IF YOU VOTE THIS YEAR? PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE RISKS!

 

EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN NEEDS TO THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE OF OUR FREEDOMS!

My good friend Jerry Sanderson sent me some factual material that I hope everyone who plans to vote for our next President will at least read before they cast their vote. I have taken the liberty to add some personal observations hoping to make sure that all 18-year-old first time voters and females of all ages are aware the risks of losing their freedoms. To imagine how much damage can be done in the next four years by nine lifetime politically appointed Supreme Court Justices more than just scares me and I will soon be 86. If we let the Progressive-Liberals gain control of the Senate and/or the White House may God save my children and grandchildren.

It amazes me that how one American, Donald Trump, has agitated 98% of all elected politicians and 99.9% of the news media and yet still has a chance to win the Presidency. It appears that enough people, myself included, are totally fed up with Washington DC and our entire government operations. They have stolen the retirements from millions of Americans and given the proceeds to millions of illegals who like our free things but hate our form of government.

Try to clear your mind of political hate and at least read what will happen if we make the wrong decision when we vote in November. Trump may not be able to stop the race to bankruptcy but he can save some of our freedoms that far too many appear to ignore or don’t care.

Justice Scalia’s, who I believe was murdered, Supreme Court seat is vacant and hopefully the Senate will block any attempt to replace him until the next President is in power. The current 4 to 4 tie votes will create enough damage as the Justice Department is trying to re-write the Constitution without any authority and we have Progressive Federal judges that will flood the court with biased decisions that will stand with 4 to 4 votes until long after a new Justice is seated.

That scenario is scary enough but Justice Ginsberg is 82 years old, Justice Kennedy is 79, Justice Breyer is 77, and Justice Thomas is 67. Historical facts reveal that the average age of a Supreme Court retirement or death occurs after 75. These five vacancies that could likely come up over the next 4-8 years. The next President could have the power to potentially create a 7-2 Supreme Court totally skewed in their politically aligned progressive-liberal ideology for many- many years.

Think about that. If next President appoints five young justices, it will guarantee progressive-liberal political control of our Supreme Court for an entire generation and possibly forever. All 7-2 decisions will be upheld much longer over time than 5-4 decisions which are perceived to be lacking in mandate.

Hillary Clinton has made it perfectly clear she will use the Supreme Court to repeal the 2nd Amendment. She is on record that the Supreme Court was wrong in its Heller decision stating that the Court should overturn and remove the individual right to keep and bear arms. Period.

Republicans are openly attacking Trump even more that Hillary and the Democrats. The Damage will be recorded and every Democratic commercial next fall will be a Republican attacking Trump. Most elected incumbent Republicans are screaming that they won’t vote for Trump if he is the GOP nominee.

Why are both the elected Democrats and Republican incumbents so scared of what could and needs to happen should Trump be elected. Even Cruz and the other Republican “wanta be’s” have avoided bringing up the real reason and why we have the political morass in Washington DC that produces nothing but year to year conflict. Another change that must happen someday is that any ideological and/or political vote by any Supreme Court Justice that conflicts with the laws of the land, Constitution, Bill of Rights or State rights will result in automatic removal from the court. If this were in effect today four to maybe six of the current Justices would be exiled. Using compassion like some of them and ideology like most of them is not Justice for all. 

What puzzles me is why Trump has not used the one critical change that will eventually solve the root of all government created problems which is “TERM LIMITS”. Trump is not looking for a job, he does not need a pension and the impact of making our elected officials “public servants” as intended by the Constitution and Bill of Rights function as intended. Term limits will set in motion a government of the people and for the people who has slowly been modified to create career politicians. The only casualties will be law schools who pump out attorneys faster than the need to chase ambulances increases and unemployed lawyers.

If Hillary wins and gets to make these Supreme Court appointments, you will never see another Conservative on the Supreme Court for the rest of your life and Laws will be meaningless.If you are a freedom loving American a vote for anyone but Trump or Cruz will be a sure vote for Hillary Clinton. My choice is to elect Trump, impose “Term Limits” and appoint Cruz to replace Scalia and both freedom and America wins.

