SIC’EM PRESIDENT TRUMP!

Am I the only American that feels this way?

It is so refreshing to watch a born leader wade into Washington and make a difference. Congress, Federal Judges, too many bureaucrats, lobbyist, the national media and the seemingly endless number of non-profit tax evading groups are being exposed as “Elite” Americans. I can remember when they were no registered lobbyist in Washington and today there must be approaching 10,000. They represent every other country on Earth and to combine all of these paid individuals with a name I shall use “Bloodsuckers”. I wish I knew exactly how many ex-military, ex-Congressmen, ex-government bureaucrats and spy’s we have living off of so much money that would likely pay off the National Debt? If we had a media that cared about the people these costs would be published every day like the stock market averages. 

The tax evading pressure groups and “Bloodsuckers” have nothing but self interest for so many different different interest it would take a year just to list them all. The worst of the lot have far too much money to be used to buy votes in Congress. It must take hundreds of Congressional aides to be bribed just to get them access to the 535 “Super Elites” we call Senators or Representatives. Not all of these power brokers reside in Washington so each of these 535 must have offices in their home State district to listen to the folks and again the “Bloodsuckers” also work each of these District offices. I live in District #1 in Texas and there appears to be offices in several towns in Deep East Texas.

It would be interesting to see exactly how many people are employed by the 535 Congresspersons by District and State? Asking for the costs would be impossible.

It would be nice to know exactly how much it Costs to fund Congress each year?

I wonder how many people are necessary to operate the Supreme Court? They only function a few months out of each year. What does it costs? What do the people do the rest of the year? 

Surely someone knows exactly how many automobiles and airplanes are owned by the Federal government? By the time you found out the number would be useless.

Of the cajillion Federal Judges scattered across America poses other questions? Do they all have the same exact budgets. What does the Judiciary costs the taxpayers? I would make these “elites” work 9-5 every day like Joe “Six Pack”.

It is amazing in this day of face to face communications that the Senate vote on Obamacare had to be delayed until John McCain, “Judas of Arizona” could be released from the hospital. Then he was probably flown by air ambulance to the Capitol to vote to keep Obamacare he has been screaming to scrap for 8 years. Anyone who believes that he was not bought off, probably by George Soros, is insane. Just think if he had stayed in the hospital there would have been a tie vote and the Vice President could have broken the tie. We would be months ahead of agreeing to a health care system that did not reward Insurance companies and no telling how many “Bloodsuckers” across the land. Obamacare was great for the “Welfare Army” who refuse to plant lettuce and mow Congresspersons lawns. It was killing small businesses nation wide and no one cared. Whoops Donald Trump cared even if the Republicans in Congress sunk the ship.

Why do we still have to fly to Washington to vote. A small office in a strip mall could calculate Congressional votes with videotape form the 535 offices in each district and State. The US Capitol could be made into a historical museum like the other historical places in Washington DC. If Congress used the offices in each State it would drive the “Bloodsuckers” nuts and increase their travel costs to offset the Congressional travel. Can you imagine just how many Government employees would be free to find a legitimate job somewhere away from DC. Washington could return to a nice place without all of the gun-toting thieves and robbers who could move back to Chicago.

All of the Government employees displaced could work in the industrial sector that will be increased by President Trump and the “Lions of Industry” who shipped the millions of jobs to China, Mexico and other tax havens worldwide. Just taking the regulations off of the energy sector will make millions of jobs for Americans instead of foreign placements to serve the computer industry. Why don’t we educated Americans to fill these high paying jobs?

I could set here for the next year and never stop asking these questions but no one would likely read something 1,000,000,000 words long. In truth I doubt ten people will read this article that is less than 800 words. I’ll keep writing. How long????  C Brewer

Hi. I’m Wayne Allyn Root for Personal Liberty. Some people are getting very nervous: Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and Jon Corzine, to name just a few. And I know why.

I wrote a book titled “The Murder of the Middle Class” about the unholy conspiracy between big government, big business and big media. They all benefit by the billions of dollars from this partnership, and it’s in all of their interests to protect one another. It’s one for all and all for one. It’s a heck of a filthy relationship that makes everyone filthy rich — everyone except the American people. We get ripped off. We’re the patsies.

But for once, the powerful socialist cabal and the corrupt crony capitalists are scared. I’ve never seen them this outraged, this vicious, this motivated or this coordinated. Never in all my years in politics have I seen anything like the way the mad dogs of hell have been unleashed on Donald Trump.

When white supremacist David Dukes ran for governor of Louisiana, even he wasn’t treated with this kind of outrage, vitriol and disrespect. When a known fraud, scam artist and tax cheat like Al Sharpton ran for president, I never saw anything remotely close to this.

