DONALD TRUMP – PART THREE

This is the third part of a series to hopefully get American people to decide who to vote for President in next year’s election. If people are satisfied with the march towards Socialism (100% of Democrats are happy now) then they all will vote for the Democratic Candidate even if they were to nominate their “Donkey”. If you are fed up with lies, EPA overkill, Executive Orders that violate the law, a political Supreme Court, a Justice Department that ignores the laws, and a Congress that is deadlocked with stupid then pay attention to my published facts in this series. The next election is the most important election in my 85 years and liking Trump is not the issue. The issue is who else running for President can force our Federal Government to stop dividing Americans and “Unite” us again.

Trump will force a common sense foreign policy and he has publically stated that it must include these specific core principles;

  1. American interests must always come first. No apologies.
  2. Maximum firepower and military preparedness.
  3. Only go to war to win.
  4. Stay loyal to your friends and suspicious of your enemies.
  5. Keep the technological sword razor sharp.
  6. See the unseen. Prepare for threats before they happen.
  7. Respect and support our present and past warriors.

Trump has been more than outspoken in demanding that captured terrorists must be treated as military combatants, not as criminals. The Obama administration will eventually release them all just so that he can deliver on his commitment to close Guantanamo. Obama could care less where they go except Hawaii where he will retire in Luxury. If he retired tomorrow it would be the only thing he did to benefit America since he was elected.

Trump has been adamant that China’s manipulation of their currency has given them unfair advantage in our trade dealings with them. He insists that we tax their imports to offset their currency manipulation, which will allow American companies to again be competitive. He will create jobs and provide ways to bring manufacturing back to America. Trump has stated that China is the biggest offender and that America should stop all foreign governments from taking any jobs and manufacturing. Trump cited an example, that Ford is building a plant in Mexico and he intends to require that every part or vehicle Ford makes in Mexico be taxed 35% if it is destined to be shipped into the U. S. This would force companies like Ford to no longer be competitive by using their Mexican or any other foreign operations to cut costs domestically. This will result in creating American jobs when companies move manufacturing operations back to the good old USA.

Trump will insist that Congress create NOPEC legislation (No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act – NOPEC – S.394), which would allow the government to sue OPEC for violating antitrust laws. Trump has insisted that this would break up the OPEC cartel. He intends to allow our energy companies to drill domestically without the myriad of unnecessary government regulations that have been imposed. This will again allow the increase in domestic production that will create jobs, reduce our dependence on foreign oil that both Obama and Congress have screwed up…

Unless you are blind, deaf or a Democrat you have read or heard that Trump will demand a secure border that is just plain common sense as well as critical for both security and prosperity in America.

Trump will eliminate all Washington roadblocks and build a wall to stop illegals from entering and force Congress and the Justice Department to follow all of our laws that control illegal immigration. Trump has stated (the media has ignored) that he will force Mexico to pay for the wall. The media and both the Democrats and Republicans have ignored that he is one of the most successful business “LEADERS” in America and his business successes.

One more time, who else running for President could or would even try to re-unite America by the actions described in this series? He can stop the Liberal-Progressive objectives to create a Socialist Democracy and destroy our Republic form of government.   C Brewer

ANOTHER OIL CRISIS?

NO, JUST ANOTHER AMERICAN POLITICAL MOVE TO PROTECT SAUDI AND OPEC INTERESTS!

This will be the 800th article I have posted on this blog and one that is extremely important. Anyone who denies history repeats itself has never worked in the petroleum industry. After spending 27 years in the aerospace industry I made a career change in 1978 and accepted an executive position with Otis Engineering that was a major part of the Halliburton Corporation. I spent my last sixteen years working in the petroleum industry. Am I an expert? No. But I did learn enough and know what to read and how to express myself professionally. My conservative views were developed over my 84 years as a freedom loving American. I challenge you to prove me wrong with verifiable facts.

I would be remiss to omit that the reason I made this career change. Our US Department of the Interior imposed a new regulation on the petroleum industry that was similar to the regulations developed by the NRC several years before. The exploration and production operations in the oil industry were baffled along with every company that designed and manufactured surface and sub-surface safety valves used in US offshore waters. Unlike the NRC program that covered all equipment used in a power plant this regulation was only required on two of the hundreds of devices used to drill and produce oil and gas. If all devices like the blowout preventer had been included the BP accident may have been avoidable. Another unusual feature of the regulation, it was not required on any onshore wells, government lands included. My 27 years work with government regulations and a new Masters Degree were a valuable asset during this period.

I missed the 1973 oil crisis but when the second man-made crisis erupted in 1983 I chose to try my lifelong dream to start my own company. I suppose I should thank OPEC and our government for creating this crisis. This allowed me to successfully end my work career by exceeding the achievement of every goal I had set for myself as a young man.

When will the American voters get enough of these government sponsored events that stop or critically cripple the American petroleum industry to create jobs and threaten OPEC’s manipulation of oil prices. Every time they force the American companies to stop drilling, it only helps OPEC eventually. After they cripple our petroleum industry, it is obvious it will take years to get it revived at costs that are just wasted to help the Arabs.

I suppose that crippling the petroleum industry to make foreign and American bankers richer is better than starting political wars to achieve the same purposes is better, but why do either? I have lived through so many political wars and energy crises to make the rich richer and the politicians more powerful that make me sick.

Do you realize that until the government and OPEC started this last crisis what the oil industry had accomplished? U.S. oil production increased from 5.6 million barrels a day in 2010, to a current rate of 9.3 million barrels a day. The government and OPEC tried to kill this boom by scaring people with propaganda about the dangers of fracking.