Ladies never forget that if a Demoncrat wins, hurry to get fitted with a designer “Burka” before they are outlawed. C Brewer

DONALD TRUMP – PART FIVE

Reading the comments related to this series from family, friends and total strangers is an experience within itself. I have concluded that those on both the extreme far left and right would not be happy if Jesus or the Devil was running for President. If they were actually honest, they would not even vote for themselves. You could not satisfy them as they are so narrow minded they have no tolerance or flexibility period.

I just realized that I am Conservative but I am not as extreme as I myself perceived. I have a great friend, Glen Provost a retired lawyer, who I deeply respect. We have not crossed paths in a couple of years and if he read my Part Four article about Trump, he would tell me is that I finally woke up. What I refer to is my acceptance of a single-payer healthcare system for America. We have had some deep political discussions for several years and even though we respect each other the only political issue we ever agreed on was Term-Limits for all elected officials. Glen, if you read this it’s your turn to admit flexibility is mandatory if we ever unite Americans again.

My message to everyone who might read this article is to understand there is and never will be any human that is 100% perfect in every way. Norma or my kids will not believe that I said this as I always told them I was perfect.

Back to Trump. He is not perfect but he is a leader and he meets more of my desires than anyone running that has a chance to be elected. Let me share some more commitments and positions he has made public and that the media and those extremists noted above have ignored. If you have a candidate who has made equal or better promises on every issue I have revealed in this series, document them and I will post them for others to evaluate. Do not just pick some issues include them all.

Regarding welfare I read that he will reform our current welfare debacle and stated that “America needs a safety net, not a hammock.” He wants Congress to create a welfare to work program that would help reduce those on welfare and encourage people to get back to work. He will demand a crackdown on entitlement fraud.

Other positions he has addressed include his belief that climate change is a hoax. He opposes Common Core. We both are and believe that abortion must be evaluated if the pregnancy was due to rape, incest, or the life of the mother. This is the issue that divides the Republican Party and why I consider myself an “Independent”. If this issue is the reason he is not nominated as the Republican candidate I will support hiM if he runs as an Independent. I am sick of the Republicans who have no flexibility. We don’t need a police state mentality because of this single issue.

Trump is 100% for pro 2nd Amendment rights. His view and mine regarding same-sex marriage is that marriage is between a man and a woman. We both know that this is a States-Rights issue, not a federal issue. That is why before the Progressives and Liberals who have been systematically destroying States-Rights, we were free to leave States that had laws we found objectionable.

To keep from making these articles too long I will try to wrap-up my reasons that I am supporting Trump in one more article that will give you a look at what real leaders are made of and why he has been a successful business man. He has made mistakes in life, relationships and business just like we all have made. I have made my decision and this series has explained why. DONALD TRUMP – PART ONE

The more I read the more I believe that Trump is the only hope Americans have to stop the wrecking of the Republic. He has faults, he is human, a braggart, is short-tempered just like most successful people I have ever read about. I have most of his traits myself. The trait that no one can deny is he loves America. He will stop the Liberal-Progressive tactics we have watched our President unleash to force America to self-destruct. Obama despises success, freedoms, States Rights and abets our foreign friends and foes equally to hate America and Americans. He actually wants us to hate each other and eventually cause anarchy in the streets.

I just read an article in the “GOPUSA Eagle” written Friday that you can read at their website or contact them at eagle@gopusamedia.com. The title of the article is “Donald Trump’s Greatest Hits” What I want to share are a cross-section of the comments that have been posted after people read the article. The opening paragraph should reveal my feelings about the man, not the article. Anything you see in Italic script are my words

#1. Support a not so politically correct Donald Trump who has cajones and will tell it like it is, 🙂 who is NOT a lying, spineless, wimpy, corrupt self-serving political politician.

#2 As soon as he gets in the White House he can call it the “Trump Palace.” Go Donald. You have more support than you know.

