SUPREME “POLITICAL” COURT!
If you never read another word I write I beg you to share this with every American that may be uncertain about how to vote and who loves our freedoms. There are several issues that are important but if the Supreme Court gets one more Progressive in place hide your guns and weapons and I will lose my right of freedom to express myself. We need jobs not political banter, lies and more people on welfare.
I have had the opportunity to actually watch the activity of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) longer than most Americans. I would venture to guess that less than 10% of all Americans alive today have ever read our Constitution, its amendments, or the Bill of Rights. It should be a mandatory requirement to have read these documents before you are allowed to vote. I doubt that either political Party would agree with me as today politicians prefer political illiterates, mislead by the most biased media in history.
Observing Scotus decisions for over 65 of my 86 years has been intriguing and obviously questionable. Our Constitution is not volumes of legalese terms invented by lawyers to confuse the folks. If Congress or SCOTUS were given the chance to rewrite the Constitution, it would have 50,000 words in multiple volumes. What baffles me is in recent years SCOTUS votes are usually 5 to 4 or 6 to 3 decisions.
Folks, please take the time to read our Constitution before the next election. It is available and free so if you truly desire to see America great again you must do this in the next few days. For some it will be too late as early voting is underway in some States. Unless you are a lawyer or a politician or both it may take you thirty minutes, an hour at best. If you are practicing law or writing laws it will take you thirty days at least. To avoid skipping the most twisted, biased and downright evil Americans, the media, who would have to have someone read it to them, 22 times at least.
Let me compare the media to SCOTUS as both have become subservient to the politicians and the bankers increasingly in my life time. The media dances to the instructions of the powerful no matter if something is good or bad. SCOTUS is not controlled by the banks, at least they have not been caught yet. SCOTUS dances to the instructions of the politicians in Congress and the White House. If they are compensated the lines of transfer have not been found yet by the hackers. Payback helping family would never be reported by the media.
One specific example was the recent meeting Bill Clinton had with Loretta Lynch on the airport tarmac in an obscure location with no one else being present. It lasted over 30 totally private minutes. Anyone who believes this was just an accidental, unplanned occurrence is obviously a Democrat, member of the media, illegal, dead voter or someone interred in an insane asylum.
Now let me explain how important the upcoming election will be for anyone who understands some basic facts;
- The United States has a Republic democracy form of government. I recently published an article explaining this in detail.
- SCOTUS has proven it is aligned to any issue by the political preference or owes political advantages to one of the two major political party’s. I feel that another factor has been added now that we have added more females to the Court. Payback for the year’s women did not have equal rights appears to influence many decisions rendered.
Any voter who desires to keep SCOTUS politically aligned in either direction needs to make this their number one priority. If this court continues to be filled with lawyers who are biased America is doomed to become just another second-rate country. Every vote taken by SCOTUS must be supported by our Constitutional laws that are not difficult for even non-lawyers to understand. When personal feelings are used to vote like John Roberts admitted he made to allow Obamacare to be legal, our future is not clear. Scotus does not make laws, Congress does. That decision has hurt more Americans than any this court has made in my lifetime.
The sickest political event in my life is watching specific supposedly conservative Republicans not only attack the candidate legally nominated to be President but actually support Hillary Clinton. I don’t care how hurt their feelings might be but if they help Clinton win the election they are making the biggest political mistake in American history.
Currently, SCOTUS is evenly divided between conservative and liberal politicians and lawyers. Anyone who feels Clinton will propose a conservative to serve on the court has been in a coma for over 25 years. If you feel you must vote for a woman wait until one is nominated. Anyone who denies Hillary is a witch better be ready to see more freedoms disappear as SCOTUS will be able to abolish laws created legally by Congress. There is no mechanism I am aware of to overturn a SOTUS decision. SCOTUS will decide whether you can vote, own a gun, own land, own a car.
All undecided voters, including the RINO’s in Congress and elsewhere, this one issue will establish America and all Americans future. Ignore the polls, pundits, liberals and especially the press and broadcast media when you pull that lever or push that pencil to cast your vote next month. Don’t scoff at my mention of a pencil as here in the woods of East Texas we still have paper ballots.
I can understand why some people will not support Trump but there is no way I can understand how any freedom loving American can support Hillary the Witch. This is one of the most evil women that ever drew a breath of free air. She is mean, vicious, hateful and makes Michelle Obama look like a choir girl. Ms Obama is dumb but Hillary is smart. I challenge anyone to dispel my facts with facts and with written comments, please. Any honest facts you wish to send will be posted. Please vote for Donald Trump. America needs jobs, jobs, jobs and more jobs. What we don’t need is a Supreme Court that wishes to write laws instead of rule on actions that may prove lawlessness, that is their sworn promise to follow the Constitution.