Until the Arabs got greedy and artificially increased the price of crude above $100 a barrel, fracking was not an option due to costs. We have known about the shale oil deposits in America for a long time but producing it was estimated to be at least $50 a barrel as far back as the 1980’s when I was with Halliburton. Until late last year and this latest crisis, it was obvious that US oil output would keep rising in 1 million barrel-plus annual leaps for years to come.

The recent drop in oil prices poses another major challenge to oil producers. Wall Street analysts, politicians and even some industry experts claim the setback will be brief and minor. Just history repeating itself with man-made crises again.

Shale oil production is totally unlike oil production in any other part of the world. In conventional wells, whether in the Middle East, the Gulf of Mexico or the North Sea. When prices drop, however, almost all conventional wells keep pumping. That’s because the variable cost of lifting the crude is still far lower than the prices it fetches on the world market.

I just read a quote that explains this. “What drives the business is the marginal cost, not the total cost,” says Ronald Ripple, a finance and energy business professor at the University of Tulsa. “Even at low prices, the production is still contributing something to cover the upfront investment.” The average person has no idea what the risk and investment can be to drill and produce oil.

As a result, the global supply of oil is what economists call “inelastic.” Even if prices crater, the oil majors and sheiks keep pumping more or less the same quantities. They’ll only stop when prices drop below the variable cost—and for most wells, they seldom sink that far.

Another determinant of oil prices, now, is demand. Oil consumption in the U.S. has fallen by over 8% since 2010, and the shrinkage in Europe even greater. Reports indicate that China and India oil usage has not accelerated anywhere near what had been forecasted. The drop in oil prices from over $100 in May to $48 has not caused a major or even minor drop in overall production.

Unlike conventional production, shale wells have an extremely short life. To produce a constant or increasing revenue, producers must constantly drill new wells, since their existing wells span a mere half-life by industry standards. I have read that shale oil production is more like mining than conventional oil production. Mining companies must dig new holes, year after year, to extract reserves of copper or iron ore.

Today the breakeven cost for producing shale oil is $65 per barrel, according to a study by Rystad Energy and Morgan Stanley Commodity Research. Producing shale oil at $65 a barrel and selling it at $48 is a rapid way to go broke.

To make matter worse, we are seeing the same actions that every crises causes. I just read that the count of rotary rigs in use has fallen from 1,930 to 1,881 since October. We saw the same reduction in offshore rigs when our government over regulated an entire industry because of the isolated drilling accident in the Gulf of Mexico. The US government is a bigger enemy than OPEC. Living in Texas it is sad to see the thousands of jobs we have created that are vanishing with the small operators going broke.

If demand for oil rebounds as some say it will and the price of oil rises above $65 again, producing shale oil may once again be profitable. I for one will be surprised if the enemies of fracking, our government and Saudi Arabia, will ever allow that to happen. I just read that the Saudis have invested heavily to gain extra capacity of 2 million barrels a day. The Saudis with our government support will use that excess to hold prices at $50 a barrel to stop all shale production.

Maintaining current production will take a massive new conventional drilling program. I am sure that the current US President and Congress will make sure that this does not happen. The political points they will enjoy with $2.00 a gallon gas will far outweigh the loss of many thousands of lost jobs that are inevitable. 

If buying OPEC oil and cheaper gasoline makes you happy just re-elect your Congressperson and Hillary in 2016. If you are an unemployed petroleum industry American and you really want to work for an above average living you probably live in the wrong country.

OBAMA – HE MAKES NIXON LOOK HONEST!

One thing is factual if Obama is re-elected the American people that vote for him have no ethics or honesty. Any political party that nominates and elects a candidate that uses outright lies for political gain is Un-American.

The only President that resigned from office in my lifetime was Richard Nixon. He used illegal activities to steal political information for political gain then lied about having any responsibility for the event he exposed. The main stream media was responsible for exposing the clandestine theft and demanded that he resign. The pressure of the media was so intense that he finally did resigned. In addition the Republican leadership in Congress did not blindly defend Nixon’s ethics and illegal actions.

Our President not only lied about the terrorist attack in Libya, he was supported by Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, his Press Secretary, our Ambassador to the United Nations, the Democratic Party executives and nearly every Democrat in Congress. That is bad enough but the main stream media, who knew he was lying, still support his re-election today. Can you imagine how the families of the four Americans feel about being lied to for Obama’s political gain? At least in Nixon’s case no Americans died on his lying escapade. 

This is a sad day in America as ethics and honesty have been have been hidden from the American people by a sitting President of the United States and the news media. Obama has proved over and over again that he is a chronic liar. He has fabricated so many falsehoods that if he was Pinocchio his nose would reach Iran and the Middle East where his fellow Muslim brothers love us so much.

The Muslims commit thievery with OPEC to transfer wealth at the expense of the free world using oil as a power tool.          Obama and his Democratic Party have strengthened the OPEC position of power by destroying the American coal industry and all but stopping all oil and gas exploration and production to help the Muslims rape Americans income and savings.

Watching the last lying Democratic President, Bill Clinton, twisting facts to get Obama re-elected is hypocrisy at its best. It makes me sick. The only reason he is doing this is to get Hillary elected President in 2016 or God forbid, appointed to the Supreme Court for life. Obama and both of the Clintons have been disbarred from practicing law already.