#3 Hate to be the skunk at the garden party, but Donald Trump has higher “Unfavorable” numbers than Hillary Clinton and he LOSES to her by 12 pts. in General Election, according to Quinnipiac and other polls. So far, only 3 Republicans beat her, including my favorite, Gov. Scott Walker, who beats her by 9 pts. Others by less.

#4 The polls on The Donald are skewed. The media is having a hard time bringing Trump down, so manipulating polls are about the only thing they can do.

#5 Is it true Trump’s companies applied for over 1,000 visas for immigrant employees? This could be a problem.

#6 “Is it true Trump’s companies applied for over 1,000 visas for immigrant employees?” Huh? Do you not see the difference between applied for visas legally and the attempt of Tinkerbell Obama to grant amnesty to 11 million illegal immigrant?

#7 Newt got standing ovations when he dished it back to the press. Trump is getting standing ovations for the same thing. The press knows they’re hated and Rino’s know they’re hated and they don’t give a damned. It’s time the American public throws them out of the picture. They are the reason America is failing and the constitution is shredded.

#8 It is the fault of the American people who voted in, and in many cases continues to vote in the *** individuals that you speak of. Kind of like the old Pogo line, “We have met the enemy, and they are us!”

#9 Yes, they were voted in because they promised to deliver and up until now they were all we had to choose from. NOW we have Trump who may or may not ultimately deliver. But at least he is talking the talk that millions want to hear. Unlike Obama I believe Trump is honest. We shall see.

#10 The head of the RNC has to go, with the rest the RINOS in Congress. Reince Priebus is nothing but a politically correct hack, who has no clue on how a Presidential nominee should run a campaign. John McCain and Mitt Romney ran terrible campaigns. They might as well have been zombies in The Walking Dead. The Republicans need someone who will attack the liberal socialist media and attack the DemoRAT Party when the DemoRATS play the war on women card, the Al Sharpton race card and the rich are not paying their fair share card!

#11 (a comment on number 10) Waking zombies… Perfect description of those two. McCain deliberately threw that election. And McCain has the nerve to show his nasty face and open his stupid mouth. Obama’s administration has been such an outrage, it’s going to take an outrageous Trump to fix it.

#12 (a comment on number 10) McCain ran one of the poorest campaigns I can ever remember. He acted as if he was on tranquilizers. There was no life to him and left Sarah Palin mauled by the media sharks. I listened to Romney’s 47% speech again. He said absolutely nothing wrong but once attacked he didn’t have the strength or spirit to fight back. There was zero support from his party and he gave the same exact speech in every city/town in the last 48 hours to the election. It is becoming clearer we have a one party system and Trump demonstrates he’s not part of it. The GOP doesn’t deserve another dime or support unless they clean house and build a conservative base again. Stick a fork in it!

#13 I really am waiting to see the Trump – Hillary face off. I hope he leaves her in tears, I know he can take her old man in a street fight if he is stupid enough to try to defend her.

#14 surprisingly, this might be one of the FEW times i actually willfully tune into a Political debate. Just to see Trump crush all the others.

#15 Donald Trump is not my first pick…but if he can handle this first debate as well as he has handled the media…he may very well become my first pick. I, like many others, are tired of the milk toast all talk and no action Republicans who cower to the media and constantly somehow believe they will win them over. Trump is a realist and calls them out on their BS and little gamesmanship. They have done enough damage to this country with their pretending to be unbiased but slant everything so carefully as to make conservatives and tea party people look like uncaring racial bigots who ruin the environment, shoot everyone and constantly abuse poor people. Geez…enough damage has been done to this country. THANK YOU DONALD for standing up and saying what we all have been saying for a long time…but only can voice our frustrations on forums like this one.

#16 (a comment on #15) the republicans are wimps and you hit it right on the head when you said the republicans cower to the media and somehow believe they will win them over. That’s the classic definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Trump is fresh and bold and pushes back. Go Trump Go!

#18 Do you know how many years I’ve dreaded watching the news now? At least 7! Sometime I have to stay away from the news for a week or two because I’m so disgusted and ashamed of my country that I get depressed hearing it.

