WHO IS DONALD TRUMP!

Charles Krauthammer’s interesting take on Mr. Trump!

Having been retired for 24 years has given me time to read and the dividing of Americans to create a Socialist government is my biggest fear. Many writers, scholars and some with genius minds have become my mentors. This group numbers less than a dozen and I read every word they write. Of this small group Charles Krauthammer is one of the smartest Americans alive. His article that follows is proof that Mr, Krauthammer has taken the time to explain how Donald Trump is so well focused on the problems we face that no one in government service has the foggiest idea what is happening. Together with the fact that the majority those in government service have become so liberal they have yet awakened to the fact they face a leader who is unafraid them or anyone else in the world.

Trump has had the same effect on other world leaders who have never crossed paths with anyone who can’t stomach pomp and ceremony. Sadly many feel is necessary to be an elite to lead any government. I feel certain that those who are awakening with fear have little time left if they continue to challenge his unique and no nonsense method of solving problems. He tweets in his unique way to try to awaken those who feel privileged and his mind functions so fast few have the foggiest idea that what is coming on the horizon. Those who oppose his wisdom have not awakened to the fact they are in a tunnel of their choice and a locomotive is headed their way. The useless have crawled into the tunnel trying to protect their rear ends.

Why do you think some 30 key Republicans, including Speaker Paul Ryan, have announced they will not run for re-election?. Whether Trump continues to have a majority in Congress or not, Mr. Schumer and whatever gender Nancy Pelosi actually functions as, should have hired some smarter people. Factually, because they drifted so far left, there may not be anyone in the Democratic world who can see the locomotive on the Trump train headed their way?

Clear your mind, relax and hope you have enough sense to understand what you are about to read. This article will sail over the heads for most Americans for two reasons. One they don’t understand and two they would never admit they are out manned by a human so much smarter than themselves. Watching them get run over by the Trump Train as it flies by will be enjoyable. All trump needs is the support of the working folks to strengthen our Republic to help them stay free.

You may find the  following article is of no interest. Our media will fit ignore it including FOX.  I believe Krauthammer has correctly identified who and what Trump is all about. Charles Krauthammer’s interesting take on Mr. Trump Is brilliant.

Preamble

To my friends “of a different persuasion” I’m not trying to sell anything or anyone but I do feel this is an interesting take on our very controversial president who I truly believe is not Republican or Democrat. CK

A TAKE ON DONALD TRUMP

A different take on Donald Trump: (a non-political agenda) Trump Is Not A Liberal or Conservative, He’s a “Pragmatist.”

(Definition: A pragmatist is someone who is practical and focused on reaching a goal. A pragmatist usually has a straightforward, matter-of-fact approach and doesn’t let emotion distract him or her.)

“We recently enjoyed a belated holiday dinner with friends at the home of other friends. The dinner conversation varied from discussions about antique glass and china to theology and politics.

At one point, reference was made to Donald Trump being a conservative, to which I responded that Trump is not a conservative.

I said that I neither view nor do I believe Trump views himself as a conservative. I stated it was my opinion that Trump is a pragmatist. He sees a problem and understands it must be fixed. He doesn’t see the problem as liberal or conservative, he sees it only as a problem. That is a quality that should be admired and applauded, not condemned. But I get ahead of myself.

Viewing problems from a Liberal perspective has resulted in the creation of more problems, more entitlement programs, more victims, more government, more political correctness, and more attacks on the working class in all economic strata.

Viewing things according to the so-called Republican conservative perspective has brought continued spending and globalism to the detriment of American interests and well being, denial of what the real problems are, weak, ineffective, milquetoast, leadership that amounts to Barney Fife Deputy Sheriff, appeasement oriented and afraid of its own shadow. In brief, it has brought liberal ideology with a pachyderm as a mascot juxtaposed to the ass of the Democrat Party.

Immigration isn’t a Republican problem,it isn’t a Liberal problem it is a problem that threatens the very fabric and infrastructure of America. It demands a pragmatic approach not an approach that is intended to appease one group or another.