This message is a plea to every American voter to use honesty and ethics when you vote in next month’s election. If you vote for Obama or any Democrat for any office from Mayor to Congress, you are just as dishonest as the person you vote for. Look in the mirror and admit that you have no ethics and desire to destroy our Republic form of government in exchange for some form of Socialist democracy. That is not why I and all American military veterans served in the military to protect American’s freedoms. The millions who died to project these freedoms must be turning in their graves watching America destroyed by lying politicians, the “tree huggers”, the Socialists and Arab money.

GOD SAVE AMERICA, the American voters are about to re-elect this evil person.

OBAMA’S EPA ENERGY PLAN

 

We destroyed the coal industry this term now we can destroy all oil and gas exploration and production. Let us share more of our wealth with our OPEC friends.

If this is how Obama plans to help the poor and middle class family’s standard of living by increasing energy costs, they deserve the results if they re-elect him. If we have to buy all of our energy from other countries the costs of groceries, gasoline, transportation and everything that requires shipping will go out of sight. Remember he said this over and over even before he was elected the first time.   

Take a good look at the following article a good friend sent me that was posted by Parkdota. You can bet this will be hidden from voters view until after the election. The Obama administrations EPA will likely stop all domestic drilling and possibly all oil and gas production where Fracking is utilized by January if Obama is re-elected. With millions, if not billions, of dollars hanging over the ledge, the boom in the oil patch would go into a free-fall if drilling suddenly stopped.

Thousands of workers unemployed overnight, housing starts abandoned, businesses shuttered and bustling oil towns from Williston to Belfield emptying out instead of filling up are all part of a future few would prefer — even if they despair of the changes to land and lifestyle wrought by the upswing of oil.

Even with oil near $100 a barrel and 200 rigs drilling in North Dakota last week, the specter of some sort of free-fall caused by a federal push to regulate hydraulic fracture treatment weighs heavily on Lynn Helms. He’s the director of the Department of Mineral Resources, the one man most in charge of this seemingly unstoppable surge centered on the Bakken.

Every single well in the Bakken and associated formations is fracture-treated. By now, that amounts to 3,000 wells, a fraction of future oilfield development. Fracking, with high-pressure injections of water, sand and chemicals, has so far proved the only successful way to make oil flow from the dense source rock.

Helms believes the Environmental Protection Agency is on track to stop fracking as soon as January, when state regulators must write new rules for fracture treatment based on an EPA guidance document that is under review by the Office of Management and Budget.

The document will tell states how to comply with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and write permits under the act’s underground injection control Class II well program when diesel fuels are used in fracking fluids, an authority the EPA said it has in a statement to the Tribune.

Here’s how Helms said he sees that evolving.

In January, the EPA will release the guidance document to states. Then, his department will write a new section of state rules to comply with the document. Those are referred to the State Industrial Commission for adoption, but first are opened for public hearing.

By January 2013, the state would be able to complete its rulemaking, which the EPA must first publish in the Federal Register, possibly in the first quarter of that year, before the state could begin permitting hydraulic fracturing.

In the meantime, Helms said, he believes there will be a moratorium on fracking because of the history of many-months moratoriums in Alabama, when the EPA, because of an environmental lawsuit, revoked Alabama’s underground injection program until the state wrote new rules specific to fracking under Class II well standards.

“I believe it will be stopped cold for 12 to 24 months. The best case is 15 months and that’s only if we red-lighted everything else and got nothing else done,” Helms said.

Three separate fracking moratoriums came and went in Alabama as the situation went through courts and appeals that were based on the reasoning that fracking is a temporary injection leading to production, unlike Class II saltwater disposal wells, which are injection wells for their lifetime.

Helms said drilling in Alabama never regained its pre-moratorium vigor.

Once the regulatory dust settles and the rules are in place, the process to permit fracking as Class II wells will be lengthy, at least if it must follow the same protocol as saltwater disposal well permitting.

Helms said there’s an area of review around saltwater wells, requirements to sample all existing water wells, surface rules that come into play, public hearings — all followed by an Industrial Commission order, a process that takes 60 to 90 days.

His message: Once any moratorium is over and rules are in place, the result will be a lengthy red-tape process for each and every fracture treatment.

This begs the question: If the EPA is using diesel as its handle to regulate fracking as a Class II well under the Safe Drinking Water Act, why not just eliminate the diesel? It’s a relatively small part of what goes into fracking fluid.

Helms said — and so does the national FracFocus Chemical Disclosure Registry for some 7,000 wells, including many in North Dakota — the typical amount of diesel is around .088 percent of the fracture fluid. That amounts to 4,400 gallons in 5 million gallons of fracking fluid.

Monte Besler, a fracture treatment consultant with a company called FracN8tr, said many companies have already eliminated diesel and use mineral or vegetable oil as the gelling agent that helps suspend sand particles in the injection fluid.

Diesel or some distillate gets used only when it’s very cold and other oils would freeze or when there’s no available alternative.

“If you didn’t have cold in North Dakota, probably no one would use diesel,” Besler said.

Helms said it may not be that simple.

The EPA has indicated it will define diesel fuel based on its physical and chemical characteristics, not with a precise Chemical Abstract Services number. A definition that broad could throw a blanket over any oil, even canola oil, if it has the same characteristics as diesel, Helms said. Mineral oil, used in fracking instead of diesel as well as for many household purposes, is a highly-refined petroleum product.

The State Industrial Commission recently sent a letter to the EPA that underscores its opposition to federal regulation.

