and I was 78 years old before I bought a foreign made vehicle. I understand the value of this movement but the best products made in the world today are from offshore. I have written other articles about this if you choose to read them. The vehicles made by American owned companies and “Government Motors Corporation” are inferior products that are priced to support greedy unions.

The biggest thing wrong in America today is our government gone mad. Worse than that is the government unions that have created the same situation the industrial unions did to destroy our ability to make things we buy. When we go broke and we probably already have, what country will be hiring these greedy bureaucrats to manage their destruction?

America is involved in the biggest war since it was born. The major difference is we are at war with ourselves. If we do not wake up fast we will see insurrection as our leaders have divided Americans worse than the slave situation. The next civil war is coming if we don’t wake up!  C Brewer