The impending collapse of the economy wasn’t a Liberal or Conservative problem, it is an American problem. That said, until it is viewed as a problem that demands a common sense approach to resolution, it will never be fixed because the Democrats and Republicans know only one way to fix things and the longevity of their impracticality has proven to have no lasting effect.

Successful businessmen like Donald Trump find ways to make things work, they do not promise to accommodate.

Trump uniquely understands that China’s manipulation of currency is not a Republican problem or a Democrat problem. It is a problem that threatens our financial stability and he understands the proper balance needed to fix it.

Here again, successful businessmen like Trump who have weathered the changing tides of economic reality understand what is necessary to make business work, and they, unlike both sides of the political aisle, know that if something doesn’t work, you don’t continue trying to make it work hoping that at some point it will.

As a pragmatist, Donald Trump hasn’t made wild pie-in-the-sky promises of a cell phone in every pocket, free college tuition, and a $15 hour minimum wage for working the drive-through at Carl’s Hamburgers.

I argue that America needs pragmatists because pragmatists see a problem and find ways to fix them. They do not see a problem and compound it by creating more problems.

You may not like Donald Trump, but I suspect that the reason some people do not like him is because:

(1) he is antithetical to the “good old boy” method of brokering backroom deals that fatten the coffers of politicians;

(2) they are unaccustomed to hearing a president speak who is unencumbered by the financial shackles of those who he owes vis-a-vis donations;

(3) he is someone who is free of idiomatic political ideology;

(4) he says what he is thinking, is unapologetic for his outspoken thoughts, speaks very straightforward using everyday language that can be understood by all (and is offensive to some who dislike him anyway) making him a great communicator, for the most part, does what he says he will do and;

(5) he is someone who understands that it takes more than hollow promises and political correctness to make America great again.

Listening to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders talk about fixing America is like listening to two lunatics trying to “out crazy” one another. Jeb Bush, John Kasich and Marco Rubio are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the bankers, corporations, and big dollar donors funding their campaigns. Bush can deny it, but common sense tells anyone willing to face facts that people don’t give tens of millions without expecting something in return

We have had Democrats and Republican ideologues and what has it brought us? Are we better off today or worse off? Has it happened overnight or has it been a steady decline brought on by both parties?

I submit that a pragmatist is just what America needs right now. People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance, but that is common among those who have never accomplished anything in their lives (or politicians who never really solved a problem, because it’s better to still have an “issue(s) to be solved,” so re-elect me to solve it, (which never happens) and those who have always played it safe (again, all politicians) not willing to risk failure, to try and achieve success).

Donald Trump put his total financial empire at risk in running for president and certainly did not need or possibly even want the job; that says it all. He wants success for the U.S. and her citizens because he loves his country!

Alas Americans we have a leader and if the media and the liberal government employees are not careful they will find imprisonment very uncomfortable. The people have the chance to unwind the Washington pomp and ceremony and make these folks eat some humble pie. I hope I live long enough to see the pie served. Are you with me???

WOW – READ BEFORE YOU VOTE PLEASE.

This is a powerful piece that is worth taking your time to read in its entirety. It was forwarded to me by my good friend Dr. Peter Forrest. If you believe this is a strong message, I would encourage you to share this with everyone you know before the election is over. C Brewer

I have put this “article” on the Virginia 5th District facebook page. Please feel free to put it on any other Virginia GOP FB page. Thanks, Diane Weber

As the nominal “chair” of the Trump campaign in Albemarle County (if such a title still exists), I would like to address the current melee among Republican regarding our presidential candidate’s locker-room talk which occurred over a decade ago. Do you suppose these tapes just “surfaced”? Of course not, Hillary has been sitting on them for months, and they are designed to distract conservative voters from the issues. That’s a no-brainer. But congratulations to Hillary: It worked.

The Democrats knew that Republicans would turn against their candidate for these particular infractions. They knew it would dominate the news, and that the disintegration of our nation would cease to be an issue. Well done, Hillary.I find it mind-boggling that our country is about to disappear before our very eyes. Under Hillary, our nation will fall into bankruptcy, our Constitution will be nullified, our borders will be flooded with illegals (and terrorists) who will expect to live off the public purse, our cities will be under nuclear threat from Iran, North Korea and other rogue nations, and we will have rendered ourselves helpless with an ineffectual military (currently under gender diversification training.)