The letter said, in part, “As late as 2008, EPA had done nothing with regard to nationwide regulation of hydraulic fracturing operations utilizing diesel fuels and continued to stand by its 2004 study finding that hydraulic fracturing poses little or no threat to Underground Sources of Drinking Water. The typical North Dakota Bakken frac contains 0.088% petroleum distillates. If EPA persists with regulation of diesel fuel hydraulic fracturing under UIC Class II along with a new and unique definition of diesel fuel, North Dakota oil and gas investment and jobs would come to a standstill, and potentially never return to the activity and growth we are seeing today.”

No one at the EPA returned phone calls for this story, including Ann Codrington, the acting director for EPA’s Safe Drinking Water Act program.

An EPA spokeswoman issued a statement in response to questions from the Tribune, but said it was attributable to the agency, not her.

The statement explained the agency’s authority and goals in developing guidance for fracking under the Class II underground injection control program. It said that the “EPA has not made a decision on the definition of diesel fuels at this time.”

The Legislature allocated $1 million in the recent special redistricting session for a legal challenge against the EPA. Helms said it’s likely North Dakota will band with other oil- and gas-producing states for an injunction while it asks the court to weigh in.

The EPA is once again studying the effects of fracking on drinking water, and aquifers at a well near Killdeer that blew out during fracture treatment have been sampled as part of the study.

At the very least, the EPA should await its own study results before proceeding with fracture treatment regulation, the Industrial Commission said in its letter.

Helms said, “The EPA needs to stop this until they finish their study, and then we can talk about who should regulate how.”

The EPA is out of control and if they are not stopped we will have another 47,000,000 people on food stamps. The increase in prices of food will depreciate the value of the food stamps by 50%. When will the people wake up, hopefully before the November election?  Obama promised higher energy prices and that is one change he has accomplished. So for he has increased gasoline prices over 100%.  I am sure his west coast liberals and uniformed aliens who blindly vote for democrats are happy with gasoline prices over $5.00 a gallon.  C Brewer

OPEC – OBAMA POLITICAL ELECTION COMMITTEE!

I have recently avoided writing about energy issues as no one in Washington wants the United States to have cheap energy.  The main stream media will never report the facts and sadly blogs, like this one, never reach the people who have the power to force politicians to change. This is really sad as the people who are hurt the most with high energy prices are the middle class and the poor.

Currently Obama and his puppets in Congress tell these poor people that they have no control over energy prices. OPEC sets the price for oil. What they will not reveal is that OPEC has no control over shutting down the most coal rich nation on earth. OPEC has no profit from the continued debacle to waste billions chasing “Green Energy Projects” that fatten the politicians and the banks.

No one, including myself, opposes new technology but it will never happen in private industry with Executive Branch and Congressional manipulation and intervention. General Motors will never be the leader in the automotive industry as long as bureaucrats make both creative and marketing decisions. If the government wants to create new technology itself they need to create another NASA type organization. Establish goals, fund the research and get out of the way. If Obama had been in office along with Polosi and Reid instead of President Kennedy we would still be building a ladder to reach the moon.

Even idiots understand the facts that the United States has more oil, natural gas and coal than most of the rest of the world combined. Even the media knows this but will not report it factually. Obama and company have destroyed the coal industry. They are hell bent on slowing down the natural gas industry with the same regulatory irresponsibility they imposed on the coal industry. They have intensified the effort to slow down the production of oil and with four more years they will regulate it out of profitability.

Has anyone ever wondered why or does anyone really care why we restrict oil exploration? There are three basic reasons why and they are; Bankers and Speculators and OPEC. If the United States ever became energy independent Bankers lose leverage, Speculators will have nothing to manipulate and OPEC will disappear as a world thief. The only people who would gain from this will be the unemployed, the poor, the middle class and the retired Americans.

The others who would be hurt are the politicians who depend on the three sources above to provide money to keep them in power. This brings me to the place to explain my title for this article.

Obama PEC is a play on words I will admit, but try hard to observe what is happening before your eyes dramatically this last week. Oil prices dropped dramatically and no one can explain why. The reason is they do not want voters to know the truth. Guess what, we have a Presidential election in about six weeks if you have been in a coma. Now we are hearing that Obama may tap the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, to reduce prices. Should this happen to drive down the price of gasoline, it should be a treason level crime. We have no threat to our security which is why the reserve was established. High gasoline prices are a threat for Obama to get re-elected.

The reason that oil prices fell is that OPEC knows that Romney has promised to open several avenues to expand oil and gas exploration. If he does OPEC will slowly disappear as they should have many years ago. Political manipulation is the reason OPEC was born.

Unless your elevator is designed to avoid reaching your brain, any sane person can understand these plain facts. IT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT THE ARAB WORLD IS MAKING SURE OBAMA IS RE-ELECTED. If US dollars dry up, how will they control the poverty that will obviously result? They will lose their palaces, their private planes and possibly see women allowed to vote and be educated someday. Their 72 virgin myths to control the young will disappear.

When or if you ever understand this please explain to me how the young people, the poor and the women elected this admitted Muslim to be President. He is a mere puppet controlled by the Progressive bankers and specifically by George Soros who has destroyed the economy of several countries for his personal gain. With Obama and the Arabs to help him with the destruction of our Republic, it will make him the richest person on earth. One man will control everyone’s destiny. That has to be his dream.

I hope that the young people, the poor and the women who elected him will recall some earlier articles regarding Obama’s re-election consequences. They will impact their future. Remember that most Japanese Kamikaze pilots were children, welfare is not available in Muslim countries and Muslims have no respect for women’s rights.

On top of all of that and all out energy initiative would have created enough jobs and reduced the unemployment that would have assured Obama another term. His cowardly attempt to get enough people on welfare to win will hopefully backfire. In addition he has deeply mortgaged the future of our youth to have to pay for his folly and they gained nothing but debt. They sure can’t find jobs.