The over-the-top reaction to Trump by politicians of both parties, the media and the biggest corporations of America has been so swift and insanely angry that it suggests they are all threatened and frightened like never before.

Why? Duke was never going to win. Sharpton was never going to win. Ron Paul was never going to win. Ross Perot was never going to win as a third-party candidate. Those candidates either didn’t have or couldn’t spare the billion dollars it takes to win the presidency. But Donald Trump can self-fund that amount tomorrow and still have another billion left over to pour into the last two-week stretch run before Election Day.

No matter how much they say to the contrary, the media, business and political elite understand that Trump is no joke. He could actually win and upset their nice cozy apple cart.

It’s no coincidence that everyone has gotten together to destroy The Donald. No, this is a coordinated conspiracy led by President Barack Obama himself. Obama himself is making the phone calls and giving the orders; he’s the ultimate intimidator who plays by the rules of Chicago thug politics.

Why is this so important to Obama? It’s because most of the other politicians are part of the “old boys club.” They talk big, but in the end they won’t change a thing. Why? They are all beholden to big-money donors. They are all owned by lobbyists, unions, lawyers, gigantic environmental organizations and multinational corporations like Big Pharma or Big Oil. Or they are owned lock, stock and barrel by foreigners like George Soros owns Obama or foreign governments own Hillary with their Clinton Foundation donations.

These run-of-the-mill establishment politicians are all puppets owned by big money. But there’s one man — and only one man — who isn’t beholden to anyone. There’s one man who doesn’t need foreigners, or foreign governments, or George Soros, or the United Auto Workers, or the teachers union, or the Service Employees International Union, or the bar association to fund his campaign.

Billionaire tycoon and maverick Donald Trump doesn’t need anyone’s help.

That means he doesn’t care what the media says. He doesn’t care what the corporate elites think. That makes him very dangerous to the entrenched interests. That makes Trump a huge threat. Trump can ruin everything for the bribed politicians and their spoiled slave masters.

Don’t you ever wonder why the GOP has never tried to impeach Obama?

Don’t you wonder why John Boehner and Mitch McConnell talk a big game, but never actually try to stop Obama? Don’t you wonder why Congress holds the purse strings, yet has never tried to defund Obamacare or Obama’s clearly illegal executive action on amnesty for illegal aliens? Bizarre, right? It defies logic, right?

Well, first, I’d guess many key Republicans are being bribed. Secondly, I believe many key Republicans are being blackmailed. Whether they are having affairs, or secretly gay, or stealing taxpayer money, the National Security Agency knows everything.

Ask former House Speaker Dennis Hastert about that. The government even knew he was withdrawing large sums of his own money from his own bank account. Trust me: The NSA, the SEC, the IRS and all the other three-letter government agencies are watching every Republican political leader. They know everything.

Thirdly, many Republicans are petrified of being called “racists.” So they are scared to ever criticize Obama or call out his crimes, let alone demand his impeachment.

Fourth, why rock the boat? After defeat or retirement, if you’re a “good boy,” you’ve got a $5 million-per-year lobbying job waiting.

The big-money interests have the system gamed. Win or lose, they win.

But Trump doesn’t play by any of these rules. Trump breaks up this nice, cozy relationship between big government, big media and big business. All the rules are out the window if Trump wins the presidency. The other politicians will protect Obama and his aides — but not Trump.

Remember: Trump is the guy who publicly questioned Obama’s birth certificate. He questioned Obama’s college records and how a mediocre student got into an Ivy League university.

Now, he’s doing something no Republican has the chutzpah to do. He’s questioning our relationship with Mexico; questioning why the border is wide open; questioning why no wall has been built across the border; questioning if allowing millions of illegal aliens into America is in our best interests; questioning why so many illegal aliens commit violent crimes yet are not deported; and questioning why our trade deals with Mexico, Russia and China are so bad.

Trump has the audacity to ask out loud why American workers always get the short end of the stick. Good question.

I’m certain Trump will question what happened to the almost billion dollars given in a rigged no-bid contract to college friends of Michelle Obama at foreign companies to build the defective Obamacare website.

By the way, that tab is now up to $5 billion.

Trump will ask if Obamacare’s architects can be charged with fraud for selling it by lying. He will ask if Obama himself committed fraud when he said, “If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it.”

Trump will investigate Obama’s widespread IRS conspiracy, not to mention Obama’s college records.

Trump will prosecute Clinton and Obama for fraud committed to cover up Benghazi before the election.

How about the fraud committed by employees of the Labor Department when they made up dramatic job numbers in the last jobs report before the 2012 election?