Now I sweep the stories every day hoping for another Trump smack down story. When he smacks the RINO’s I cheer all the more! Trump has injected life into a dying party. He has injected truth into a lying party. I think a Trump/Cruz ticket would be just about perfect. Then if we could get congressional term limits we might have a shot at getting America strong again and keeping America strong. Man, do I agree with this. CB

#19 The media have crawled back into their holes after boosting Trumps popularity on national TV. I believe Donald has found a tune that many of the apathetic white folks are hearing. The white vote is huge and Trump is talking directly at them. White votes matter.

#20 All people here legally lose jobs because of illegals, but legal Hispanics lose more than whites, and blacks lose most of all. Young people lose because illegals take entry-level jobs, again its black young people who lose the most and have done the worst under Obama. All Americans would benefit from closing the border and from better policies all around.

There are 13 more pages of comments I would like to include but if you can’t see that people are fed up, you’re either blind, have a closed mind, dumb, inflexible, illiterate or an illegal alien. Holy smokes I just defined a DemoRat.

I have never in my 85 years seen a candidate for President that is being attacked by both political parties. Even Fox News has joined the liberal news media and every right-wing nut who can write his name by piling on “The Donald”. The first debate Thursday will be programmed by Fox to attempt to destroy Trump with old news stories. The media only publishes or broadcasts negatives like interviews with someone’s ex-wife in an attempt to smear those like Trump. Maybe that’s why I never chose to be a politician?

LUDDITES – A HISTORY LESSON!

Webster defines the term Luddites as a group of British workers who between 1811 and 1816 rioted and destroyed labor saving textile machinery in the belief that such machinery would diminish employment. One who opposes technical or technological change. Alleged to be named after Ned Ludd, an 18th-century Leicestershire workman.

In my quest for knowledge usually as a result of discussions with my old and dear friend Phillip Sizer, I did some research regarding “Modern Luddites”. Some of the things I read tell me Luddites today do actually invent technology advancement like computer viruses, cyberworms and other malware—to disrupt the technologies that trouble them.

You might have read about recent incidents like sabotage of Stock Exchanges. Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski, attacked what he called the “industrial-technological system” with increasingly sophisticated mail bombs. Remember the cave-dwelling rag-headed terrorist named Osama bin Laden invented the use hijacked airplanes to destroy skyscrapers.

You should have known when you started reading this article it would have a conservative purpose. Not to disappoint anyone let me take you down a trip of modern destruction that is programmed to destroy the United States of America.

American Luddites are called several names like Democrats, Progressives, Liberals and even Republicans. They have only one dedicated purpose which is to destroy something. We currently have a President and the Democratic Party who are hell-bent on the destruction of our military, our right to bear arms, our immigration laws, our free enterprise system of business and create enough hatred to hopefully incite another civil war.

We have a Supreme Court that ignores our Constitutional laws to give freedoms to minorities and destroy the freedoms of the majority. Decisions these past few years based are on compassion instead of the laws of the land. They are one-by-one destroying States rights to make laws and encouraging anarchy in the streets of large cities. Creating freedoms for marriage prohibited by the Constitution is a violation and the Court is now making laws instead of Congress.

Our President issues Executive Orders to ignore the laws and no one takes action to stop the destruction. Congress is leaderless under the Democrats and the Republicans and our national media is no longer a reliable source of the news. We read, watch and listen to nothing more than propaganda.

The original Luddite disturbances had circumstances very similar to our own. British working families at the start of the 19th century were enduring economic upheaval and widespread unemployment. In March of 1811, in Nottingham, a textile manufacturing center, British troops broke up a crowd of protesters demanding more work and better wages.

Later, angry workers smashed textile machinery in a nearby village. Similar attacks occurred nightly at first, then sporadically, and then in waves, eventually spreading across most of northern England. This sounds like our occupy movements of destroying property in our cities that is actually encouraged by President Obama. Unlike our government doing nothing to stop the destruction here, the British used thousands of soldiers to defend factories. Parliament actually passed a measure to make machine-breaking a capital offense. Our Congress does nothing as usual.

