FLAG BURNING SURVEY – HOW DO YOU FEEL?

I have spent over five years writing nearly 1000 articles for several reasons. This started with a challenge from my old friend “Tadpole” Keel to use my knowledge gained having worked and visited in so many countries worldwide and in forty-nine of our fifty states.  

Another old friend and mentor, Phil Sizer, who was my boss at OTIS/Halliburton made one of the sojourns that took us to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Abi Dhabi, Dubai. Qatar, Kuwait, Norway and The Netherlands twice. When I started this blog, he has challenged me to broaden my horizons with challenges to explore clandestine organizations like the Federal Reserve System in America and a scary group called Tavistock. If you wish to broaden your knowledge and see how these two secret organizations function, read my summarizations.

What prompted me to write my first article asking for your inputs was twofold. Any writer functions on feedback. Unfortunately, my efforts have never motivated more than a dozen people to have ever commented, criticized or praised the effort. Currently, there are 612 people worldwide who subscribe to receive my articles. Another 275 friends on Facebook and Twitter.

My second reason was to try another approach asking for you to please respond to this article. Help me find out how many people agree or disagree that burning our flag should be a lawful freedom. Our President-elect has fanned the flames of hate that he feels this flag burning expresses and should be punishable with jail time and loss of citizenship. How do you feel? I would like to use this feedback to share specifically respond.

I will start with my own feelings. With my parent’s consent, I joined the US Navy at 17 and made a commitment to give about four years of my life to my country. We had just ended WWII a couple of years earlier and America was united and everyone loved this great country. Then the bankers created the Korean war that added another year to my committed enlistment. My love for this country has never lessened for any reason.

Sadly, the bankers and one of the weakest administrations in American history got us involved in Viet Nam. This unleashed a new era of communists inspired dissident young Americans to start the hate campaign and flag burning incidents. For those who did not know both Hillary and Bill Clinton were two of these dissidents. The most hate-filled American was Jane Fonda and eventually John Kerry who is our Secretary of State now hugging every Muslim he can find. What he and Hillary have done to suck up to the terrorist world should be punishable by loss of their citizenship in my opinion.

Obviously. I agree with Trump that burning our flag that I learned to salute at 17 should be a federal crime. My punishment would be more severe as I feel that loss of citizenship should be forever and that the offender should be imprisoned or banished. How a Supreme Court allowed this to be legal is beyond belief. I feel certain that if a vote were held today the four Democratic zealots on the current Supreme “Political” Court would uphold this despicable decision.  

America needs to be reunited and Trump is the first President to at least try. After eight years of hate-filled rhetoric that has divided America we need peace unification to survive.

ANOTHER FOUR YEARS of WHAT?

We happen to be in Houston this week licking my wounds from the election and baby sitting our youngest granddaughter. So far in addition to hoping I make it until 2016, I have watched another $50,000+ disappear from my retirement savings. The future is now controlled by the Socialist Democrats as we have over half of the people living off the government. The Republicans will make one last losing attempt to stop the change to a Socialist Democracy but when they get stomped in 2014 and lose control of the house it will be all over. This country has lost its will to be free while in search of Utopia that is merely a pipe dream.  

The Republican party has died by self-inflicted suicide. The radical right of the GOP has never given up on overturning Roe vs Wade even though they have to know the women will never let this happen. Their last breath will be in 2014 when they lose everything one more time.

Look at the vote of the Hispanic population and it will eventually be the biggest voting block of the future. Change  must happen and it will as they will have control of Texas in the next few years. If we don’t relax the immigration rules, the African-Americans will have to get off welfare and go back to work to educate and manage their healthcare. Without the Hispanics paying some taxes, they would be better off in the future to go back home as the welfare will be  running dry.

I did a lot of work in Mexico and the Mexican worker there is a hard-working individual and is handicapped by having a lousy and crooked government to deal with. Now we have the same lousy and crooked government here to deal with.

What prompted me to write this article was an experience at lunch about 30 minutes ago in Baytown Texas. Norma and I went to visit a 96-year-old friend who is in an assisted living home there. On the way back to our daughters house, we stopped for lunch. The only language spoken by the people surrounding us was Spanish.

I worked in 32 countries to save enough to enjoy my old age. When I was in Japan it was my problem to communicate and everything printed was in Japanese. Same thing in China, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Norway, etc. They had no responsibility to make sure I could understand anything.  None of these places were interested in changing their culture to satisfy my desires.

Why can’t someone in our government say whoa and explain that we accept them as Americans like we did the Germans, Polish, Italian and other immigrants that made this country great in the past. We do not print ballots in German or the other languages because these people wanted to be Americans.

I believe the American people would welcome anyone willing to work as an American. Why can’t the Hispanic people, who send most of their earnings back home, just agree to be Americans and all opposition would be softened? If they insist on changing America into a Hispanic country, they will never be welcome by the majority of Americans or by me.

We have spent billions pacifying Hispanics with special treatment and they continue to refuse to even learn our language, that is wrong and I could care less if you disagree.

I beg anyone who reads this article to comment on my suggestion, yea or nay, so some hopeful dialog will help wake up the people to demand that we establish English as our language. If we are going to have multiple languages accepted by our society, then make everyone learn Spanish and make it our official language. We are supposed to be one people, so let’s be one people again. Just do something to bring happiness back in America where people used to like each other regardless of where they were born.

If you’ve started to wonder what the real costs of socialism will be when fully implemented take a look at these taxes. As you digest these mind-boggling figures, keep in mind that in spite of these astronomical tax rates, these countries are still not financing their social welfare programs exclusively with tax revenues! They are deeply mired in public debt of gargantuan proportions.  Greece has reached the point where it’s debt is so huge it is in imminent danger of defaulting. That is the reason the European economic community has intervened to bail them out.  If you’re following the financial news, you know Spain and Portugal are right behind Greece .

 

The United States is now heading right down the same path. The VAT tax (Value Added Tax) in the table is the national sales tax that Europeans pay. Stay tuned because that is exactly what you can expect to see the administration proposing. The initial percentage in the United States isn’t going to be anywhere near the outrageous numbers you now see in Europe. Guess what… the current outrageous numbers in Europe didn’t start out as outrageous either. They started out as miniscule, around the 1% or 2% where they will likely start out in the United States. Magically, however, they ran up over the years to where they are now. Expect the same thing here.


It is the very notion that with hard work and perseverance,

anybody can get ahead economically here in the USA . Do you think that can ever happen with tax rates between 60% and 80%?  Think again. With the government taking that percentage of your money, your life will be exactly like life in Europe. You will never be able to buy a home. You will never buy a car. You will never send your children to college.

Let’s not shuffle the battle cry of the socialists under the rug either. It’s always the same cry. Equalize income. Spread the wealth to the poor (whoever they are). Level the economic playing field.  Accomplish that and everything will be rosy. It’s time to take a really hard look at reality.  Greece is a perfect example. Despite the socialism system that has ruled this country for decades, with a 65% tax rate, they are drowning in public debt, would have defaulted without hundreds of  billions in bailout money from the EU, and still. . .  20% of their population lives in poverty. What has all that socialism money bought, besides ultimate power for the politicians running the show? Do you think these people are “free”? 

They’re not.  They are slaves to their economic “system.” Instead of spreading the wealth around, spread this around, it might wake some people up for a change.