No nation in history has survived as a debtor nation, and once the Fed takes its finger off the interest rate button and the dollar ceases to be an international currency, we are Germany in 1923. The devastation that was Europe after World War II will happen here, only there will be no wealthy, generous nation like the U.S. who will step forward and help us pick up the pieces. Our future will be very, very ugly, and the apocalyptic scenes that our young people watch on the screen will become a reality. Let’s get this straight: The one man who broke through the stifling political correctness, who had the brilliance, fearlessness, determination, focus, dynamism and iron will, to create his own real-estate empire, has been rejected by his own party because he talked like millions of other men — over a decade ago.

We Republicans are a tragic lot: we are just too good for this world. We accept the overwhelming corruption of the Democrats, but reject our own when they offend our sensibilities – ten years ago.I confess, I live in the real world. It does not surprise me that the elder George Bush had a mistress (yes, look it up; when Barbara discovered, she stopped coloring her hair). Jeb Bush was a notorious womanizer – that, too, would have come out eventually. Ted Cruz had five affairs (even if you don’t believe it was five – I certainly would have sued had I been listed as one ), and anyone who has eyes could see that Amanda Carpenter was an ongoing one – is this why his wife suffered depression? The list could go on and on. Politics, power, money and sex are all one package in Washington, and not just on Capitol Hill, but in the DC press (of which I was a member).

And how could anyone be so naive as to think that there are no huge egos on Capitol Hill? Or anywhere, in the world of power politics? If you want to find Mother Theresa’s, look elsewhere, fellow Republicans. Having a large ego is necessary, and sometimes sufficient, for running for political office. Any politician who pretends to be selfless and self-effacing has been pulling your leg, my friends.

Let us step back a bit, and leave our sensitivities behind for a moment. In literature, there are what is known as “round” and “flat” characters. The flat characters are one-dimensional, cardboard cut-outs, they are predictable, they are boring, maybe foils to the round characters – they are the “extras”. They lack true heroic status because they are too perfect; turn them around and you see the same side. They do not engage the imagination, and we learn nothing from them.Then there are the round characters. These are characters who are drawn with a fuller knowledge of human nature; they remind us of people we know. Human beings are not microbes, folks; we are complicated. We have complexities, inner contradictions, self-doubts and regrets, from which we grow into being rounded, more developed human beings – assuming we learn from our experiences.

If you read any of George Elliott’s or Tolstoy’s novels, or read Shakespeare’s plays, you will find these so-called “larger than life” characters.Donald Trump is a round character. He is multi-dimensional. But oh, dear! Naughty, naughty! But while you can shake your finger at decade-old naughty talk, you know that Mr. Trump also raised fine children, and has a stable family life.. He laughs, he jokes, he gets angry, he breaks the rules. But he is a man of vision, with the courage to confront, and to run circles around, the legions of journalists (along with the Vatican, the presidents of Mexico, the Saudi Prince and a British petition) who have conspired to bring him down for over a year. There is a name for this: courage.Most men under that kind of pressure would have wilted – run away, with their tail between their legs.

For eight years, our Republicans in Congress have run from Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the press like scared little bunnies. Their policy has been appeasement. They have put their stamp of approval on Obama’s entire agenda. Donald Trump is not an appeaser. But, his major flaw seems to be – oh, horrors! that he likes women – and, if you’ve been watching, women seem to reciprocate. We have here on our hands a colorful personality, not a cardboard cutout, and not one who pretends to be anything other than what he is. And he is not a saint.

Winston Churchill too, was an outrageously rude, crude, vulgar and highly eccentric man. He made big mistakes in Gallipoli during World War I, and spent a decade in the political “wilderness.” Neville Chamberlain, who ran Britain between the wars, was very popular with the British Paul-Ryan-style insiders. Chamberlain, appeased the Germans, ignored the arms build-up of the Germans and their violations of the Versailles Treaty — and continued on the road to disarmament. Until it was too late, and Britain was on the verge of disaster.Sound familiar?