Obama, the multinational corporations and the media need to stop this. They recognize this could get out of control. If left unchecked telling the raw truth and asking questions everyone else is afraid to ask, Trump could wake a sleeping giant.

Trump’s election would be a nightmare. Obama has committed many crimes. No one else but Trump would dare to prosecute. He will not hesitate. Once

Trump gets in and gets a look at “the cooked books” and Obama’s records, the game is over. The gig is up. The goose is cooked.

Holder could wind up in prison. Jarrett could wind up in prison. Obama bundler Corzine could wind up in prison for losing $1.5 billion of customer money.

Clinton could wind up in jail for deleting 32,000 emails, or for accepting bribes from foreign governments while secretary of state, or for “misplacing” $6 billion as the head of the State Department, or for lying about Benghazi.

The entire upper level management of the IRS could wind up in prison. Obamacare will be defunded and dismantled. The Obama crime family will be prosecuted for crimes against the American people. And Obama himself could wind up ruined, his legacy in tatters.

Trump will investigate. Trump will prosecute. Trump will go after everyone involved — just for fun. That will all happen on Trump’s first day in the White House.

Who knows what Trump will do on Day 2?

This will hopefully scare the hell out of enough good, honest and freedom loving Americans to elect Trump and he should have Ted Cruz as his VP. The media is spending millions, the Obama administration is spending billions to destroy Trump. He is the only hope to ever change our way to govern and hopefully demand term limits for everyone including Federal judges and the Supreme (Political) Court. Our government used to be for the people, not their biggest enemy. C Brewer

FEDERAL POWER- WE DON’T NEED STATES ANYMORE!

As an avid reader with a lust for knowledge about history I wish to share some “Facts” many will find interesting. I was born in 1930 when times were rather bleak for 98% of all Americans. I grew up in the era before, during and after World War ll. I suffered through watching the rise and fall of both Germany and Japan for completely different reasons. Both of these nations became butchers of mankind including many if their own citizens.

The world has suffered through thousands of evil leaders like Lenin of Russia through Communism while Germany and Japan were wrecked by imperialism, fascism and racism.

America has been going through a Progressive change for over 100 years. This country has survived as a democratic Republic with freedoms never equaled in world history. We have had more than our share of wingnuts and disgruntled morons try to change our freedoms for all of my life. Sadly our current President has made all the previous Progressive Presidents look like lunatics while he has accomplished the loss of more freedoms than all of the other combined.

No one disputes that he was raised as a Communists and educated in Muslim schools and religious surroundings. Everyone should know one of Obama’s hero’s was an avowed Communists, Saul Alinsky. Obama includes passages about him in his books. Something you may not know or even care, Hillary Clinton did her college thesis based on Alinsky’s writings. He wrote two books every Socialists loves, “Rules for Radicals” and “Reveille for Radicals”. Alinsky died over 40 years ago.

Whether this bothers you or not it scares the crap out of me. Let me walk you through Alinsky’s step-by-step rules on how to create a socialists state. Again you may not care but if you are happy with the events ruining our Republic with Democratic political changes to our Constitution you would be happier by moving to Europe and letting the rest of us stay free. If you read this you can easily see what is happening in America today as the Democrats are following his instructions exactly. We are watching exactly what happened when Germany gave Hitler too much power in the 1930’s. You can read about, I lived through it.

Alinsky defined eight specific things that a central government must have absolute control of in order to create a social state. He defined that the first priority is the most important.

  1. Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people
  2. Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to survive.
  3. Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and that will produce more poverty.
  4. Gun Control– Remove the ability for people to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
  5. Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
  6. Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
  7. Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools
  8. Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Unless you are blind, stupid or already a Socialists you should be concerned and stop all of these things “NOW”. I did not make this up, read them for yourself.

One by one our Congress and the Progressive federal government is using the Supreme Court to destroy State laws and the power for a State to enact their own laws about anything. Obviously my last article expressed my disdain for the unlawful decision to force the Affordable Dare Act (ACA), or as commonly called Obamacare, on the majority of the States.

The decision Thursday to usurp the laws of many states and force same sex marriage on all Americans was just another instance of voiding State laws. This issue to force individuals to perform or service anyone when it is against their faith and we watch another freedom disappear.

Our Federal government now has or soon will have total control of step one, Healthcare.

We now have the majority of Americans living in poverty, step two accomplished.

We have the largest debt in our history regardless of how it is measured, step three accomplished.

Step four, the saber rattling about guns will be Obama or Hillary’s next objective and probably by Obama’s Executive Order. Without doubt our current Supreme Court will ban ownership of any weapon with a 5-4 or possibly a 6-3 vote very soon.