GOVERNMENT GONE TOTALLY MAD!

Watching the news has become the fastest way to increase your pulse. When the recent GSA extravaganza was announced it was no surprise to me. I spent 27 years working on government contracts on hundreds of aviation/space programs. What was a shock was the announcement that the GSA wacko that created this monster was retiring. He pleaded the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer Congressional questions, then was awarded a reported $100,000 a year retirement package. I suppose this removed him from the limelight that interfered with the re-election of Obama and his congressional supporters. It also improved the re-election chances for the Republican’s who support the Pentagon/GSA government waste expenditures.

After my career move to the petroleum industry, I was able to hang a framed adage that was obviously taboo before. It read, “An Elephant is a Mouse that was created on a Cost Plus, Fixed Fee, Government Contract!”

What really increased my blood pressure was the fact that I spent my 27 years and when I elected to receive my pension at age 63, it was $221.47 a month. I feel certain the GSA individual will also get free heath care and other benefits at tax payers’ expense and I received no benefits. 

It is rather obvious that working for the government is the best career path for all Americans who are willing to work for someone else. Two important points are included in this statement:

1. At least they are willing to work, rather than get paid not to work.

2. They have no desire to chase the American dream of owning their own business and create jobs for others.

It took me 32 years of working for someone else to realize that I had not fulfilled my lifelong desire of owning my own business. I had not achieved the goals I had set for myself by serving others. At 53 I charted a new path and created my first company. Over the next 10 years I had saved enough to retire and allow others to seek their destiny.

With Clinton as President my savings actually increased as it had for retirees all of my life. Bush actually started on the path that most retirees had planned for when compound interest at least evened out with increased inflation. This protected your nest egg from erosion.

Then we had the 9-11 disaster that changed the lives of every American. It resulted with the spending frenzy that has wrecked most retired people who had worked hard to provide for themselves. Change was what Obama promised and he has really changed America. In addition to wrecking our investments, he has succeeded in dividing this country by demanding more people be paid for not working than ever before. He has more people on welfare than ever before. He spews hate toward people who did and do work hard to provide for themselves. He has made OPEC nations richer by keeping the poor people poorer. More hate and violence exists in America today that during the civil war.

Instead of news today we have hate mongers like Chris Mathews, Alan Colmes, E. J. Dionne, Thomas Friedman and the list is endless, spewing anarchy to divide Americans. We have Marxist like George Soros pumping billions to help Obama divide America for his Socialist agenda. Why do these people hate America so much? Will they be happy when we have no one to hate?

It is past time for freedom loving Americans to unite and clean house in Washington. If school children do not wish to say the Pledge of Allegiance or pray, they do not have to. If people wish to pray to God, why prohibit this right? If men/women desire to live with one of the same gender, who cares? Does this mean we make a mockery of marriage to satisfy the re-election of politicians who can’t make a living by working?

Since retiring my electricity and grocery bills have increased 100%. My gasoline costs are up 150%. My retirement check will barely cover my telephone bills. Our Medicare insurance has doubled to over $650 a month and is scheduled to be about $900 in 2014. That is $100 a month more than I grossed in salary when we married 52 years ago.

Oh, before you forget it, my pension is still $221.47 a month after 18 years. Interest on my savings is about 10% of the current inflation rate. Something is rotten in Washington and in Denmark as the old saying relates. We can change things if enough Americans will get out and vote in November. It may be your last time to vote for anything.

FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM – Part two!

This is the second part of a series of articles I posted in 2012 that if the voters understand they will see where the Demoncrats are leading the people. Read all of these re-posted articles before you try to conclude your position. When I get to the “Mind Control” events it should scare every American alive today. The election this year will either full fill the Liberal-Progressive race towards Socialism. All Obama need to get finished is bankrupting America and he might finish this before he leaves, if he leaves next year. It will depend on him feeling if Hillary will finish the task. 

This monster was created in 1913. As I stated in part one, the bank panic of 1907 resulted from speculators who borrowed money to buy stock and defrauded the investors. A Monetary Reform Commission chaired by Senator Nelson Aldrich wanted an elastic currency so the financial blunders of the 0.1% could be covered up by passing the costs onto the 99.9% through inflation. Does this sound familiar to anyone? The elastic currency also allowed the costs of wars to be disguised by inflation. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The FED also included a fractional reserve banking system which permitted ten dollars to be loaned out for every dollar in deposit. This intentionally created an exaggerated credit cycle so bankers could profit from the wild swings in the prices of stocks and mortgages. The final creation was the Federal Reserve Note which is an interest bearing currency that requires us to give the banks 500 billion dollars a year in interest payments for debts which are fictions created by a law passed in 1913. The Federal Reserve System was designed to transfer wealth from the tax payers to the bankers.

Now look at some historical events.

The FED’s elastic currency made it possible for President Wilson to enter WW I. Investment bankers wanted to enter the war so they could bankrupt England, overthrow the Russian Czar who killed 60 million Russians in the process and set up Palestine as a Jewish colony to be protected by the British Army.

 A similar event happened prior to WW II. The Japanese Emperor promised to withdraw from China and to even become an ally against Stalin as early as 1936. The German General Staff sent two men in March of 1938 to negotiate a treaty with the English offering to arrest Hitler. Had this been agreed to, it may have prevented the Rape of Nanking, Pearl Harbor and the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as well as the invasion of Poland to the fall of Berlin. That 58 million people died for nothing does not merit a footnote in the stories told by the victorious Allies.