The English Luddites were neither as organized nor as dangerous as authorities perceived. They did set some factories on fire, but mainly they confined themselves to breaking machines. In the US our protesters are not only well-organized they have the support of the Media, our President, the Justice Department, the Supreme Court and 100% of all Democrats in Congress. Our military has been gutted of leaders that could stop the destructions and anarchy that will destroy America if something is not done to stop it.

We have two people running for President that are capable of leading us back to being a “United” States of America. They have the desire and leadership ability to stop the path of destruction of a Republic that has enjoyed the longest period of individual freedoms in the history of the world.

Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are the only ones who can turn this country around and create jobs instead of welfare and all of the problems will disappear. Sadly neither will get the nomination unless more freedom loving Americans like myself shout loud enough to wake people up. Sadly the most prominent Luddite alive, Hillary Clinton, will make Obama look like a choir boy as she destroys “all” States Rights and completes Obama’s mission to disarm the citizens. When we reach that point read how Hitler destroyed Germany and watch history repeat itself in America.

I dream about getting to vote for Trump for President and Cruz for Vice-President. Who is your choice for these positions?   C Brewer

“SCOTUS” OR “PCOTUS”????

SCOTUS, The acronym for the Supreme Court of the United States has been in use for several years, apparently among young people who don’t know that S. CT has been the abbreviation in use for generations, if not centuries. Merriam-Webster.

I used to respect this group of nine supposedly honest, ethical, educated jurists who are appointed to evaluate legal disputes and render decisions based on the law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I am also well-educated, a successful businessman and apparently spend more time watching the destruction of our freedoms than all nine of them. There is one major difference, I am not, and never intended to be a lawyer. I lost respect for and I have little confidence in any lawyer who has to be a politician to make a living. This brings me to explain my word, “PCOTUS” which is the correct definition of what used to be our Supreme Court. These nine people no longer deserve to have the word “Supreme” as any part of their title.

PCOTUS, my acronym for the Political Court of the United States which should be the official title. Seeing this court diminish into nothing more than rendering political opinions that help the political part they support. I have read the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and understand the laws of the land. These documents are not mysteries written as a novel to see if you can solve a crime. I will admit some laws like the Affordable Care Act, (ACA,) currently under review by “Pcotus” is one of the best mysterious documents ever produced by any Congress.  Year by year the army of Congressional lawyers who suck on the government teat astound me in how they have mastered the art of distortion and secrecy in laws that the average American would never understand. It appears that over my lifetime Law Schools must have included courses in “Chicanery”, “Political Justice” as well as “Distortion”. It appears that some law schools have also included lying, misrepresentation and unethical methods. I have several grandchildren who are lawyers and let me be clear that my feelings about lawyers is focused on those elected or working in any government position. Even though some these grandchildren are Liberal, it appears they have the ability to make an honest living. They all have enough common sense to know right from wrong.

The current case regarding the ACA is just another screw up by the lawyers who wrote the act and the 100% democratic vote to enact it without even reading the words. It is no secret that Obama and every Democrat would abolish all State laws if they could. It would not surprise me to see Obama try to do this by executive order.

PCOTUS has been reviewing this document since it was published. The Progressive-Liberal race to Socialize our Republic found the perfect “Dupe” in President Obama to finish off the socialization of medical care which was the dream of Hillary Clinton 25 years ago. The only roadblock the Democrats have had for the past several years is that they can’t get at least five Justices on the “Political Court” to change the Constitution to support mandatory Socialism. Even many of our Republican Presidents have been supporters of this change and some running now just hide behind smoke screens to get elected. We will likely see the “PCOTUS” ignore the law again as they have done previously when Justice Roberts sold out and ignored States Rights in a previous decision.

These Justices are holding lifetime jobs, make rather nice salaries for working about three months a year and at least four of them just ignore the laws of the land. Just because Obama ignores the laws we have four Justices who just vote as a block to support his agenda. The media has already ruled that any decision that makes Congress fix the mess will be unfair to too many people. Compassion is not a government decision, it’s either lawful or unlawful.