Step five, welfare is being attacked at every level of government. Many Americans are now told what they can eat, drink, work for wages and where they can live. It will include us all when the new Constitution is written by the Supreme Court

Obama’s precidsessors, including George Bush, have destroyed the education system I enjoyed in my life. We now have the most radical and socialistic higher education system in the free world. Step 6 now controllable by the federal government. Eventually all education including text material will be 100% government controlled.

Destroying our religious freedoms has been underway for many years. Obama just kicked it up a notch and the Supreme Court is happy as a group. Hopefully you read my two previous articles about our Supreme Political Court.

Creating class warfare was the easiest task for Obama as he can scream racism as our first black President. Clinton tried but was too dumb to understand its value.

You can easily disagree with my conservative views and but you can’t change actual facts or erase history. By the time Obama leaves office he will have done more damage to Americans freedoms than Hitler actually did to the German people. Radicals are the enemies of all humanity.

WELFARE ON STEROIDS?

Our brilliant President and his blind mice Democrats in Congress are pushing to get more people into welfare before the 2014 elections. They are pushing for another raise the minimum wage to eliminate poverty.  Every time they do this we end up with more people on welfare as it pays better. Obama has again used an Executive Order to add more costs to all government contracts and none of this nonsense will add one job for an unemployed worker. Going back to work would be a pay cut. When you absorb the following facts even a babbling idiot can see that welfare is a far better way of life than working until they get the minimum wage up to at least $30 an hour. 

 The Cato Institute released a study showing that welfare benefits pay more than a minimum wage job in 33 states and the District of Columbia.

Even worse, welfare pays more than $15 per hour in 13 states. What is needed is for States to offer free one way tickets for anyone on welfare to move to Hawaii or one of the other top 13 states on the following list.

According to the study, welfare benefits have increased faster than minimum wage. It’s now more profitable to sit at home than it is to earn an honest day’s pay.

Hawaii is the Number one place for the unemployed to relocate, Welfare recipients there earn $29.13 per hour, or a $60,590 yearly salary, for sitting on their butts. If all of the people who earn mimimum wage in states other than the top 13 on the list below would move to one of them, it might wake up the people who pay for welfare.

Here is the list of the states where the pre-tax equivalent “salary” that welfare recipients receive is higher than having a job:

3. Massachusetts: $50,540

4. Connecticut: $44,370

5. New York: $43,700

6. New Jersey: $43,450

7. Rhode Island: $43,330

8. Vermont: $42,350

15. Minnesota: $29,350

20. New Mexico: $27,900

21. Montana: $26,930

22. South Dakota: $26,610

23. Kansas: $26,490

Can you imagine how many roads and bridges could be improved with this wasted labor we pay to sit on their butts?

They could pick up trash on our highways.

Some could help remove snow.

All could lick envelopes, empty wastebasket’s, sweep floors, and greet people with a smile for a local, state or federal government office.

Maybe NSA could let them monitor calls.

How many Americans know that roads were paved, National and State Parks were built, TVA dams erected etc. in the 1930’s by the same American families that today are paid not to work?

Welfare is now viewed by our President as a Constitutional right.

Do you think we should reform welfare? I do.

LEADERLESS REPUBLICAN’S CAVE IN AGAIN!

Well Boehner and his team of “RINOS”, Republicans In Name Only, have caved in again. Claiming they saved the chaos of a government shutdown, they gave in to the Senate democratic leaders and RINOS like McCain, Graham and other Progressive-Liberal members of Congress and will allow more wasteful spending.

Tim Phillips, president of Americans for Prosperity, is urging Republican legislators to “stand firm” in opposing any budget deal that would increase spending.

“Otherwise, congressional Republicans are joining liberal Democrats in breaking their word to the American people to finally begin reining in government over-spending that has left us over $17 trillion in debt,” he said.

The news media is making everyone aware to show that the Progressives have increased their power and they all are happy. Well, I am not, how do you feel?

WHATS NEXT – AMNESTY!

What you will not read about in the main stream news or even on Fox News, concerns the back room activity on Amnesty.

Reading the conservative blogs will reveal what is happening in the dark shadows of Congress meeting rooms. I will share some of these facts with you. John Boehner is working behind the scenes to hand Amnesty to Barack Obama on a silver platter.

One source went so far as to clearly imply that once the filing deadlines have passed for potential conservative challengers to “primary” entrenched Republicans, Boehner will move full-speed-ahead with legislation to grant Amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. This move would prevent the Tea Party from challenging GOP lawmakers who support amnesty in 2014.”

Unless patriotic Americans like you can scream loud enough to stop this Progressive plot this will happen. Send messages to your Congressmen and Senators to stop this madness now.