On 11-22-1963 President Kennedy was killed on the 53rd anniversary of the first meeting to create the Federal Reserve as a message to the voters to leave the FED alone. JFK’s death also allowed Israel to develop the nuclear weapons he had opposed. It also allowed the US to be led into the Vietnam War so America could lose it while killing a generation of anti-Communists and anti-Globalist. Un-payable debts were again amassed by America which was very good in the eyes of bankers.

The Bretton Woods Conference in July 1944 was held under the auspices of the UN. It resulted all allied currencies to be tied the US dollar. It also set up the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which most in the Third World and increasing numbers of Greeks, Irishmen, Italians and many other Europeans would agree are blood sucking imperialists. The IMF in recent years stole more than 20 billion dollars from the Irish people and has given nothing in return.

That same conference also created the World Bank which for example forbade the Egyptians to develop a self sufficient agricultural system so it would be dependent on Imperial powers. The Bretton Woods system of monetary relations worked very well for the banks of London and Wall Street until August 15, 1971 when President Nixon took America off the Gold Exchange standard.

The Arab-Israeli war of October 6 to 25, 1973 resulted in the Arab Oil Boycott. Saudi Arabia decided to reduce oil production by 5% per month on October 17. On October 19, President Nixon authorized a major arms shipment and $2.2 billion in aid for Israel. In response Saudi Arabia declared an embargo against the U. S. This quadrupled the price of oil. We use dollars to pay taxes to the US government. After the Boycott, dollars could also be used to pay for oil sales between countries, neither of which had a need to pay taxes to the American government.

Henry Kissinger created the Petrodollar standard, the important points about Petrodollars are that the price of oil must be kept high so that excess dollars in the system do not circulate causing inflation and oil profits are plowed into US Treasury bonds. The Petrodollar Standard requires conflict in the Mideast to raise tensions and oil prices. It also requires banks like Goldman Sachs to use the derivatives market to buy and sell oil as many as 27 times from the time it gets pumped out of the ground until it arrives at a gas station. Higher oil prices do hurt every American’s savings, most production costs and add to   unemployment. Wall Street does very well and nothing else seems to matter. 

North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)

NAFTA in 1994 and the subsequent devaluation of the Chinese yuan, has resulted in America moving over 50,000 manufacturing plants to other countries. This made economic recovery of the real economy impossible. In 1996 the head of CalPERS (California Public Employees’ Retirement System) that there was no point in investing to rebuild America because the decision had already been made to take America down. There was so much money being stolen from Americans by Wall Street that the only solution to the problem of missing pension funds, savings and retirement accounts was what we still suffer from today.

Trust the FED yet?

Anyone who thinks bankers are dull but honest men should consider the testimony of a former DEA agent who said it was impossible to get the Federal Reserve co-operation in money laundering cases against the “Too Big” to jail Banks. He said that 750 tons of Federal Reserve Notes had to be repatriated for just one case involving one bank. Transactions over ten thousand thousand dollars require special reports to be filled out. A case involving 380 billion dollars would have generated 38 million reports for ten thousand dollar transactions or 38 thousand at a million dollars each. It is forbidden to mention in the Controlled Press that Ben Bernanke and his predecessor Alan Greenspan are Jewish.

In 1999, politicians owned by the investment bankers,   repealed the Glass Steagall Act of 1933. This Act had protected depositors from the wild speculations of investment bankers by separating the two types of banks.

This exposed the “Too Big” to Jail banks to 227 trillion dollars in potential losses from the unregulated Credit Default Swaps market. Brooksley Born was Chairman of the Commodities Futures Trading Omission in 1999 when she attempted to regulate CDS. CDS are a hybrid between insurance and derivatives which are a bet on the future value of a bond or a commodity. She knew that world was headed to a train wreck because when a bank sells a CDS guaranteeing the buyer from a loss in the value of a Greek bond no money has to be set aside to pay these potential claims. Some say the total notional value of the derivatives and CDS markets is 1.5 quadrillion dollars. The GDP of the entire world is only 60 trillion dollars. From 2008 to the end of 2011 Ben Bernanke created 30 trillion dollars to bailout bad decisions and frauds made by bankers all over the world. He has created additional trillions of dollars this year. There is no money set aside for these CDS losses thanks to the intervention of four Jewish men who told Ms Born she was not allowed to regulate CDS. The men were Alan Greenspan, Robert Rubin, Larry Summers (Samuelson) and Arthur Levitt.

The posting has several intriguing thoughts that are questionable opinions. My reason for posting this material was to make sure voters understand why the Jewish people vote democratic and how covert our banking system operates. I am still reading on the actual creation of the FED back in 1913. So far my search to trust the funny money system has not been discovered.        C Brewer

GASOLINE PRICES – OBSERVE OBAMA’S EPA ACTIONS!

Make up your mind and fast. Did you know this? Did you really want to know this? Or do you really care?

My friend Ron, has provided me with some new material to further expose our current government’s mandates to force us to pay more for gasoline and provide more tax money to waste on government funded boondoggles.

Someday we will hopefully again allow entrepreneurs like Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and thousands of other Americans be free of government strangulation. These are the people who developed products and services without government money, regulations and interference to establish America’s technology leadership. Obama has meddled in private business so intensively, that we are soon going to be dependent on someone else to refine oil and produce plastic products when the EPA bans all petrochemical products. They have the noose around the coal industry in place now.

This Administration has, as it’s publicly stated objective, the conversion of this country from carbon based energy and products to any other form of alternative energy, be it wind, solar or metaphysical!! 