Churchill was brought to power by the British people, you know, the riff-raff – these ordinary folks were quite willing to overlook the warts and choose a man with the steely determination, the oversized ego, the strength and the willpower – the only man in British politics capable of saving them. Frankly, Americans have not seen that kind of leadership for over a generation. So we don’t know what it looks like. And so we disparage what millions of Americans – the “little people” as the Brits would call us — know to be intuitively true: That Donald Trump is a leader. He has shown us that much already.

Pity the poor Republicans. We have it within our reach to save our nation from destruction, and we allow ourselves to be deflated by the carefully planted “October surprise” delivered to us by Hillary Clinton. The poison dart. The 2016 version of the totally absurd Sandra-Fluke birth control episode of 2012, which was designed to convince voters that Mitt Romney was against publicly funded birth control and therefore against women. They are too clever for us. We are easily manipulated.

The Democrats know us better than we know them. They know that they can throw a red herring – like birth control, bathrooms or locker-room talk – and we will run off the cliff like lemmings and hand the election to Hillary Clinton.And now you will have to make the decision of a mature, practical adult. You are offered two alternative realities: Do you want to push the lever for the Hillary-Clinton-Saul Alinsky-George Soros ticket — with Obama’s waterboy for vice president, who will take over after Hillary collapses? (Bear in mind that Obama has made preparations for this by purchasing a mansion with a ten-car garage in the Kalorama area of Washington, D.C., so that he can continue as shadow president.)

Do you want to live in the slavery of a one-party dictatorship?Or do you want to be a pragmatic grown-up, and vote for Donald Trump and Mike Pence, and live in freedom and prosperity? Frankly, I no longer have faith that Republicans are capable of saving our nation from the oncoming disaster. We no longer understand how to operate within a power-driven framework. We blame the “uneducated” Democrats, but our fatal flaw is far worse than that: We are handed the opportunity for victory and we turn our noses up because Andy Griffith is not our candidate.

We Republicans are just too good for this world.

UPDATED NEGATIVE POLITICS – THE SLAUGHTER IS UNDERWAY!

I published the following article one year ago and decided to re-publish it so you can evaluate my perceptions. I feel that what has actually happened more than proved my thesis that politics and the national media will say or do anything to distort facts for pure political reasons. If read my articles the emergence of Donald Trump has added another refreshing factor and if nothing else he has built a following that crosses all political lines.

Many Americans, myself included, are sick and tired of politics, Congress, the President, the Supreme Court, illegal aliens, 24/7 news which is 98% politics and the suicide mission of the Republican Party. This could well be my last Presidential election as I will be 86 before event is concluded. One thing is perfectly clear, Washington DC is totally unprepared for Donald Trump. If he is elected President there is a great chance that the Progressive movement to change America into a Socialists Democracy or Monarchy like we have watched Europe become will be stopped. Should Trump nominate Cruz for the Supreme Court he will be a refreshing lightning rod to wake them up like he has done in the Senate. At least he will force the other eight to explain why they ignore or try to change the Constitution with 5-4 decisions. If politics is eliminated in their decisions every vote should be 9-0.

I hope you enjoy another chance to read or re-read the following article that was published 4-9-15 and support the election of Donald Trump as the next President of the United States. As my future is limited it would be refreshing to watch the entrenched politicians, bureaucrats, illegal aliens and companies that have deserted America for foreign shores run for cover. If Trump would pledge to demand “Term Limits” for congress it would be the best thing to happen in my lifetime. God Save America.

NEGATIVE POLITICS – LET THE 2016 SLAUGHTER BEGIN!

I have written several passages about negative politics and it appears that civility in the American political arena will never again appear. An honest and ethical person like Mitt Romney was the last gentleman to prove my thesis. Politics has now become a blood sport, not to physically harm another American, but just destroy his abilities with lies, distortions, assumptions and character assignations.