Boehner has just hired a “Professional Amnesty Advocate” to spearhead efforts to pass amnesty.

Most true conservatives have been happy as John Boehner had repeatedly stated, without equivocation, that the Senate’s “Gang of Eight” Amnesty bill was dead on arrival in the House.

The Hill reported in November: “For months, the Speaker has vowed that the House would neither take up the Senate Gang of Eight bill nor consider a similar ‘comprehensive’ piece of immigration legislation.”

Boehner even stated: “The idea that we’re going to take up a 1,300-page bill that no one had ever read, which is what the Senate did, is not going to happen in the House. And frankly, I’ll make clear we have no intention of ever going to conference on the Senate bill.”

To save you time the “Gang of Eight” are Republican Senators Rubio, Flake, McCain and Graham along with Democratic Senators Durbin, Menendez, Schumer and Bennett.

Secretly last week, Boehner hired Rebecca Tallent – a woman who Mark Krikorian, head of the Center for Immigration Studies, called a “professional amnesty advocate” – to spearhead “immigration reform” efforts in the House of Representatives. Progressive-Liberals are jumping with joy over this selection and Amnesty advocates cheered the move as a sign of Mr. Boehner’s dedication to action.”

Rebecca Tallent is more than just an amnesty advocate. She was one of the architects of the failed Kennedy-McCain Amnesty push that patriotic Americans stopped years ago.

Quoting Daniel Horowitz with RedState.com: “Let this seep in for a moment. The most important immigration policy staffer on the Republican side not only shares the views of the opposition, but actually worked to craft the very legislation they seek to pass as Obama’s crowning achievement.”

Please share this message with every conservative possible to make sure this betrayal of our so-called political leaders know, in no uncertain terms, that your unhappy with these secret sell-outs to Obama.

TEXAS EDUCATION IS SHAMEFUL!

I tire of reading how our Governor, Rick Perry, our Legislature and George Bush, our immediate past President of the United States, praise our state and how great we educate our children. Statistics don’t lie, just politicians. If it were not bad enough we have recently slashed our spending by significant amounts.

Lack of leadership ignores the loss of a huge source of income that would improve our educational system. Lack of political courage prevents the people of Texas the opportunity to even vote on a common sense solution.

We have a lottery. We have horse and dog racing. We even have one casino the state has tried to shut down owned by the Indians. They did close the Indian casino near Livingston and put the Coushatta tribe back into a worse than poverty existence.

People will gamble and it is a legislative action and/or a voter decision to permit legalized casino gambling in a state. Unless you are blind, legally incompetent or a member of the Texas Legislature you know that you can visit casinos in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana as most are positioned on or near the Texas border. If you have visited any of these locations and you are not legally blind or a member of the Texas Legislature, 90% of the cars will have Texas license plates. 

I will not or have not ever supported any candidate for a state elected position that will not allow the people of Texas to at least vote to allow casino gambling. This is not a moral issue, it is just plain old common sense.

Let me share some facts to support my concern for Texas educational improvement and how our tax losses have likely helped our surrounding states.

Ask.com reports that Texas ranks 50th and in last place on the percentage of people 25 years old that have a high school or a higher diploma. We proudly come in last with 79.9%.

The latest National Education Association (NEA) in 2010 ranked Texas 50th and in last place. The NEA report for 2011 of state spending per pupil has Texas ranked at 41st with $8611. New Mexico came in 35th at $9070 and Louisiana came in 23rd at $10,723.

I could bore you with several pages of similar statistics but I found one that seems to be the most significant measure of educational success I could locate. This is the actual scores of all students in the state who took the SAT exam. I found this information on Yahoo Voices should you desire to verify my source.    

The SAT scores are in four categories as follow;

1. Critical Reading, Texas average was 486 and was 46th in ranking by state. The national average score was 610. Oklahoma came in 11th, Louisiana 18th and New Mexico 21st.

2. Math, Texas average was 506 and was 38th in ranking by state. The national average score was 615. Oklahoma came in 13th, Louisiana 17th and New Mexico 21st.

3. Writing, Texas average was 475 and was 47th in ranking by state. The national average score was 588. Oklahoma came in 14th, Louisiana 16th and New Mexico 21st.  

4 Total score, Texas average was 1467 and was 45th in ranking by state. The national average score was 1509. Oklahoma came in 12th, Louisiana 18th, New Mexico 21st.

It appears to me that there are several conclusions that are evident based on these statistics;

a. Texas revenue has possibly helped the school systems in the surrounding states.

b. Surrounding states have better educational systems.

c. Surrounding states have better Legislatures.

d. Texas priorities are misguided.