The problem is that this country is being held hostage by our own government to transfer our wealth to the Sheiks (OPEC) and despots of the world (Chavez of Venezuela), who control the price and production of crude oil. 

My previous articles have documented where this country has hundreds of years of energy within its grasp, in the form of coal, natural gas, oil shale and off shore deposits of oil and those on currently reachable on federally controlled land. If our current government would authorize unlimited exploration and production of crude oil, we would be exporting enough petroleum products to erase the national debt. Unlimited exploration and production of oil would create enough jobs to wipe out all unemployment by the end of this year.  

If, the Obama Administration took the shackles off of our entrepreneurs, the US could again become the leader and a significant competitor in the world petroleum market and thereby reduce the cost of energy to US citizens.  BUT, that is not in conformance with the Liberal, Progressive, Socialist agenda of the Obama administration.

The news media will not be truthful with the American people and expose the Obama administrations race to stop all petrochemical and refining operations in the US. Coupled with stopping the use of coal to produce electricity, Obama has single handily destroyed millions of jobs in the name of the unions and tree huggers. He is killing millions of union jobs and using the poor union member’s money to put them out of work. It is sad that the unions have provided the funding to force industry after industry to move elsewhere to make what we buy more expensive.

 

LOOK AT THE FACTS

In 2010, there were 149 operable U.S. refineries with a combined capacity of 17.6 million barrels per day. We have not built a new refinery in over 30 years. In late 2010, early 2011 the Obama steamroller took over. 

The US oil refinery industry, without exposure from Obama or the media, announced the closure of numerous US oil refineries. Did you know that we now ship oil to other countries to be refined?

We do so, as we do not have enough refineries to process the vast amounts here and we are barred from building anymore refineries. All refineries perform three basic steps: separation, conversion, and treatment. Simple technology today that was invented by us, but regulated away to save west Texas sand lizards and the leeches demonstrating in our cities.

There are several reasons including technical and economic factors forcing companies to ship it overseas to be processed such as;

1. The crude petroleum is sold to the highest bidder, NOT the nearest bidder.  Think China! 

2. There are different kinds of crude oil, such as sweet/light and dark/heavy. They have different applications and uses. 

3. Different kinds of refining processes are needed to make different products from the crude oil. Petroleum is processed to make lots of products other than gasoline, like plastics and asphalt. 

4. Politics, unions and the “environmentalists” 

Are you are aware Sunoco, Conoco-Phillips and The HESS Corp are all closing US oil refineries? Not many people are as the media refuses to give this HUGE story coverage. If Americans understood the complete truth to how we are being sold out and enslaved, there just might be the much needed political revolution to turn this country around. 

Late last year, both Sunoco & Conoco-Phillips announced plant closings, effecting thousands of workers. Sunoco announced they are completely getting out of the oil industry; closing up shop. They are fed up with the US regulations.

Sunoco is closing its two oil refineries in July 2012 in Philadelphia and Marcus Hook, Pa. Those 2 facilities alone process over 500,000 barrels of crude every day.

Also last year, Conoco-Phillips announced two plant closings for sure in Trainer, PA and Bayway, NJ; the other three plants are undecided as of today.

Just a week ago, the US 3rd largest oil refinery owned and operated by The HESS Corp just announced its permanent closure. Costing over 2,000 jobs, and affecting 950 contractors:

Refineries on the East Coast of the US supply 40% of the gasoline sales and 60% of the diesel and other fuel oils.  Of that, HALF of that comes from the Sunoco & Conoco-Phillips plant about to be closed.

When Conoco-Phillips announced that it was closing the Trainer refinery, Willie Chiang, then Conoco-Phillips’ Senior Vice President of Refining, Marketing, Transportation and Commercial noted that their decision to sell, like Sunoco’s, was based on unfavorable economics caused by a competitive and difficult market environment characterized by “…product imports, weakness in motor fuel demand, and costly regulatory requirements.”

They are ALL closing up shop due to federal government regulations, union demands and excessive operating costs resulting from myriad of the new regulations.

Then you have the unions, led by a President Obama supporter, Leo Gerard, saying they will close ALL US oil refineries starting today, from east coast to west coast.

The unions are shutting down ports, rail and air across the pond right now……the SAME EXACT thing they plan on doing here. When the ships stop importing, the rails and air stop delivering….how much is everything you consume going to increase in cost? Remember…we are a CONSUMING country, no longer a producing one.

The excessive and costly government regulations on the US oil refinery market have forced companies to re-evaluate the cost of doing business in the US.  As a producer, why have operations in the US, where you bleed money via regulations and demands, when you can have refineries built in Columbia, Mexico or Brazil for pennies on the dollar, and less regulations?  It’s all business folks …nothing personal.  In addition Obama and his miserable Congressional Democrats are giving BILLIONS to Columbia and Brazil to build refineries to process all that oil the US is losing.  We are transferring wealth to every country on earth, while destroying our own….all in the name of Obama’s socialist dreams.

Better yet we could export Congress and the Supreme Court who are wrecking our freedom!

OIL- AMERICAS SHORTAGE IS ALL POLITICAL

I originally published this article on July 3, 2011 and nothing has changed. Every American should recite my title every time they fill up the gas tank. We are the reason we have high gas prices when we elect politicians who seek nothing but power and force us to send Trillions of dollars to the people who want to eliminate us. This is madness and the people who elect these morons will be the slaves of the oppressors when they destroy our freedom. They will discover what work means when no social programs exists. I spent a lot of years in Indonesia where there are no social programs where if you don’t work you don’t eat. The government works with industry to make sure everyone has a job. America did this when I was growing up in the 1930-1950’s and it worked. I suppose I will post this again and again as no one seems to care, especially in Washington. Everywhere else they expect social justice will prevent them from having to work for a living.