If President Obama and the 100% Democratic vote to create the ACA was wrong then Congress must fix it themselves. Sadly politics used to be limited to two legs of our government, the Legislative and Executive branches. Laws are now enforced as fairness rather than what is right or wrong under the law.

Now that I hope I have your attention let me introduce you to the current “PCOTUS” members. To make sure you see no age bias I am older than all nine of them as I will be 85 on August 31st. Statistics that I will share have thankfully not caught up with me yet. None of us have a contract for our lifespan and I am blessed. I hope and pray that the Justices are also blessed. Ruth Ginsburg (82) was born March 15, 1933. Antonin Scalia (79) was born March 11, 1936. Anthony Kennedy (78) was born July 23, 1936. Stephen Breyer (76) was born August 15, 1938. Samuel Alito (65) was born April 1, 1950. Sonia Sotomayor (60) was born June 25, 1954. John Roberts (60) was born January 27, 1955. The baby, Elena Kagan (55) was born April 28, 1960. I have one daughter older than the last four and two more children older than the last three.

I did some research to let you see how comfortable you feel having elderly (65+) Justices. Americas leading causes of death after 65 is; 1. A Heart Attack, 2. Cancer, 3. A Stroke, 4. Is a tie, COPD and Diabetes. 5. Pneumonia/Influenza. The health issue that scares me the most is Alzheimer’s. I read that roughly 19% of men will contact this horrible disease if they live long enough. It is only about 13% for women. Based on the mass of five to four votes to decide whether something is lawful or un-lawful tends to reflect that we likely have some Justices who might be having problems.

Every employee that is over 65 and draws a check from the government should have to be tested for Dementia and then once every year if they continue to serve. If all 535  members of Congress were made to take this test, regardless of age, we would not have to worry about term limits. I doubt that half of them could pass 12th grade exams.

If none of the PCOTUS members die before or after the next President is sworn-in, the balance of power in this Court will change the course of history. If the Progressive-Liberal democrats, likely Hillary Clinton, is our next President there will never be another conservative government elected. We have seen what our hate-filled President and a conservative Congress have accomplished, “Nothing”. This will be the end of our two-party government as the rules to elect our President will be changed to eliminate the weighted Electoral College method.

I suppose I should just ignore what is happening, live out my days ignoring the loss of freedoms we have already given up. That is what most Americans seem to desire including some in my own family. That will not happen as long as I am alive and I do hope my heirs have a better life than I have lived.

I proudly display my Conservative views with a bumper sticker on my car. It has a picture of an Eagle with the following words;

“I WILL FIGHT SOCIALISM UNTIL HELL FREEZES OVER, THEN I WILL FIGHT ON THE ICE!

WILL AMERICANS EVER WAKE UP?

THE GOVERNMENT HAS SLOWLY TAKEN OVER STATES RIGHTS. NOW ITS CITIES AND TOWNS.

Just in my 84 years the centralized power of our government has increased to control about every aspect of Americans rights provided by our Constitution. We have an Energy Department that can override state laws. We have an Education Department that uses money to force states to follow federal guidelines to decide what our children can learn.

We can’t buy a gun anymore without federal registration. Soon the same will apply to ammunition. We are told what kind of vehicles must be designed to meet on energy standards  that are based on environmental standards with no scientific reason and just increase costs to the consumer. By stopping pipelines and scaring people with irresponsible dangers of new technology the government will stop the success of using our own oil now instead of buying it from our enemies. Oil will be outdated someday so why waste our advantages today?

Homeland Security is now responsible for our borders, enforcing our immigration laws and doing neither as our President and Attorney General don’t like the laws. The Hispanics will work so Americans on welfare and bogus disability can continue to create more civil disobedience and divide the Americans to hate each other more.

There seems to be no end to the thousands on actions by over zealous government employees like the IRS, EPA and our Department of State that have caused America to be a buyer of products rather that an exporter.

This week we have watched the government caused riots, plunder, damage and pain because Obama, Eric Holder and Al  Sharpton did not agree with a legally empale a Grand Jury that was not even necessary to determine that local law enforcement had done their job within the local and State laws. The damage was allowed as the National Guard was withheld from doing their duty for purely political reasons.