In my opinion Texas leaders are focused on forcing teachers to teach students on how to pass tests that are not used in other states rather than educating them. We have spent hundreds of millions with foreign companies who have developed tests and measure the results and blame the teachers for dismal results.

Our educational system in Texas is broken, leaderless and not focused on letting our teachers educate our children like they did when I went to school. We need to better train and pay our teachers, legalize casino gambling and dedicate every penny to improving our children’s education.

OBAMA WON THE WAR!

This is the most important article I have ever written and it will be judged as insane by the current leadership and even some in my own family. I previously documented my prediction that we would face another Civil War involving Americans again killing Americans to save the Constitution and our freedoms. Well, the war is over today and I was wrong. What you are about to read is about the future and only history will judge my perceptions and predictions. The Senate rule change enacted today has so many possible power possibilities it will take months to evaluate. This article is to pin point immediate predictions to watch happen.

The second American civil war ended today without a single shot being fired. Harry Reid made a decision today that will be the end of our Constitution, that Obama was elected to destroy. Thomas Jefferson’s Senate rules have prevented the powerful states representatives or zealots like Reid and President Obama from ram-rodding major Constitutional changes since 1789. Reid and Obama screamed like they were stabbed when the Republicans proposed this identical rules change in 2006

The Progressive-Liberal leaders, including many Republicans like McCain, have won the right to make the federal government responsible for every facet of your freedoms and rights. They are now convinced they have enough power now to win a majority of American voters to stay in power long enough to make every change they have dreamed about for over 100 years.  

Their next action will be to assure that they have more than enough votes to prevent the Republicans from possibly ever regaining power again. They will quickly enact legislation to provide citizenship or at least voting rights for the 13,000,000 plus illegal immigrants now in America. This will be the end of elections deciding anything and our Republic form of government that so many have fought and died to protect.

Next, it would not surprise me to see the Senate vote to repeal the two term limit for anyone being President of the United States. I also believe the Senate will vote to increase the power of the President to enact laws and regulations without Congressional oversight or control. They will enact legislation or increase Presidential power to spend money without the approval of the House of Representatives. In fact the future could be to dissolve the House and enact all legislation from the senate where the powerful states can band together and ignore the smaller state’s needs.

I believe that state’s rights will eventually be replaced with government regulations and the need for State Legislatures will end.

Today America enters a new era of super power. This change was cloaked as a way to stop the Republicans from questioning the political appointments and stacking certain courts with Progressive-Liberal judges. They did not include appointment of Supreme Court Justices to try to hide from criticism. The reason is there is no opening to fill in the Supreme Court today. It really does not matter as they can vote to include Justices when an opening occurs.

Remember, they are smart enough to be cautious in exposing this power grab and creating too much too fast. They control the media and need for them distract attention away from this as they have for five years now. They can now finish stacking the appeal courts in time to retain control of the Senate in 2014 by voiding the voter identification laws passed by over 20 states. This will maintain the ability for the illegals, convicted criminals, Acorn multiple ballots, Mickey Mouse and the dead to continue to decide who wins elections, one last time. That is all they need to finish transforming the United States into whatever they desire.

You can bet I will continue to try to save our freedoms and rights as long as we have the First Amendment to the Constitution. It will be easy to repeal this Amendment and it will happen someday.

CONGRESS IS STILL OUT OF CONTROL!

HANG ON TO YOUR SEAT BELT!

Congress just can’t be honest with the American people and I just read about some little things they decided to include in yesterday’s action. They ended the shut-down, ignored the majority of Americans by funding Obamacare and just kicked the can down the road 90 days. This will give them cover to hide behind through Christmas and enough time to replace the $600,000.00 computer system that opens up your personal financial information to every hacker alive. Anyone who uses the current enrollment software is nuts.

Take a peek at some of the “LITTLE SECRET” things Obama signed into law.  

Funding to upgrade the Olmstead Lock on the Ohio River between Illinois and Kentucky was increased from a cap of $775,000,000.00 to a cap of $2,900,000,000.00. This was added to placate two of our most powerful Senators. Mitch McConnell, is the #1 Republican and Leader of the minority and Richard Durban is the #2 Democratic Leader of the Senate. Remember these people are here to lead the most powerful group in Washington.

Guess what states McConnell and Durban represent in the Senate? You are a winner if you chose Illinois and Kentucky. But who cares when it is just chump change for Congress and Obama to cover up another 200% screwed up government under-estimated? I do. Do you?