I have been asked over the years why do we suffer the continuing increases in the price of gasoline. The answer has been the same every since 1994 when I retired from some 15 years in the petroleum industry, “POLITICS”. As long as the people do not act as a force to challenge the politicians it will just get a little worse each year. Sadly it hurts the poor people who keep electing the progressives, both Republicans and Democrats, in a never-ending cycle. WHY, the race to make America a socialist society by destroying our Republic form of government and having the government-run every aspect of our lives.   The U. S. Geological Service issued a new report in April 2008. It was a revised report (hadn’t been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota , and extreme eastern Montana . Check out this link.

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska’s Prudhoe Bay, and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. 

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable… At $107 a barrel, we’re looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion. Unemployment could be eliminated.  

For years, U. S. Oil onshore exploration has been considered a dead end. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken’s massive reserves…. And we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lay the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted. Why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling? 

We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth. Here are the official estimates:

– 8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

– 18-times as much oil as Iraq

– 21-times as much oil as Kuwait

– 22-times as much oil as Iran

– 500-times as much oil as Yemen

– And it’s all right here in the Western United States.

HOW can this BE?  

HOW can we NOT BE extracting this?  

Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help Americas dependence on foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people and politics dictate our lives and our economy…..WHY?  

Don’t think ‘OPEC’ will drop its price – even with this find? Think again! It’s all about the competitive marketplace, – it has to. It appears OPEC is funding the environmentalists and the politicians?

GASOLINE PRICE INCREASES-WHY?

 

 Regardless of how President Obama and his “Progressive” democrats, tree hugging lunatics, GE, Bill O’Reilly and the main stream media misinform you, the major oil companies have never been the reason for increased prices of gasoline. For purposes to identify this misguided group I will refer to them as “Obama’s Weirdo’s”. 

Price controls that this group always threatens to use, will not have any effect to lower what you pay for gasoline. If anything, it could cause the price to go higher.

To explain all of the reasons affecting the price of crude oil would end up being a book. OPEC alone could have a million reasons that would cause wild increases. With lunatics like Chavez, Qaddafi and Ahmadinejad impacting prices, they can shut down production if they wake up with a toothache. In my opinion the manipulators like George Soros and the arbiters who speculate in the futures market are the primary reason for most increases we had seen over time. These are the same people who make sure “Obama’s Weirdo’s” are funded to keep you excited. If you have time to read the millions of pages of events over the past forty years you would agree. Prove me wrong with facts, if you have the time, and I will apologize.  

The tree huggers would outlaw all gasoline using products and use oil to make plastic toilet paper. We would revert back to the horse and buggy for transportation. Airplanes and trains would be eliminated. Can you imagine the piles of horse crap that would pile up on a transcontinental trip?

Progressives have been screaming for 40 years for raising gas prices like they have had in Europe. They want the extra money to spread the wealth with welfare. Recently they are pushing for a Value Added Tax (VAT) like Europe, again to have more money to redistribute the wealth. Every idea they come up with punishes the people they have brain washed with money to not work, the poor.

Only one person on earth can stop the recurring oil price madness. Who can stop it in 24 hours, the President of the United States of America? Bush did it. Will Obama use this power, no he just keep blaming anyone he can. He stood up in front of America last Friday and lied to the people is why I make this statement. He told the American people that American oil reserves are not adequate to reduce our dependence on foreign oil. He stated that we have only two percent of the world’s oil reserves. Both of these statements are outright lies.  He stated that domestic oil production in 2010 was at its highest point in seven years which is misleading. Ten years ago our oil production was ten percent more than in 2010. In 1970 it was double what was produced in 2010. It has steadily decreased over the past forty years because drilling has been regulated and controlled by the “Weirdo’s” under most Presidents since Carter.

In 2009 the non partisan Congressional Research Service (SRS) reported that the U.S. supply of recoverable oil to be 167 billion barrels. This would allow us to have more than 75 years of not buying any oil from foreign sources like OPEC. That does not include the natural gas and coal reserves. SRS reported that when you add these other two resources we have the equivalent of 1.3 trillion barrels of oil.

In addition the U.S. Geological Survey announced that the Arctic areas of Alaska and offshore has about 90 billion barrels of oil. That alone is more than Nigeria, Kazakhstan, and Mexico combined.

If you seek the truth, ever since Obama was elected, there has been a constant pressure to impede more drilling. His success has been to make Americans more dependent on foreign oil and share more of our wealth with OPEC lunatics.

I have visited the Middle East and North Africa in my travels, working in the petroleum industry. Let me warn you about another asset they have a world class quantity of readily available. Should science ever find a way that will demand buying sand for America to survive, we are in real trouble. I can visualize it now, it will be known as the Organization of Sand Exporting Countries, OSEC.

Obama can force the price of oil to drop tomorrow with one simple announcement, “All regulations and barriers on domestic oil drilling have been eliminated effective today”.

For Tadpole and the rest of American’s who care, it’s your time, stand up and demand that the President and Congress act or just get out of the way.

      I spent 15 years traveling the world in the petroleum inductry. Chaired ANSI/ASME committee on offshore safety valves for a few years. I am nearing 81 and I read at least four hours a day on topics in the news. I do not watch the so called main stream media even give the weather as they can’t even do the weathers without an Al Gore/Michael Moore slant. I love this country and hope it stays togrether for my grandkids. C Brewer