Now we have watched Obama begin a plan and send Eric Holder on his last mission as Attorney General to set in motion controls to take over local law enforcement and tell Mayors, Sheriffs and Police Chiefs how they must manage your local law enforcement operations.

If the government would start a program to show farmers and ranchers how to use and dispose of bull dodo, they unquestionably have the education and experience to be involved The IRS failure when they took over a bar and legal brothel in Nevada and make a profit, should have caused Americans to stop this mismanagement a long time ago. The TVA, Amtrak and the Postal Service are great  examples of government managed for profit services.

You would think that destroying the greatest healthcare program in the world would have been enough for the Democrats but they will never give up until they can tell you what to eat, what to wear, what you can learn and take all of your money and even tell you when you can go to the bathroom. 2013 ACHIEVEMENTS?

A look at the 2013 Obama administration successes.

I suppose the Progressive-Liberals and their record breaking 2013 success are the happiest they have been in over 110 years. Theodore Roosevelt, father of the plan to destroy our Republic form of government must be smiling. Obama and his cohorts have destroyed more freedoms and created more welfare than FDR, Lyndon Johnson and George Bush combined. Look at some of the highlights.

“Obamacare”. We were told by the Democrats it would improve healthcare and reduce the overall cost with improvements. Some people ignored Queen Nancy Pelosi’s advice and actually read the disaster legislation before it was passed. Not one single Republican voted for the disaster. I personally believe that all of the Obamacare problems we have watched appear were well planned to fail.

The Congressional solution will be for the federal government to insure and manage all healthcare from cradle to grave. This will eventually eliminate all private insurance policies including life insurance. Next Congress will nationalize and eliminate all funeral homes so everyone can have equal funeral rights. Just imagine how many thousands of more government employees this will take to be as cost controlled and efficient as the U. S. Postal Service.

“Government shutdown”. Another designed and planned disaster of unnecessary chaos. Veterans, usual targets of democratic politicians, were barred from visiting privately funded memorials. National parks were closed. I live some 5 miles from “The Indian Mounds Wilderness Area”, 12,369 acres of federal land confiscated by the government to protect bugs, snakes and dead trees. The only time I ever saw a government employee on the property in the 22 years I have lived here was during the government shutdown. It was barricaded and policed to insure no one could have access by land or water.   

“Government Spending”. Queen Nancy announced, “The cupboard is bare, “There’s no more cuts to make.” The Republicans made a lot of noise, got blamed for the shutdown, ran and hid and eventually eased their negotiated “sequester” cuts they squeezed out earlier. Our government spends $3.8 trillion a year. This sequester provided spending cuts of about $85 billion a year. Imagine how many centuries it would take to eliminate our $17 trillion national debt with the miniscule cuts they are relaxing with the new budget bill that has been passed. Speaker of the House John Boehner, R-Ohio, said “conservatives who want to keep the sequester are “ridiculous.”

Democrats and Republicans say they want less spending. But then they fight for farm subsidies, flood insurance and “economic development” schemes. Most federal spending funds Social Security, Medicare and the military. Even citizens who sound fiscally conservative, especially elderly ones, don’t want these things cut.

“Government Surveillance”. Because of security breech by a low level contract employee, we discovered that the federal government spies on its own citizens. We were advised by the government and the media that the privacy we lose to listening or reading our messages seems a small price to pay for surveillance against terrorism.

Later we were told that the National Security Agency snooping goes far beyond just listening to suspected terrorist that the government first claimed. President Barack Obama assured us the NSA does not read all of our emails or listen to all of our phone calls. But it turns out they do keep records of all phone calls, E mails etc.

They testify that they only look for terrorists and they won’t use the records to harass and punish their critics. The harassment of individuals by the IRS and other government individuals and agencies indicate otherwise.

“Gun Control”. Obama has single handily created the largest sale of guns and ammunition in history. Was this accidental? No, in my opinion it is another planned step to create an eventual armed conflict of Americans killing each other over welfare and sharing wealth. I know people who have amassed over 100,000 rounds of ammunition to protect their family and property. There is no law to prevent this and for many it is just common sense as they agree we are going to have another civil war.