By the way both of them said they had nothing to do with the provision and others backed that up. Aides to Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the leaders of a Senate Appropriations subcommittee that oversees water projects, said they had requested the provision. Another big surprise, neither McConnell or Durban voted against this debacle. I wonder how many members of Congress from Illinois and Kentucky voted against this added and un-funded expense.  

To cover their asses McConnell and Durban said President Barack Obama had requested the project in his budget this year. As the Senate has not produced a budget for over 1000 days why bring this up now.

To supply some cover for the biased media to twist, the following statement was made. “This is not an earmark,” Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. told reporters Wednesday. Can anyone out there explain to me why McConnell brokered this compromise on the shutdown and debt limit bill? Would McConnell or Boehner have caved in to Obama if they were not facing re-election next year?

Another little “Secret” insertion into this Republican sell-out was for flood-battered Colorado. The bill included a measure to eliminate the $100 million limit on Federal Highway Administration emergency highway aid to $450 million for the state. Colorado officials have said last month’s flooding destroyed 200 miles of roads and 50 bridges. What’s another $350,000,000.00 of un-funded expense for these buffoons to waste?

In my opinion this was just another way to buy Colorado votes for the Democrats. McConnell, Boehner and the other “Republican’s in Name Only (RINO’s)”, like McCain, Graham and more are creating a real need for a new political party to represent conservatives. They have no backbones, ethics or honesty when a bag of silver is dangled in their faces.

Another little “Secret” was an extra $294,000,000.00 included to help the Veterans Affairs Department whittle down a backlog of disabilities claims. How much? Someone should go to jail for the horrid mess in this agency but who cares about our veterans? I do.

Another little “Secret” was $100,000,000.00 million to prevent furloughs of air traffic controllers, safety inspectors and extra money for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to continue work on two weather satellites.

Another little “Secret” was to give permission for the Pentagon to keep assisting African nations pursue Joseph Kony, leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army, a rebel group accused of atrocities. The amount was not available for this expense as it is probably “Top Secret” which permits the Defense Department to hide reality under the cloak and dagger operations that probably include the CIA and the NSA. Congress likely does not care anyway. I do. Do you?

Other little “Secret” provisions include extra money for contracts with private companies whose ships move American troops and their equipment overseas. How much” Who cares? I do.

Two more little “Secrets” included were $600,000,000.00 for U.S. Forest Service and $36,000,000.00 million for the Department of the Interior, both for firefighting.

Only because they ran out of time to stuff in more earmarks and pork this bill was only 35 pages. Wow, a new record and it had only a few “Secret” provisions. Can you imagine what these stewards who protect our freedom, rights, economic future and their own agendas will come up with to get re-elected. They now have ninety days to pack the next debt ceiling crisis legislation with pork and earmarks. 469 of them will face a challenge to their future in 2014. I hope all of the ones who voted for this cop-out are unemployed next year. New Congresspersons will have to be more careful and it will take them at least one term to get their ticket for the gravy train. Most of them who get re-elected would serve their second term in prison if our ethic and fraud laws applied to elected government employees.

The legislation is supposed to keep federal agencies functioning through Jan. 15. 2014. Does all of this make you feel happy, secure, protected and well represented? Not me.

Another event occurred to us personally yesterday when we received our bill for our homeowners and vehicle insurance for 2014. It was some 27% and nearly $1000.00 more than 2013. We have not had an accident or claim for several years and none since we changed to Liberty Mutual in 2011.

I called the agent this morning to inquire what caused the severe increase and received two reasons;

1. I was asked if we had taken a driving course recently which might reduce our rates. We have not had any reason to take a driving course as there have been no accidents, fines, insurance claims for many years. I am 83 years old and Texas feels I am still authorized to drive my car until my 85th birthday in 2015. Why do we need to pay to take driving lessons?

2. I was advised that the primary increase was due to the new requirements of Obamacare health insurance increases in the liability accident healthcare coverage.

I am currently shopping for an insurance agent who has not lost their sanity. If this is something that all insurance companies intend to use to raise rates I suggest you pay close attention when you get your bill for homeowners and car insurance for 2014 and beyond.

Bend over folks, I’m certain that we all have several more Obama and Congress finger wave colon inspections coming soon. I am tired of this game, or you?

GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS-WOW!

Watching the news today about the leadership in Washington is like watching a soap opera or what you might expect to see in Venezuela or Iraq. The only difference is, so far people are not being jailed or shot when they disagree with the Government.

I doubted that anything could exceed the insanity of Congress’s decision to pay government employees, who are unimportant, their full salaries because Obama and the republicans pissing contest forced them to stay home.