Recent revelations proving this to now be the political standard procedure were openly admitted by Harry Reid with a smile of satisfaction, when ask if he lied about Romney’s income tax evasion. Looking back to our founding fathers an event like this would have been settled with a duel. Today in America lying has become an acceptable practice with no penalty as exhibited hundreds of times by President Obama. Democrats are unafraid of breaking the law under Obama unless you refuse to support him right or wrong. Senator Robert Menendez just found out that even if you are a Democrat, you had better not piss off Obama or Eric Holder.

When you watch nine Supreme Court Justices, hide behind closed doors and not be able read the simple clear US Constitution in unison you know America is in trouble. Every decision this Court makes is unanimously concluded using political agendas to render decisions.

I am wise enough to understand that dirty politics has now become the benchmark of all elections at every level, local, State and National levels when two political parties control most of the voters. I watched Lyndon Johnson steal his US Senate seat by having ballot boxes stuffed in far South Texas. Volumes could be filled with similar events if we had honest news reporting that disappeared after World War II.

The thing that really intrigues me is the way the Republican Party has used these same underhanded methods to destroy each other. I admit watching a green, unqualified neophyte named Obama, make Hillary Clinton appear as the “Wicked Witch of the South” with nothing but oratorical cleverness. They both took some cheap shots but when the smoke cleared they embraced, then unveiled how dumb people would be if they voted for McCain. Well McCain did exhibit his façade of posing as a conservative Republican during an election where people skipped voting for a qualified leader as no one was actually on either ballot. My point being that Democrats, as evil as they can be, know that slaughtering each other will not win elections, even for dog catchers.

Today I was reading the only daily newspaper, well it used to be a newspaper, unveiling headlines on the front page a picture of Rand Paul and the words. “Paul’s first challenge: Defeat Cruz”. This newspaper is so liberal it would make the New York Times be lauded for “Conservative Belief’s”. The article was actually written by David Knowles of Bloomberg News.

Let me share some actual quotes; “only one of these men will likely have a realistic shot at challenging established candidates like Jeb Bush”, “In other words, more political attacks between the two second-tier candidates are sure to follow”. The message is to let them destroy each other as neither will be a factor next year. Sadly the gun battle is underway to destroy each other.

Another story in today’s slant-sheet is titled “Paul slams both parties as he launches campaign”. Now this story on page 5 was from the New York (Progressive) Times. A Quote to describe the content is, “Paul launched his 2016 presidential campaign Tuesday with a combative message against both Washington and his fellow Republicans, declaring that ‘we have come to take our country back’.”

The progressives know how to paint conservatives as the “War” party with distortions, cunning, bias and creative word usages. The script can be written now on how the Republicans destroyed each other again. The GOP has perfected the practice of slaying each other time and time again. They fail to just present their views, allow the opponent to present their views and let the voters decide who to support. They have to argue about issues like abortion, not with Democrats, they just like to slay each other and lose.

Leaders have enough common sense to shut up, extol their abilities, and demonstrate their strengths. They are prepared to stand up and defend any attack and let the media and their opponents make fools of themselves. If they have no leadership qualities “sane” Americans are smart enough to see through facades, egoist lies, distortions and oratorical abilities to read from teleprompters.

Well there have been two exceptions in 2008 and 2012. How did the biggest con artist, Marxist and glib tongued imposter as a leader get elected, not once but twice? He mesmerized enough women and young brain washed Americans to combine forces with the poor, career welfare recipients, minority blacks, dead people and illegal aliens to help him destroy our Republic form of government.

How he used puppets like Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durbin and other brainless Democrats to change America into a Socialists Democracy will have historians busy for the next fifty years. In fact it will take fifty years to undo the damage if the Republicans can ever sing from just one sheet of music again. Our nation is leaderless and aimlessly on a path of a self-destructive civil war if we can’t produce someone to unite us again. In my opinion we have no one running yet for President in either party that can unite Americans. Currently Ted Cruz is the only candidate who shows any courage and leadership ability but watch as the other Republicans skewer him from within. The Grand Old Party (GOP) died long before its last leader, Ronald Reagan.

Republicans can’t even agree on having a funeral service while the Democrats just watch and enjoy the same self-inflicted suicide primary every four years.