“State’s Rights”. The offensive by the federal government to eliminate all rights of a state or local government to enact and police laws will eventually happen. The future will see standardized education and all commerce controlled from Washington D.C.

“Immigration”. Obama is praying he can get this issue to mask the Obamacare debacle that dominates the media. If he can get peoples mind off the screwing they are getting with insurance he can get some rest. You can go to the bank with a guarantee that all of the guns are loaded to make sure they get the 13,000,000 aliens amnesty and voting privileges by next November.

“Iran.” His on party is about to challenge Obama and John Kerry on their idiotic plan to relax sanctions on Iran and further endanger our only ally, Israel, by throwing them under the bus, “AGAIN.” Enough is enough even for some Democrats. 

“Benghazi”. Wow, no diplomats were sacrificed for political gain in 2013, yet! They still have about 12 days to go.

Sadly it appears that most Americans desire that the government controls every aspect of our lives. It just keeps getting bigger and more powerful. There are still a few of us that feel we should reduce central government power.

When there is no one left to pay taxes maybe things will change.   C Brewer

OBAMA WON THE WAR!

This is the most important article I have ever written and it will be judged as insane by the current leadership and even some in my own family. I previously documented my prediction that we would face another Civil War involving Americans again killing Americans to save the Constitution and our freedoms. Well, the war is over today and I was wrong. What you are about to read is about the future and only history will judge my perceptions and predictions. The Senate rule change enacted today has so many possible power possibilities it will take months to evaluate. This article is to pin point immediate predictions to watch happen.

The second American civil war ended today without a single shot being fired. Harry Reid made a decision today that will be the end of our Constitution, that Obama was elected to destroy. Thomas Jefferson’s Senate rules have prevented the powerful states representatives or zealots like Reid and President Obama from ram-rodding major Constitutional changes since 1789. Reid and Obama screamed like they were stabbed when the Republicans proposed this identical rules change in 2006

The Progressive-Liberal leaders, including many Republicans like McCain, have won the right to make the federal government responsible for every facet of your freedoms and rights. They are now convinced they have enough power now to win a majority of American voters to stay in power long enough to make every change they have dreamed about for over 100 years.  

Their next action will be to assure that they have more than enough votes to prevent the Republicans from possibly ever regaining power again. They will quickly enact legislation to provide citizenship or at least voting rights for the 13,000,000 plus illegal immigrants now in America. This will be the end of elections deciding anything and our Republic form of government that so many have fought and died to protect.

Next, it would not surprise me to see the Senate vote to repeal the two term limit for anyone being President of the United States. I also believe the Senate will vote to increase the power of the President to enact laws and regulations without Congressional oversight or control. They will enact legislation or increase Presidential power to spend money without the approval of the House of Representatives. In fact the future could be to dissolve the House and enact all legislation from the senate where the powerful states can band together and ignore the smaller state’s needs.

I believe that state’s rights will eventually be replaced with government regulations and the need for State Legislatures will end.

Today America enters a new era of super power. This change was cloaked as a way to stop the Republicans from questioning the political appointments and stacking certain courts with Progressive-Liberal judges. They did not include appointment of Supreme Court Justices to try to hide from criticism. The reason is there is no opening to fill in the Supreme Court today. It really does not matter as they can vote to include Justices when an opening occurs.

Remember, they are smart enough to be cautious in exposing this power grab and creating too much too fast. They control the media and need for them distract attention away from this as they have for five years now. They can now finish stacking the appeal courts in time to retain control of the Senate in 2014 by voiding the voter identification laws passed by over 20 states. This will maintain the ability for the illegals, convicted criminals, Acorn multiple ballots, Mickey Mouse and the dead to continue to decide who wins elections, one last time. That is all they need to finish transforming the United States into whatever they desire.

You can bet I will continue to try to save our freedoms and rights as long as we have the First Amendment to the Constitution. It will be easy to repeal this Amendment and it will happen someday.