Never underestimate the lack of wisdom of Congress and our President, as they try to satisfy an electorate that is more divided than any time in my lifetime. They will not take the risk of losing an election, as most expect to have lifetime jobs riding the fence and building retirement fortunes. They do not have to produce results like a business executive and with most being lawyers they are trained to defend criminals even when they are guilty.

They did not disappointment me today with the latest news that government employees who have been chosen as the least necessary are eligible for State unemployment pay. Thousands of the least necessary have filed for State unemployment  benefits in the Washington area already. They will be paid unemployment money even though everyone knows they will be reimbursed for 100% of their pay when the fiasco is over.

These people pay nothing into a State unemployment fund but can receive benefits that are  actual paid for by private sector working employees. Another inequity accepted as normal for government employees only. Is this fair? If so why?

Why don’t they just eliminate their jobs if they are unimportant and subcontract the work to private companies who pay taxes. Competitive bidding and not having to provide government fringe benefits would provide more jobs and responsibility to do the work error free. This has never been required for government employees that can’t be fired for performance.

One asset we do have in Congress, the Executive and Legal branches of government is, h’mmmm. No leadership, no fiscal control, no common sense, stubbornness, no planning, greed, fraud, political rather than practical decisions, tax evaders, liars, showmen, orators and bull-crap artists.  

Lifetime Judges, Congressmen, Executive branch employees apparently judge the above as assets. For some strange reason I am having trouble evaluating these functions as assets. If I was making an executive review of performance, that I had to do in private industry, it would be easy to recommend termination as the corrective action to improve performance of the entire government.

That would be common sense but I just remembered my headline for this Blog. Common sense is now a federal crime punishable by bonuses, pay increases and better benefits if you work for the US government.

By the way they have no way to collect the unemployment pay the unnecessary government employees receive when they get their back pay. You essential government employees, who are working, are being paid less than the people who are not essential. Sor’ta strange isn’t it?

HOUSE GOP LEADERLESS OR CRAZY?

It is sad that the Democrats can just sit back and watch the Republican House of Representatives slaughter each other. We have had a new third party in American politics for over two years called the Tea Party. This group has aligned themselves with the Republicans and virtually guaranteed that the United States will have a Democratic President for a long time. The majority of incumbent Republicans who control the power in the House are Republican’s In Name Only (RINO’s). They have been part of the out of control spending long before Obama. Obama just shifted gears, applied an afterburner and accelerated the path to self-destruction.

House leadership under John Boehner is a catastrophic failure as the old guard Republicans have the same disease as the Democrats. Their only objective is lifetime re-election and sit comfortably by as the people suffer.

The Republican and Tea Party fight is nothing more than a “civil war” in House. The Tea Party members who threaten a challenge House Speaker John Boehner’s leadership will probably fail. Even if they are successful the winner of this “Civil War” will be the Democrats. The Republican war will prevent stopping the funding for Obamacare as too many are gutless and fear defeat next year. Obama’s dare to shut down the government over this funding and the debt ceiling will scare the dodo out of the Republicans. They know he has the media in his back pocket and will again place the blame for everything, even a root canal on the Republicans. Someone has to stop these train wrecks someday or China will even own the White House and the Capitol Buildings. The only losers will be the same ones who always get screwed, the ones who create jobs and the poor. The “Cheer Leaders” for the poor, Obama, Reid, Biden, Polosi and their legions of misguided followers are the poor peoples greatest enemy.

The Tea Party wing of the House Republicans are growing increasingly frustrated with what they say is a lack of communications with their leaders. Boehner and his power brokers should have planned a unified strategy in dealing with the implementation of Obamacare and its defunding two years ago. Now the House faces suicide, they either shut down the government over Obamacare or continue the entire funding in full.

A large majority of Americans are demanding a full defunding, but the House leadership has been disconnected from the grassroots Tea Party members who know what is best for America. Call Obama’s bluff, our government operations are so screwed up today it would be a welcome relief to see some join the unemployed ranks. No one will fire the useless but we can cut their pay and stop the benefit waste. Someday the government employees will be required to earn their living like the common folks have to do.

Republicans had five weeks during the August recess to raise money and meet with the people, as well as each other, and grow a backbone to stand up to the Emperor and force his hand. Instead they had a few town hall meetings in their specific districts and ignored producing a plan that all could agree with. In my opinion they will never function together and just watch the Democrats wreck the Republic as they have obviously planned to do.

It is obvious that lack of public support for Obamacare, including recent union opposition, regarding key provisions of this law is real. Just think we are finally reading this monstrosity two years after it was enacted. Republicans in Congress have failed, again, to offer any coherent solutions to a government gone mad with power.

Why, our government operations are the cause of the problems and both Democrats and Republicans just keep blaming each other and doing nothing but watching the barn burn down.
